The Mazda 112 dealership is great. The people are friendly and courteous all the time. The showroom is clean. The service center is the same way. My salesman name is Pat M. and he is one of the best salesmen there. I have only dealt with him so I recommend him to others. All my services on my car have been the same experience all went well.

First off, I have always dreaded dealing with car dealers.the hidden fees, numbers appearing out of nowhere and the pressure. Joe G at Mazda112 is the greatest! He was completely honest, courteous, patient and transparent like all car dealers SHOULD be. No surprises and he was genuinely out for my best interest and was the best help he could be. He took his time to find me the car I wanted and was overall a huge help! When I picked up my new car, Joe took his time explaining and demonstrating every option on the car. Joe is one stellar guy! Will definitely call Joe in the future when I am car shopping again.John E

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Mazda. I completed an online application on Sunday and was promptly called by Lori after I was pre-approved. We agreed that this afternoon (Wednesday) would be a convenient day for me to visit the showroom. When I arrived, I was greeted by a wonderful man named Pat McCuen. He probably thought I was crazy when I instantly told him I wasn't interested in any games, and I knew what I could afford so I didn't want to waste his time or mine with any games. Little did I know that Pat doesn't play the typical car salesman manipulative games; I soon learned that dealing with him was like dealing with a concerned family friend, so I truly had nothing to worry about. Pat not only located a vehicle that had my "must have" requests (backup camera and moonroof), but when it came time to review the final numbers, they were exactly where I wanted the payments to be. Bryan in the finance department worked quickly to get everything through, and I drove my new car home within a couple of hours. I'm so much more thrilled with my purchase than I ever thought I would be!! I love my 2016 Mazda 3 i Touring Edition. It was such an easy, stress-free process. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Everyone is really friendly. Service is never a Hassel with the loaner car service. I feel that's exceptional. I would definitely lease/buy a vehicle from here again.

After a long and exhausting 2 months of shopping for a new lease, I finally ended up at the dealership Mazda 112.I was pleasantly surprised of the great outcome. I was able to get what I wanted and felt I was given a great deal. I was very excited to leave the same day with my new car. Great welcome, showed the different models, didn't say "what would it take get you in this car today?"....no pressure, showed the different features, still no pressure. Came back next day after checking out dealerships. No hassle, fair and reasonable price offered and best price. the worst business I have ever been involved with they worked on my car for 20 days! I was without a car for 20 days! we buy a car from them and the check engine light goes on right away and it needs a new catalytic converter and a new tranny and it takes them 20 days TWENTY! are you kidding me. then I get the car back and its filthy with no gas and now its telling me I need an oil change!! and the mileage is a lot more than it was! wow just wow!!!!! I cant believe this place! I will NEVER EVER go to MAZDA 112 again what a horrible horrific experience.

Everything was going well, a little too well. Sat down with a dealer, seemed like a genuinely nice guy. We come back the next day to talk numbers. Again everything seems good, a little haggling and everyone was happy. We sign a contract agreeing on price and monthly payment for a lease. "Ok, see you tomorrow"' the dealer says. Shake hands, walk out. Like I said, we signed a contract AND left a down payment of $3000 in a check. Next day, the wife gets a call. "We just ran your credit now and your payments just went up 60 dollars a month". How can a dealership talk numbers, take a check, hand over a contract all without running credit first? What did you do with her social security number the day before? Seems shady as xxxx. We go in at the agreed time and instantly they want to have me co-sign. Normally not a problem at all. If the wife's credit sucks I can co-sign, no big deal. But why wasn't her credit run the day before? When you told us a price. And took our 3000 dollars? Needless to say, we walked out. Guy was pissed. We even asked, "Can't you at least see why we would be a little hesitant at this sudden change"? "No", he says getting angry. "This is everyday business for us". We left a trail of dust on 112 and never looked back. P.S. we cancelled the check that next day, once they started the shenanigans. Because, of course when we asked for it back we were told it would be mailed to us. WTH
