David Scott and the finance department were easy to work with and I feel like they worked diligently to earn my business. They were able to beat the finance deal that I had gotten from my personal bank which I though would be nearly impossible. David spent a few hours with me on Friday and followed up that evening with some questions that I had. I called on Saturday morning and told him to do the paperwork because I was coming to get the truck. I had looked around for about 6 months before purchasing to make sure that I got the best deal. I have always driven Toyotas, so this will be a change for me. I look forward to driving my new truck in the future!

Walked in turned keys over to service manager. He asked if we were to wait or come back. We stated come back later and he took our phone number and stated he'd call us when it was ready. Also informed us they were very busy and it would be close to two hours. We departed on our errands and received a phone call in about an hour and a half. We finished and went to pick up our car... Everything went well! I usually wait and most of the time I'm in and out in a flash... If I have to wait a little while I get to drink free coffee or I sometimes purchase a soda which is priced well below normal vending machine prices...

I just had an oil change. The service was good, the price was higher than I have paid at another dealership. The gentleman who checked me in did find a $2 coupon, but the cost was still about $10+ more. Since this was my first and only visit I would hesitate giving a recommendation. I would need to have more information regarding other types of services before recommending your company. He also did an excellent job explaining the cost of tires and what was found during the 10 pt inspection.

I drive 20 miles out of my way (pass by 2 other GM authorized dealerships) purposely to go to Master Pontiac in Aiken SC because I''m that satisfied and trustful of Justin and the Vaughn Hester team at Aiken. I had an excellent experience with my oil change service at master Chevrolet. All of the staff were professional and friendly. In fact I had stopped in the day before to get an estimate on how much the oil change would be, and when I was rung up my 2015 suburban took more quarts of synthetic oil then they thought it would, so the price should have been higher however , The employees adjusted the labor in order to keep the oil change price at what they had provided as an estimate the day prior. The work done on my vehicle was excellent, I was treated courteously and professionally and I will definitely return.

Went to Master Chevrolet mid July to purchase a 2015 Colorado and asked about a Dealer trade with the Color and options that I wanted. The 2016 were scheduled for production that week, and David Scott suggested that i order a 2016 and estimated 8 weeks for delivery, truck was delivered on the 8th week.David was great during the whole process from start to finish. Ross Jackson even purchased my vehicle the first week at a fair price. Wayne Morgan placed the order while I was on Vacation and gave me the Order Number the next week so I could track the build process on GM Chat and was emailed the status each week which was interesting seeing the movement throughout the build. Thanks guys love my Cyber Gray Metallic Z71, wife has drove it more than me. Experience was painless and enjoyable.

Not only do the members of the team at the desk treat their customers with the utmost respect and prompt service, the technicians in the service area are professional in carrying out their duties. When we visited Master, the salesman came out and greeted us. We told him that we were test driving different models in order to choose which model we wanted to buy. We first drove a used truck then went with the salesman to look at some new trucks for comparison. We looked at a few and decided that we would like to test drive a new Chevy Colorado. The salesman then told us that unless we we're buying today, we could not test drive any new vehicles! This is no way to treat a perspective buyer! I will never visit Master Chevrolet in Aiken, SC again!

I made an appointment, arrived a few minutes before hand, only to wait until others that just drove in w/o an appointment minutes before I did were serviced. My vehicle waited for 2 others to be taken back prior to my service. I will no longer "schedule" an appointment as it makes no difference. Then while out on errands Saturday, the tire pressure sensor malfunction light came on. So yet another trip to the dealer. Yes, this one was handled quickly as my husband said he only waited about 10 minutes yet it was another trip to service that should not have been necessary.The service personnel are friendly and courteous.

I went to Master because I had seen an ad for a used car they had for sale. Joe Mills greeted us when we arrived, and conducted the transaction. He was knowledgeable, informative, helpful and efficient. I might note that he provided very useful advice, but didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want (an annoyance I've encountered at other dealerships previously). The other staff members we encountered were likewise friendly and professional. They have a very large selection of vehicles to choose from, too.I am very pleased with the car we bought, and with the buying experience. Joe Mills sold my fiance and I an Equinox and a Silverado. He got us some great deals on both and was incredibly helpful even after the sale! The service department is great. Beautiful, comfortable lounge and very friendly staff. The financing department was also efficient and professional. We financed one of the vehicles through an outside credit union and one through the dealership and they treated us exactly the same with both. No pressure to use their financing but when I chose to on the second car they were great! Also, the dealer puts some great extras on their cars like remote start and the power driver's seat. I was not expecting either on my LT package but I was so happy they were there!

And, if he is off, I feel comfortable with Manny, and their boss Vaughn Hester: but, Justin really makes me feel like my satisfaction is really important. He had me spend time with sales' Jason Francis: also very customer oriented and easy to relate. I was disappointed at the delta between my pristinely-cared-for Traverse LTZ and a trade in for buying new, but maybe your appraiser and Jason can sharpen their pencils. Do NOT let Justin get away: I see reactions to him from others in the service waiting area too, and think many share this high opinion!

Joe Mills at Master Chevrolet was an Excellent salesman. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle he sold me, not pushy at all, and worked with me on the price. Before I went to Master Chevrolet Cadillac, I went to about four different car dealerships, all of which I was not very happy with. Two of these places actually recommended I go look at the used cars at Master Chevrolet because they said they had good cars for good prices, and an auto shop also recommended Master Chevrolet to me. I am so GLAD I chose to go with them, because the vehicle I purchased is in impeccable condition (looks brand new even though its 8 years old), and I ended up paying BELOW Kelly Blue Book price. The car I purchased is a 2007 Chevy Equinox LS, and I LOVE IT!!! If I could talk to anyone out there looking for a vehicle (new or used), I would say, don't waste your time looking anywhere else. Go talk to Joe at Master Chevrolet. He will help you out! He doesn't have that "salesman" attitude where you feel forced to buy something. He made me feel right at home, and introduced me to the entire team, including the mechanics who will be working on my vehicle if I ever need any work done/oil changes/etc. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Master Chevrolet and especially with Joe :-)

I found a used ford exploer online that Master Chevrolet had on their lot.. After a year of searching for the right vehicle, I felt confident that we had found "the one". I contacted Master and immediately began corresponding with David Scott via phone and email. David was prompt with every response and answered all of our questions in detail, as well as, provided all of the necessary documents to verify that the car was up to par. Once we came to an agreement on a dollar amount (an amazing deal!), we made the 3 hour trip from Savannah to purchase the car. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The Explorer was even better in person than what we could see online! David had the car all ready to drive off of the lot and had us in and out in no time! We will be recommending Masters to all of our friends and family!

I started out using Cars.com to find a list of vehicles in the order of " we really like" to "we kind-of like" expecting that we will be jerked around.... this was so not the case. We were contacted by Joe Mills of Masters Chevrolet just 20min after an inquiry via Cars.com to come in on our first choice. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Sales guys and they helped us find Joe immediately. Joe presented us the vehicle of our choice, answered questions, and did the test drive. Long story short, we left the dealership drama free in the no. 1 vehicle of our choice. My Wife is happy and that all that matters to me. Thank you Joe. I pray that our gently used vehicle treats us well and we continue to do business in the future. It was truly worth the 1.5hr drive to visit you guys.

HORRIBLE experience! I made the mistake of trading my Infiniti G35 in for a Cadillac SRX. When I drove the car off the lot, I realized the headlight didn't work AT ALL. I took it back for them to replace and got my car back a week later. Once I got the car back I realized that not only were the headlights not right, but I was having other issues. Trying to get the sales guy to answer or call us back was a headache. Trying to get accurate information out of him was even worse. Long story short, I have now had the SRX for about 3 months, it has been in the shop twice and it's still not fixed! I WILL NEVER do business with the dealership. This will probably be my last experience with Chevrolet. I am ready to trade this in for another Infiniti!

I just wanted to take a minute to praise the business your family has created and run for so many years. In October 2011, my Pontiac G6 broke down (the crank to the key shaft broke causing my timing chain to fly off and bend pistons, valves, etc.) on I-520 on our way to St. Petersburg, Florida. Not being from the Augusta area, and only being a resident of North Augusta for less than a year, I had to rack my brain, while in a panic on the side of the road, to tell AAA which dealership I needed my car towed to for service. Remembering the signs for Master, I told them to take it there. This is where I met your wonderfully, accommodating, staff in the service department at Master Buick GMC in Augusta. My husband and I left the car at your dealership and we left for Florida. William Fanning was more than accommodating throughout this process as he spoke with me and/or my father (who originally purchased the car and then gifted it to me) everyday while we were out of town, explaining the process of what was going to happen. After 28 long days, I finally got my car back and William deserves to be more than praised for his work with my "case" and the warranty company. He is one wonderful, hard working man and should be rewarded. After I got my car back from being repaired, I decided it was time to trade it and purchase a new one. I knew that I would purchase my next car from Master, but I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted. I test drove a few GMCs but wanted to look at a few Chevys. I made my way to your Aiken dealership and met Mark Halupa, yet again, another wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable employee of Master. I ended up ordering a White Diamond LTZ Equinox from your Chevy dealership that took over 3 months to arrive and once again, your courteous staff was more than accommodating. Wayne Morgan really got the ball rolling and made sure my new car made it safe and sound without any problems. After I finally got my car, Wayne and Mark made sure everything was OK and checked in with my regularly. At one point, I thought there may be something wrong with the radio. When this happened and I contacted Mark, there were no questions asked, Mark and Wayne took the car into service for me and gave me a car to drive while it was in the shop. At one point, Mark even met me in North Augusta so the car could be looked at because I couldn't make it to Aiken after work one evening. He told me he would do whatever it took to ensure I was satisfied and that the problem was taken care of. I am more than pleased with your employees and the service I have received at Master Chevorlet, Cadillac and at Master Buick, GMC. My father has worked for a GM affiliated company for over 30 years and so, I will ALWAYS purchase a GM made car. I can assure you I will go to no other dealer for service or sales while living in the Augusta area and I will recommend your services to anyone who comes my way. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service to the people of Augusta/ Aiken for so many years.
