Another great experience at Mayo Motors. A few years back my wife and I bought an '07 Subaru Impreza which we have just loved. We needed to replace our aging Legacy and purchased a beautiful Black 2013 Nissan Altima today. The car looks brand new both inside and out and runs beautifully. I think both times I worked with Tony I was driving home our 'new' car in less than and hour. Tony takes all the anxiety out of what can be a stressful experience and actually makes it something you look forward to. something went wrong

things started out good when I first stopped in. Chris showed me the vehicle I was interested in and took me for a test drive while Tony evaluated my trade in. No pressure from Chris while showing me the vehicle and I got a reasonable trade in value for my vehicle. I went home and talked things over with my wife and decided to buy from Mayo. The next day I went back and negotiated a deal quickly with Tony. very easy to deal with. Went back Saturday to sign all the paper work. As my wife and I got up to leave in our new vehicle Chris informed us they only had 1 key for the vehicle. this vehicle has a smart key and as I found out will cost me several hundred dollars to get another key made. I feel all honesty and integrity they had went right out the window by waiting until everything was complete to tell us about only 1 key. Had I known this beforehand I would have tried to negotiate the cost of the key into the deal. I will never go back or recommend this dealer to anyone else.

Twilight Zone of Car Dealers (in a good way!)

I saw the car I wanted online (originally on CarGurus). I called to make sure was still available and spoke with Tony. Hopped in my car with my daughter and drove the hour to get there. As I looked at the car in the lot, Tony came out and addressed me by name. He answered several questions I had about the car in a very nonchalant, matter-of-fact manner. Not once did he try to sell. He let the car do the talking. I then asked for a test drive. He took my license, went in and made a copy, then came out and gave me the keys. My daughter hopped in the front passenger side. I was waiting for Tony to get in when he said, "just go wherever you want and come back when you're ready." Huh?! I was jettisoned into The Twilight Zone of car dealers. I came back, did a more thorough review of the car, then asked if he could put it on the garage rack so I could see the undercarriage. Bam!...His associate immediately pulled it in and up it went so I could inspect. We went inside and I signed the papers. When I told Tony the gas gauge read less than 35 mile to empty, he quickly left the office and took the car to a nearby station and returned with a full tank of gas. The entire process took less than an hour. Other car dealers would do themselves a huge favor if they followed Mayo's business model and Tony's low key approach. Well done!.

Needs some updates but nice experience

I called and was able to look at the car I was interested in, Tony was no where to be found, the car I wanted was decently priced, they were giving me what I wanted for my trade but upon further thinking and such I preferred going brand new. No big deal but negotiating was fairly good, the facility really needs work. Like BAAD but outside of the appearance it was a good experience for used cars I think the prices were fair

Tony won't waste a minute of your time. This was the quickest, fairest, deal I've ever done on an auto purchase. Great vehicle at a fair price. I drove 250 miles to make this deal and I'd do it again next time I need a car. Tony was very responsive answering all of my questions via email. The vehicle was exactly as represented. Drove it. Bought it. Paperwork took less than 10 minutes!

My recent visit & purchase from Carman Dodge was great. Not when I first walked in tho. My son & I were on the lot for about 10 mins & no one asked if we needed help. We met a friendly & courteous guy, who was assisting another customer, he pulled up beside us & asked of we were being helped. I told him, no. He said I will be with you shortly, after I finish up with my customer. He did not pressure me into buying anything, but made it clear I would leave out with a vehicle. And that I did. He was very patient and professional. He also made sure he followed up with me, because I left some things in my vehicle. The easist car transaction/purchase I've ever had. I purchased a '12 Infiniti G37X-Sport. After driving by and seeing the car on the lot, I began to do my research online for comparisons. The car was immaculate and was priced below all other high volume auto dealerships.I did everything online prior to test driving the car. Never spoke with Tony prior to the day of the purchase. My experience at Mayo Autos in Trexlertown, Pa. was a very good one! From the moment I pulled into the lot, I was looked after by Tony Mayo who was polite, patient, and informative. My purchase of the used 2011 Lincoln MKZ was one of the easiest, smoothest, and quickest automobile purchases that I have ever experienced. So far I think I made a good deal at Mayo Autos, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and relatives.

Awesome Experience

I had such a great experience with Tony and Mayo Autos. Tony was very responsive, informative and to the point. He did not harass me as did the other dealers on cars.com. I have had bad experiences with car salesmen, and Tony was nothing like them. His email communications and the reasonable price on the car made him the first actual dealer I went in and visited. I left with my dream car within an hour. I trusted that Tony did the best he could possibly do with the price, and my trade-in. Tony's prices really are as low as they can possibly be. I'm telling you it is worth the ridiculously long drive to get there! I live in Philadelphia and drove almost 2 hours to get there in the snow. It was well worth it. I highly recommend this place, and will probably not buy from anyone else in the future.

I knew I was at the right dealer for purchasing a used vehicle as soon as I pulled into the lot. The cars were up to date on maintenance and all had clean histories. Tony couldn't have made the transition process easier; my trade-in and my loan process went smoothly and quickly. Mayo also quickly took care of a minor interior lighting problem I discovered a few days later. I have already recommended Mayo to another friend who is going to the lot tomorrow to check out some SUVs.

Recently was in to test drive an SUV I had found on their website. No one ever came out to me and finally after 15 min we walked into the office. Very unimpressed with the overall lack of care with the building. I almost walked right out without the test drive due to the conditions inside. I stayed and was given the keys to the SUV and I started my test drive. The inside of the car smelled like someone tried very hard to cover up that a previous owner smoked inside. The also the interior of the car was not like I expected... almost like the building. Can ran well on the test drive but then suddenly made a loud noise and the service engine light came on and I lost all power. Had to pull over and turn the car off and on just to limp back to the dealers parking lot. All the guy said when we got back was "guess your not SUV people." WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I looked the 2004 jeep Grand cherokee Laredo on the Mayo Auto web site.The photos of the jeep were graet clear and very detail. And having a video of the jeep with Mr mayo showing the jeep inside and out very helpfull in making my decision.I never purcased a vechlie from a dealer before so I was worried about how to deal with get a loan for my bank but Mr Mayo the process very easy and sample. Also having all the info of the car was great like the carfax. Mr Mayo was very friendly and did not rush me to make a desicion. I like that it wasn't a large dealership and that Mr Mayo dealt with me personaly rather a car salesman that is only worried about making his numbers for the month. Mr Mayo was able to give me trade value for an older jeep with very high miles and very afforable down payment. The whole process took no more then a couple of days. The car has low miles and the price was just right. The staff was great to work with and friendly. The price I got for my trade was reasonable. I can't speak for the quality of any other car that Tony has on his lot, but in the case of the '07 Nissan Altima 2.5S that I purchased a few weeks ago from Mayo Autos, Tony had hand selected a real gem. With only 42,000 miles on it, the car looks and runs like new. With power seating options and sun roof, Tony had this beaut priced in the same range as similar 07 Altimas without these options. Tony is a no-rush salesman that does his leg work up front to find excellent cars and sells them at very fair prices.If you do your homework, you'll be sure to find that Tony has some of the best prices around and offers quality vehicles.
