I live in blue springs, missouri roughly 3 miles from another ford dealership that has mistreated our family several times in the past so we refuse to go there anymore. Routine Service

Got my 150 in right away. Had "The Works" multi-point inspection, LOF, tire rotation. In and out in about an hour. I get all my service, parts, tires, etc. from Matt and plan to continue to do so.

Check Engine Light

My Escape had a pesky check engine light. A Matt Ford technician diagnosed the issue and replaced the 02 sensor. No more check engine light. All in about an hour. I am very happy!

The only thing I did not like was if you check my tire pressure and top off my fluids I would like to know it. I thought about it after I left the Matt ford dealer and had to call back to find out if it was done. Grant you I brought my truck brand new and it was my first oil change which was free, but it is still apart of my cars history, Good customer service, I changed your oil and checked your fluids along with your tire pressure.

I am very pleased with the service, repairs. I also was provided with a car to drive while my Ford Edge was in the shop being repaired. I brought my Edge in as a result of a letter from Ford about a part recall, My gas tank was replaced. I also needed a battery tray and a bolt to keep the battery in place. I am impressed with the very friendly professional treatment I received. I will not hesitate to return to Matt Ford in the future.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I recently purchased a new vehicle through Matt Ford and was really the best experience ever. The 2016 Ford Escape that I wanted was 2,000 less here than at someother nearby dealerships (Wont name any names) ( not the exact same- just had the same options. 2016 Ford Escape SE 4 Wheel drive) The Sales gentleman that helped me was Tom Murray and he was really able to help me stay within the range I wanted. They even offered me an extra $500 on my vehicle trade in- more than what I was offered at the other dealerships! They are really wanting to move some vehicles before the end of the year (as most dealerships do this time of year) and they were ready to do whatever it took to make the price that I wanted and make sure I was taken care of overall- First time buying a car on my own without the help from my parents!

New Truck Purchase

We totaled our current vehicle in an accident in Harrisonville, Mo. We contacted Matt Ford of Buckner, Mo. and told them we were interested in a F150.We worked with Ryan Matt. Our initial purchasing process was done over email Ryan sent us information and pictures of the new trucks he had available. After two days of emails and phone calls we picked our new truck Ryan was great to work with during this process and was very available over internet and phone..Answered all our questions very promptly and professionally. Ryan even came to rental company so we could turn in our rental car. Service above what was necessary. Our truck was spotless. Ryan took the time to explain all the features of the F150, most of which we had never had. I took the vehicle, a 2015 Ford Escape, in for its first oil change and the service department took care of two recalls while the vehicle was there rather than having me arrange for another visit to take care of the recalls. Of course, the service advisor explained the additional time needed to complete the additional work to which I agreed. The vehicle was ready when expected. Matt Ford is a great dealership! I bought two vehicles there and have used the service department for both.

It was a breath of fresh air being treated like family and not just a customer. After agreeing on a price that I thought was almost to low to believe I went in to see the Finance Manager Jeremy Lawhon. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and by far Jeremy was the most straight forward non pushy Finance Manager I have ever dealt with.
