Matt Ford service was the best as my concerns were resolved and fixed right the first time. The new manager came from another dealer I used to go to and has always been there for me! I live in blue springs, missouri roughly 3 miles from another ford dealership that has mistreated our family several times in the past so we refuse to go there anymore. I have also tried other local dealers for service and repairs and they seem sub par. My wife took her flex to Matt ford and was very pleased with the service and kindness of the staff. I recently had my f250 in for service and was very pleased with everyone. Especially the tech working on my truck. He was very knowledgeable, polite and respectful. They have earned a customer for life!

Nate (salesperson) as well as the Sales Manager met and exceeded my expectations. Sales staff was more than willing to answer any questions and was no issues in terms of negotiating the price and conditions of the deal. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is wanting a F150.The only thing I would like to see this dealership have is a place to work when I am having my truck serviced.

My Escape had a pesky check engine light. A Matt Ford technician diagnosed the issue and replaced the 02 sensor. No more check engine light. All in about an hour. I am very happy!

The only thing I did not like was if you check my tire pressure and top off my fluids I would like to know it. I thought about it after I left the Matt ford dealer and had to call back to find out if it was done. Grant you I brought my truck brand new and it was my first oil change which was free, but it is still apart of my cars history, Good customer service, I changed your oil and checked your fluids along with your tire pressure.

Bought my first ever Ford here. Did the research between the GMC, Chevy, and Ford pickups. Ford won.My salesman Josh made this a very pleasant experience. Just wanted to let everyone know that I recently purchased a new vehicle through Matt Ford and was really the best experience ever. The 2016 Ford Escape that I wanted was 2,000 less here than at someother nearby dealerships (Wont name any names) ( not the exact same- just had the same options. 2016 Ford Escape SE 4 Wheel drive) The Sales gentleman that helped me was Tom Murray and he was really able to help me stay within the range I wanted. They even offered me an extra $500 on my vehicle trade in- more than what I was offered at the other dealerships! They are really wanting to move some vehicles before the end of the year (as most dealerships do this time of year) and they were ready to do whatever it took to make the price that I wanted and make sure I was taken care of overall- First time buying a car on my own without the help from my parents!

Our initial purchasing process was done over email Ryan sent us information and pictures of the new trucks he had available. After two days of emails and phone calls we picked our new truck Ryan was great to work with during this process and was very available over internet and phone..Answered all our questions very promptly and professionally. Ryan even came to rental company so we could turn in our rental car. Service above what was necessary. Our truck was spotless. Ryan took the time to explain all the features of the F150, most of which we had never had. I took the vehicle, a 2015 Ford Escape, in for its first oil change and the service department took care of two recalls while the vehicle was there rather than having me arrange for another visit to take care of the recalls. Of course, the service advisor explained the additional time needed to complete the additional work to which I agreed. The vehicle was ready when expected. Matt Ford is a great dealership! I bought two vehicles there and have used the service department for both.

I have been looking for just the right vehicle for my needs for awhile. And lucky for me I found it at Matt Ford! My salesman was Geoff Barker. He was very professional, fun and honest. It was a breath of fresh air being treated like family and not just a customer. After agreeing on a price that I thought was almost to low to believe I went in to see the Finance Manager Jeremy Lawhon. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and by far Jeremy was the most straight forward non pushy Finance Manager I have ever dealt with. He let me know of a lot of wonderful options that I got to choose from and I didn't feel like he was just forcing products on me. By far the best car buying experience ever. After I drove a couple of trucks I was introduced to Ryan Matt whom I explained that I liked certain things about both trucks so he found me another truck that was exactly what I wanted with the exact price that I was looking for. I made a call out there and Josh was there to answer my call for any questions I had. After researching online, I told him about the truck I was interested in. He was very helpful in any questions I had. After speaking with him over the phone, I decided to take a drive out there to look at the truck. Josh was very easy to work with and was able to answer any questions I had. He was friendly and there was absolutely no pressure to buy the truck. However, I fell in love with the truck I test drove and after having my second great experience, I purchased the vehicle. Josh made the paperwork easy and painful.
