My experience with the salesperson ( Jim ) was alright. After having the car about a week and a half the engine light came on. Took it back and all they did was cleared it. Few days later same thing called them up they took down my information and everything and I'm still waiting for a call from them.

First off everyone was very nice and professional. My issue was my transmission went out after a week and I understand things can go wrong on used cars but a week. I got no sorry's nothing but you can pay your $300 decidable and we'll fix your car love my car. BUT VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

After going to two different dealerships and getting turned down, we were finally able to get financing at Markosian. It had been such a draining process, going to dealer to dealer, finding a car we wanted only to tell us no we cant finance you. I was at wits end! My husband talked me into going to one more (our car was on its last leg for the past two months) I gave in and went through the process of finding the car, pulling credit, all the things that my stomach upset each time we go through it. I was beyond shocked when Tracy told us he was able to work it out for us. We are BEYOND excited and grateful to all of you who made it happen. Bless you all

me and my wife we were looking forward to getting the car we wanted but the sales man said you lied didn't know the details of the sale nothing and the $99 down was oac not on selective cars we didn't even get to look at the car I told you that I was at my job for two weeks he told me I didn't tell you that and that it was not in the notes he told me I didn't give you my ssn I knew that and he went off on me because he thought I said I did when I told him I had gave it to ken garff he went nuts on me and my wife and threw my license at my it was the worst experience I had ever had trying to buy a car and I will never go back

Overall I had an amazing experience at the new Lindon location. From the moment my family and I walked through the door to the time we left with our new car I had no complaints. The facility was very clean, family friendly for my kids, and the service was excellent. Tracy and Chance really took care of me and made it a point to provide me with the best car for my family. Tracy was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles and made the buying process very easy. I would definitely recommend Markosian Auto Lindon to any of my friends or family. I love my 2013 Dodge Dart and am so happy that I made the decision to go to this dealership. Two thumbs up!

I bought a car from these guys unfortunately. It's been nothing but a royal pain in the rear. I regret ever getting involved with this dealership. They are disorganized, and dishonest. I've had to come down three separate times to fill out paperwork for my car. I've had the car for over a month, and still have temporary tags on the car. 5 days after buying my car I had to get the transmission fixed, and they still charged a $300 deductible, and I went without a vehicle for 2 weeks. The sales reps are rude as hell too. They have an attitude that you can either buy from them or get out. And after buying a car, you're of no use to them and they will ignore you when you come in. 5 reps sitting there, and I walk in and they don't even greet you. The person who answers the phone for them (Kim) is rude, and has absolutely no knowledge of anything. Probably the absolute rudest secretary I've ever dealt with. After getting my car fixed, there was a huge scratch in my door and they denied they caused the damage. My car now sounds like a whistle when I drive it. The facilities are okay at best. Terrible in comparison to other dealers I've been too. The restroom is a tiny hole in the wall where the toilets don't flush, and the sink is broken. I'll never ever consider buying another vehicle from these guys. They are a complete and total joke and they are incompetent.

My wife and I are looking to buy a car for our son. One of the radio stations I listen to frequently talks about Markosian Auto so I wanted to go there to look for a car. When we got out of our car we were greeted by a guy named Josh. We talked for a few minutes and I told him we were looking for a car that would be no more than $5000 out the door and we would be paying cash. Josh told us that he was new there and he didn't know what car they have in that price range, but the Finance Manager could tell us. We looked at a few cars on the lot then went inside. Josh went and got the Finance Manager named Gabe. We told him our situation and he immediately asked why we were not trying to build credit for our son by financing a car. I thought this was wierd since we are going to pay cash. We talked to Gabe for a few minutes and he was absolutely no help to us. He said he would have Josh show us some cars. Josh came back and said he was going to go locate the cars for us to look at. My wife and I waited inside and Josh was gone a lot longer than he should have been. I finally stopped another salesman and asked him to check on Josh and find out what was taking so long. We stepped outside and Josh came back apologizing for taking so long, he said he wanted to check another car but was walking around at a slow pace like he was lost. By this time I could take no more of this so I told Josh how unacceptable this service was and that we were ready to leave and take our business elsewhere. I decided to give this dealership one last chance and told Josh that I might reconsider if he went and got the manager but that we would only wait a few minutes. Josh went back inside, we did not see where he went, we waited a few more minutes then got in our car and left. This is one business that we will never do business with and we will recommend against buying a car here.

I'd like to start off by saying the buying process went very well. Fred, one of the car salesman, made sure our needs were met accordingly. He was not pushy at all and was also sincere. We even recommended our family to go to Markosian to purchase a car! Which I do have to say their experiences at markosian were horrible! So we had this car for seven months and paid our payments every two weeks without a problem until yesterday. After another week of hard work we went in to Markosian to pay our bi-weekly payment, as usual. But this time they ask to search the car because there was an issue witb the GPS. The GM of Markosian tells us that if the GPS has been tampered with, we could loose the car. So he comes back in and tells us that the GPS has been disconnected since January and that theh no longer want to do business with us anymore. They force us to take all of our belongings out of the car and give them the keys! This car is our only means for transportation and now we are stuck with no car! I would not advise you to Purchase a car through Markosian because they do not value their hard working employees. They ARE NOT reliable.

I purchased a 2005 Lincoln aviator at markosian auto. After we agreed on a price the salesman Manuel gonzalez added $1000 to final price of vehicle to the loan document. On top of that the vehicle needed new tires and a transmission repair that markosian refused to fix even with the so called warranty. They said there was nothing wrong with it but it ended up needing a $820 repair to shift correctly.

Me and my wife came into Markosian auto Monday March 30th. We had little or no intention to buy a car. Conner came outside and pulled us off the lot with such proper curtosy. He did not rush or hassle us for anything. He talked about or desires and wants and explained things very well. We then went inside and did the process which seemed weird at first but in the end made sense. Conner made is smooth and actually enjoyable I wish more dealerships were like that. We needed up leaving in a car that was pretty much brand new and fit our needs! I really recommend this please! Friendly and professional staff!!

Just try to get a straight answer from these guys. I am still shaking my head at how bad these guys are!!! Wont even talk to you unless you are willing to waste hours of your day there.

I really didnt think I would be able to get financed after my ongoing divorce over the past year. My credit is (to put it nicely) shot. Its embarrassing going into a dealership and basically airing all your dirty laundry to complete strangers. I got a little emotional after telling them my situation. My salesman Tracy was so wonderful and supportive. He just met me that day and it felt like I had known him for years. I will absolutely be back to Markosian.

I bought a Nissan altima in February 2014 and the test drive was over all good. But maybe a week after I got the car I started having problems starting it and then my key broke off in the ignition so I called markosian auto and the guy told me they don't have any other keys besides the one i got so I had to fork out $185 for a new key with chip. Then they don't seem to care about you or the car once you take it off the lot all they car about is the payment which is steep on top of that they give you a 12 month warranty which practically cover nothing you still have to pay a outrageous deposit why have a warranty. I will never buy another car from this company.

Bad experience. If your looking for a car don't go to Markosian auto. Their customer service is a joke. I went there with my 18 year old son to help him buy a car. They wanted to run both his credit and mine before we were allowed to actually look at cars on their lot. Then they repeatedly tried to sell him a car he didn't want (the car hadn't been detailed and was disgusting). Very, very slow to give us any help. In the end we left. I called the next day and no one was available to help me. I asked for a return phone call. That was 2 days ago. No one has contacted me. I have decent credit. I don't recommend shopping there. They do jerk you around.


So sad! Very upsetting experiance!

Okay, fist I love our car! I will never buy another car from these people ever again ever! We went in, and bought a Jeep Compass, the the entire experience was horrific to say the least! James the man that sold us the car lied, and lied and lied, we got in the car and there was this smell, he said they would detail the car, and we could pick it up the next day, okay no worries. We come back to get the car, and it still smelled, and he kept telling us oh the seats are damp they just need to dry..... No no James the seats were not damp, we found after we got to California (where my husband is stationed) dead fish parts under the back seat. We called, explained the situation, and he said bring it in and we will detail is again, bounus for us we get to spend most of my husband's leave dealing with this man. We took the car back in at 9 am, they had the car until 6 pm, the car was drenched on the inside, about an inch of standing water under the carpet, needless to say we spoke to a manger, and it was about the same response as from James. After my husband and I and our sister spent three days detailing the car ourselves, we got most of the smell out. James called and yelled at me telling me we didn't give him enough time to detail the car, we were promised compensation, nothing ever came of it, we wasted so much time that could of been spent with family dealing with this. They did replace the noise reducing matt that goes under the back seat that they should have done in the first place, but all in all getting yelled at, and having James tell us over and over again that it was damp seats and our fault, I will never buy a car from this place again, and I will make sure everyone I know, will know how awful our experience was.

When I went into their lot to look for a vehicle it took them at least 30 minutes to acknowledge my presence. When I did find someone I got Blaine who seemed nice enough at first, for a car salesman anyways. We told him what we were looking for which was followed immediately by filling out a bunch of paperwork.So after that ordeal he came back with our credit which isn't great, but we knew that going in. So then without even seeing if they could get us approved for a loan anywhere he just said we only qualified for their start over program. He printed out a list of cars which included the newly re pod cars that were still trashed from the previous owner or if he said one we were interested in, it wasn't there on the lot. We settled on a trailblazer with mileage way higher than I would really want to consider. To this concern I was just told that with my bad credit I was going to have to settle with mileage well over 100k. After test driving it it seemed like it was a decent vehicle so we then asked the price. He said he didn't know and he would find out later. I wanted to test drive something else, but he kept suggesting little foreign cars that I know for a fact don't last long in the high mileage without proper maintenance and you could tell these weren't well maintained by looking at the poor condition they were in. So we filled out some more paperwork while finance put some numbers together for us about the truck. When he came back we asked what the price was. His exact response was, "It will say it in the contract when you're signing those." So we humored him all though very annoyed. When the contract came it was at least $2000 dollars more than it should be during the lease and then after that it was another $2500. Against my wishes, we signed the contract and took the stupid truck. The next day I stopped in & I pointed out the passenger window wasn't sealed right so on the freeway it was so noisy from the air leak. I was told there was nothing they would do about it. Later that day the brakes started making the warning tab noise, so I'd like to know how that passed safety inspection. That night while my husband was driving it the headlights started flashing on and off. When we took it in to talk to them he said that the Meineke next door would have to check it out, but we would have to pay the service fee of $45 every 30 min. If they found it was something they would cover in our warranty we would have to pay the deductible to have it fixed if he could get approval from the owner via email. I forgot to mention that I could see Mr. Markosian a mere 30 feet away. Meineke then told us there was no point to check it, because if the lights weren't currently not working they couldn't tell what was wrong.We received a text saying that he got approval to fix the lights, and they needed the rest of our down payment. My husband works construction so he gets paid as the jobs get done, not on a set day. His check hadn't come in yet so i called and talked to Blaine because 2 days after it was due they shut our starter off. I explained the stuation and he said we had to demand a check from his boss on Monday, which wouldn't do any good with it being Veterans Day and no bank is open. I told him I would try to get a check Monday, regardless of not being able to do anything with it, but I needed them to turn the truck back on since I need a vehicle. He said "finance" would not turn it on until a payment was made. He then proceeded to tell me this was because they get lied to every day, which I took as accusing me of lying to them. He then said he had been back there fighting with "finance" because they wanted to come take the truck today. To which I said since they felt like treating me like a thief and being unwilling to turn the truck on until I got my check they could just have it back. I left the key in the truck and it is still sitting here two days later.

It's my second purchase from here. They've been great about everything, especially when it comes to customer service and having fair prices. They tend to have decent selection. I've never had a problem finding something that I liked. I assume that they are better than other dealerships in the area. I wouldn't know because I haven't bothered going anywhere else.

I just feel have to write this review. Let me just get this in first, James and Blaine were both very helpful as sales reps. However, the first time we went there, we specifically mentioned that we were there for the start over program, because we had bad credit, and were totally ignored on that point. A week later, "Oh, start over program!" We were promised that it would help repair our credit rating, but they sold us pretty much a lemon, that we're trying to get out of. They won't handle any of the issues we've had since day 1. I've been making my payments on time 2x a month, usually early, but when we went to another dealership last night, we found out that our early/on time payments for the last 14 months have not once been reported to the credit bureaus!! How does that help to rebuild credit?? I will never refer another person to them! "Won't get jerked around"? I feel that's all we've gotten in the last 14 months!!

West valley Auto Plaza Got me the car I wanted. Patrick and I worked together He told me that he could get me anything I wanted so I put him to the test. I told him I wanted a Black Honda Accord 2 door under 50,000 miles. Two days later he called me and told me that he had my car on the lot.
