My fabulous customer service at McLardy Daniel Ford began immediately as I walked through the front door and handed my keys to the service advisor, Lisa. My old Ford Ranger has got a hundred thousand plus miles on her--she's not pretty or shinny. None the less, the MD service personnel cared for and serviced my truck as though it was a brand new Ford pickup sitting on their show room floor. As a customer, I truly appreciate that! Should I ever decide to trade my Ranger in on a new truck, I know where to take her. Thanks McLarty Daniel.

The gentleman at McLarty Daniel Ford made the purchase of my 2015 King Ranch absolutely perfect. At no time did I feel pressured to do anything I wasn't ready to do. I had a budget to work with that my wife gave me and the employees at LM Ford did everything needed to make it fit. A week later I even got a thank you gift from the store. If you are in the market for a new car or truck you are doing yourself a injustice not giving them an opportunity.

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced buying a car. From start to finish. When previous banks lien was not released the woman name Kathy, that had no idea what she was talking about, hung up the phone on us when we requested to speak with her manager regarding the matter. Told us she did not have to deal with us. With all of the other car dealerships in the area, there is no reason to ever buy from them.

Bought a new Jurney, was told AFTER all the paperwork was signed that the vehicle had been sold before and the previous owner still had one of the key fobs. Then the transmission went out the first night. We were told if we wanted a loner vehicle we had to bring the vehicle back to them. We live 70 miles away so it was the next weekend before we could take it back to them. They had it for THREE WEEKS. Now FIVE WEEKS LATER we still don't have a second key fob.

Cannot give these guys enough compliments. We were in a car accident and my vehicle was totaled. We were in a crunch to get something right away. Insurance didn't give us what our car was worth. These guys picked us up to bring us to the dealership since we didn't have a car, helped us get a brand new car, helped us get payments we could afford, and took good care of us. Cannot sing their praises enough.

My fiance and I spent 4 hours in the dealership this past Saturday purchasing a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. They did not have the car on their lot, so let us know they would make a dealer transfer. After we signed all of the paperwork (this includes the proof of purchase, financial agreement, etc), we were told that their Inventory Manager was not in for the day and they would get the transfer set up the following Monday. That Monday, we inquired about the status of our vehicle throughout the day and were told that the other dealership had not yet made their decision on the vehicle they wished to swap for. About 5:00 PM Monday evening, I received a call from the Sales Rep (Dennis Shepherd) and he told me that the vehicle they sold us had actually been bought by someone else and was not available. At this point, being very frustrated I asked Dennis what he planned to do to make this right. He stated that there were no other options within 700 miles that he could get us. In my frustration, I let him know that it was unacceptable that they had no other options for us and did not have something prepared before they called. He rudely cut me off and at one point hung up on me. He told me that my best bet would to return for my trade in and "We'd call it good." All this time, my fiance had been trying to get a hold of him to get more information, yet the only person he would communicate with was me. Assuming because I am a woman and he figured I would be much easier to push around on the topic. He belittled me and made sure to let me know that, "They had bent over backwards for my fiance and I. This type of things are just going to happen and nothing can be done." We later arrived to the dealership to pick up our trade in and give them back the car they provided us while we awaited the arrival of our new Escape. Once we walked in, we instantly got the feeling that we had been the main subject in the room. Dennis looked at us and said in the most rude tone, "You don't want me to look for something else?" My fiance let him know unless they planned on paying the sales tax, or doing something to make up for the error, we weren't interested. Dennis didn't say a word, got up and zoomed around the corner in our vehicle. He handed the keys to my fiance and immediately walked off. My fiance, frustrated, called his name and walked to him. He stated that the way we had been treated was unacceptable and the way he spoke to his fiance was something he would not tolerate. He explained why he was upset with the situation and as my fiance continues to speak, the General Manager steps outside in a pair of dark sunglasses and stands next to Dennis like he was a bouncer at a club. As if they were threatened.. We were unhappy customers trying to explain our frustration. That is ALL. My fiance escalated the issue the next day with Ford Corp and received a phone call from the owner of the dealership the next day. He was very nice and made sure to let us know that doing business that way, was not acceptable. That was the FIRST acceptable treatment we received. After that, we received another phone call from the General Manager stating that they'd love to find us another vehicle. We contemplated it, but after a long discussion decided we wanted to invest somewhere else. I have never been treated so poorly as the customer and would like to protect anyone else from having this same experience.

I have had my jeep serviced here several times. The whole team is wonderful friendly and very knowledgable. Even with the amount of customers in and out on a daily basis. Wouldn't take my jeep anywhere else. I will be in the market for a new jeep soon and I will only purchase at this dealership.

service called me a liar that my key warning for 80 mph must have been programed before I had oil change it would cost 190.00 to correct with new key at my expense when their tech caused problem I had local locksmith fix problem for less than 100.00

I found the car I wanted on their website. I called, texted etc with a salesperson several times over 2 days about the car, confirming features, condition before driving 3 HOURS to get to the dealership. I even updated them by text as I drove over, thinking they would probably have the car pulled up and ready for a test-drive. But-- as it turned out, someone had put a deposit down on the car 2 WEEKS PRIOR! but the person had not purchased it yet! They knew this of course but allowed me to drive that far anyway. I suppose their idea was to get me on the lot and they could try to talk me into buying something else. They had plenty of opportunity to let me know the car was not available, but chose to behave like the stereotypical sleazy used car sales lot. Very disappointed. AND THE CAR IS STILL ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE! Cannot recommend these people.

Worst service department anywhere. Took three and half hours to change oil and rotate tires even with an appointment. When I checked out was told sorry it took so long had some big ticket repairs to complete first. Every time I have vehicle serviced here it's at least 2.5 hours. Last time I'll use this dealer for service.

orrible repair experience. John the service advisor was very friendly I will give him that. Their mechanics are completely worthless. If a computer doesn't tell them what's wrong they can't figure it out. Day 1 I take it in they call and say it's your cam shaft sync sensor. I told them I know it's not. I have already replaced it along with the cam shaft sync. (They were after market parts so the check engine light was on and has been for couple years.) (Also wasn't doing what it did last time and started just fine.) I told them to check vacuum, fuel and wiring. They said they didn't see anything wrong. Then they say it's the cam shaft sync. Once again I told them it wasn't that to double check wiring and vacuum. They assured me it wasn't any of that. This is where I screwed up and against my better judgement I allowed their ignorant mechanics and John to talk me into letting them replace these parts. Then they call saying your car is ready. Ok be right there to get it. I get there and my car won't start and it's running worse than it did when I took it in. So $600 later problem still isn't fixed of course an as I told them that was not the issue. Tho they say it was still part of the issue due to it was worn. Well of course it was worn the car has 177000 miles on it EVERYTHING in it is worn. I of course was extremely upset an John was very professional while dealing with me. I commend him for that. So they keep the car of course and call me 3 days later. We found the problem. There was a chafed wire (surprise surprise) and the coil pack is bad. Miss fire on 1 and 5 and it will be another $300 to fix this. (So $900 for a $300 repair) since this actually sounded like it could be I aloud them to fix it. Finally my car was actually fixed. Their mechanics just throw parts at a vehicle till it's fixed apparently. What happened to real mechanics that we use to have back in the day. In the end my car will never go back to Landers or possibly any Ford dealership ever. I love this car and till now would have bought another Ford but if their mechanics don't know what they are doing I think it's best I go with a different make.

I recently purchased two cars this dealership. The first car we had for about a month when we realized the car was very under powered and the gas mileage wasn't even close to what was stated on the on the sticker. We went back to the dealer and asked if we could trade it in for a newer more expensive car and he said no problem and we would only lose about $1000.00 on the trade. We agreed that was fair. He went to sales manager to seal the deal. When he returned he was told we would lose $5000.00 on the trade in. I was SHOCKED. I later learned we paid about $1500.00 over the fair market value. Ouch ! again. We agreed to take a $4000..00 hit just to get out of there, we were exhausted. As a former car salesman I learned its all part of the job. Ware them down. We purchased a newer more expensive car only to find we paid about $3500.00 over fair market value. Ouch! again. And the icing on the cake was we were talked into a $2000.00 service contract. The moral of this is to do all your research be stepping foot into a dealership.

First off, I set up an appointment with a lady over the phone to come in and check out a car I had found online. She repeatedly had me confirm that I would actually show up and I was gonig to be there at the specified time, I told her of course I would. When I got there for my appointment and told the man who greeted me I was there to see her he went in the back to get her, he came out about 3 minutes later and said "she decided to go home early today so I will be taking care of you." WTH? Aren't I the customer here? Not the right foot to start off on and that's just the beginning. Took the car for a test drive anyway because I was really interested in it. After I was done I told the salesman I was not interested in purchasing a car that day, that I had other cars on my list I wanted to check out before I made a decision (this was the first car I looked at in person), this clearly did not sit well with him. From this point on for the next 20 minutes he went around the bush coming up with all sorts of absolutely rediculous scenarios to pressure me into buy that car right then. "it wasn't worth my valuable time to go check out other cars" blah blah blah. I told him repeatedly I wasn't going to immediately buy the first car I saw but he continued and wouldnt let up. I can't believe they still try and pressure you like that, why can't we be grown-ups and have a logical conversation? When I was finally able to get out of there I just thought to myself "man I am glad I didn't really like that car because there was no way I was going to buy a vehicle from those people"

OMG.....our experience with customer service was horrible. Our car is a 2011 Dodge Charger. We purchased it in March of 2011. It has been in the shop multiple times for the same problems. Our most recent issue was the headlight went out. A month ago, the light bulb went out. When we had someone replace it, they noticed that the wiring was burnt. Obviously there is a short in the wiring. We took the Charger in for a repair on the center unit that controls the radio, bluetooth, etc. While we were dropping it off, we showed them a picture of the burnt connector on the wiring and requested that they take a look at it and fix it. When we picked up our car they said they fixed everything. When we took it to the dealership today for the headlight being out again, they wanted to charge us another $100 deductible on our warranty. When I spoke with the CSM, he said the headlight wasn't mentioned during the January visit. Then he said if we could come up and tell him who we spoke with about the headlight he would waive the $100 since it obviously wasn't addressed. Once we arrived to show who we spoke with on the headlight, they admitted that we spoke about the headlight but that they wouldn't waive the $100. I called Dodge customer service and they called Landers. The dodge rep said "the dealership CSM stated that they did fix the headlight last time and we have to stand behind what our dealership says so we can't do anything for you". So in a matter of minutes, the headlight issue went from it wasn't discussed last month, to it was but wasn't fixed... to it was fixed but broke again.....ARGH......We paid cash for this car and purchase the extended warranty for approx. $1,400 so we wouldn't have this type of problems. The cost of the repair should we decide to go through with it, $129. Our deductible $100.....hhhmmmm how convenient. I would rather pay someone else the entire $129 to repair the headlight that was a little more honest with me and so I have instructed them not to make the repair. It's really ashamed that I LOVE the car but because I can't get a quality repair on it, I will be selling it very soon and purchasing another Chevy product. At least at Nunally Chevrolet they have stood behind their word 100% on my Camaro and anything they promised on it.

be careful when buying used cars from them. they will use every trick on the book to hide problems with the vehicle. It happened to me. The car only had 700 miles Take a specialist with you and have him/her do an inspection before you sign any papers don't make the same mistake I did

When I bought my car from here it came down to a few hundred dollars difference and the salesman said "I'll throw in 5 free oil changes to close the deal", we shook hands on that and the deal was done. A year later I went to redeem my 3rd free oil change and was told by the service dept that "The 5 free oil changes already expired, they were only good for 1 year". I was never told I had a time limit to redeem my free oil changes. The service interval on this car is 7000 miles and I drive about 12000 miles a year so I only got 2 of the 5 oil changes I was promised. I know it's petty to complain about free oil changes but when I shake hands on it and it's part of my deal and they decide to not keep their promise then it makes me wonder what other ways they may try to deceive me if I choose to shop there in the future. Speaking of oil changes, their service department is extremely slow. Even routine service like the 2 free oil changes I did manage to get will have you wondering if they forgot about you.

This was a new experience for me and Dennis was benevolent, thoughtful, experienced, professional, and displayed a work ethic that would be considered in my opinion to be first rate. His ability to remember small facts during a conversation is a quality that gives your dealership advantage over your competitors. As you can probably guess, I purchased a vehicle from Dennis and the experience from start to finish has been a pleasure. Mark in Finance, was great as well. Both men are a great team to work with.

I have never experienced service as bad as this place. Every time I make an appointment , I still wait all day only to discover they haven't even started work on my vehicle yet. Then when they tell me its ready I discover that they either didn't do all the work or they never completed the repairs properly. Then I have to come back and do it all again. The last time I was there I had a water leak and after 6 hours of waiting I'm told that it's ready but we were only able to repair 1/2 of it and the parts won't be available until the next day. And they can't find the rest of the leaks (even though there is standing water) they wouldn't even remove the water, now it has mildew, and smells. I could go on and on, Buyer beware!

This is our first purchase from Landers McLarty Ford and were pleased with the professional yet friendly atmosphere. OUr salesperson, Kelly Ewton, was very courteous and no pressure tactics used. When taking possession of the car he walked us through the facility where we were introduced to people in the different departments. He explained all the features of our new vehicle and even programmed many of the more "technical" features for us. It was a "painless" experience. When it's time for another vehicle there will be no hesitation to purchase from them.

My wife and I shopped many different dealerships in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma and our online experience was top notch. We were treated, as a customer should be with respect. The internet manager Gerald Brown was very quick at responding to our request and answered every question we had. The salesman i spoke to on the phone was not able to be at my appointment, but the one i did get was very patient in every way; He found out what my needs were and found the very best deal on rebates, incentives, etc. I now have a dream car, and can't say enough good things about everyone in the process of my buying this car. The whole process does take time, so go energized. I have already recommended this dealership, and will continue to do so.

I have purchased a New Ford and a pre-owned Volkswagen from Landers McLarty and I love both of them! Alex and Oliver were fantastic in making sure my wife and I knew everything about both vehicles and worked with us to get where we needed to be on our payments. Everyone at the dealership is fantastic and none of them are pushy or try to force you into a vehicle that you don't want.

I tried buying a Jeep from Landers. I told Mitch what I could afford to pay. He came back with numbers almost $200 more per month than what I could afford. He said that was the best they could do for me. Another salesman on the Ford side decided that he would help by running my credit & getting me approved for a vehicle that I didn't want (and it wasn't on the lot). He took my info from the Jeep side, never asked me if I wanted to try for something else. They approved me for a vehicle that I didn't want or ask for. I went to Claremore, OK & bought the Jeep I wanted for a lower price. They listened to me every step of the way. I will not go to Landers again. I will not refer anyone to them either.
