I would rate this dealership at a 0 to 1 for customer service and quality of service. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport March 2016. The sales experience was a nightmare and it took three days, & multiple trips to the dealershipto purchase a vehicle. The financial coordinator was rude, and unprofessional. The vehicle was not ready upon delivery as promised.. In fact, it was filthy, and the tank was not filled as promised. The vehicle had damage and broken parts. Which we were lied to by the Sales Manager upon the purchase. He stated that the vehicle had a thorough inspection, and was certified for extended warranty. And that the vehicle was in perfect condition. We took the vehicle in for service immediately after purchasing it, and it has been in the shop a total of eight or nine times for the same problem. The service manager has been anything but professional. He has been inappropriate during conversation. It has dodged resolving the problem with the vehicle. He has made up every excuse possible. He has wasted more time on making up excuses, rather than fixing the vehicle. I will never, ever............ Recommend, or purchased another vehicle from this dealership. It has been a living nightmare. And my vehicle is still not fixed.

Bought a 15 Renegade. First of all would not recommend this vehicle! Now that said after visiting the service department 5 times in one year for repairs. They took the renegade back and put us in a vehicle of our choice. So I guess you can say they finally made it right.

It is all about the sell at McLarty-Daniel. Once you drive off the lot who are you. 4000 miles on my truck and I take it in for service because the check engine light is on and oh no you need to make an appointment. This dealership made the sale but just lost a customer. I know now I should have gone to The Springdale dealership. Family owned and customer friendly.

First truck was a lemon. Spent 2 of 4 weeks in service. They didn't fix problems and wouldn't listen. Finally made them buy back the truck or envoke lemon law. They wanted to do me a favor and make us pay $4000 more for a replacement. After 3 hours they finally agreed to eat the truck due to poor service department. Will go back to Lewis Chrysler next time I buy a vehicle. Only positive was our salesman. He was excellent.

Great experience or salesman Cody Hood did a great job making sure that my wife was able to look at drive the vehicle she wanted even though she had limited time. When I called to schedule the 20k mile maintenance on my Jeep Renegade, I asked what the service would require and was told it would just be an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived for the service appointment, I was told "Oh, Jeep requires a brake system flush at 20k miles" plus changing out the cabin filters, almost $200 more than just the oil change and tire rotation. My ex had previously purchased a truck from them and I had forgot how they always said "Oh, we forgot to tell you..." every time we took the truck in for servicing. As this is my first Jeep, I had them do the additional service. They made sure they did the brake system flush for $129.95, but guess they didn't think that Jeep's requirement to change out the cabin filters was necessary. I will no longer take my Jeep there for servicing due to this type of business practice. Oh, and the fact that they don't do a complimentary wash and vacuum of the vehicles like most other dealers is another negative as well. They don't give a crap about you as a customer, you're just another sale at the register to them.

I took my Jeep in because of the engine light being on and was told that they would turn it off and if it came back on to call and get it in. Well it came on again and so I got it in first thing Monday morning. When I called to schedule the appointment I asked if I could get a loaner car and was told that they don't lend cars if the work would only take 1-3hours and I was ok with that. Once I got to the dealership for my appointment 5days later I was informed it may be longer than expected so I then asked if I could get a loaner car and was told they didn't have any. I was then taken to my parents house to wait and two hours later I get a call telling me what was wrong with my car and that they had to see if it was under warranty. After three more hours of waiting I had to call them to see what was happening to my car so I was informed that my car was still under warranty and that I wouldn't get it back until the following day in the evening so then I asked if there was a loaner car available so I could make it to work and was told that I would receive a call back shortly. 30minutes passes and so I call back and ask again and they told me they will find out so I said "ok. I will be there in 15minutes." So I get to the dealership and ask to speak with Alex who I have been dealing with the whole time so I can see about getting a car to drive. I then was informed that he was out to lunch. At this time I was frustrated because firstly of all the run around and BS they gave me and I did not receive a clear answer also I felt like I wasn't high priority enough to receive any customer service what so ever. One last thing after getting a car from my dad and getting to my house I received a call after 30minutes saying they have a loaner car for me. I was very displeased with the lack of customer service I was given and I was frustrated with the fact I felt like I was a nobody and that I didn't deserve an actual answer. You have lost my future services.

Recently bought my wife's dodge dart brand new at this dealership from Mickey in sales, great guy and didn't steer me wrong while looking for the perfect car for the wife..she loves the blue. Had a recall on its psm (kept shutting down on her) came in and dropped it off had it repaired in a short time later. The service writer assured me every step of the way and we're nice as could be. All in all I'd same great experience

I was able to make an appointment quickly for the time most helpful to my own schedule. Once I arrived, my truck was admitted for service almost immediately and I waited for it to be completed. I was not sure if I wanted to buy a vehicle when I first went to the dealership, and due to the face that I cannot drive a standard it made it hard to pick out a vehicle. I bought my jeep in Dec of 2004, from Landers Mclarty and i service it at the jeep dealerships in the three states i am in the most AZ,, CA, and AR. I try to just do just oil changes at the other dealers for i have found your dealership a star or two above the other jeep dealers. My advisor LAUREN MORRISON who i have dealt with for two years now has helped me keep my jeep in top shape for being twelve years old and 170,000 miles. best car i myself have owned. I like the changes you have made to the dealership over the years and customer service goes a long way in most peoples lives keep up the great work.

I bought a brand new renegade from the dealership- I had requested the tires be turned white side in as part of the signing deal and it was agreed upon the rep "Megan" I dealt with, scheduled the appointment and we went a head and signed the papers. Once the papers were signed all customer service went out the windows. The following Monday when I came to have my tires turned they wanted to charge me $80 and the rep had stated she never agreed to the deal. So I told them to forget it. Every time I have had to have my renegade serviced or something fixed on it (which has been 3 times due to faultiness of the vehicle.) I have been lied to and the service reps have only told me what they think I want to hear. I do not recommend this dealership or service department.

I bought an Eco-diesel and am happy with the performance of the truck but when I went to get oil change the stripped the oil pan Bolt. I know things happen but I lost money because I didn't have my truck or a truck. They got me a vehicle to drive but they didn't have a truck. If this is a recurring problem with the oil pan Bolt then Dodge needs to figure out how to change it. If it happens again will change back to ford. Like I said first I'm real pleased with performance of truck but not pleased with what I explained about oil pan incident.

I dropped off my 2007 Jeep (purchased here) at 8:30 Am after making a 10:00 am appt.. 2 days. After waiting until 1:00 PM and not hearing from them I called and they hadn't even looked at it and couldn't tell me anything. Finally at 3:00 we returned to dealership and spoke with GM Ryan Gallimore and complained of lack of service. We took car home and rescheduled for Monday. Let's see if we can get some service then! Appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Showed up 15 minutes early for 10 am appointment. Did not leave till after 12. I was greeted by a nice lady and someone she was training, that was trying to talk me into having a rock peck on my windshield repaired. I did not have time to do additional service. Thanks for pointing it out but I just needed an oil change and tire rotation. My service ticket was printed up in the beginning by 1st service guy for oil change and tire rotation special advertised on YOUR website. First service guy asked about the filters and spark plugs that were scheduled to be changed. I told him my husband was going to do it, then I put my husband on the phone and let him talk directly to him to ensure that he was going to change them (and he did, the same day). I then noticed my Jeep was pulled out of the front of the second lane and put in line in the first lane behind 3 other cars. Second service guy came to ask me if I had wanted the tire balance that the first guy added to my receipt (that I did not request). I said no because the tires are new and were recently put on. After a while, I went to inquire about my Jeep. Then I wondered around and spoke to a salesman about used cars. Came back again, my Jeep still was not finished. A service guy called back to check on it. He said they were finishing it up then. So a little while later, the service guy asks me again about the filters and I told him what I told the first guy. Then when they finally get the Jeep back around, the service guy at the desk has to call back to the garage twice to get them to release or get out of my ticket order so he can ring me up. Then he charges the regular price after the first ticket had the price from your website I requested. He re-does the ticket, then charges my card the wrong price that's not the total or the coupon price, then he has to do a refund on my card, then re-charges my card for the correct price. It was just a very frustrating experience. When a customers calls in advance to make an appointment for service and they show up for their scheduled time, why book so many people in on top of the time frame that it is impossible to service the customer in a timely manner. People make appointments because they are on time schedules. If people walk in without an appointment, then they should wait behind the people that do have an appointment (Just like at a doctors office). When someone calls to make an appointment, if the schedule is packed, just be honest and say we are packed out this morning we can get you in and out quicker at such and such time. At the VERY least when I checked in, tell me you are backed up and it will be a while before we can get to you. Then I can leave and come back when your not as busy or I can just go back to work while the work is being done.

I've been planning on purchasing a Jeep for several months, but wasn't ready to pull that trigger just yet. I'm one of those people who don't particularly enjoy the car purchasing experience based on my previous history, sort of like being chum in a shark tank.I worked with Sarah beforehand to narrow down my choices as to what I was looking for and what was available on the lot, and ended up taking a test drive with Cody thinking the model I was testing was it. After that test drive, Cody pointed out a few other options available that fit more to what I was *really* wanting. The test drive of the second vehicle had me sold. Less than three hours after that first test drive I left the lot with my new Jeep! And I definitely didn't feel like chum with this experience.

I stopped by the dealership to just look at the new trucks. I had been to other dealers in the area so was really comparing vehicles. I realized that for just a few dollars more a new vehicle could be bought. One sales person came out to meet me on the lot. Nice young man, personable and willing to spend some time with me. I asked where all the trucks were and if there were any red ones available. John Ivy, the salesman, got keys and a golf cart and took my wife and I to the rear lot. We looked at trucks and one red one caught my attention. After the test drive and negotiating the trade and applicable fees and discounts, my wife gave me permission and I drove my new red Ram home.

we purchased a used 2014 Honda Pilot on 12-31-15. The process of selecting, driving, and purchasing the vehicle went without incident. The salesman got thru this process with no problems. We signed the paperwork and we thought all was OK. Then the fun started. It toke 40+ days, and 3-4 visits to the dealership and a couple of 30 days tags to get the needed title information so we could go to the DMV to get our tags. Dealer said a 'reprint' of the title was needed, which is what the delay was. They probably had no control over this, so not a big deal. Then in early March we got a letter from the State or Arkansas that the Title Application was put in 'suspense' status. I called the state to see what the issue was. Found out the dealership did not sign the Bill of Sale that was turned into the DMV, with our title. I went to the dealership to get this resolved. Their 1st question was did I have the needed bill of sale in question. Which has to be turned into the DMV, along with the title to begin with. Upon some research they finally reprinted a bill of sale, got the needed signature and handed it to me to fax to the state. I asked them if they could fax it so I would be done with this. They called the next day and were having problems with the fax. I gave them the # at the state office I called to have them call and verify the fax # was correct and asked them to call me back if any issues were encountered. I called the state the following day, and they still had not received the needed information. Again went to the dealer, and they had the paperwork on their desk saying they were having fax problems. Guess they were just going to wait to see if I returned or not, because I sure did not get the requested phone call if issues were found. I took the needed paperwork, and sent the fax without issue. Once they got their money for the sale of the vehicle, their 'carrying' about customer service seemed to stop, at least in our case.

I hate to say it, but my home town dealership lost my business today. I have bought two vehicles here ('12 Ram 1500) and loved it. I bought this "used" with 200 miles on it. When I buy a vehicle I make sure the salesman agrees to give me a loaner if I need to bring my vehicle in for service. If they do not agree, I won't buy from there. This does not happen often since I do my own maintenance on my vehicles. My past three vehicles have been new because I got tired of paying mechanics and a car payment. Well, it just happened. I now have 51k miles on my vehicle and it has an engine knock. Guess what!?!? They wanted to give me a ride to a rental car agency. This may be small to some people, but it made them liars by not holding up the agreement. This inconvenience may now cost me money, unless Superior, Lewis, or Everett want to earn a new customer. I do not like being lied to. I understand that the salesman has moved on to somewhere else now and apparently so has the dealership I bought my truck from. It is sad I will have to drive past McLarty Daniels just to get to a dealer that will at least keep to their word. Aside from all this (this is not McLarty Daniels fault, it's apparently Dodge's), it will cost me $100 to find out the warranty won't cover what is wrong. I will go pay $50 to a mechanic to diagnose it so I can repair the truck myself. I understand Warranty is only for "covered parts" after 36k, but I refuse to drop off a truck not knowing whether or not I will have to pay money to find out whether the part is covered or not. I am that guy that only non-warranty parts break. Somehow in my case, a valve would not be covered under powertrain warranty.

I like to take my vehicle to the dealer for my oil changes, I always make an appointment and I wait for it to be finished because hey, its just an oil change , shouldn't take too long right?They have and " express" oil change lane after all according to the radio. Not here. The quickest I have ever got in and out for an oil change an oil change is an hour and a half, that's with an appointment. That's ridiculous. When we lived in Fayetteville the dealership there had me in, done and out in 30, maybe 45 if I had the tires rotated. I think I am going to stop going there and pick another dealership for service, because its not just this visit (up to 2 hours now) its every one for the last 2 vehicles, always with an appointment . I could literally drive to another dealer, get service and be home by now.

We bought a new Jurney from them. We found out after all the paperwork was signed that the vehicle had been sold before and the previous owner still had one of the key fobs. That night the transmission went out on the vehicle. We were told that if we wanted a loner vehicle we had to bring the vehicle back to them, we had to wait till the next weekend to do this because we live 70 miles away. They had our vehicle for THREE WEEKS then. Now FIVE WEEKS later we still don't have a second key fob.

Not only did Andrew find me the car that I wanted, at the price I was happy with, he took my definition of customer service to the next level. I would say that I felt sorry for anyone who tries to sell me my next car, but there won't be a next person. I intend to return to Andrew the next time I need a car and every car after that. Here is why. 3 days after I took my beautiful new car home, I realized that I had left the front license plate on my trade. This was a personal plate that I couldn't replace. It was for a business I had with my brother years ago and was very dear to me. It was gone. Andrew told me the car had already gone to auction. I already had all the information I needed and my price. The sales professional I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. The sales manager was understanding, thorough, and direct. This would make the 4th vehicle purchased from Lander McLarty Ford with Richard as my sales associate. I had him called down from Chrysler because he (at one time) worked at Ford. He has been my salesman ever sense. He if very helpful and knowledgeable. He always knows what I'm looking for when I come down there. He will work hard to help you get in your next vehicle. Note: I had to choose Chrysler because Ford was not an option.

Went in for oil service. It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there. While in the process of setting up the service for my vehicle they informed me that there is a recall that needs to be performed and it will be done after the oil service. I called the service department 2-3 hours later to see if my vehicle was ready and they informed me that they could not find my vehicle. The person that picked the phone up did not give his name and his attitude was not all that friendly. He said he would call back once he finds my vehicle. I did not receive a call back from him yet did from someone else sum 45 minutes later saying that my vehicle was ready. For a service department that is not all that big I find it strange that they could loose my vehicle. Not sure I will be taking my Jeep back for a service anytime soon.

I have been taking my 1999 Ford Explorer to Lander's Ford for several oil changes.They are always friendly. Especially Art. They get my car in and out as quick as possible. And always the low price of $9.95.They have never charged me twice for oil like some stupid lady commented about. Way to go Landers Ford!!!!!!

My husband drove the car there and I followed in another car. Art refused to put my name on the paperwork and insisted the paperwork had my husband's name. The car is registered with MY name. Art was condensending and refused to deal with me. He called my husband to discuss the car instead of me after I told him to call me not my husband twice. Over charged for work done. $9.95 oil change is a rip it turned out to be about over twice as much and was charged twice for the oil. What Art said was done and what the papersaid was done did not match. Was not given the review of the system done with the oil change. The brakes were recommended to be replaced and they never squeaked before and now they squeak! I wasn't told how much pad was left. I wish I had never agreed to allow them to touch the car! I will never do business with this dealership or recommend it to anyone. It felt so awful that I felt like I needed to take a bath to get the slim off.
