Wasn't able to test drive!

I contacted the dealership through their website to schedule an appointment. Since I lived out of town, it was important to keep that scheduled appointment. The dealership contacted me right away & told me that the person who could show me the car was out of town & wouldn't be back for several hrs. I wasn't going to wait in town for that long just to wait. So I wasn't even able to see the car. I think they need to have better service.

Great Service & Top Shelf Inventory

My experience at MDK motors was a pleasant surprise. I was not used to shopping online , so I took s calculated risk and made an appointment to view a few of there vehicles. When I arrived I was treated with warm greetings and professionalism. The show rooms were large and clean and all of the vehicles are 1 to 3 ownerswith low miles. The prices are far & they are open to the customers bringing a third party mechanics to view or inspect the vehicles before purchase. After a couple of test drives I was sold! I soon left with a new car. I highly recommend MDK international for mid to high end luxury vehicles.

Great Service

Great experience overall! I recently purchased a Mercedes 2010 E350 and I was surprised with how easy they made this process for me. They run by appointments only in order to check out the cars and best of all :THEY DONT HAVE PUSHY SALESMEN PEOPLE. They allow and even encouraged me to get an inspection on the car and so I did, I chose the mechanic and he took a look at it. They sell their cars as is so they want you to know exactly what youre paying your good money for! The paperwork took 10 minutes to sign and I was out of there before I knew it So simple and easy, how car buying should be.

Very Clean Shop

I was pleasantly surprised when I drove up to the building. They are located in a building which is a little different, but very clean. The have a nice inventory of automobiles. I did not end up buying a car from them, but I had confidence that they knew what they were talking about. I was very surprised when they suggested that the vehicle I was looking at be sent to the local Lexus Dealer for an inspection before I bought. They let me know that the cost of the inspection was very reasonable, only $120+/-. They obviously are very confident in their cars to offer to have a 3rd party independent dealer evaluate the vehicle. Even though I did not buy a car from them, I would be comfortable buying from MDK.

Good people and nice inventory

I have been looking for an older SL500 for awhile and found one at MDK, which prompted my visit(s). They were polite, approachable, and seemed like a good group to do business with, and accommodated my wish to inspect and test drive the car a few different times, and answered several questions. Highly recommended if you are in the market for quality used autos, particularly European marques.

Exceptional car buying experience

MDK is a great dealership with great people especially Darya. It's was like walking into a parking garage with all the cars in it up for sale. I thought the cars being kept indoors was very cool and is also a sign of pride in what they do. The car I bought was in near perfect condition considering it being 12 years old and all the other cars there were really nice and fun to look at too. Anyone in the market for a high end luxury vehicle at a fair price should consider MDK.

MKD/Excellent Company!

I ended up not purchasing a car; the staff, facilities, and quality of cars here are excellent! They are not annoying like many dealerships and let you take your time and really look over each car. I also like their pricing strategy, as many of these cars are below KBB. While i did not leave that day with a car, I left with a feeling of being treated well, fair, and not pressured. I will definitely keep an eye on MKD's inventory for the car i want. and would absolutely recommend them.

Great Experince at MDX

We just bought a 2012 Audi A7 from MDK International and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had!! MDK has fair pricing, they work with well known financial institutions for financing and Darya did an amazing job getting us a very good interest rate for our purchase. Since they are a small family run business it's very refreshing not to have to go through the "large" dealership process of haggling first with the schmoozing salesman sucking you in and then turning you over to the "finance" guy who bends you over on the price, financing and add-ons. We would recommend MDX to anyone looking to buy a car and we will be back in the near future to purchases a 2nd vehicle.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!

I just purchased my daughter's first car....Volkswagen Beetle Convertible. This was the first time visiting MDK. The staff were knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and pleasant to do business! My husband and I were surprised at how easy it was to check out the car, take it for a drive and get an answer right away about trading in our Tahoe for the Beetle. We purchased cars in the past but never had such a fast and smooth transaction. I highly recommend this place. It's simple to the point and the paperwork process only took 15-20 minutes. Darya handled our paperwork and she was amazing! I'm for sure coming back when were ready for our next car. Thanks again MDK for making this an awesome experience!!!!

Great dealership!

It really is a no haggle experience. No pressure to buy, very quick credit responses. All cars are kept in an indoor warehouse away from weather exposure and they all look great! I bought a Saturn Aura and the process went very smoothly.

Good Purchase

I was looking for a specific vehicle and found one at MDK. The mileage was significantly lower than others advertised on cars.com and the price was set slightly below many of the ones with higher mileage. I drove over 50 miles to check out the vehicle. MDK is a warehouse, but the vehicle was ready when I arrived. The only downside of the trip was the lack of local parking, but that is not MDKs fault. We were met by Darya and she provided us with the Carfax and their history on the vehicle. The vehicle had passed smog but had not been recently serviced. We were allowed to test drive and completely examine the vehicle, including the use of a code reader. The vehicle had a few minor issues and was leaking oil. The vehicle was immediately taken to a mechanic and placed on a lift. We were allowed to view and inspect the process. The leak was quickly located along the gasket of the oil pan but the gasket appeared to be intact. The mechanic took my brother's advise and checked the bolts holding the pan. They were found to be loose and he tightened them while the engine was at running temp. The mechanic then cleaned off all of the oil and test ran the engine for an additional 20 minutes while we watched. During this time we were able to completely inspect the undercarriage and any items that we had forgotten to check. The oil leak did not reoccur and has not since. Back at MDK, Darya was able to arrange financing that I was happy with and within about 30 minutes, I was driving the vehicle home.

Great Experience!

I was looking for a late model Mercedez-Benz and found just what I was looking for at MDK. Not only was the price very competitive, the car itself was immaculate. I have been half-heartedly looking for approximately a year. Since I was not in a hurry I felt that I was in a good position to be selective. Once I found my car though the process could not have gone more smoothly. Darya was extrememly polite, knowledgable and low-pressure. The service I experienced from beginning to end was exceptional. The selection I witnessed was top notch and the staff are very professional. I highly recommend this dealer!

Great experience at MDK International

I was looking for a pick up truck for work and for my family. Cars.com has too many trucks to offer but none like the one I was looking for until I found it with MDK International. They have the best selection of cars with low mileage and affordable price. After making an appointment, I went to the place to meet Daria Korsina who sold me the truck that same day giving me a reasonable price and low interest financing.

Great experience and great people

I had an amazing experience at MDK international. I was looking for an Audi a4 Quattro with low mileage. After going to many Audi dealers and looking at many private party I still wasn't satisfied. I just couldn't find the one that had the right packages and the right mileage with of course the right price tag. Then suddenly I saw one on cars.com that had everything I wanted on it in the budget. But then wait another one with even lower mileage with the same packages. Both at MDK international. I couldn't believe it I thought it had to be good to be true. I set up my appointment and after finding the place. A little confusing at first. I walked in and was axed at the wonderful customer service an inventory. I own a martial arts studio that really prides itself on great customer service and I found that and more at MDK. Not only did they get me the car I wanted at the lowest possible rate but they also worked with me while I had to find extra documents and paperwork. I couldn't believe how awesome Darya and all the staff have been to me. I am very busy and they worked into my schedule perfectly. Highly recommended for an amazing one on one car buying experience. I will never go to a dealership again and can't wait to do business with MDK again!

MDK International

I haven't found what I'm looking for yet, but they were lovely. The place is out of the way, but very clean and they were just as nice to me as they would have been if I were looking at a 50,000 car, which they have plenty of! Darya is very nice, if not super knowledgable about the particular car I was looking at. Overall, I'd buy a car from them.

Awesome Place!!!

I have just purchased my 2nd vehicle from MDK this year and wanted to share my experience with others. It's not often we have something good to write about and I thought I would use this as an opportunity. I was quite taken aback therefore to read the negative comments below and am happy to report that my experience was quite the opposite. From my initial enquiry, the salesman provided me with excellent customer service; providing all the relevant information I required. I will certainly be returning to MDK and would gladly recommend this dealership to friends.

2004 Volvo V70

First off, I have to say that the sales people were very nice and inviting but the delivery of the car was a bit less than desired. I drove the car on a tuesday. The following day I made arrangements for the financing and pick up of the vehicle. The car was still unwashed, there were details that should have been addressed before the sale of the car. I was presented with five keys to the vehicle which I found strange. Fortunatly the remote keys both worked. So far, I've had to make a couple of minor repairs to the vehicle after I made the purchase. There's an issue with the stereo system that I was able to diagnose but I still have to address. The bottom line is look over a car if you're goinjg to sell it as a retail sale! It's fortunate that I have good solid connections for Volvo parts and klnow Volvo cars fairly well. My experience overall was ok... Would I reccomend this dealership? Probably not.

Fantastic Service!

We recently purchased a vehicle through MDK International. We had look at vehicles at several other large (New/used) and small dealerships prior to MDK. At the other dealerships there was all ways something about the vehicle they did not tell us. Prior unreported damage they repaired, engine noise, MIL codes they tried to erase and hide. At MDK, Darya informed us of everything and even sent us pictures of the minor scratches that did not show up in their web photographs. The purchase was one of the easiest I have ever done. All their vehicles are well kept and you can tell the prior owners maintained their vehicles. A day after taking the vehicle we had a serious problem with the vehicle. Even though we bought it as is with no warranty the owner, Michael, helped out with a major portion of the repair bill (including getting a hard to find pricey part). The whole crew at MDK from Michael down are very honest and stand behind their vehicles. I will definitely look to them when I am looking for another vehicle. It was well worth the two hour drive to purchase from them.

This is a dealership that has it's priorities straight. They take good care of me, the sales team (Mike and Darya) made me a great deal on my wife's car. Like any Dealer they are busy, but it's nice to know that these guys are willing to take the time to do things right and make sure that the customer comes first. Disappointed

I was looking to purchase an M3 convertible this past winter and I located one at MDK. I was in San Diego at the time so I contacted Mike about the 2008 M3 he had. He indicated the car was in perfect condition with only 18k miles. I drove up to LA to take a look at the car. From the outside the car looked great with the exception of some work that had been done to fix damage on the right rear wheel. So after talking with Mike about the car I took it from a test drive, which was uneventful. The car seemed to pull well and sounded great. I asked Mike to take it over to local BMW dealership for a pre-purchase inspection, which I paid for and - to be clear - he encouraged. Unfortunately the results of the inspection weren't so hot. I was told the front bumper and hood had been painted and possibly replaced. I was also told a lot of work had been done on the right rear wheel to repair damage. Needless to say I passed on the car as it sounded like, despite having 18k miles, it had been driven hard and was possibly in an accident. While I think Mike is a good guy I was disappointed that he didn't know more about the car and if he did he didn't disclose the fact work had been done on it. Morale of the story - don't forget to inspect cars before purchasing! On a good note I purchased a different '08 M3 convertible from an individual seller in mint condition with only 15k miles!

I have had SEVERAL terrible experiences at other dealerships in The Los Angeles area. I was very discouraged until i met Mike at MDK International. Nothing but polite and courteous to me as we walked through all the steps of the used car purchase process. He suggested me to inspect the vehicle I was interested in and I sure did so. They did not pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable once during the process. I am recommending all of my family and friends to MDK International for their next vehicle purchases. It was truly a wonderful experience and i will be back when it's time for my next car.

Don't bother

Was looking for a used car. Thought I check out MDK due to its high reviews. Very unprofessional personnel. At least the one I had to deal with (Joe). Getting welcomed was the only thing nice about the whole experience. After that it was all downhill. While talking numbers, Joe was constantly distracted with phone calls and other paperwork. Literally sat there for thirty minutes watching him do work. After about an hour and a half I left very disappointed. I do admit they have nice cars, BUT they are very overpriced and non-negotiable. Do your research if you decide to go in. However would highly NOT recommend.

These guys are very helpful and have a VERY nice collection of CLEAN vehicles. I bought my RX-8 a couple of weeks ago and it was ridiculously clean for an '04. Joe was really geared on helping me get into the vehicle and made it happen. No negatives. Only thing I could nag about it I wish they gave you a full tank when you buy! But that's okay, well worth the money, time, and effort. Love the car and will enjoy for many many years to come. Thanks guys! Will refer in the future

Straight shooters

I found MDK in my search for a Jeep Wrangler. Their website is great. They've got photos of the car from all angles, detailed listing of the car's features, and the carfax for every car, for free! So I went down there to have a look. They are based out of a warehouse in Burbank. The warehouse is very clean and organized. I met their salesman, Joe. Joe was very straight forward with me, showed the car and answered all my questions. All said and done I drove out in my new Jeep. What a great experience. Thanks MDK, you guys ROCK!!

Great place to buy a used vehicle. Really nice inventory. Originally came to see one vehicle and ended up buying another. :-)I got a volvo S40. No pushing. Honest people. I found little a issue with my vehicle and they very happy to fix it the same day. Their inventory is super clean and as far as I understood they have only clean /no accidents cars. It took them 30-40 minutes to finish the paperwork and they also sell warranties which was quite convenient. Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Their level of professionalism and pricing have consistently exceeded our expectations compared to other dealers that we have dealt with. Their prices are very reasonable and most importantly, they firmly deliver on their promises.I personally refer all my friends and relatives to them and they always appreciate it and literally give the best deal possible!!!!After dealing with other dealers that hide behind their fine print, I will never look anywhere else.

Honst and reliable

I found this company to be a terrific find for used cars. They have the cleanest used cars you'll see in Los Angeles. Inside a warehouse, the cars are kept from the elements. My purchase turned out to be a a really competetively priced prius. The car was mechanically sound and it was really easy dealing with Joe the sales manager. No pressure whatsoever-just helful information when needed. I will buy from them again. thank you Steve O

LOOK WHAT THESE GUYS ARE DOING TO US...

BUYERS BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE FULL OF IT! I have purchased may used cars over the years and Today's experience was the WORST ever...both the salesman, Joe Walsh & owner Mike were NEGLIGENT, DISHONEST & only looking out for themselves...Oh yes I fell hard for a car they are selling, to be sold into Buying one of these "chop shop" vehicles. They look good, but when you look closer Interiors were changed out, Airbags didn't match, Used/replaced parts everywhere...even Tires turned inside to hide Bad balding-none matched + this guy Joe even told me that MICE (more like Rats) ate up the hood lining! But that's just the beginning...he offered me the car at a price, promised to clear over 14 codes (these are problems with cars that were never serviced by an actual Dealer, engine, etc)-I got pre-approved the works...He takes me into his office and says "OH NO I CAN'T SELL YOU THIS CAR" even though you left your deposit already (in writing)..."BUT IF YOU WANT THE CAR YOU MUST NOW PAY AN EXTRA $700.00! Yikes, are you joking me...then he adds "OH YEA, IF NOT I HAVE ANOTHER BUYER FROM OUT-OF STATE WHO WILL PAY ME MORE SO I CAN MAKE A COMMISSION"...and adds "you also have to take it "As-Is"...remember 5 minutes earlier he said he'ld put on 2 lousy used tires + repair the hood lining that the Rats ate up so it doesn't catch on fire while I'm driving on the freeway! Really wanted the car but these guys are "CROOKS" (salesman Joe actually used this word and smiled). Hey, I was already paying RETAIL so no real deal and after missing 2 days of work, 1 night of sleep I asked for my DEPOSIT back. YES, this is a true bonafide Review that happened to me this week. --KEEP YOUR EYES WIDE OPEN AND RUN!
