We took our 2010 Buick Enclave into Mayse to have a couple of lights replaced and to have the power steering checked out. Shawn, the service writer, was very knowledgeable and quickly stated that he had a strong suspicion of what the problem might be and further stated that GM was fixing this problem at their expense due to a special situation program. I am certain this saved us a lot of money. Thanks Shawn!

After a short conversation with Mike, he suggested a model, and brought up an example of that model. Ii was exactly what I was looking for, even though I didn't know it before then. He then showed me two examples of the model to compare options, and I made my choice, and the deal was sweet. I then spoke with Tripp about financing options. He made that part painless. I can't say enough about how easy the purchase was.

When I started looking for a vehicle Mayse was the first place I wanted to visit. We had a great buying experience when we purchased a car for my husband a couple of years ago and I decide why go somewhere else. I was not disappointed! Eric in sales was friendly, easygoing, and knowledgeable, and made shopping a great experience. Jeff in finance is the best! He helped with our last purchase and he made it happen again, he worked until he got our loan exactly how we wanted. I love my vehicle but after driving it a couple of weeks a problem came up with the radio. I made one call to the service dept. and Shawn stepped up and made sure I didn't have to worry about a thing. He stayed in contact with me until the problem was fixed. Talk about a pro! I don't think I will ever shop anywhere else for vehicle. We are Mayse auto family!

The salesman visited with me on the lot just like a friend or family. There was no intimidation and pushy vocabulary, just easy conversation. He listened to my request and worked to find the best deal for me. He explained the prices to me and help me pick out the best option for me. He was so efficient with the paper work that our time spent was relatively short. He and his team new the answer to every question I had about tags, titles, insurance etc. I even used his computer to print out my "proof of insurance" right on his printer. He hand wrote down some instructions for me to program in some special features on my new car. The trade-in car was given top dollar even though it wasn't worth much. All-in-all I can honestly say that I will be coming back for my next vehicle and look forward to it.

I was having problems with the radio on my Cadillac ATS. They tried an update the first time I brought it in for service. That didn't solve the problem, so they replaced the center stack, where the radio is located. Problem solved. Working great now. I have had great service and have been treated as a valued customer at this dealership.

I went to the dealership to look at a few cars that I saw online because I was needing a more dependable car. I knew what kind of car I wanted and I always hated when previous dealers tried to talk me into cars I didn't want. Met Ehren in the lot and he was fantastic. I told him what I was wanting, got me the keys to look at the vehicles and test drove with absolutely no pressure. He has a great personality and was fun to talk and joke around with. Never once did he try to talk me into a different kind of car. Then we went to Tripp in financing and he was fantastic too. Explained all the options, and got us taken care of. These two guys is what makes a car dealership successful. These guys are true assets to this company! I know next time I purchase a new car Ehren is my go to guy! Bought my Captiva almost a year ago. Salesman asked what I wanted, didn't pressure me into looking at something he was trying to sell. He even told me about a better deal on a car identical to the one I was interested in. Have been very happy with the car. Have had it serviced several times and the gentlemen are always polite and work hard to get you in and out as soon as possible.

I was treated with consideration and kindness. I was shopping because someone had totaled my HHR that I had bought from Mayse. I told Ehren what I wanted and he quickly showed me a Chevy Trax that I liked since they had no HHR with low mileage. Then Jeff Silvey, in the finance office, worked with getting all the paperwork done properly and gave me hints on how to finish the settlement from the wreck so I'd have that money to apply to the amount of my purchase. I called Jeff about a month later and he knew who I was, without having to ask questions, and he solved my question within 15 minutes.. I like the 'down home family' feeling that I get there.

Our salesman Kelby was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Whoever Greg is was not very workable at all. Another dealership was doing some deals and we asked for a few extra oil changes (other dealership was doing lifetime!) And he wouldnt budge! Rediculous!

I looked for a different vehicle for the last 2 or 3 months, every time I was close to making a decision something went wrong. I am a cash buyer, but one sales manager pushed me and asked (twice) what was wrong, was the payment to high? I finally told him I will pay cash when I find out what I want so please leave me alone. 2 other dealerships had awful service departments and didn't get the problems resolved, even telling me there was nothing wrong...But had changed parts. Back to Mayse, easy deal, felt like they were happy to get a sale, and didn't condensend. Perfect.

The salesmen was great! The financial guy was the worst. He never sent the agreement to my bank who was on the phone. I heard the discussion. My bank called an hour later still waiting for papers to be sent. I was assured they would be sent and were not. With the mix up I had to call the manager because I kept getting transfered to voice mail. I received the title and went to tag my car. The previous owner never signed and I had to send title back. They (kim) were very accommodating and sent title free of charge but a lot of hassle just to get my car. I am not happy with this transaction. Still waiting on my title.

I pulled into the Oil Change lane, and indicated what I needed. The order was written up fast and I went to a waiting area. I didn't have to wait very long until I was notified that the service was completed. After getting notice of needed warranty repair, I was able to schedule a time convenient for me. When I arrived, they were ready and completed the work within the estimated time they had given me. The service manager was pleasant as usual. Also while there I looked at and test drive a new 2017 Acadia Denali. Mike Whitesel was ready for us even after only one day notice. He had arranged with the service manager to let him know when we got there.

We checked with several dealerships in Iowa and Missouri and Mike Lanphier from Mayse Auto was the only one who went out of his way to get us the car we wanted, as an added bonus, he had the best price, too. Bought our pickup in June and it had a hiccup in front of the gas cap on the drivers side. They said they would come and get it and fix the problem so we could go ahead and get the truck.They came and got it and fixed the problem and also fixed a couple minor hiccups next to the gas cap as well. Went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly.Also I shared the pickup had some vibration when traveling over 70 mph. They took it out and realized the tires were bad and was causing the unusual vibration. They replaced 3 of the 4 tires and it fixed the vibration problem. Very professional and efficient.

I would like to say the BEST dealership experience I have ever had in my life. It all started over the internet, my wife, our 2 babies and myself drove from Nixa Mo to Aurora to look at this new SUV. We met Mike Lanphier when we arrived, and started looking at our options. I think I asked Mike at least 100 different ways to buy or lease, he answered them all and the whole dealership was very friendly and welcoming to my family. After 3 hrs we could not make a deal so we loaded up and Mike said he would keep working on it. Next morning Mike called we agreed to terms and now we are a proud owner of a new Yukon. We will never buy another vehicle anywhere else from now on! Hands down the best car dealership around!

I had to leave my vehicle for service on Saturday and was given a loaner. It was very nice knowing I had transportation while they were working on my vehicle. I was unable to return the vehicle when they were done and had to wait until the next day and was told not to worry about it. They were fine with the fact I couldn't be there on Tuesday. Hey these guys go out of their way to make sure you happy and coming back. It seems that a varmint was trying to build a nest on my fire wall near the A/C filter in the dash and a young man by the name of Nyal Goforth said they did everything they could to track it down and even told me where to set traps and how to monitor my system. It service like this that keeps me coming back.

Basically the 5 star rating I gave is because the Mayse rep, Eric Perryman, was very professional in working with. My wife and I found Eric to be courteous and knowledge. I had mentioned to Eric that i was interested in a white or gray pick up and he did not waste my time in looking at other colors or styles. I would also add that Tripp did a fantastic job and was very good at explaining the ResistAll program, which I bought. My experience at Mayse was very good and I will reccommend Mayse to anyone who would ask.

After searching locally here in Jonesboro, AR (and northeast Arkansas) we were getting pretty disgusted. Between over priced vehicles for the condition they were in and no one really wanting to help, we broadened our search area. Although it's 4 hours away, it was worth it. The choices were great and the ones we viewed online looked just like their pictures. No hidden scratches and problems. Just good clean vehicles. Not to mention Greg & his crew worked with us to get us a really good deal. They checked out the vehicle we were interested in and advised us accordingly before we made the trip. Dealing with Rob, the Business Manager for finalizing financing was exceptional. Sales (Allen) totally dropped the ball. This was an easy sale. I reached out after seeing vehicle on car guru.com; Spoke to Allen for May 10 minutes and purchased call. All he had to do was ensure deal tags on vehicle before it was loaded onto transport I arranged and confirm to me if an oil change was done. Well, he didn't do either. Still waiting to hear on the oil change. Car was delivered with no dealer tags on a Thursday evening (I have paid extra to have transport delivered before the weekend to enjoy driving the BMW Z4). I called Rob on Friday and he offered to overnight so it was anticipated I would receive Saturday, however dealer UPS account only delivers overnight on Mon-Fri so just looked at car all weekend. What had been a really smooth initial transaction turned into a huge disappointment. And Allen, if you are reading this, I am STILL waiting for confirmation on oil change - that's all you had to do on this sale.

I left my 2007 GMC Yukon at your facility for two weeks. I had four issues, low oil pressure sensor, two slow leaks in my tires, air conditioning not working, and stabilitrack needs servicing. After two weeks the airconditioner is fixed. The low oil pressure sensor is now worse, indicating every time I drive the truck. You replaced the sensor to no avail. The tires were not patched. When I started driving the truck I quickly realized the tire issue. When I stopped to check two of my tires had 25lbs of pressure. The Stabilitrack sensor is still indicating a problem. I paid over $1,500.00 to fix my truck and only 1 of the problems was fixed. I was given a $60.00 credit due to issues at your office but you still failed to fix three problems. When I first schedule my appointment one of your sales associates told me he would send a runner to exchange, said runner never appeared. When I called to speak to Bill, little concern was paid to my problems and he told me that he didn't drive the truck he only let it idle and checked on the sensor. I am very upset with the service and communication I received from the lot.

The power switches in my driver side door quit and there was a recall needing done at the time..They got it right in and began the diagnosis and found that they didn't have the appropriate parts in stock... Nyal was very polite and professional. However, not impressed with it taking 16 days to arrange for someone to return our vehicle. We have 3 other "complimentary services" that will go unused at this service department. Ultimately, our vehicle came back with an oil change and an "adjusted rear view mirror." Steve in sales was great at the time of the sale but that was it. Took 5 weeks to arrange our first service (which was still not assisted by him) and very misleading. We will definitely take our vehicle elsewhere in the future. We were also told that there was a service bulletin on our mirror vibrating and no adjustments could be made. Therefore, a new windshield was necessary. Yet, the windshield was not replaced and a windshield company was able to make an adjustment that Chevy (who puts out the service bulletin) said was not possible.

Vehicle blew up on me headed to Republic to meet family for a hunting trip. I left town and My wife found a truck online to look at. When i got done with the trip i went to the dealership and looked at it at closing time and came back the next day & bought it. At this point i had been away from my wife & daughter almost a week. I was homesick with a busted vehicle. They were aware of my situation and got me in & out without hassle. They even allowed a good price for my trade even though it wasnt running.

I came to this dealership because they had the car I wanted . After having it checked out, I found out it was in a wreck after reading the car fax and talking to the body shop that fixed it . Mayes uses another company that did not have that in the report and after asking for a drop in the price they said no because that's wasn't their problem because they didn't know when they bought the car . There was also a gash in the tire and they said if I wanted them to fix it that it would cost me $200 but if I fixed it myself they wouldn't lower the price . I was disappointed in the service I had and will not be returning . I came to the dealership thinking high hopes but left disappointed

When I took my 3-month old Equinox in for service, I realized I was handing them a problem. To the best of my ability, I described to Nyal the experience and he took if from there. They worked hard to solve the problem and, although they couldn't determine exactly what was going on, I felt relieved when I left the service department.The problem I had has not returned and I think it was a fluke happening. But they didn't make me feel foolish for being concerned.Our total experience was outstanding and, for me, worth the drive from Springfield to have them check the car.

The staff varies in their car selling experience. Some that have been there for quite some time are knowlegeable and helpful such as John Ellis and Mike Pullen especially. The financial or loan officer Tripp is very professional as well. some of the staff however, Marty Newport in particular, are insulting dishonest and down right rude. I would rate my previous experiences here good as I have purchased 3 vehicles from them dealing with John Ellis . I will continue to use Mayse as my choice to purchase vehicles because most of the staff is courteous and honest. One bad egg doesn't make the dealership bad because there are so many good people there. I would like to note that Kelby Parks was a very kind and knowlegeable young man as well.

Marty was a great salesman. We told him what we needed and he delivered. Tripp Cook did good with financing; however, finance dept was difficult to reach the next day when we needed to make changes to our Gap coverage (our auto insurance company was cheaper compared to the $799 Mayse charged). We purchased the extended warranty to extend our coverage from 35000 to 100000 bumper to bumper plus lifetime engine warranty and roadside assistance at 2700.00 which we thought was a pretty good deal. We appreciate the help of everyone! We loved everything except it was a little hard for us to follow up after the deal was done! Will be in to get oil changes and service maintenance schedules on time and look forward to telling others how much we continue to love our impala... Thanks for giving us good 4 percent interest rate on a certified preowned vehicle that wasn't to bad either......! Way to go Mayse team!

Mayse usually does a great job, employees are nice and professional. I brought my van for an oil change last week. I noticed that the sensor in the dash board was lit up, noting my tire needed to be aired up. When the mechanic brought me my keys after the oil change he said they had checked and aired up all my tires and that they were fine and that we just had a faulty sensor as the light did not go off in the dash. However, the tire looked low when I took my van. My husband immediately took the van to the gas station & ended up paying a $1.50 for air. Short story tire looked normal & sensor light in dashboard went away. Tires obviously weren't checked & makes one wonder what else was overlooked.

Mike Lanphier helped me with every step of the purchase of a new Buick Lacrosse, even on his day off. Steve Shiveley also helped by receiving some paperwork needed for the purchase while Mike was on his day off. Jeff Silvey was very efficient and knowledgable filling out all of the financial paperwork.Everyone at the dealership was friendly and polite with no pressure to buy. I had checked with about seven local dealerships, but Mayse Automotive beat them all by a lot. Mike sent me a quote. I drove about 9 hours one way to purchase my new Buick., Mike gave me a tour of the dealership and my new car. He also trained and helped me understand all of the controls on my new car before I left for the trip home including connecting my phone to the intellilink system. I thought the adaptive cruise sounded interesting, but it contributed to the most relaxing drive ever on the way home. Maybe Automotive is and excellent dealership with all the right ideas about how to treat people. I will definitely check with them when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. As i told Mike when I left, this was the best new car purchase ever!!!

The power running boards on our new Denali were sticking and a piece of carpet in between the seats was deteriorating. Our Denali is a year old and developed a problem with the passenger side running board. We were given a very nice loaner truck, by our original salesman, Mike Pullen (Absolutely great guy). Our service manager Shawn, called us each night with a progress report. They also went to bat and got us a section of carpeting that was prematurely deteriorating. This dealership uses Hudson Collision Body Shop, and we needed some body work done on this truck about the same time. They worked together to coordinate repairs and the loaner veh. I can't say enough good things about Sherman's shop and the relationship of it with Mayes Automotive.

Recently I had a flat tire. Although it may seem like a small thing, having a flat can ruin an entire day. I was able to get the tire inflated enough to drive the car to the shop. They were able to take my car in and get it fixed with a minimum of muss and fuss. I was back at home with a fixed and inflated tire within 30 minutes. That time included my trip to and from the service department, explaining the issue and checking out to go home. It was, as usual, a pleasant experience although my reason to be there was an inconvenience. Thank you Mayse Service Dept. for your prompt and professional job.

I purchased a 2015 used (3300 miles) that was advertised on Cars.com John Kieny was the salesman. Although I live 2200 miles from the dealership, John sent numerous pictures, answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. The paperwork was overnighted to me, prepaid overnight return to dealership. He and Doug Crisp (used car manager) even helped me locate a car transporter that they have used in the past. The car was picked up at the dealership on Tuesday afternoon and was at my destination Friday morning, in Oregon. The car was just as pictured and described. John was in constant touch with me via email, text and phone. It was a little scary buying a car, sight unseen, but Joh was very honest and reassuring. I called Steve Shiveley and he went over the vehicle and options and condition and what the price would be as we spoke. I took my son the next day to look at it and learn how to buy a car. He is 18 and heading off to college soon and I wanted him to understand the basic principals of purchasing a vehicle. On the way there I explained to him how dealers pull all kinds of tricks and high pressure sales tactics but this was just part of buying a car and not to let it frustrate him. Upon arrival Steve brought the car around explained the different features and told us to go for a drive. We got back to the lot very pleased with the car and everything was just as he had told us and then some. We sat down he had filled out paperwork just like I was told and sent us to financing. I then told my son, well here it comes the other part that I had warned him of. Once again nothing just a clean easy deal. So Im glad he got to learn in this fashion and know it doesn't have to be stressful event and when he goes to buy his own cars in future he knows where he can go purchase one if he ever finds himself in the other type of dealerships that I had warned him of. Im pretty sure he will just head to Mayse Automotive as he is heading into Pre Med to be a surgeon and won't have time or patience for anything other.

Drove from Waverly, TN to Mayse Automotive in Auror, MO to purchase our new Corvette. We saw it on cars.com, call and talked to Steve Shiveley to purchase this car. They gave us the best deal, and even gave us another rebate that we did not know about. Steve showed us how to use everything on the car, which we didn't take everything in, but offered for us to call him if we had any questions. Rob Bieber in the financial department was also very helpful. All the people at the dealership where very helpful, acknowledgeable, and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I'm very skeptical about salesman. I don't like word games and don't like bring manipulated ! This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership ,the salesman , Alan was very professional,helpful and straight forward ( no word game crap) the price I paid was more than fair. It's a shame they aren't all that way. I will definitely shop for my next car there even though it's a 3 hour drive from my home !

Mayse worked with us to get the repair fixed right .It may of took a couple of back and forth trips to get it done right, but in the end Mayse fixed it right and it is as good as new . There are not many dealerships left in the country that will work with you till you are 100% sastified with your car and repairs .They also gave as a curtousy car for the entire process ( AWESOME )... My only issue with the entire process was no one checked the repair or repairs to make sure it is or was right 100% and to the standard you & they would want , it is or was left up to you to do it for yourself ...

Very good experience, no "hassle" or pressures. Wonderful salesman! Trust me, after what we dealt with at a few other dealerships prior, they would do well to learn from Mayse. We feel the paperwork fee is silly and should be a curtesy for doing business. BUT with being said, all dealerships that we dealt with prior to ending up at Mayse, charged $199. Mayse charged $99. And our trade-in value was best at Mayse. Every single bell & whistle that I was seeking is there even down to the color inside & out. Love my '15 Traverse!

I contacted Mayse auto dealership in Missouri after seeing one of the their Corvettes advertised on Cars.com. I initially left a message and actually received a response during the evening during PST which means that the woman responding had to have written the email very late in the evening. She told me the message had been received and told me I would be contacted the next day. I was contacted promptly the next day and discussed the vehicle with the salesman. It didn't have the options I wanted so I decided not to get it. Later that day the original recipient of my message contacted me and made sure I had been contacted by a sales rep. Very polite people and easy to talk to. I was impressed with the level of customer service they provided.

My husband and I called about car, they came off the price over the phone. Told them we would like to come test drive and see what we could do. When we got there the car was waiting for us. Everyone I dealt with was absolutely amazing during my dealing with Mayse to purchase a car. From my first visit, the sales rep actually took the time to make sure he only showed me cars that fit my needs. When I gave a maximum price he took the time to find something that fit my needs and budget. I wasn't shown anything way out of my price range like some of the competitors did. Even after learning that I could not purchase that day the whole staff still went out of their way to take care of me. They offered to provide an estimate on payments and see what bank I could get a loan with AND hold the car I wanted until the next week.During this time I was waiting on a settlement from insurance. Mayse worked with this as well, they extended the time they held the car for me until I received my settlement and could purchase the car.I would highly recommend this dealership to others. I was treated with respect the whole time. It actually felt like I was having conversations instead of being bullied into buying something I didn't want or couldn't afford.

I was having a bad vibration in my tires and the left rear tire was low. The service center balanced an d rotated my tires and fixed the nail in my back tire at no charge. The truck seems to be so much better now.

I came in and talked to David Brown. He was a very nice and funny guy. He went over all aspects of each car I looked at and was more than willing to answer any and all questions I had regarding the vehicles I was interested in. I ended up choosing a pre-owned 2012 Chevy Cruze. After purchase he even helped me set up my on star and also helped me sync my smart phone to my new car. I would of been lost if it wasn't for Dave. Tripp was awesome in helping me to sign the dotted line. I was so confused walking in due to it being my first car purchase but Tripp quickly calmed my nerves and had me laughing. There are several reasons why I say my experience with Mayse was very satisfying.1. I live in Springfield. Mayse sent a driver to pick me up and gave me a ride to Aurora.2. Steve and Tripp stayed till after 7pm to help me processing all the paper works.3. The car I bought needs some paint work on the hood. Shouldn't have to take vehicle back 2 times when the recalls should have been done before I bought the Suburban. The sales people there can't take care of what I ask at the time to have vehicle cleaned of greasy hand prints. Will I do business there no last time I buy a Chevrolet.
