We were on the market for a luxury SUV and stopped into McDaniels Acura to check out the 2017 MDX. Bill Morton could not have been more helpful in answering all of our questions without any pressure to buy. We loved the car and the extremely friendly atmosphere at the dealership.Bill, TJ, and Rich made the ordering, contracting, and delivery process quite easy and painless. This is the second Acura I have bought from McDaniel's Acura of Charleston and both times the experience has been great. You feel like you are being taken care of and not pushed into a car that you may not actually want like I have experienced at other dealerships. I bought an older car and they still went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best car at the best price and didn't have to sacrifice on quality. I would recommend this dealership and SJ in particular to any one of my friends.

If you are considering an Acura-don't think about another dealership! It's an amazing product that speaks for itself but we all know how the typical day at a dealership goes - well my day was everything but! Make sure to ask for SJ Duong - very straightforward, no pressure, and overall just a really nice guy. Rich the finance manager is also a pleasure to deal with - I've never left a review for employees at a dealership before but I felt like it would not be fair to not do so after my incredibly easy day at McDaniels Acura!

Leased a 2017 Acura RDX
After test driving six cars, the RDX was my favorite. I had a great experience with Bill from the time I came in to test drive the car, to numerous emails with questions and finally to actually signing the paperwork. I never felt pressure to purchase a car I wasn't interested in or one that was out of my price range. It truly was a great experience and will recommend Bill to any friends looking at Acuras.
Leased a new ILX

Horrible customer service
We were sitting at the dealer on Saturday. They were very under staffed so we waited along time. We were told we would get a call back from sales person or finance person within 2 hours because we had to go pick up our daughter. Not only did we not get a call back within 2 hours but we didn't get a call back all day even after we called and left several messages. The sales guy was not interested in dealing with us from the beginning but even for the manager to not call back or care was horrible.

Wanted to buy a car but they were to stupid to sell one
The worst salesman to ever walk the planet. We come in to buy a car we agree on a price only a few grand off the 32000 list and at the last minute he wants to raise the price?? Just plain stupid. He is the one that told us we had a deal. What a bunch of losers. Went to another dealership got same car better deal. God is good!!

I purchased a MDX and the tires on the car Ecsta ($100 tires) made the car run a little rough. Called and spoke to Mark, Sales Manager who was very unprofessional and rude. He pretty much told me that's my problem, you bought it. I have been with Acura for several years and had great customer service. This is the first time I ever had a person speak to me in a manner that I wanted to take my car back and asked the bank to stop the check from going to them. I'm very disappointed in Acura of Charleston.
I'm in from out of town with ONE bad tpms in 2010...
I'm in from out of town with ONE bad tpms in 2010 acura tsx. They quoted 270.00 for repair, I reluctantly agreed. I then came to pick car up and given new total of 344.00 for the job. Nothing different was done. It was one tpms and a wheel cleanout. The acura dealer I use at home charges 50.00 to change out tpms from rim to rim for 4 rims when I switch my winter tires. Will never go back. Be sure to pay what they quote u and get a few quotes. I was in a bind due to fact I was out of town. But this was a ridiculous price for the job. Understand the OEM part is 118.00 but 226.00 to clean out one rim and put in a tpms!!!

I have never in my life had such an ungraceful and disrespected expierence in my life untill I came to this place. I purcahased a car cash money. Not even a week later the transmission went out in the vehicle. The day I bought the car i shook the general sales managers hand and he told me if there is anything I can do let me know. So when the transmission broke he recommended buying a junkyard transmission. Keep in mind i spent 6200 cash. I bought the car for my son because he is going to school in Orlando, Fl and he needed a safe and reliable car. Doug Dietz (service tech manager) said that they dont even get into the transmissions on an acura, they just replace them. Note... this is a Dealer who specializes in acuras. Not only would they help with the problem but they also did not even diagnose correctly. I took the car to a dealer on the same road and my needs were met with grace and kindness.

I went to this dealership in need of a new car and at first my sales rep (Song Yun) was very nice. But then after I explained to him that I wanted get a car within a day, or so he seemed disinterested in my business and my money. He never called or followed up as he said he would and I felt discriminated against. I cannot figure out for the life of me why he never followed through or acted disinterred in my business. NEVER AGAIN! Thankfully another dealership on the same road took very good care of me.
