This is the second car I have bought through Ron Marhofer. My first experience was great so I went back but to a different location. Don't get my wrong I love my car, a Kia Soul. But the buying experience was terribleThe sales guy was new and not trained enough which sucks because it is not his fault. After I went through all the hoops to buy the car they than told me I would have to wait a week to pick it up. Extremely inconvenient and I wish I would of known before.Than I got a call that because my husband was out of town they wouldn't accept my check?! So my husband called and finally talked to the owner and got that dealt with.I was irritated but than I got a phone call that the finance manager Michael had actually put my wrong and old address on everything!!! Which meant i had to deal with the bank and was yet again more time I had to spend dealing with it Fast forward to a month later. I go to get license plates and guess what, my car was registered to the wrong address so I had to pay to re register it. All in all i think they need better training. And I will be telling everyone to not go there including my mom who buys a new car from this company every year.

This place completely blew me out of the water. After spending the past several weeks going to different used car dealerships and being given the run around every time, this place was a breath of fresh air. All of the employees were incredibly friendly and personal. Not just interested in the dollar--they genuinely cared about me and not just about the deal. It was amazing. I highly recommend working with Vinny, Amanda, and Jeremy. All of the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and had fantastic customer service skills. After purchasing my car, I had a little hiccup and called Vinny on his cell after hours and he was able to walk me through every step I needed to do to correct it. What used car dealership would ever have staff to do something like that!? I will definitely be making future purchases here and recommending it to all of my friends. I love my 2013 Hyundai Elantra and look forward to many happy miles with it. This is the 3rd new Hyundai I have purchased from Marhofer Hyundai of Green. I went to the Cleveland Car Show and saw the car of my dreams. I called Marhofer and spoke with Chris Donato. I told him exactly what I wanted. An hour later he called me and said the car was on the truck and within 3 days my Dream Car, 2016 Genesis Ultimate was parked in my garage. The whole process went so smooth. No high pressure. Great incentives and financing. All 3 buying experiences were Great. They roll out the red carpet when I show up. They had my name on a sign in the front window and took photo's. We came in to look at a possibly purchasing a used car, we met Ben Yarger the salesmen there when we came in the door. This was the most pleasant experience we have had purchasing a car ever. Ben was not pushing us he viewed several cars with us and in detail explained all the options. He left us know all the benefits of buying from the Marhofer family and it sold us. We purchase a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Everything from completing the sales paperwork and working the the finance person was a pleasure. My 2011 Sonata blew an engine at 66,000 miles (now being recalled) while I was out of town. The dealer that fixed it screwed up the rebuild. The work was done completely under warranty. When it was shipped back to me the first drive I took the check engine light came on so I took it to Marhorfer, where I purchased it. They had to fix what the other dealer screwed up. Then they would not give my car back to me for THREE WEEKS... because the other dealer would not pay them. The service manger ranted at me on the phone that I had to call the other dealer and make them pay Marhofer. That's not my problem! I wouldn't have a car serviced or buy from a Marhofer owned dealership if they were the last dealer on earth!

Hours after purchasing our used Hyundai Elantra, 2 areas of concern were noted that we did not initially see. And even though we did not catch the small concerns on the lot, Ben Yarger was very understanding and accommodating. Our repairs were made in a timely manner and with excellent quality. My son recommended this dealership to avoid the stress involved in buying a car at most dealerships. We drove 65 miles to get to this dealership and it was well worth it. The ease of finding the right car and leasing it resulted in the ability to drive the car home that same night. I was impressed with the friendly and helpful atmosphere. I would like to mention our salesman, Mark Orchteid, in particular. He answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being aggressive. I would recommend this salesman and this dealership to anyone in the market for a new/leased vehicle.

I was considering a car purchase for at least 6 months before I actually bought a car. My sales person was Ciarra Morrow of Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Green. She wonderful to work with and very patient with me. I was considering two cars used verses new. Both of them Sonatas. After figuring out the price difference of the 2 vehicles and on my part of thinking it over for a couple of days. I bought the new Sonata. Ciarra M. was great threw out the process and I like to ask questions and she always had the answer. I would recommend her to anyone buying a car. My salesman, when I bought my 2013 Sonata was Rick Jenkins & no matter what questions I have had he has always taken the time to help me. I went from a Chevy cavalier, purchased through Marhofer Chevrolet, to a Sonata & had to learn many things about a car with all the bells & whistles. Rick took the time to help me download my contacts on my phone so that I could use the blue link & took me through some of the other steps to introduce me to things I never knew a car could have. The service dept has also been very helpful & most times have been able to accommodate my schedule.

Its not like us to buy a new automobile often so when we set out to purchase one we were in doubt about the kind and make we would settle on plus the dealership and the sales people we would meet, Let me introduce us, Basil and Karen Ranier, Together we searched over a month first we realized we wanted a SUV it had to be compact good on fuel and easy to drive around town, we drove many different models at one dealership on the test drive the SUV ran out of gas not good. We live near the Ron Marhofer Hyundai dealership in Green, I remember buying from Marhofer in Stow years ago I liked them then I didn't know if this dealership was related.We looked at the surrounding dealerships we made a offer on a SUV that they had but couldn't come to an agreement on the price for the trade in. Our search then took us to Ron Marhofer Hyundai we were introduced to Ciarra Morrow wow what a change she took charge seemed to know exactly what we wanted walked us through the trade in process made us feel right at home ( I say that but you know what? that is important) we were then turned over to finance, Ciarra got us the price the trade the SUV we wanted and the color.Great. That was a year and a half ago, the service has been superb and we now belong to the Ron Marhofer family. Thanks to all of you for making such a great team. Maybe the Browns could take some tips and lessons from you guys.. Basil and Karen Ranier ps my sister leased a SUV from Ron Marhofer.

I chose Ron Marhofer Hundai of Green after seeing an awesome Truck on their lot, that I had to have. I will make this short and sweet... Ben Yarger made each and every detail of that buying experience so easy and I never felt that my needs were not the most important thing to him. Years later, when I was ready to buy again.. who do you think I called first? And as luck would have it, Ben Yarger found me the perfect car for my budget and got me a better interest rate. We were in the market for a used Hyundai Veloster and found that Marhofer of Green had one at a good price. Cierra was our salesperson. She quickly found the car we were interested in and gave us all the details, answered all our questions, and went with us for a test drive. She was absolutely delightful. Big sincere smile and very knowledgeable about the product. No haggling. Just the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. She even helped the Service Dept. detail the vehicle while we waited. By the time the car was ready to roll, Finance had all the paperwork ready for us. Took our Veloster home the same day. Since then, we've had it in for routine maintenance (oil change, etc.) and found the service department to be very professional. Price for the service was also very reasonable. Customer service at this dealership is top notch.

I have been a customer of Ron Marhofer dealerships for over ten years now. I have looked at other dealerships but continually come back to this one. Their best assets are the sales personnel they employ. I deal exclusively with Rick Jenkins who I started working with at the Cuyahoga Falls location. He had done such an amazing and professional job with me that I still continued my business with him when he transferred to the Green location. Any time I ever had an issue or problem (which was few) he personally took care of it regardless if I was purchasing something from them or not. In addition with this and his professional and "down to Earth" personality he has had my loyalty from then to the present. Many car dealerships can offer good and great cars, but having the right people working there to provide above and beyond customer assistance puts them above the rest. I had an excellent experience buying a used car at Marhofer. They were fair with my trade-in and happy to work with my budget on a new car. I never felt pressured at all. My sales person, Luigi, seemed truly interested in making sure that we both came to a good deal. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. My first time visiting this dealership. I saw a red 2012 Mazda Miata MX-5 on the cars.com website. The vehicle was located at Marhofer Hyundai so I went to check out the car. WOW! The car was so clean and shiny it looked brand new (except for the 8,000 miles). They already had run a Carfax report and immediately made it available to me. The salespeople were friendly and easy-going. After the test drive I knew I wanted the car. There is no dickering about prices at Marhofer; what you see is what you pay, and that made buying easier. The process of buying the car went quickly and I was out the door in the blink of an eye. If you want to buy a car I would definitely recommend Marhofer Hyundai!

Using cars.com I found the exact vehicle I wanted, a 2011 Camry XLE, black with tan leather. Never would have considered looking at this dealer's website since they were about 60 miles from my home. Once I saw the price and the mileage I thought it be worth investing the time to drive and see the car. My initial calls to the dealership were answered promptly and completely. Our salesman was Rick and he treated my wife and I very nicely. The experience was pleasant, professional and very rewarding. They were more than fair with my trade-in. As a bank employee I had my financing all lined up beforehand. Rick asked if he could try to get me a better rate so I said go ahead and try. He and the Finance Manager, Jeremy, came up with a great package for us at a better rate. Even though the dealership seemed very busy that day we were given all the attention we needed and left with our "new" car extremely satisfied. I wish I knew someone looking for a car because I would have no hesitation recommending the Marhofer dealership.

Even though we live closer to 4 other Hyundai dealerships, we make the the drive to Hyundai of Green because of how well they operate as a team to get the job done. From the time that Katie began answering my questions by email to the handshake from Mike as we left in the new car, and everything in between, the buying experience is worth the drive. I cannot speak highly enough of Katie (internet), Ciarra (sales), Mike (sales), and Ashlie (finance). This is the second car that my wife and I have Purchased from Marhofer. The first purchase was at the Cuyahoga Falls location while this one was at the Green location. After doing a more than Thorough search for over a month we had it narrowed down to 2 dealerships. My wife wanted to get a quote from both dealerships so we drove to the "other place" and were immediately turned off by pushy sales tactics and inconsistent pricing. Having had such a great experience with our first purchase, we should have known to come straight back to Marhofer. They are NOT paid on commission which just makes the purchasing process so much more comfortable. As far as pricing goes there was no discrepancy with the online price at all. Their prices are so low that there is no need to "wheel and deal" (although they did come down a little bit to match the other dealer). Ciarra Morrow was fantastic and I will absolutely ask for her again when its time for another car! Thank You!

After weeks looking for a new car, I finally was able to get the car I wanted,and didn't think it was possible for me to afford. With the help of Chris Donato , he made it possible for me to own my dream car. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with all the bells and whistles.This was the last time out that we were going to try and get a Hyundai Elantra. Took my first trip in it the next day and she performed better than I had expected! Everyone was great at Marhofer of Green! I hope to enjoy many years in my new Elantra! I want to thank all at Marhoffer of Green, especially Chris, for all the time they spent with us and the great deal that they gave me.

It was a two hour drive to this dealership, but it was worth it. We got a great deal, a great offer on our trade-in, and wonderful, pleasant service from everyone we dealt with. We did a lot of research and shopping around to find this deal and we feel it paid off. We looked for a car about 9 months ago and didn't buy one in part because of a poor experience at a different dealership (and different make/model of car), so the service may have seemed better simply in comparison to our past bad experience. Still, they didn't pressure us and seemed very genuine and honest. I would buy here again.

I just purchased a Hyundai Elantra Coupe from Mark Ortscheid and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. My son and I test drove the Elantra and the Veloster (by ourselves, no salesperson sitting in the backseat...unlike Van Deveres. Nice!). When we got back, we discussed pricing and financing. I had already gotten pre-approved by my bank, but Jeremy, the finance guy, said that he was sure he could do a lot better on the interest rate. I was hesitant, but decided to let him run it. I'm glad I did. He offered me an interest rate that was 3% lower than the bank! I left the dealership that night to think about it (Mark was very nice and didn't pressure me). The next day, after some discussion and a few texts back and forth between Mark and me, I was back in their dealership buying my 2013 Elantra Coupe in that gorgeous Volcanic Red. After the deal was finished, Mark had the car outside for me, sparkling clean with a full tank of gas and then proceeded to help me set up my bluetooth and make sure that I understood all the controls in the car before I left the lot. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Ron Marhofer in Green to anyone looking to purchase a car. My son really wants a Veloster and when the time is right, we'll be going back to talk to Mark & Jeremy.

I purchased a used cavalier here but sure wouldn't do it again the sales person I talked on the phone with before I made a 2.5 hour drive to get there backed out of the sale and put another salesman on us they would not negotiate at all on their price if I had not wanted the car so bad I would have passed on the whole deal they acted offended if u tried to negotiate very very uniformed and rude staff

They don't work on commission so you are more likely to get an honest answer. Feels a but under staffed for how busy they are. Waited around for 47 minutes for sales person to get around to sitting down for financing. Sales person said it is typically this busy on Saturdays. Overall an alright experience.

We live in Cuyahoga County (Cleveland area) and purchased from RMH (Akron area, Summit County). We went to RMH because they had the best selection, much better than anyone in Cuyahoga County seemed to have. We arrived on a very busy day but Kyle, our salesman, greeted us a the door and took care of us from then on. He was very patient with us as we test-drove three different vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about the line. The dealership was very CLEAN, bright, and well-staffed. Several staff offered us bottled water and coffee. When we thought there was problem with our phone and the Bluetooth that came with the car, we rec'd 2 emails and 1 phone call within 24 hours from 3 different people at the dealership--now, that's customer service! The buying process was very easy and stress-free. We drove our new car home that same day. We've had it about a month and so far we're very happy with it.
