BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME EVER!!! Stereotypical used car salespeople. They lie to get get you to come in. They tell you all sorts of stories... Then after 3 days of runarounds they say "Oh... It sold".
The Lost Art of Customer Service
I was referred to Mark Kia by a coworker. I had previously been without a car for about 4 months and I thought it would be impossible to get into a new vehicle. I contacted Josh and he assured me they would be able to work with me. Being a single father and a Veteran, I was very skeptical and was in no hurry to take an Uber 45 minutes away only to have my day wasted. Josh made the whole process painless! I emailed him the necessary documents and literally within 10 minutes I was approved! We communicated via text, making everything very convenient, to finalize the deal. I went in on a Friday at 0800 and drove away in my 2016 Kia Soul at about 0945! I know drive my daughters everywhere with confidence! We are even driving up to Oregon this weekend just for fun! I have already told my grandparents about Mark Kia and they are going in this morning and I will continue to send people there knowing they will not make me look bad. Customer service is everything I don't care how fancy a dealership/ restaurant etc... looks if you don't know how to treat your customers (my family) I'm out of there! Mark Kia especially Josh have mastered this concept and will take care of you not only through the end of the deal but the life of your new family addition!
I'm Owed Money, Have Been Lied to and Threatened
TL;DR: Good luck if you have an issue with Mark Kia. They damaged my car and promised my rental car would be covered. They reimbursed me for neither. They lied to me and flat out ignored me for five months. There is never a check on Monday. They'd rather call the police on anyone dissatisfied with their service than provide actual customer service. They've even threatened me with physical violence, heckled and sworn at me, and made false claims about me to Scottsdale police in attempt to have me falsely arrested. Avoid Mark Kia at all costs.In June, the service department damaged a brand new starter on my vehicle when it was in to have the engine replaced. Jose, one of the managers in the service department, promised that if my work was covered under warranty, they would cover my rental car. Three weeks later Jose denies the charges and rental car ends up on my credit card I left for incidentals. When I go to talk to someone about it, Jose and his manager, Harry, tell me that the rental car doesn't come under the warranty and if I don't like it "that's [my] fault for signing the contract." They also suggest "maybe the tow truck burnt the starter. We don't know. It was like that when it got here," even though there was no documentation of a burnt starter on the intake description. I was only notified of the burnt starter after it was at the dealership for 6 days. The engine issue directly impacts the starter, which is why I had a new one put in in the first place, so I know the inept service techs they employ were in there pushing buttons and burnt the starter out again.After being brushed aside by Harry and Jose, who never forwarded me to the District Service Manager as they said they would, and didn't call me back for a month, I go in search of the manager for the whole dealership. I ask for the general manager and keep being given sales managers. Each one apologizes for my issue, admits that Kia owes me some sort of compensation, and says they will personally work on my issue. One "manager" (they have 11, go figure) Bryce, stated that they had changed the rental/loaner car policy, and that it has made it harder on customers so he understands my frustration and will try to help. I have heard that Bryce no longer works for Mark Kia, surely because he is too honest.I spoke with Jack Belsanti the most, as he is the General Sales Manager, and was the highest ranking official in the dealership when I came in. Josh, the GM, is never there. Nor is the finance department to cut checks for reimbursements. Jack gave me his personal phone number and told me to text him on Monday and he'd get a check ready for me. Monday came, and so did the excuses. He was off the next day, but he would have Blake, another manager, look into it. I got one text from Blake and that was it. I was heading out of town a few times in the coming weeks so I was not able to follow up, and Jack made no attempt to reach me.Now, in November, I have time off school and work and I go down to address the issue again. Jack is there and he assures me that he thought it had been handled ("I'm so sorry man I don't usually cross anything off my list unless it's taken care of"). He promises to have a check for me on Monday. Monday comes, no check. Jack reads my text, doesn't respond. I text on Wednesday, and he responds, saying he's still working on it. He texts me on Thursday saying he's getting stories from all involved and tells me Jose says he never told me the rental car would be covered. Jose had previously (July) said that he didn't remember what he told me. Good to see his memory is coming back at a convenient time. This was the last I heard from Jack.I came down to the dealership on Saturday, and was told Jack would be in at noon. I speak to Alberto Jasso, at his desk in his office, and he makes copies of my information, and says he will submit it to Blake, his manager. I came back at noon and waited over an hour, no sign of Jack. Eventually, apparently upset that I was lingering around customers, Jacob Delaney came out of the office and asks me to take a walk with him. He says he's the day-to-day operations manager. We walk and I explain my story to him. It's clear he isn't listening and cuts me off saying "Well it sounds like your problem is with service, we're sales, you're just wasting your time down there." I explain that I'm looking for the GM and the service department is completely dishonest and I will no longer deal with them. He walks over to the service department, ducks into someone's office for less than a minute, and then comes out, gets in my face and says "I talked to service and we're not liable for anything you're asking for. We don't owe you anything, I suggest you leave." He actually said, in response to the starter being destroyed on their watch and battery being burnt out by the engine, "You need to take responsibility for your own engine. That's not Kia's fault. Maybe you should talk to your other mechanic because he didn't fix the problem." Apparently he doesn't understand what a warranty is and what the term "liable" means. I say "So this is how you do business, huh?" to which he replies "Yeah, I guess so."I come back on Sunday, this time with my father, as his name is on the title and he was in town for the holiday. We go in, ask for a manager, and are told Jacob is too busy to talk to us and they want us to wait in the conference room (away from customers). We stay in the show room, and are explaining why we are upset. They tried to give us the "Josh isn't here but we can get something worked out tomorrow" routine again. Being upset after five months of being led on and lied to, the discussion got loud. Hearing this, Jacob is magically less busy and comes out. He says we're disrespecting his showroom and won't talk to us. He has the receptionist call the police on us. The police arrive, take statements, and tell us we haven't done anything wrong but that Mark Kia has requested that we be remove from the sales area. They assure us we can protest on the sidewalk if we choose to. We leave, come back with signs, and stand on the sidewalk. Management comes out, saying they will have an answer for us by noon the next day. We don't trust this, but we cooperate and leave. As we're leaving we are approached by the police again, who again say we have done nothing wrong.Monday comes and the answer we get from management is "We can do anything for you, corporate Kia takes care of those issues." Corporate Kia had previously told me reimbursements are on the dealer. So we're out there again on Tuesday night. "Managers" come out, one asks who we've talked to and I list Jose, Harry, Bryce, Blake, Jack, Alberto, and Jacob, to which one of them (who isn't Blake) says "You didn't talk to Blake, I'm Blake," while laughing. Apparently lying to customers is a fun game to them. They ask what our story is so I tell them to ask Alberto. Alberto comes and says he's never seen me before. When I say I spoke to him in his office on Saturday, "Blake" says "he doesn't even have an office."We are there again on Wednesday morning. After our protest, apparently, drove away a sale, one of the salespeople, Abdul, comes over. Abdul gestures at his genitals, screaming "this is you, this is you, I'll kick your a** m***********. You're a piece of s***. Meet me at the Fry's parking lot," then jangles his keys at us. He comes back for a repeat of his threats of violence later. The management staff, including Jacob and another dealership official that they called in to deal with the issue, stand outside heckling us, yelling things like "Your sign should say 'loser needs a job.'" Professional. After that, they have the nerve to call the police on us, and claim that WE threatened THEM. The police, for a third time, say that nothing we're doing is wrong, and remind the dealership staff that threats of physical violence are illegal.I still have not received any compensation. Save yourself and do not buy or have your car serviced at Mark Kia.
Nice they picked us up at the airport. We were late an hour before closing. They stayed around to finish the sale. Everything went well Just disappointed that it only had a quarter tank of gas when we left.
Robert was great to work with
Robert was straight forward, very polite, low pressure and really worked to make the deal work within our expectations. The car was competively priced and we were happy with our overall experience.

Worse experience ever to the point of returning my vehicle
I purchased a vehicle with Isaac from Mark Kia and it was the worse experience ever! I had one issue when I purchased the car and that was a vibrating Isaac told me it would be an easy fix and they would take care of it. 2 days later the car was finally ready and Isaac said he would bring it to my work by the time I got off and 3 hours later someone finally showed up. I called 3 times and got 3 different answers to what was taking so long come to find out they didn't even leave until 8 and I got off at 6!! Finally got the car and they never fixed the vibrating when I called Isaac he said it must not be a safety issue and after arguing with him for days I finally got his manager who said they could take a look at it and to bring it in Monday. Brought it in and basically was told I need to make an appointment Saturday to bring it in. I finally got fed up and returned it. I will NEVER go to that place again they are nothing but liars!

Leland Johnson and the whole staff at Mark Kia were the best ever after I had a terrible experience with another Kia dealership. I highly recommend them to everyone! They made the whole process so easy and even stayed late to take care of me!! I love my new Kia Soul!!! KUDOS to Leland Johnson and the whole Mark Kia staff!!!!!
Best Car Buying Experience
Will always return to this dealership. Sales and finance were both phenomenal. I bought a 2016 Outlander and Joe and Adam did whatever it took to get me in the car I wanted, they definitely made it a personal experience.
Service Dept. was nice and helpful. I asked to speak with someone about a prior issue and Alberto Jasso assisted me. He was very friendly and patient and is making the situation right. After dealing with so many that I have lost track since September of 2015, Alberto solved the problem immediately. Great job Alberto!!
Dalton did a great job satisfying our requirements. The vehicle will serve our needs in the future. I would shop here again. Easy too deal with.

Dyllan and his sales team were excellent! They worked hard to secure the exact model/color car that I wanted while providing very competitive pricing. I would recommend checking out this dealership first because after visiting several other Kia dealerships, I learned that nobody works harder to get you into a Kia than Mark Kia. Do yourself a favor and check them out.
Easiest car deal ever
My salesman was Juan corona by the time I showed up to the dealership he had the car I wanted already out front ready for a test drive. Everything was perfect and easy what they adverstised is what I got and couldn't be happier with my new car everything was super simple and hassle free highly recommend this dealership and Juan for your next car.

It Was Pretty Good
Adam Lee helped us out with the transaction. He's a good guy for sure, though we are still waiting for the dealership to assist us with an out of state registration for the vehicle. The receptionist at this location was kind of rude but maybe she was having an off-day. Overall my experience was pretty good. Adam is a friendly guy and an eager salesman. If you go to this dealership ask for him and you'll most likely strike a deal.

This was by far the best experience ever at Mark Kia. Our salesman was Chip and I highly recommend him and Juan in Finance. It was a smoothe and easy experience! I will definitely use them again and refer people to them! I love my Kia;)

Came in because I heard a radio commercial. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Peter helped me out and even though I didn't find the car I was looking for I recommend this dealership and it's employees.

Overall my experience was pretty good, thanks to lindsay! I had been to the dealership a month prior and ended up just walking out due to poor customer service. Lindsay contacted me for follow-up by phone a month later. She and I tried to work out the best deal, to no avail even with the sales manager did we reach a deal. Lindsey kept right on it, without harrassing me, she again made a followup call with me the next day. Well, she was awesome and got me the deal i wanted... I went in that night and purched my new sportage. From the moment i returned to do paper work it was smooth sailing, no hassles! If lindsey had not been so good at follow-up and excellent customer service skills, i may have never returned to mark kia! Lindsey, maricella (amazing customer skills) and juan (financing amazing as well) were amazing and changed my whole experience with mark kia into s very positive experience! Thx guys!

WARNING : Read Before You Buy
I recently purchased a vehicle for cash here and already the transmission is slipping and has a loud humming noise coming from the front end of the vehicle. I was told if the vehicle had any problems within 30 days to bring it in and they would take care of it at no cost to me. They also put it in writing they would do a year worth of free oil changespill and maintenance. Within 2 weeks I brought the vehicle in for maintenance needed. I alsomade an appointment the week prior. I was there from 10:30am to past 1:00pm. A sales rep by the name of Royce came to me and told me if I wanted it serviced or fixed take it somewhere else, handed me my keys and escorted me out the door. They wouldn't even change the oil because service didn't have the right tools supposedly.????? What kind of car dealership doesn't have a service department that can't change even the oil in a vehicle they sold and so rudely says, "We are not touching your vehicle and ask you to leave. Mind you, I was nice, with curiosity tword the rep, as I would understand if you weren't then maybe they could ask me to leave but this was not the case. I paid cash for a vehicle and once they had their money it was down hill from there. If you are thinking of buying a vehicle I recommend you find a more reputable car dealership that is curious, and stands behind what they sell and their commitments to the buyer.
Incompetence at every turn
We bought a used car there 3 weeks ago. The sales rep was Royce Bell, not very competent or bright, but one of the sales managers Bob helped out and he was great to work with. The price seemed right but there was a dent on the back of the car we weren't fond of. They agreed to fix it as part of the deal (signed a "We Owe" agreement). They finally called us a week later to tell us the car was ready. When we showed up, the dent was still there.....the sales rep had been fired and no one had followed up on the mess he left behind. Another sales guy named Kenny was supposed to take care of us. He offered to drive a service loaner car the following day to my husband's work and switch out the cars...all to make up for the mess and accommodate our schedules. He never showed....never answered our calls. I got a hold of the sales manager Bryce, who said he'd make it right......told me about all the messes Royce had made that he's having to clean up.....He agreed to give us a service loaner (rental car in case they were out of SLVs) while they fixed the dent. I dropped off the car at the Service department and they arranged for Enterprise to pick me up.....drive me to the rental car. A week later, we get a call from Royce (the fired sales rep) who's apparently hired back....and he tells me the car is ready for pickup and that he personally saw the car....the dent is gone and it looks great. When we showed up....the car was not ready. There was no apology....just "that's what I was told by my manager". I called him a liar for saying he personally saw the car and it was all fixed.....and he called me unprofessional...(haha...apparently being a customer is a profession and I owed him better service!) We asked to talk to Bryce ....who was there but hiding around the corner and never came out to face us. Luckily, sales manager Bob jumped in to help. He tracked down the car, the dent was fixed but there was only a coat of primer....still need to be painted, glass reinstalled, etc.... We still had the rental car Bryce had set up for us....but we just wanted this to be over with. A week later....(3 weeks since we signed papers and cut them a check) the car is ready. We turn in the rental car down the street at Enterprise....and Entreprise wanted to charge us because the dealership didn't extend the return date past 1 day. After I explained the situation to them, they said they'd send the bill to Mark Kia....and see what happens. When we went back to finally drive our new car home....it wouldn't start. Bryce had to come out to help and had the nerve to act annoyed/angry....we'd evidently inconvenienced him. No apology....no embarrassment for all the trouble he'd caused us. I'm still waiting for the Enterprise bill to be settled before taking further action against the dealership. Don't buy a car here....and if you have to deal with these people....ask for Bob. he's the only honest and courteous person I've dealt with there.

Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever
The buying process was super quick and super easy. After all the trouble that we had had at all of the previous dealerships, we really appreciated the simplicity of getting the job done here. We would buy another car from here in a heartbeat if we needed one.

Don't waste your time
Very low priced vehicle on the website had mysteriously sold "just an hour ago" when I arrived at the dealership about a half hour after they opened. I was not interested in any of the the other cars that were offered me, at a higher price of course.

I went into the dealership on 4th of July weekend to checkout some used cars. I never thought about getting a new car, but Leland Johnson got me into as 2016 Kia Soul. He even gave me a free year of free service! He made my car buying experience comfortable with how patient he was (I was kind of a pain in the butt) but I would like to thank Mark Kia and Leland for getting me into a great little car!
bad customer service .
Had appointment to look at a unit in stock. Used.. They sold unit and did not call and tell me.l had ask them to do so before I sent my son to purchase car. My time and his were wasted. Dealer had poor answer. Would not recommend this dealer for your used car buying.
Fantastic experience, the BEST sales rep!
Saw a car in my budget online, drove in to check it out,was to be my sons first car, right away your rep Michael Pope greeted us, and gave us room to look around, after bringing the vehicle down to test drive, Mark gave us the details of the vehicle and did not lie about anyof the things it would need for us to drive away, he was courteous, spot on HONEST and told us what we needed to know to make an informed decision.Although we did not purchase a vehicle from your dealership that day, I was extremely impressed (and thats hard to do!) with the way we were treated by Michael,and his manager whom we also met.I told him his mother should be very proud of the young man she has raised,and Michael assured me , hed let her know!My fiancee and I are also looking to purchase sometime int he future, he was a used car salesman also,and as I told him about Michael, he was alos impressed and said hed like to go back and have him help us with our next purchase, so , i am glad we have his business card, THANK YOU Michael for being just awesome and making our experience one Im still not over talking about!!! Chaos at this Specific Dealership!!
Went to this dealership on June 25, 2016 due scheduling an appointment with a Salesman's named Kevin. He was very unprofessional. He talked about how he wanted to leave the dealership and how he wanted to work in the food service industry again. Apparently, he overbooked appointments and a different salesman's ended up helping us. Let me, this salesman had no idea what was going on with our sale. He did try to help but was unsuccessful. When Kevin did come and check on us he told us about option two, that he could have addressed hours earlier, when he addressed the first option( the two options on the paper that depict 60 months or 72 months payment plan). Geesh! He lost anothet customer's drivers license( who personally came and told me and my family) and tried to give them a photocopy to drive off with! Further, then another person came and told me that, he lost their car keys and if I saw them let him know. I did witness the same salesman getting yelled at to make sure he got customers drivers license before they test drove any vehicles and they were tired of telling him this! There was no bottled water, barely any place to sit and conduct business. Salesmen were everywhere..it reminded me of the floor at the NY Stock Exchange! If I had not already had my credit ran, needed a vehicle, and had spent an entire day there, I DEFINITELY would have went somewhere else. This salesman ruined my experience at this Dealership. I did speak with the General Manager and he was very kind and apologetic but like he said there are no words for this salesmans behavior. I have words...YOUR FIRED!!!!!

Came for the car, stayed for the dealer
I can't tell you how many times I've been into a dealership and the salesman are all just so condescending and petty. They treat you like a 5 year old that doesn't know anything and it's ridiculous. But this dealership was different. Right away Bryce came and introduced himself and set about helping me. He was polite and I could tell he was a people person. I wanted a used truck, preferably a Tacoma or tundra and a friend of mine said they might have it at mark Kia so I decided to check it out. Bryce was extremely helpful and he actually knew a lot about some of the other cars we looked at, not just Kia vehicles. I didn't find any I liked that were within my budget but I will definitely be back to check the inventory when my wife wants to trade her car in.
Respectful and honest
Your rep Travis Richardson was helpful, respectful, and honest. He treated us as a buying customer would expect to be treated even though he knew we were only at the shopping stage. When we are ready to buy we will be back and ask for Travis. I will be recommending Travis as the one to see for any of my friends looking to buy. Your dealership is well stocked and courteous.
Price and negotiating
I asked for no negotiation just bottom line and I got it. Compared to other same request from other dealerships I got the best dealThey gave me all I needed and treated me as I wanted to be treated
As soon as I walked into the building I was greeted by someone and they were kind and polite helping me with everything I needed! It made my day a lot easier with that kind of quick help I can't wait for my next interaction with them.
Provided car based on personal needs
I went to Mark Kia of Scottsdale to look to replace my 2002 Saturn LW200. The sales rep (Robert Lemon) was very helpful. He listened to my needs and then showed me several Sorento models, from basic to top of the line. We discussed pricing, finance options (down payments, years financed, basic and extended warranty), as well as trade in value (yes, there was some trade in value for my 14 year old car). All my questions were answered and there wasn't any "high pressure sales" approach. It was a very pleasant experience.

Browsing for an upcoming purchase
I went to Mark Kia to look at my options for a sedan as I plan to buy a new car in the next couple of months. I did not intend to purchase when I went in, but rather to get an idea of my options. My sales associate was Josh. I told Josh I was just looking and I was very impressed how he didn't pressure me in any certain direction, but instead empowered me with info on various types of models. He was very knowledgable about the features of each car we looked at, and even made a point to emphasize the pros and cons of each vehicle as it relates to my needs for work with the vehicle. I was expecting a high pressure salesman, but Josh was very professional and made shopping for a new car actually enjoyable. Didn't expect that. Overall it was a great experience and I plan to come back when I'm ready to buy.

It's always interesting to see how slimy dealerships can be when ripping off customers. These guys are as slimy as they come. I will never step foot on their lot again, and recommend you dont either. Avoid the 4 Square Method: used by Mark Kia and other slimy delaerships.(Note that not all dealerships use this technique)The 4-Square method is a negotiation technique that is designed to confuse car buyers by mixing the price of the car, down payment, trade-in value, and monthly payment into one sheet of paper.Most clueless car shoppers focus on the monthly payment which is exactly what they want since it's the easiest to manipulate.The salesman knows if they can get you to focus on one square of the worksheet, they can rip you off on the other 3 squares.Avoiding this sales technique is easy if you follow this advice:First, you should always negotiate each part of the transaction separately.This means you keep the negotiation of the car price separate from the trade-in, financing, and any other add-ons such as extended warranty plans.It's important that you arrange your own financing before negotiating the price of the car.Dealers love to mix the financing with car price negotiation because they can have you focus on monthly payments instead of the price of the car.The ironic part about negotiating the price of a car the smart way is that it's so easy. Honest, Compassionate, and Caring
We had a very interesting experience with Mark Kia. I initially went to purchase a car and had a good experience with our dealer who claimed that he was saving us tons and tons of money on our vehicle. I was truly convinced that I was getting the best deal that I could, so I signed the line. I was a first-time buyer so I didn't really know what to look for, but I left feeling confident that the sales associate had negotiated an out-of-this-world agreement for me. Well lo and behold when I get home and my husband, who is an accountant, looked over the sales agreement, NONE of the money and savings that the sales associate claimed was present was actually written into the agreement. My husband made an appointment with the general manager, Joshua Spencer, and we explained what had happened. Upon mentioning which sales associate we had worked with we discovered that he had since been fired and Joshua asked what he could do for us to make the situation right. Joshua agreed to allow us to exchange the car (which I know is NOT an easy task, especially since it had been a month since we purchased) and he paired us with a new associate, Robert Lemon. Robert was a rockstar! After all of the lying and deceit that the original associate that we worked with put us through, Robert was very sensitive to our needs and was explicitly honest with us throughout our entire transaction. He was even quite humorous which helped alleviate the tension that the situation had caused. He found us the perfect car, right in our budget, and was very patient as we negotiated the deal. He made sure to answer all of our questions in detail and there were many, many questions from both my husband and myself as we did not want what had previously happened to happen again. Robert was overall a pleasure to work with and we will recommend his services to all of our friends and family who are looking to purchase vehicles in the future. Joshua Spencer even went to far as to waive several fees that would normally have been built into the transaction for all of our troubles. He runs an honest business and truly strives for 100% customer satisfaction. While our experience with Mark Kia was initially quite awful, they took full responsibility for their horrible sales associate that we originally worked with. They redeemed themselves by doing everything in their power to satisfy me and my husband and at the end of the day we truly feel that they went above and beyond our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the end result of our experience and we are beyond grateful for their efforts.
Lying Sales Manager Circus
Without question, this place is the most shady, untruthful, unprofessional excuse of a dealership that I have ever stepped foot in. In the 3 days and 3 different trips I made to the dealership trying to buy a vehicle from them, I was shuffled around between different salesmen and sales managers each of whom pretended they had no idea what the other was doing. I had a deal negotiated, agreed to and shook hands on (not with the salesman, but the sales manager). I was unable to complete the purchase of the vehicle at that time, due to a work commitment. I did however provide all of my information to them, so they could start the finance process. I came back the next day, just as I promised I would to finish the deal and was presented payment numbers that weren't even remotely close to the deal WE had agreed to and shaken hands on, of course by another sales manager. With the sales woman present that I had dealt with the previous day I explained the deal terms that myself and another sales manager (who was on site) had agreed to. They were unwilling to agree to those same deal terms so I walked out and was chased down in the parking lot and asked what could be done to make the deal happen. I replied give me the deal we both agreed to. Not one of the 4 employees standing outside agreed to do that so I left. Complete bait and switch attempt.
Friendly, helpful, professional, and fast. I would recommend Mark Kia to anyone. Our sales rep was Kevin and he was extremely thorough and helpful. It made our experience much more enjoyable.
Matty was a great salesman and Austin the guy that helped us finalize everything was really nice. Matty listened to our needs and provided us with many options. He even got our son involved with the car buying and test driving process which made our son very happy. I gave 4 stars for the buying/deciding process and that was because the financial guys in the cubicle kept trying to push a car on us we couldn't afford. We were ready to walk out at that point. Matty understood this and went ABOVE and BEYOND to get us our perfect vehicle. Matty was extremely helpful in showing me how to use all the features in the car and to make sure I was happy with everything. PLEASE go and see Matty for a great car and a great experience and just ignore the financial guys that sit in their cubicle.

The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Amazing customer Servise
I had brought a Kia Optima 2013 in a couple days ago becuase a sigh on the dash said "hybrid system warning please pull over to a safe destination". I called mark Kia and right away they called a towing place to tow my car to them and the next day my car was looked at and they told me that I needed a new part and that they already installed it and it's covered. Attempted theft in car loan form.
This has to be the single slimiest and most disgusting experience I've had with a used car salesman. They were essentially trying to commit highway robbery. I was looking at a used car listed on their website for ~$18k. Test drove it, enjoyed it, wanted to discuss buying it. Right off the bat there were ~$1700 of extras that were essentially required but not part of the list price. We were able to negotiate those off, so sitting at just the list price of $18k. We then looked at financing and monthly payments since that price was (decently) agreeable. Negotiations and haggling didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped and I was generally uncomfortable about something during the process so we left the dealership with no deal.Then I got home and did the math and frankly - I'm absolutely pissed. My rough napkin math puts that agreed price at around ~$20k after tax and title. I was planning on putting down a down payment of ~$7000. At supposedly somewhere between 0-4% interest rate, they were quoting me a loan of $300 a month (relatively agreeable imo)... over 60 months. Again maybe my napkin math here is rusty... but that equals out to $18k. And again my down payment was going to be $7000.TL:DR - They were trying to peddle me a car we potentially agreed at $18k before tax and title - for $25k after tax and title. Tax and title will add a couple grand sure, but not a $7000 difference. So either they were lying through their teeth about that interest rate, or they were trying to tack on several thousand extra dollars hoping I wouldn't notice and I'm wagering it's the latter. Stay far away from Mark Kia, and if you really have to shop here - Please have a calculator handy and do the math then and there or they will rob you blind.

Red, our salesman was honest, helpful and caring about my 21 year old daughters needs. He was clearly a young man whom cares for others and it shows. He goes above and beyond his job title. I cannot imagine he staying in that position very long as he is made more for management material. Very personable with integrity & character. A rare and priceless gift these days.

Bait and Switch
Went to Mark Kia to look at a 2012 Kia Sportage. My trade was a 2005 SSR. I told Abel, my salesman. exactly what I wanted. $17000 for my SSR. $235 a month payments. You know the drill. Came back $11000 for my SSR? Back and forth! Never explained what my total $ amount would be. They finallyGave me $16250. Always read your contract good. When I got home I found out they added things to offset the price. He also charge me more for the Kia than the Internet price! I put $1000 down and Realized I did not have to. I stopped payment and had to drive 12 miles back to resign. I was not happy. I first asked for my SSR back, but No Way! You signed the contract. I was screwed. He added A service package which I found out today I could not use anywhere else. I had to call back for a refund. Do not go near this dealership! Another negative. I found out from my Tempe Kia dealer10/31/2105. The extended Warranty, $2494 can only be used at Mark Kia if the distance is less than 40 miles. Never have I had a warranty like this. I have owned over 20 different car since 1993 and this is the worst. Another note! My Kia was not detailed to a new customer satisfaction . The engine was Filthy, all the windows have water spots. I am still trying to remove them! Today I received a notice from the DMV that Mark Kia never transferred my title! Now I have to send the completed form statingthat Kia bought my 2005 SSR! Do not deal with this Dealer. Bad News!
My boyfriend and I went to Mark Kia for his new car and despite being someone who doesn't typically leave reviews...I felt compelled to do so given the great service we received from Joe Perez. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, attentive and customer focused ....all in a non-pushy and very considerate manner. Unethical and dishonest
We bought a used car for my son that was home on leave from the military and the car he was sold was supposed to have been "certified" and supposedly passed a safety check but within 3 days we found out it had 3 leaking struts 2 broken motor mounts and a broken cv boot so just to get it to his base we had to pay $2200 in repairs. Nice way to treat someone serving our country. I would never buy another car from Mark Kia nor would I recommend to anyone else.

Robert Lemon was very professional from the beginning when he confirmed the vehicle was still available over the phone, we arrived and the car was out front and ready for a test drive. Robert explained all of the details and features of car in such detail he answered all of the questions we planned to ask. An experience my daughter thought was going to be scary and stressful because it was a first time experience was totally the opposite, Robert's personality and sense of humor help make this a great first time buyer experience. The skill to build rapport by identifying and matching the communication style of your customer goes a long way with making the customer feel comfortable. Robert listened to what our expectations were as far as down payment and monthly payments, and was committed to us leaving with the vehicle we set out to get. I had been wanting to get a Kia Soul for some time. When I found all the incentives offered by Mark Kia, I went in to test drive a 2015 Kia Soul. This dealership may be violating FTC advertising regulations by aggressive use of disclaimers, misrepresenting the price of their vehicles.On their used cars, they disclaim a "reconditioning fee", but don't state what it is. Only when you get to the dealership or when you call them, will you find out what the true price of the vehicle is. They appear to be intentionally misrepresenting the price of the vehicle. This isn't a standard fee - the reconditioning cost is built into dealers used car selling prices, so Mark's Kia is using this disclaimer to make their vehicles appear to be better priced than other dealers.Check out the FTC website, specifically the part about deceptive auto dealer ads. File your complaints with the FTC.

My boyfriend and I went into the dealership expecting to be pushed around. However, I called ahead and had Robert help us. Robert was the best salesperson I have dealt with. (Side note: I am a sales person and hate when other sales people forget about the human touch) so after talking to Robert for 5 minutes we decided that we wanted him to sell me a car. He walked around, showed us a couple cars and even talked to someone about their Miata because that's the car I really wanted. However he ended up staying after hours with us and helping us out. Pleasant, courteous service
Rep name was Alisha Eastridge; she was very courteous and helpful throughout the deal, and we were able to buy and drive off in the car within 24 hours of expressing interest in it. Communication between departments seems lackluster; sales reps were unsure of whether the car had been inspected up until an hour before the car was sold. Overall a solid and pleasant experience, though.

Kieran Murphy (sp?) was amazing! I highly recommend that when you go to Mark Kia that YOU MUST FIND HIM AND WORK WITH HIM! He is in the Internet sales department (should I mention that buying from a guy in the Internet department saved us money?? - Yeah!!) and when I complimented him on his vest he said he wears them most of the time - what a hoot! He is super-knowledgeable and very kind. He is not a "salesman" but rather an "information conduit" that helped us make our best choice! He really listened to our needs, and was so funny too! Susan called him "charming".... He didn't just dump us off at financing either; he worked with us through the entire process to make sure our questions were all met and that we got an excellent deal. And, even though we "just" bought a used car, he followed up with us afterward and continued to provide exceptional customer service. Went in expecting to not get approved as my credit has hit an all time low. I explained my situation to Bryce and he was more than happy to help me out. He was able to get me approved on a brand new Forte with surprisingly low payments and Interest!!! He also gave me a year of free oil changes on top of the 100,000 mile warranty!! When beginning my hunt for the new 2016 Kia Sorento, I stumbled on Mark Kia on Cars.com showing the vehicles price being in the $21,000 range. Being intrigued by the price, I contacted a sales associate and requested more information. After a week of minimal communications and an unsopportive management, I was quoted $26,900! I contacted Kia Consumer Affairs who assisted in communicating my matter to the General Manager. After not hearing back from the dealership, I drove down to Scottsdale from San Diego, the manager and staff were willing to do business with me after that, bringing the final offer down to $24,800. Of course I had to give up the $1000 Kia Cashback guarantee in order to solidify the deal, but they enticed me with the 1 year complementary maintenance package (3 services) and additional options to include installed Side Step Bars. Assuming the side step bars were going to be installed on the next maintenance interval I departed for San Diego. To my surprise, I found out that I was not going to get the promised part because I did not bring it up during the examination of the vehicle. Bottom line, the sales associates and managerial staff showed lack of professionalism and business ethics. The 3 hours I spent in the dealership, I had to sit and witness immaturity and horseplay amongst the sales staff. Please train your employees on proper customer care and professionalism.
My experience at Mark Kia, a buyer beware.I am a 28 year old with not great credit. Granted I've been working on it. Bought a car on my own, 2 years ago and got a horrible deal. That's what you get when your credit score is 498 and have no concept of credit. I got a 2007 Honda civic. I've paid my car payment on time for 30 payments, credit score went up 75 points, yay me! So let's skip ahead to the present. Found a car online at Mark Kia, a 2015 soul+ but you know the negative equity in my car wasn't helping so let's bump it down to the base model. Good great, a low payment let's go make a deal. I brought my mother in with me to cosign, we gave them a the information they needed Saturday. I explained there is no way I can go over 400 dollars a month. They came back with 470, we gathered up our things,the general manager came out and said wait ladies let me see what I can do. We waited. He said you will pay 400 a month. Great! We preceded to wait, our salesman set up my first oil change and helped me program my phone into the Bluetooth system in the car. We waited,we cleaned out my civic...then they came back and said sorry but it's going to be 470 a month. Seriously? Then a lovely finance man came out and said if you can put down an additional 500 on top of the original 1,000 down I can do 425. We said fine we'll do that. Fast forward an hour and they said oh well the banks are closed now so we'll have to wait until Monday. We were so fed up that we walked out. That evening I get an email from the salesman saying, we will do $430. I slept on it. Decided in the morning, I want this car I will do it. I talked to the salesman AND the finance department before we made the 45 minute trek back to scottsdale and they ASSURED me, done deal come sign and go home in your brand new car! So we go. We sit. We get told our proof of income is not suitable, but it was on Saturday. So all I have to say is this dealership is full of liars, cowards and crooks. And they can go stick it where the sun doesn't shine, a place like Ireland.

I went in on a long lunch break and met with Jacob K. Super friendly guy, very easy and laid back. Didn't feel pressured, or rushed. To be able to go on a lunch break and get all the info I needed as well as a test drive is an accomplishment in itself. Went back the following day and leased myself new car. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and again didn't feel any pressure from anyone. Just a very easy experience.

Typical Car Dealer
High volume dealer. Expect to try to be sold. Note that prices on their websites are typically lower but they try and add cost back in after they get you in the door. First person you meet wont be the person you talk numbers with. Can't remember the name of guy with the black beard but he was right out of central casting. Trying to force you into his numbers. I would walk away if you get the pleasure of talking with him. Overall, customer service was fair to poor, I would look to other Kia dealers in the area.

I chose a car online. I got a call back within 5 minutes from Bob Weaver. When I got to the dealership they had my Kia in the shade waiting for the test ride. Bob was friendly & helpful thru the whole process. I would recommend Mark Kia to anyone!

There was no pushy sales techniques just good old fashion customer service. Once I visited Mark Kia Ruben was assisting other customer so I was referred to Arturo who assisted me in my auto purchase by driving me to their lots to further narrow down my selection. Fantastic Car Buying Experience!
I just recently moved to the Phoenix area, and wanted to trade my vehicle. Luckily, I found a vehicle on Mark Kia's website. I am so thankful I walking into their dealership! The salesman, Adam, was already working with another customer, but chose to help me as well. He gracefully balanced both of his customers, and never once made me feel like I wasn't his first priority. We discovered the car I had seen was already sold, and from then on Adam listened to my every want and need and never stopped trying to find me the perfect car. He was able to show me several different cars based on what I had expressed I was looking for. He never once made me feel pressured or tried to up sell me into something I didn't want or was outside of my budget. He happily told me about and let me test drive several cars until I found a 2015 Kia Soul that I was very interested in. We began working with the sales manager, Jacob, who was also fantastic to work with. After doing some paperwork, it was almost closing time. I asked if I would be able to go home and think about the purchase. They again did not make me feel pressured to "seal the deal" there and told me they truly wanted me to feel comfortable. I called Adam back the next morning and let him know I still did not feel great about the Soul. He then traveled to one of their other dealerships to pick up a car he thought I would be interested in based off of my wish list. He set an appointment for me to meet him there at noon, and when I arrived he had the perfect car for me! It met 100% of everything I had desired and nothing that I did not care for. I told him to wrap it up! Again Jacob worked with us on the final details and the experience could not have been better. Then I went to Juan in finance, and again, he was a pleasure to work with. I cannot express how much a enjoyed the car buying experience with these guys! They truly worked to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford!

We came to Scottsdale from Massachusetts to help get our daughter who is moving here settled in. She needed a car and luckily we found Mark Kia. They picked us up at our hotel in the car she was interested in, a Kia Rio. When we got there everyone was very friendly and professional. Our salesman, Robert Lemon III, was a fantastic help. He was very patient, informative and extremely helpful with taking care of a few minor issues with the car. From the beginning to the end of the process we were treated with respect and a high level of courtesy. Since it was Saturday, we even got a free barbecue lunch. When Robert noticed we were in urgent need of sunscreen, he even offered to purchase some for us. We politely turned that offer down but later when a different salesman, Adam, saw we needed sunscreen, he handed us his own personal tube that we gratefully used. These guys go the extra mile. Called on a vehicle, which they asked us to come down and see. Drove an hour away and the car hadnt even been cleaned...baby formula on seat. IT WAS SO DIRTY YOU COULDNT EVEN TEST DRIVE Total waste of time and gas!!!!!

Thank you to Mark Kia & Cameron Buck for my wonderful Kia buying experience! Cameron helped me find the exact car I was looking for without the pushy Salesman reputation. I was looking to get out of my Dodge Challenger and into a Kia Optima. Cameron truly listened to my wants & needs and got me into the perfect car for me for a great price. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and in the rare case he couldn't answer one of my questions (instead of making up an answer) he would find a person who did know the correct answer. Financing is always my least favorite part of purchasing a vehicle and being reassured by Cameron that it would be painless helped... even if I didn't believe him. After sitting in finance for a short few minutes to sign the correct documents I was amazed as to how easy it really was here. I wasn't pushed or persuaded to buy some extended warranty or extra additions. The gentleman in finance was wonderful and I was out in minutes. I have been thinking about a second car and looked online at several. The Kia Optima looked very appealing to me but I wasn't sure I could afford it. I have heard a lot of good things about Mark Kia and I paid them a visit. The salesman, Cameron Buck, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and the price range. They have a large stock of vehicles and he took the time to find what I was looking for and fish it out from their stock. Not only did they find what I was looking for, I was pleasantly surprised that I could afford a model upgrade higher than I anticipated. Cameron was knowledgeable, attentive and has followed up multiple times to ensure I was happy and to remind me of the service benefits that came with my purchase. I hate buying cars as most people do. But this was a pleasant experience.

Customer for nine years
I have been purchasing my new vehicles from Mark Kia for the last nine years. I have had to buy 5 so far, which is more than I would have liked but was necessary due to our family growing and extensive travel on our car because at one point we lived in Maricopa. I have always been happy not just with the buying process, but also with the selection process, the delivery process, the financing process and the service and warranty efforts, in the event those types of visits are needed down the road. Service that encapsulates such a positive level in so many different aspects, is service worth returning for, and that is the reason we keep on doing it!
Our most recent purchase came just a few days ago. Buying a vehicle was not planned, it was a spur of the moment for us to go to the dealership. We went to Mark Kia on 3/22/15 after reviewing some vehicles online. We were quickly greeted and shown each vehicle I requested. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable and allowed us to guide the experience. We test drove a 2015 Kia Soul and loved it. Andrew politely offered to run the numbers for me to see if this vehicle was within my budget. (After past experiences, it was extremely refreshing not to feel pressured.) I agreed and within moments Andrew had some information for me. The car was priced slightly higher than I was shooting for. (I also had no intention of purchasing on this day and was mostly out researching vehicles of interest.) I was then greeted by the sales manager, Blake. Blake not only met my monthly budget, he beat it and gave us tickets to the Phoenix Suns game! The offer was so good, I couldn't refuse. Over the next half hour or so someone reviewed all of the features of the vehicle with us, as well as the roadside assistance, and we met with Juan for the finance contracts. Juan thoroughly explained each section and before you know, we were on our way with a brand new Kia Soul. Again, I had no intention to make a purchase when I arrived that day. arrogant and condescending treatment
The customer service is not good, if you understand a bit about negotiations and actually attempt to get the price the car is worth. Beside the high price of the car I was looking for, I would have purchased it, had I not been met by an arrogant and condescending sales person.

I made an appointment online for oil change, recall on sunroof liner and I heard a squeak noise turning. I was met on the drive by Chris at time appointment. He was extremely helpful and was very attentive to trying to find the noise from steering I was talking about. Even to a point of going on a test drive with me to verify this noise that just would not happen while sitting on their drive. They were able to find and fix a noisy bushing mount. So thankful done in one visit. Oh yeah not only did they change oil they rotated tires as part of service, washed the exterior of the car and vacuumed up the inside. Great service Mark Kia I will continue to recommend people to come see your for service and sales.
will never buy from there ever again
I purchased a 2007 Ford Explorer from Mark KIA about a month ago. 1st my husband went to there website and found a vehicle he liked for $11,500.00 but when we get there the price went from $11,500.00 to $13,500.00 because they charge you extra for anything they do to the vehicle so I paid for them to put new tint on the vehicle I didn't ask them to fix and then they charged for reconditioning the vehicle last I checked isn't that what the dealership supposed to do when they take in a vehicle. So I overlooked that cause my husband really liked . Then we come to find out the vehicle they sold us had no mirrors in the visors we asked them to fix it they said we have to pay for it but wouldn't it be considered under the reconditioning of the vehicle. Then I asked for gap insurance and got that and I asked for an extended warrant for anything wrong with the vehicle I was told that was what I was purchasing for $3,000. I took my husband vehicle in today to see if I could get his air vents serviced and I was told to my surprised that what I thought was a warrant regarding mechanical for the vehicle was really only for the paint,tires, and the windshield. Really my insurance covers the majority of this. I called to cancel that warrant and was told from they warrant people that I needed to go back to the dealership. Now I have called the dealership and let 3x and no response. I am very upset and if I have to take it to the news I will. Just FYI the purchased price for everything was $26,000. No tell me how I can go from the sticker price of $11,500 to $26,000. For this I could have gotten a new car.

Purchased a 2014 Forte from Mark Kia in Scotsdale, AZ When we got home we discovered we only had one key/remote. Called the salesman and be said that's all they had. I would have to get one myself. They should have told me there was only one. Sales manager would not reply. Having only one key is like having only one windshield wiper, car still works but the is a lot of squawking and scraping from the passenger side.
Ever buy a car with only one windshield wiper? How about one with only three tires? So why would I knowingly buy a car with only one key/remote unless it was withheld from me. Would they get me one at their cost or work with me? Would they even return my emails and calls? NOPE!! If it is a good review about Mark Kia then someone is ..... To bad dealerships like this give a good car like Kia a bad name!
Mark Kia Woes
On 2/20, around 7am, I was on USAA.com looking up used cars in my area. I came across a 2014 Chevrolet Spark LS Auto Hatchback (VIN: KL8CB6S97EC561235) priced at $9,893, not counting the additional $300 off I would get as a USAA member. I researched this model; found that it would work fine for what I needed. I then researched Mark Kia, and was worried by the mixed reviews on Face Book, Yelp, and Cars.com; it was either 5 star wonder or 1-star blunder. However, Mark Kia does have a high rating on Cars.com, DealerRater, and Google+. At first my wife & I were going to wait until the coming weekend to go to Mark Kia, we later decided to go that evening. After waking up from sleeping during the day, I work 3rd shift, I printed out my pricing certificate from USAA.com, Bryce Young was listed as the point of contact, and our $25 Target gift card voucher for a test drive, and then my wife & I were on our way.Along the way to Mark Kia, at 5:29pm, Bryce Young called me on my cell. He had been emailing back and forth with my wife regarding the Chevy Spark and wanted to make sure we had a shared interest in the vehicle and were not two different people. We arrived around 5:50pm, walked in, spoke to Bryce, and took the Chevy Spark for a test drive. Prior to the test drive it was made known to us that the Chevy Spark had not gone through the multi-point inspection by a Mark Kia technician (unsure how many points, but over 100 for sure). During the test drive the airbag light was on and the message center displayed a Code 95, the Code95 being related to the airbag system. After returning to Mark Kia my wife and I briefly discussed purchasing the Chevy Spark, we decided to go for it.At some point Mike, the dealership manager, came over with the Carfax. The Chevy Spark has a salvage title due to having been stolen off of a dealership lot between the two known owners, though it had not been reported to have been in an accident of any kind. Mike reduced the price of the Chevy Spark to $8,000. After another brief discussion between my wife and me we decided we still wanted this vehicle. Due to the salvage title we were limited to our financing options, Navy Federal and USAA would not finance the Chevy Spark unless the title was changed from a salvage one to a regular one; this would not be possible. With limited options Bryce Young took our information to the finance department and we were approved for $13,000+ (included license, fees, & taxes) at 8.99% for 60 months, with $1,000 down. Our Dodge Caravan is currently financed at 3.4% for 72 months. Papers were signed, hands were shaken, and Bryce told us he would get the Chevy Spark in first thing Monday morning (2/23) to go through the multi-point inspection so that we can take it home.On Monday (2/23), at 4:53pm, I emailed Bryce to see if my Chevy Spark was ready, no response from Bryce. On Tuesday (2/24), at 8:09am, I responded to an email from Bryce that was sent on 2/23 at 1:57pm. It appeared to be an auto-generated email checking in on me, seeing if there was anything he could do to make sure I was 100% confident in referring him to family and friends. I responded to him, admitting I had missed that email. Later that day (2/24), at 3:59pm, Bryce responded to me saying he had been with customers all day and that the inspection should be done by tomorrow morning (Wednesday, 2/25); I did not view this email until after 4:39pm. On Monday (2/23), at 3:26pm, I had called 480-425-5300 and left a message for Bryce to call me back. At 3:35pm I received a call from that same number, though the call disconnected after 3 seconds. At 4:23pm I called that number once more and left a message on Bryces voicemail.On Wednesday (2/25) morning I boarded a city bus at Thomas rd. & I-17, traveled a total of 90 minutes with 1 transfer, to arrive at Mark Kia just as the sales floor was opening. Bryce was not in yet, but Mike was. Mike sat me down in his office and proceeded to tell me that the Chevy Spark did not have any airbags; apparently when the vehicle was stolen off of a dealership lot the airbags were stripped; this would explain the error 95 code that was observed during the test drive. Mike further stated that we (I assume either himself and/or Bryce) had been trying to contact me yesterday (2/24) regarding this. I showed Mike my emails, phone logs, and visual voicemail to show no such contact regarding the airbags. Mike said his general manger would be in later today and would see about installing new airbags at no cost to me. Currently there were no loaners available for me to use to get home, but Mike assure me that as soon as one became available he would have it dropped off at my house, in the meantime a service tech gave me a ride home. At 7:32pm, several hours after I had woken up and no contact from anyone at Mark Kia, I called 480-425-5300, spoke with Bryce, he said he was going to get with Mike and would call me back. At 8:11pm, having not heard back from Bryce, I called 480-425-5300 again and asked for Mike. Mike was in a meeting with Bryce but the gal who answered said that either Mike or Bryce would call me back. At 8:36pm, I received a call from a Jake/Jacob; they could not sell me the Chevy Spark due to the absence of airbags. I requested my down payment back, I was asked if they could help me look for another car, I declined and requested to be refunded my down payment again. I was told it would be refunded, and the refund would be processed in the morning (2/26). At 8:39pm and 8:40pm I had missed two calls from Mark Kia, I was one the phone with my wife, their 3rd call at 8:40pm I was able to answer. They confirmed my CCV code on my card and processed the transaction, at 8:43pm I received a receipt for the refund via email.On 2/26, at 8:20am, I received a call from the bank that mark Kia used to finance the Chevy Spark under a salvaged title. I informed them that the sale did not go through due to the absence of airbags. On 2/27 the refund finally posted to my account. That same day, my wife and I went to Bill Luke in the evening, purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic with 20k miles, and I was able to drive off with it that night. On 3/2, in the mail I received a card from Mark Kia. The review and rating is for Deron Kellar, the salesman that assisted me with the purchase of a used car on 10/30/14. I had been looking for a used vehicle when I found their listing on cars.com (same listing on Markkia.com). I went to the dealership to look at the car and take it on a test drive, with the intent of purchasing it if it fit the bill. Deron came out, introduced himself, and asked how he could help. Explained that I was there to see a specific car & wanted to go on a test drive. At no point did he pressure me to look at another car or aggressively push a Kia (they are great cars, I just did not want one). As a buyer, I really appreciated his approach and relaxed demeanor. I felt he was sincere and actually listened to what I said and was willing to work with me to complete the deal. Had it not been for Deron, I may have taken my business elsewhere and purchased a car at another dealership. I read bad and good reviews about the dealership before going, but decided to try them; I got lucky & got Deron. My advice to anyone buying a car from anywhere? Do your research! I have never been to a dealership where there were not questionable tactics and some sort of financing game. The odds are in favor of the house. If it comes down to it, be ready to do as Kenny says: know when to walk away, know when to run.
Absolutely terrible customer service
I contacted this dealer immediately upon seeing it on Cars.com. I received a call back the next day. I offered to buy it sight unseen. All i wanted to know was what color it was. I was told the car wasn't even in inventory yet, so they could not even give me any additional information. Then i was told the previous owner still had it. Then I was told the car was sold before it even made it to the lot. Now, nearly a month later, the car is still posted for sale at a much higher price. I've been given a total runaround on this vehicle for 4 weeks. I've left messages for a sales manager to call me, and no one has returned my calls.
Great Car Buying Experience
I had the pleasure of working with Cameron one year ago. I remember it like it was yesterday, he was very kind and understanding. I told Cameron I was not going to buy a car today, that I would come back this weekend and if he tried pushing me, I would not return. There was no pressure and Cameron let me walk away and come back like I asked. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Kia Optima, and I love it. The service has been good as well as the car buying experience. I recommend them!!
Easy car buying experience with an AWESOME salesman!
I never felt pressured and actually enjoyed working with our salesman Adam Lee. He was professional and funny to boot. He informed us of how the entire process would work when it came to signing the deal, and then took us out to our car to show us how everything worked. Dublin was also very detailed about owners manual and pointed out the important things we would need to know. This really was the first enjoyable car experience in my lifetime.
Mike Davis is an OUTSTANDING Sales Manager
Right from the start, I got the sense that Mike Davis was a stand-up guy. He was clear, concise, friendly, honest and fair. What more could you ask of a sales manager?! He gave us a great deal, honored the terms of that deal despite some issues that arose during the financing phase of the process, and left me feeling great about the car I purchased. I highly recommend working with him and would do it again in a heartbeat! Our salesperson Bryce Young was also very good and a high level Finance Manager who resolved the issues created by another employee.
