Poor service department

Dropped in to have a fuel filter replaced. Was told that was a "Service Express" item and there was a 2.5 hour wait. I asked if I could make an appointment to have it done and was told no appointments for that kind of service and that I would have to wait or come at another time in hope the wait time was less. I'll be going to Tuffy's from now on where I can schedule an appointment and get the standard services done for 30% of the price charged here.I did talk with the service manager Steve, who didn't really care how much of an inconvenience this was. Told me that was our policy. Why? because that's our policy.Okay, so I won't be going back there again.

Best Service Department I've ever Dealt with

I brought my wifes 2011 Q5 2.0T (Purchased elsewhere) in for oil consumption issue. They have been quick, informative, positive attitude and easy to work with. They appear fully informed about the issue, know the vehicles really, really well and their sales guys have been friendly and didn't try to sell me a car. They seem to understand the value of good customer service and long term relationships. I love my BMW, but this dealer makes me want to consider an Audi when I'm shopping in the future. They even gave me a quart of oil for free to help me out while I'm waiting for the parts to come in for the engine rebuild.The BMW dealer across town should take notes!
