First go to their internet siteFind THE truck You call about truckYou negotiate a price on truckYou like Price Color not so much You ask about different colorYou are told they can't get that colorCome look at truck on lotFor $200 u can a 2017 and color u wantYou drive 2hrs to look at truck When you get there to look at truck you find out this truck is not and has never been for sale because it was a Toyota family / friends sale an employee from Georgetown had purchased (?sorry for mistake)That's ok because You really don't like color; you are told they will order a 2017 in your color for a couple hundred dollars more You get price of truck on the road and you're very happy because it meets your budget ?pay down payment on You leave expecting your truck to arrive in 6 to 8 weeks?Six weeks later u call dealership no truck ? ( takes a few calls to speak to someone?)truck should be here in a couple three weeks?You call back (once again takes a few calls to speak to someone ?) at nine Plus weeks still no truck and there's an issue because They have to figure out how to "allocate" the money?And you tell them you have agreed on the price and that's the price you planned on paying?Keep calling Finally on Oct 27th you call once againYou are told "I emailed you a week and half ago, wanting for you response ... can't sale you truck for agreed price... it's $2500 more!?( checked ALL emails, even deleted ones, and junk NO EMAILS about truck!!)They have three phone numbers to reach you? NO PHONE CALLS!You tell them that you and they agreed on price ... same as giving their word.. they inform you .."word means nothing" ?You go back and forth with themThey tell you what a deal it is on truck at that price that they are now quoting ? No where near price when u made down payment!!We had sold our truck! Needless to say we did not get a truck from this dealership?In our opinion this dealership is aBAIT and SWITCH company.The truck we looked at online that really wasn't for sale.... stayed online for 3-4 days!!!

My fiance and I visited this dealership in homes of test driving a corolla. We met with Bernie and initially hit it off. We test drive a 2012 and 2015 - I would have bought the newer model but I'm not sure if the boys at the dealership had a bet or something because Bernie was dead set on pushing the older model. Even after we told him several times that I'd prefer a lower mileage, used car. The older model was fine but hadn't been serviced and the front tires were visibly bald. Even after I said I was not interested immediately Bernie asked if this was the car for me. Not sure if he didn't hear me or legitimately was not listening and just trying to push the sale. My fiance was also interested in test driving an older Jeep - and it was like pulling teeth to get the keys! Bernie was uninterested and seemed like he did not want to show us the car. He had a following appointment for another sale which was fine - but even when we asked if we could work with another sales rep, Bernie basically shut us down rudely and didn't allow for us to look at other models. It was so unfortunate because Marshall's had had great reviews when we searched for a dealership! I understand that it was the end of the month and commission was to be made. But Bernie and Marshall's lost a sale solely because of the poor experience we had today. Not even 2 hours later and I signed paperwork to purchase a used Hyundai at a competing dealership 5 miles away. Prices are reasonable and if the customer service had been a bit better, I would have driven away with a nice Toyota. I do not like to be nit picky but the experience we had today needed to be shared.

I bought a used Corolla from Dry Ridge Toyota, I started having VVT problems with it about 6 months ago. I was still barely under warranty. Their mechanic, Woody tackled this problem time and time again. It was a frustrating experience, but I knew it wasn't their fault, more than likely it was the factories fault or the parts suppliers fault. Woody, their master mechanic and Kentucky Davis, their service supervisor never gave up and they were always looking for a solution. They even got in a engineer to take a look at my car. They definitely went above and beyond of what they had to do to make sure my car was fixed. They took care of it all and stayed patient with me. Their service department is top notch, from their manager, mechanics, and even the service advisors. If you need an auto repair or servicing done, take your car to Dry Ridge Toyota, they will be honest and look out for your best interest, they know their stuff when it comes to auto repair, servicing, and customer service.

I went to Dry Ridge Toyota because the online prices were cheaper. Once there I found it to be true. I was looking for a certified used car. The salesman, Tim Oakley was very patient with me looking for what I wanted. It didn't take long. I have had some bad history with my finances due to having to retire early for health reasons. It took a little time, but they were able to find a finance company that would work with me. Mr. Oakley made sure that I was comfortable during my wait time and ensured that I had something to drink. It was a rather hot day. He kept offering something to eat, but turned down the offer. The facility was extraordinarily beautiful. Seating was comfortable. Other salesmen and employees were friendly. I left the facility with the car I was looking for at a price that I was happy with. I would definitely recommend Dry Ridge Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota or Scion or a used car. I think you would be happy with the service and deals.

I was disgusted on how I was treated by this dealership. So many things went wrong that I do not know where to begin. I am not usually a person to push blame onto other's but I knew this was going to be a bad experience when I showed up at the dealership and not one person greeted me or asked for my business. I finally had to find someone and then they asked, "You here to buy a car?" I also decided I wanted to finance through my own bank and once the sales representative heard this they completely shutdown and did not want to work with me anymore. I finally was able to settle on a car and a price with their sales agent and a finance agent. I had to go out of town but they told me that while I was out of town they would work with my bank to get the payment taken care of and once they had the payment, I could pick up the car once I got back into town. While I was out of town, I even contacted my bank as well as the dealership and members at both locations advised me that a "Buyers Agreement" was signed between the bank and dealership and everything was good to go on my return. Once I returned home from my trip, my first phone call was to the bank who stated that a check has been cut and they were ready to disperse payment. I then contacted the dealership, spoke with two employee's there who confirmed to me that MY car was ready to go and they would see me at the end of the day. After that conversation, I believed everything was set in place. I left work, started towards the dealership and while on my way, I get a phone call from Jarred Baker (finance member at the dealership) that "Sorry, due to miscommunication, we sold your vehicle to someone else. Here is my manager Aaron." "Aaron" then got onto the phone and apologized but in the same breathe this is my fault since they do not hold cars for anyone. I explained that I received confirmation from 4 different members of the dealership that they had no problem holding the car since funds were readily available and I was out of town. He then apologized again and said it was a mistake and he would find me a better/comparable solution and he would call me back by 9pm. That was three days ago and I have not heard back from him or anyone else on site. I have tried calling the dealership back and tried to speak to anyone I worked with before and once they hear who is calling, everyone I need to talk to is "not here at the moment". I have even emailed the owner, Rob Marshall, and have heard nothing back. The lack of customer service, professionalism, and honesty demonstrated by Aaron Moore, Jared Baker, and Billie Cook from Dry Ridge Toyota are unbelievable. I will never step foot back onto their facility (not that they would notice for 10 minutes) and I will tell as many people as I can the issues I had with this dealership. I ended up buying a new car from another dealership, paid cash, and it was the easiest process ever and the car was NOT sold out from under me.

The general manager gave me a great trade in for my truck and a very good price on the new Tacoma Truck i purchased. I will go back when I get ready for my next truck or car. After searching for some time, I discovered a certified 2014 Toyota Camry at Dry Ridge Toyota. We were assured the vehicle was still there, so we drove from Lexington, KY. It was exactly as depicted on their website. Mr. Bernie Lozier assisted us, and he was very professional. He was diligent, and very pleasant to speak to. They made the transaction flow with out any delays. There is even a play room for children which was nice for out 6 year old to stay entertained during the process. He was honest and wanted to make sure that the deal worked for both of us and not just the dealership. Each person I dealt with took his time to get to know what I needed and explain how he could help me achieve it and then went farther than I could have expected to make sure that I was satisfied. From making my appointment with Luis Hernandez, to discussing my options with Chris, to going through my extra options, to finishing my paperwork, everything was organized without pressure to make decisions or accept options that wouldn't fit my needs or my finances. I am leaving with a car that I love and an experience that has left me happy.

camry I bought a new camry in april 2013 and they done after market protectant on it and destroyed the paint after 6 months of trying to get them to fix it I took it else where and traded it and lost 7,000.00 dollars on it so I would not recommend them to anyone because they will not take care of any problems

I purchased a used truck here. The salesperson I talked to was very professional and helpful, and everything was going great, until the owner and general manager started yelling and cussing at an employee who had apparently made a mistake and told a customer wrong information on a vehicle. They were yelling at the employee and even called him some names I'd rather not repeat. All this was going on right there in the showroom for everyone to hear! I felt so bad for the employee. I stopped another sales person and asked who the two guys were who were yelling at the employee, and he said, "Rob Marshall (owner) and Matt Sensel (General Manager)".Maybe I'm a little old fashioned, but seeing and hearing this was enough to completely turn me off from this dealership. I will never spend another cent here. If an owner will treat his employees this way, how much do you think he really cares about the customer?

I found the car on autobuytel.com. When I called it was no longer available. Jeff told me what one was available, price, etc. It was a 2014 Toyota Yaris. Having checked other dealers I knew the price was excellent. They are entitled to make money. We were down to our last very old car, 1995 Nissan Sentra which stopped running the day before. We chose not to put more good money after bad and had no way to get there, Jeff offered to pick us up at our convenience in that car which had 13 miles on it so my husband could drive it back and see what he thought. Very impressed. So we bought it through GE credit at a very low interest rate. Bought it on Sunday drove it home a round about way. Drove today very happy. Tomorrow I take it in for the underbody treatment, etc. and will be given a loaner to use. This, so far, has been my best experience at a dealership and I have known the owners of several and we were treated better here than anywhere else. I highly recommend the dealership and Jeff. And if things change, I assure you I will be back to express a different opinion. When service is very good or bad, I call, write, etc. It is sad to only see the negative.Just saw the last question. Normally the relationship would be the most important. At this point it was the speed of service and finding that there is a Toyota dealership where we are moving as it is a nationwide warranty.

I saw a vehicle at Dry Ridge Toyota that I was interested in, listed on cars.com. I contacted the dealer via the link provided in the cars.com listing since it is located about an hour from my home, and received a confirmation email saying that my inquiry had been sent and I should hear from someone soon. About 3-4 days later, I received another canned email response from Dry Ridge saying that someone from their internet sales department would contact me soon. That was the last I heard from them. I never got an email or phone call from an actual person. Obviously, I eventually purchased elsewhere. I can't speak to their facilities or in-person customer service, but their online customer service is terrible.

We drove 2 hours to buy a 2007 Chevy Silverado. We spent all day corresponding with the sales person through phone conversations and text messages. Everything seemed to check out, until we were almost there and the sales person calls to let us know that the check engine light is on. At this point we are almost there so we go ahead and come the rest of the way. Through the whole buying process we were guaranteed the power train warranty so we weren't too concern of any big malfunctions since the power train would cover all big expenses like the engine, transmission etc. We test drove the truck everything seemed great so We decided to purchase the truck due to the fact we were told the check engine light was the throttle body and it just needed to be replaced, a $500 fix and they knocked that off the purchase price. The negotiation took 5 hours. Every time we made an offer it would take 45 mins to let us know if that would work. And to make things worse we had a very cranky 1 month old that they didn't cater to at all. We finally had an agreed upon price and they let us know that since the truck has over 90k miles they are voiding the power train warranty...However, we were assured that we would not be left "high and dry" if something big did happen. So, after a horrific buying process we drive it off the lot and noticed that the gears are slipping. We took it to our mechanic the next day and come to find out the transmission needs to be rebuilt. The mechanic confirmed that the dealer had to know because the clutch dust had been recently cleaned out. Therefore, not only are we out the cost to fix the transmission that doesn't even cover the check engine light, which the mechanic confirmed was not the problem. So, they just lied to us over and over again. We contacted them the next day about being left "high and dry" and they said sorry about our luck...Needless to say we will not be back and we hope you don't go either! Terrible business people they are the reason used car dealers have such a bad rep!

On 5/9/14, my girlfriend and I arrived at dry ridge Toyota after a 3 1/2 drive from Tennessee to see about a FJ Cruiser that was advertised on the internet. The sales person was named Gabe and he was nice at first but soon found out he was very deceitful. Test drove the car but had rust underneath side of the car. They brushed it off as a metal flaw which is on most 2007 models. After giving them $2,000 cash as a down payment and drove back to Tennessee to get financing. Our bank officer informed us it had been in two accidents and the odometer was tampered with. The odometer read 200,000 miles and two days later read 107,000. It was in a front right collision and a left rear collision. When confronted with the issues they denied ever having knowledge of those events despite the fact it was clear on a simple carfax report which they had. After telling them we no longer wanted the car they pressured us to reconsider and offered payment options. After fighting it out with the supervisor over the phone it took threatening them with a phone call to the police to have our money sent back to us. They never acknowledged they were lying to customers and worst of all we almost made a $18,000 mistake.

I have been a loyal customer driving 3 different toyotas in the past 12 years. The latest car I traded in 2 weeks ago was a 2009 red Yaris in excellent condition with only 31000 + miles on it. We went to Dry Ridge Toyota thinking we would get an honest value for our outstanding trade in, what we got was a less than honest appraisal for our vehicle. We only received $6500 for the vehicle, after the sales person told us we would be lucky to get $8000 for the car. We had examples of the lesser cars of this caliber sold for over $9000, we were told the BLUE BOOK does not have a sales lot for selling. What made me feel we were not told the truth was, the car being sold on the same lot 1 week later for $12,300. I feel it is one thing to make a profit, but to take advantage this much was uncalled for.

This is my second time doing business with this dealership. I bought my first RAV4 from Bernie Lozier 16 years ago. Had the same SUV all that time with no problem. Brought it in to trade, and Mike Appleman came out to greet me. He was nice, polite, helpful and had a good sense of humor. He got me keys to drive and told me the route they took for test driving. Came back and he worked up figures to my satisfaction and I did all the paperwork with Bonnie Finnley, which took only 15 minutes. Washed and gased the car then Mike showed me some important features on the car than away I went. Even more affordable than it was 16 years ago. Oh, by the way, I got another RAV4 2012. I was home on vacation and bought a Toyota Tacoma at Dry Ridge Toyota about a year ago. I am in the Army, however, so I do not get my Tacoma serviced regularly in Dry Ridge. I have been going to Rick Hendrick Toyota in Fayetteville, NC, and have been more than displeased with their facility. I recently returned home to Kentucky and was due for service. So I went back to Dry Ridge Toyota. Mark was EXCELLENT!! He repaired my left rear tire that the facility in NC said that they would not repair. He also informed me that my rotors and drive shaft were warped. The vehicle is only over a year old now, so the faults were deemed a manufacturing problem. I asked Mark to check the alignment also because the truck was shaking at 70 mph. He did find the alignment was off and gave me a discount on the alignment for all of my problems I have been through with the truck. Mind you I was on vacation for only four days when I took the truck in. Mark was quick and efficient in his work though. He did not think that receiving a drive shaft in time would happen before I had to leave. But, because he ordered it immediately he was able to receive it in time to change it out. I was able to make my drive back to North Carolina entirely reassured that nothing was wrong with the truck. Mark has changed my perspective of what service should be and I will no longer be going to Rick Hendrick Toyota to receive service. I will drive an hour to another dealership before I ever go there again!

Both my wife and I have bought cars over the years, and we both agreed that this was the most pleasant experience we had ever had. From the time we walked into the door and met with Scott, we felt welcome and part of the family. There was no pressure or pushy sales tactics. Scott showed us our options, discussed what we were looking for, and explained things and answered any questions we had. When we took a test drive, he took us through town, along country roads and on the Interstate which gave us a true measure of the car in different conditions and situations. The negotiations were simple, he offered the car at a good price, explained what was included, and we agreed on the spot.Then Randy met with us and discussed some features we might want to consider. As it had been 8 years since we last bought a car, I appreciated his describing everything and showing us other cars that had the features that he was offering. His approach was 'here are the add-ons, here is the advantages, here is the price' and let us make up our own mind without trying to push us into anything. We did purchase some 'add-ons' and have never regretted it.Then Bonnie met with us. She is truly a delightful lady. She explained the contract in great detail, showed us a detailed breakdown of the costs, arranged financing through Toyota, and showed us how much we had saved with the 0% financing that was available to us. While we were talking to Bonnie, Scott got our car ready, and then he sat with us and gave us a "tour" of our new car, explaining the manuals, then how to operate the key features of the car. He even setup my wife and my smart phones to work with the Bluetooth system.We brought the car back the next evening so the add-ons could be completed on the following day. That's when we met with Mike. Like everyone else, he made us feel at home and explained what he was going to do and then loaned us a car similar to ours to use while they did the work.When we picked up the car that evening, everyone was there. We were encouraged by everyone to come back or call if we had any questions.I truly believe we found our dealer for the rest of our lives.

I didn't plan to shop at Dry Ridge. I knew the exact car I wanted, and had requested a handful of quotes from other dealerships. I was familiar with all of the "hidden" fees in the business, and had already secured what would have been a fair deal at Kerry Toyota in Florence. Because I drove from the South, I passed Dry Ridge on my way to Florence. I walked in, knowing that it wouldn't hurt to show them Kerry's offer and see if they could work with it (besides, it would shorten my drive to buy a new car).I was very impressed when I first approached a salesman. He was very polite and offered to help us in just a few minutes after he finished working with another customer. In seconds, another sales man came outside. The first man that approached us asked if the other salesman would mind to assist us because he was busy. I didn't expect that. In a commission based business, my expectations were exceeded in basically seeing one salesman give his customer to another salesman just so we wouldn't have to wait. I would have gladly waited, but we didn't have to.We were introduced to Michael (not the sales manager, but a newer employee whos name is not yet listed on this website). We were both honest with each and told it like it was. In the end, they not only met Kerry's price, but beat it. Both the new salesman Michael, and the sales manager, Mike made us feel at home. They generally seemed sincere and excited about their business. It is the twenty-first century. To the customer who wants the best fair price, it is too easy to be well informed. Dry Ridge will work in those conditions. They appreciate someone giving them a chance to do business with them. Even though Dry Ridge gave me the best bottom line, the price isn't everything. I know that they will also offer great service. I am new to the area, and have bought new Toyotas all of my adult life. I will be relocating to Cincy in a very short while. It will be worth it to me to drive a little South for all of my service and future car needs. These guys give you a great deal, and just leave you feeling good inside.Go to the bargaining table very informed. Edmunds is a great place to start. And after you are informed, take your business to Dry Ridge.

I bought a new Tundra truck from this place in 2011, I thought my oil change was still covered, but that is not the issue at all, I do not mind paying for services done. I asked the service manager how long this would take and he told me about an hour, well this was a 2 hour and twenty minute oil change! Aprroximately, a year ago I found and bought a used Solara convertible online from this dealer. The purchasing experience was normal no particular outstanding events. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I have found most dealers are amenable to work with when you're buying a car. The true experience started when I brought the car back for maintenance. I have dealt with 5 dealers in my lifetime and this is where I find most dealers drop the ball. I could write a book about the poor experiences I have had at other dealers. I fact my last dealing was so bad I never wanted to trust another dealer. Mark was by far the best employee I have come in contact with at Dry Ridge Toyota. Due to previous rudeness experienced in the body shop, I have been avoiding getting any type of maintenance done there. I have tried (pretty much) most all of the Toyota dealerships around Cincinnati/N. KY. While not the largest, it's easily the nicest ! In my opinion, it's really easy to get to also because even during rush hour, traffic south of Florence is much lighter than everywhere else. I didn't get to try it out, but they do have a coffee-shop style cafe that looks real nice and even an exercise room w/ treadmills and a weight machine. The Service Department was great. They were able to get me in quickly on very short notice, and (compared w/ others) they seemed very thorough (& honest) hithout me having to ask certain questions.I would definitely recommend to others.

The van has only been serviced at this dealership because I have been exceptionally pleased with their friendliness, truthfulness and work. The one thing I appreciate is their ability to complete the service within their estimated timeline. I also appreciate people like Mark Eldridge, and the other service writers who have been very helpful with my questions and concerns. Late on Dec 30, 2011, while driving from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, on I71 on route to Arizona for the winter, we had stopped for gas when my wife noticed that my spare tire was showing below the profile of my Toyota Sienna. I immediately contacted the closest Toyota dealer - Dry Ridge Toyota, and they said "bring her on down!. When I arrived, 30 minutes later, at the dealership the service crew immediately assigned a service tech to my vehicle. We were directed into your fabulous customer lounge area and were made comfortable. Within 15 minutes, the problem was identified (the Toyota service Center in Ottawa had not properly secured the spare tire when a recall repair had been complete in late Nov 2011); the tire was re-secured and the van was delivered back to us. The tech had the added problem of removing our gear loaded in the back of the van (for our forth coming 4 month stay in Arizona)to get access to the tire bolt. The attention and service that we received, particularly on a late busy Friday afternoon before the New Years Eve long weekend, was spectacular. Your new facility is remarkable, very customer oriented, comfortable and friendly. All the staff we encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful.And as a great New Years Eve surprise we were not charge any fee for the service. Thank you for the great experience. This guy, mike griese, is ridiculous! I drove 3 hours from central Ohio to buy a beautiful preowned venza that dry ridge had posted online. My trade was valued at $5600 by auto trader, $5200 by kbb and $6100 by my bank. My salesman was very polite and professional so I made the trip down. When I arrived, Mike Griese DIDNT EVEN LOOK at my car, he was EXTREMELY RUDE and Arrogantly stated that my car was only worth $2200. He told me that he "looked at the carfax" and that the airbags had been deployed 4 times. This was a BLATANT lie. He refused to show me this mythical carfax. I promptly left, as I knew they were not being honest with me. So, I stopped at Kerry Toyota on the way back Ohio. They were VERY HELPFUL, POLITE, and PROFFESSIONAL. They showed me the carfax and my car had only been in one accident and the airbags had never been deployed! (imagine that!) I bought a Venza from them and KERRY gave me $5000 for my trade. I would HIGHLY recommend you avoid this dealership. They are crooks! I couldn't believe how obnoxious mike griese was to me, especially since I drove 3 HOURS to give them $25000 of my hard earned money! Go to Kerry instead!

I have been a car owner for 35 years. This past week, I had the best buying experience of my life. Chris Jobe, Matt Sensel, and Bonnie Finley helped me purchase a Scion xB. The process was simple and the assistance was remarkably engaging. Chris is the manager of the Scions and he is very knowledgable. There is no hassle to look, no hassle to buy, he wanted to guarantee that I was happy with the right decision. After test driving an xB, I told him I wanted to see what kind of interest rate I could receive. This is when the floor manager Matt Sensel stepped in and searched for the absolute best interest rate. I was thrilled with the low interest rate and the pure price guarantee that Scion puts forth on their vehicles. That night when I went home to think about it, I knew exactly what it would cost for me to purchase the car. We found the sales staff at this dealership to be very friendly and honest. What impressed us most was the lack of high pressure sales pitches. Gabe was very helpful as our salesman and took great care in making sure our questions had the correct answers. We went in with intentions of buying a Corolla, but Gabe convinced us the Camry would be a better choice for us, and he was right. I do not think we would have been happy with the Corolla. There was initially some difficulty coming to an agreement about the price/payment, but we worked it out. I am very happy with my "new" used Venza. My initial experience at Dry Ridge Toyota was great. When it came time for them to follow through on the commitments made everything changed. I took my truck in for the Xzion paint protection (value stated at $500) and had a simple question regarding the warranty. (Actually, the fact that there wasnt one.) I was bounced from person to person and it was clear my business was no longer a priority. Eryk Rotondo, in service, told me I had to talk to my salesperson, Trey Marshall. Trey was not there, so I asked to speak to the sales manager I made the deal with, Adam Davis. Adam told me he changed positions and was no longer able to help me. I was then passed off to Chris Hartsfield or Matt Sensel. I specifically pointed out to Adam that he and I made this agreement. Adam said it didnt matter. So I talked to Matt who agreed to give me the warranty. I asked for paperwork to substantiate that and was very reluctantly given the document. Unfortunately, things got even worse at this point. I was told the application would only take 1 and a half hours. I watched as my truck was moved twice and then pulled into a bay hidden in back and left sitting, no technicians were in sight. After 40 minutes, it began to look as if they were going to pull my truck back out without the actual application even being applied. I returned to the service desk and asked Eryk if someone was working on my truck. He said yes and I pointed out this was not accurate. Eryk then took me back to Matt. At this point, Trey did arrive. I explained what I was seeing and Trey agreed this didnt look good. Matt repeatedly said they dont do business like that. Trey offered to buy me lunch and I declined and pointed out that I was reluctant to let them complete the application at this point. He asked what else he could do to make this right. I told him he still had a chance to do so and asked about getting step bumpers instead. Matt offered the lowest price set through another company. I didnt like the set they offered and pointed out a set that was through Toyota at $750, which was only $250 more than the paint protection was supposed to be worth. He became very upset and said he couldnt do that. Matt then told me I wasnt going to come back as a repeat customer anyway, so I could take it or leave it. In reality the paint protection can be purchase online for $50. My overall after-purchase experience was horrible. It was clear that once Dry Ridge Toyota had my money, I was no longer important.

So for the second time, my wife and I just bought a new car from Larry Lawson. This will make the tenth car that we have owned. It is hard to find a car dealership that will take time out of their day and just talk to you as a person to find out what your needs are. We have been talking to Larry for about six months on new cars and used cars and what we needed for our family. So when we walk in Larry has it down to two cars that we like. We just need to talk about which one is the better fit. When it came down to the price of the car and what we were going to pay per month we were treated very well. There was no pressure or anyone saying this is the best price we can do. Instead we were asked what is the best price that you can afford a month. Best ever experience I've had from a car dealer. I feel confident that I got a good deal (more so than Kerry Toyota in Florence, where I will never go again!) Dry Ridge got me out of my huge loan from Kerry with a lemon car they would not fix properly. I will continue to visit Dry Ridge Toyota (even though is 40 miles away) for all my car / truck needs. Everyone was great - the dealership is kid friendly, they demonstrated all of the features in the car, had me drive it a few times, and made sure we were 100% happy before we left. Anna Hatcher listened to what we wanted when we told her what kind of vehicle we needed. She went out and found something she thought we would be interested. We were, but because of our budget, we weren't able to make the payments. Anna had Steve Payne working on our credit and payment plan. The two of them found another vehicle that was in our price range. We talked back and forth about our budget and what we could afford. Steve did not belittle our need to stay within our budget and respected the fact that we had other responsibilities that had to met. They found a Toyota 4 Runner that met our needs and was within our budget. Steve worked his magic on numbers and came up with a payment (including GAP insurance) that we could work afford that was within our budget. Anna had told us she was going to do everything she could to put us in a car this day. My daughter had totalled our van and we had no trade in and a small downpayment. This did not stop Anna and Steve from putting us in that 4 Runner. They went above and beyond the call of duty for us today. They never made us feel like we had to give more than we felt comfortable with, when we said "Can't do it" they tried and tried again without making us feel like a bother. After thinking about the comparison of the first vehicle we looked and the 4Runner we drove home, we feel we did get the better deal due to gas mileage. We are very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend Anna and Steve to anyone that shops at Dry Ridge Toyota. We are vey blessed to have walked into Dry Ridge Toyota on the last day of 2011! We met some great people and got a vehicle we can enjoy with our grandkids for several years to come. Thanks to Anna and Steve for being so kind and patient and going that extra mile to make our visit a great one! Thank you Steve, Larry, Adam and each of the service crew for getting me into my new RAV4! My first ever new car! It's just what I wanted (without even knowing it). Larry took the time to listen to what a woman wants: comfort, dependability, practicality and style and what a man wants: warranties, service schedules and engine power. He put me in the RAV4 and it was a perfect fit. Larry didnt jerk us around nor was he evasive as had been our experience as other dealerships. The sale wouldnt have happened though without Steve. Steve took the time to talk with me extensively on the phone prior to our visit and answered the plethora of questions I had regarding financing. He worked out a deal for us I never expected. He was efficient, kind and professional and was the icing on the cake of our Dry Ridge Toyota experience. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a hand shake. There was no pressure to buy or add additional services to our warranty. He gave us plenty of time to discuss if we wanted to buy the truck. He took our offer to his boss and was pleasant with all of our interactions. He did a great job showing us the features of the vehicle and was very personable. He was knowledgeable about the features on the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Chris was able to give us a good price for the vehicle as we had checked with other dealers and knew what we wanted to pay. Our over all experience was very pleasant. When you spend that much money you want to feel like the person with whom you do busines is interested in your satisfaction and not just a sale. We will go back if and when we need a car. We bought our Camry there and the service we have received both times has been wonderful.

Bob was incredibly friendly and helpful. I came in with a very descriptive list of what I wanted, and I wouldn't have gotten what I wanted if I had been anywhere else. We were referred to Dryridge by a friend who had also had a wonderful experience. We did some research beforehand on their site and noticed the excellent deals they were having for Toyotathon. When we went to set up a time for an appointment we got a call from Joe who informed asked us what we were looking for and answered all of our questions (even our stupid ones.)He also gave us his cell in case we needed to ask anything else before our meeting. He was very kind and helpful and when we meet him he took us under his wing to find the best thing for us. We came in and only a few hours later owned a fantastic car! I came to Dry Ridge Toyota expecting the same car dealership experience I have come to expect over the years. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service I recieved by the entire staff at Dry Ridge. Joe was knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. My wife and I bought a great used car at a great price and couldn't be happier. You have earned a customer for life as far as we are concerned. Your price was better to start with and Chris Hartsfield went out of his way to make our experience a great one. On our way out Rob Marshall even came over and thanked us for our purchase. What a fine dealership!! My wife wanted a Sequoia which we found on the Dry Ride website. I spoke with Joe who was more than just accommodating. Knowing that I was calling from another state, he went above and beyond the usual question/answer telephone call to make sure I knew what I was getting. From extra pictures to specific details, he made us comfortable enough to make the 7 hour drive and purchase the car. We purchased a great car at a great price! Our experience with this dealership was nothing short of fantastic. All the employees, including the managers, were friendly and helpful. We even had a nice meal at their delicious cafe. Having purchased Toyotas in the past (from different dealerships) our experience at Dry Ridge tops it all. Thanks again to Joe and the rest of Dry Ridge. I saw a listing at this dealership on PriceFinder. Within 5 minutes of my on-line price request I received a phone call from Angie. After a few questions about what I was looking for, she told me she do a check of their stock and call me back. I thought it would be quite awhile until I heard back. However, again only a few minutes passed before she called me back. I was then put in touch with salesman Larry Lawson. He was friendly, informative, and anwsered all my questions over the phone. Because he had exactly what I was looking for, and because he was willing to share a price quote over the phone, My husband and I went to Dry Ridge after getting off the phone.After an experience of high pressure salesmanship for a car that we had not requested, the day before, our experience at Dry Ridge Toyota could not have been better. Larry listened to us about what we wanted, and what we could afford. He had the car we requested ready and within minutes we were on a test drive.The whole staff was great! There was no back and forth crap about our financing. We received a wonderful deal, and every effort was made to get us into "our" car.Larry spent as much time as we needed to teach us about the bluetooth features, as well as every other aspect in and out of the car.I would recommend going to Dry Ridge Toyota to anyone. Anna, the sales person, although fairly new on the job was very personable and was very willing to work with us. She had no complaints about showing many different cars. She will make a great sales person after more experience. If she did not know the answer to a question she did not make one up, but asked someone for the correct answer. Anna seemed very willing to learn her job. We enjoyed our experience with her.All the people we came in contact with were very friendly and willing to help not only us but each other. This past Friday, 11/4/11, my husband and I got stranded with our VW Jetta TDI. We had made the trip from our home in Michigan to Columbia, South Carolina to see our son graduate from Fort Jackson. On our return trip our VW, after over $900.00 worth of repairs, broke down in Williamston Kentucky at the Days Inn. We were stranded with no vehicle. We called Dry Ridge Toyota on Friday evening and spoke with Sales Consultant, Austin Stoker. Austin took information by phone, got us preapproved Friday night and he picked us up at our hotel room Saturday morning and brought us to Dry Ridge. He made us feel so special and gave us a great deal on an awesome car. He was very knowledgable of the inventory, knows Toyotas well, and was very good at convincing us that a Toyota should be in our future. He worked with us from 10:00 AM til 4:00 PM, was very attentive and professionial, yet very personable. We met Chris Hartsfield, sales manager and he was very nice. We also spoke with Adam Davis, New Car Manager, who got us pizza for lunch. We left with a full belly, a smile, two coffee mugs and two hats. It's the special little touches that win over loyalty.We also met with Steve Payne who did the financial work for us. He was fast, efficient and very friendly. I loved it that he also had a son graduate from the military so there was an immediate bond. In 10 years or longer (Toyota reliability) we will make the drive from Michigan to Dry Ridge to purchase our next vehicle!!

We bought a 2011 Certified Camry in October. We are very pleased with our experience at the dealership. I hate buying cars and this was very much an exception.
