Mark does not use high pressure tactics as some dealers do. He is also very easy to talk to and spent time talking to both myself and a friend I brought with me. I will definitely go back to this place. Thanks, Mark, for a positive experience!

I bought my 2013 Lexus GS350 F-Sport from McGee in Dudley last week. My sales two was Jeanty Pierre-Paul. He was very nice and thorough. Mike in Finance was great. I can't say enough about him. Earl, who is the shop Foreman was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable enough with the service department to get the extended 100,000 mile warranty. Overall great purchase, great service and would definitely recommend

Disingenuous price negotiating, lack of full disclosure, misleading information and coarse customer relations.I recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned Rav 4 from this dealership for which I traded in an older used vehicle. The original quote for my trade in $1800 below the $6000 KBB value. After minimal shirking on my part and only a few minutes their offer was upped by $1200. Thank you for letting me know right up front you are clearly out to rip me off.An additional sour note, upon closing of the sale I am handed 1 factory key. Never in the process of the purchase was it disclosed that there was a missing key.I ask where is the 2nd factory key that comes standard with any vehicle and am told there is only one. The salesman informs me the burden of acquiring the 2nd key is on me. I later ask him in the company of the sales manager Shane whether or not I can get some type of voucher for getting the 2nd factory key because they are so expensive and Shane tells me that he will provide me a key at no charge at a later time.My wife goes to pick up the key and is handed a non factory valet key, contradictory to what Shane led me to believe. Upon asking for clarification I am told over the phone that because Toyota doesn't explicitly require a CPO vehicle to be provided with 2 keys that they are not responsible for providing them or disclosing whether or not 1 is missing. When I ask why the dealer wouldn't feel obligated to inform a customer that they will not be providing a standard part of the vehicle that will cost the customer several hundred dollars their response is to spew contractual language from the CPO pamphlet.To top things off upon expressing my dissatisfaction to the key predicament a different sales manager hung up on me.Steer clear if you are looking for transparency and cordial relations.


Not Flexible on Price

I emailed dealer regarding flexibility of price on a specific used car. Dealer said, "we have never lost a customer due to price". So my wife and I drove 35 min to dealership to test drive vehicle. After driving car, we made an offer. They said that, unless we were going to finance the vehicle, the price on the car was NOT negotiable, and they refused to come down even $1. If they had told us that in the first place, we could have saved them (and us) the time and gas. We left without buying the car; the next day we found vehicle, year, make, model and color we wanted with lower miles at a much better price a nearby dealership. If you are in the market for a car, don't waste your time at Dudley Toyota. So glad they drove use away.

We bought a car on Friday and it went fine, though questions about down payment went unanswered and blown aside as though we didn't say anything. Signed paperwork on Monday after waiting for an approval. Tuesday it wasn't registered and finally Wednesday it was ready but we were told we couldn't pick it up because the salesman left at 4. When asked if the salesman could stay a little longer so we could pick up the car, it was a prompt no. Now we have to come in tomorrow and miss work because the salesman and sales manager refuse to convenience the customer. Never coming here again nor getting service from them. Do not buy from here unless you wanna deal with rude sales.
