We had a repair that usually doesn't happen to anyone and it was the 1st time it happened at this dealership. A piece that broke behind the brake pad that cost us 1,900. to get fixed. The piece wasn't that expensive, around 195.00 the rest was all expensive labor.!!Mathew took good care of me but we still think it was to expensive to get fixed and if it's a piece that never breaks that means mine was probably a defected piece. I dont think it was fair for us to pay for. I hope someone from Customer Service will look into this and help us with this problem.

Based on my experience with your service department on Tuesday, June 2, 2015, I would rate it overall as very good. However, it was not very comfortable having to conduct business in a trailer which was lacking in comfort, etc. I have been a customer of Massey's for 12 years and have always been satisfied with the service department, but the sales department has always needed improvements so I cannot rate it above satisfactory. Ms. Julie Perkins, the Assistaant Service Manager, was very cordial, prompt, and professional and I look forward to working with her in the future. Also, Javier the young man who chauffeured us around in the courtesy car, was very kind and courteous which we appreciated very much.

had a grinding noise in the front left wheel (as best we could tell). took a ride with the Service Manager. could not detect problem. they decided to keep the car. they preformed some work on the tire and brakes, but could not find the problem. we are now on vacation in the Midwest and the car is still grinding. hope we do not have any problems. will contact Massey when we return to Florida.......

I understand that you were busy that day but 1 1/2 hours for an oil change (with appointment) was a bit much. Also, all the settings on the driver's seat were changed (forward, backwards, height, tilt), even the steering wheel height was changed. I had to spend some time adjusting everything back to the way I like it.

We had to have AAA tow the car, and ALL my business was done with Matt via email. Matt was extremely helpful and did wonderfully on his follow-thru.We do not live in Florida and if we are there it is for a cruise. Matt is a credit to his profession and to Massey Cadillac. I was still under factory warranty at 48,000 miles and less than 4 years. My experience with the service department and my service advisor (Rhoda) were favorable. I got to the dealership at the agreed service time and was provided a loaner SUV and told they would contact me when the work was completed. All they asked was return the vehicle with the same amount of gas as when I took it. When I came back my vehicle was ready to go!

As usual, Julie set me up for my regular service. She was able to get me in right on time. The mechanic doing the service found a screw in one of my tires. He was not able to repair it because of the location on the tire. Julie took me back to the service area and showed me the tire. Servce was able to replace it right then. I was out in the alloted time even with the tire issue. Julie never disappoints!

Every time I take my Escalade in for service Rhoda is on top of it. She makes sure that what I want done really needs to be done (a welcome change from my experience at other dealerships) and works with the team on tough diagnoses and always figures it out. I have had my Escalade for eight years, serviced by three dealers from Hawaii to Florida, and Massey is by far at the top of the pile. The place is a mess with all the construction but I will tell you when I got it back from service this weekend it looked better than when my detailer cleans it. An absolutely top notch operation and team.

During spring break, my family and I drove from New York to Orlando. Around, North Carolina our Escalade experienced a throttle sensor failure and the car automatically kicked into a reduced speed safety mode. As it was early Saturday morning, no Cadillac service centers were open. We identified Massey Cadillac as a center that was near our hotel in Orlando. We continue to drive south, called Massey at 8:00am when the service department opened. After explaining our issue to Julie, and indicating we would be near her dealership around 11:30am Saturday morning. When we arrived, Julie completed a quick diagnostics, identified the problem as P2125. She tagged the car, drove into into the service bay and 90 minutes later, the car was fixed, washed and waiting for us when we returned from a quick lunch. Car problem on a long trip is not something I would wish on anyone. However, if it happens, I hope a Massey center is nearby. Thank you to the staff at Massey. By the way, the throttle sensor problem was a know GM issue with a service memo. As such, the part, labor and wash was at no charge. Thank you.

Each time 24 months, starts down, 15K annually and have had the same or less payment annually. The residual on the car was better this go around, the rates are better, and the only difference is no discount because our car is popular. The 750 loyalty money is comical on a 93K vehicle. I had to go 36 months to achieve the same objective which I am not happy about, but I wanted to stay in the product for now. I was considering an XTS for my wife as her 7 series BMW the lease is up, but decided against it.

Even though construction/repairs are going on, the temporary customer service waiting area was very nice. As usual, Bo, in service, took great care of us and our SRX. Ted Johnson and Tom Brombin and Robert Moore are all very nice people...until you buy their cars, then forget about any service and requests. They are typical sales people with no follow up accountability, however they will tell you about their past accomplishments when you question their lack of action. When they read this, they will have all kinds of excuses why they couldn't send me a simple piece of paper after 4 requests that confirmed the CPO 172 point checklist was completed on the car I purchased. They also could not send me verification of an oil change with a car that only had 6054 miles on it and was purchased new by the first owner from their dealership. I don't care how many awards they've received in the past, and what other reviews say; their building isn't the only thing that has collapsed. I would never go back and would not recommend you going there. They would not answer questions that they knew the answers to but would negatively impact the sale of a vehicle if they answered. At 3:05 p.m. on Sep. 26, sales did not answer their phones and the General Mgr. Robert Moore was out for nearly a week. The operator had no clue as to why no one in sales was answering their calls. Does this sound like someone who would provide good service? Don't say you weren't warned.

The buying experience was great, never thought I'd own a Cadillac, got a really good deal from very nice people, not a normal stressful buying experience. Just had my first service and was amazed at how nice they still are at that end of the deal. The concierge service is wonderful cause I'm 45 minutes from their facility. I judge this dealership to be the best one I have experienced ever. They set the standard for communications, focus on the customer, and all the aspects of the ownership experience. I bought my 2002 Cadillac DeVille at Massey & have all the work done there. They have very knowable service advisors ours is Bojan Lucic. I live in Georgia and purchased a car from Massey Cadillac, which is located in Florida. Now 28 days later, Georgia DMV has not received the information from Massey Cadillac to process my title or registration. I wrote numberous emails to Massey Cadillac with only one or two with a response. I was told that Florida DMV was backed up with 2 two week delay in processing titles, however, the last information from Massey Cadillac, my title transfer was only submitted two days ago. Massey has the worst customer service that I have ever expierenced at an Auto Dealership.
