My Second New Malibu

I was just taking my 2013 Malibu in for service and NYS inspection and was asked if I would have an appraisal done. Dan Carlton gave me a great appraisal. The Best dealership experience i have had yet

On a Wednesday i called Mangino Chevy and made a appointment for 8am the next morning. When I got there the sales rep Jeff tyrrell was waiting for me. I told him what i was interested in and he asked me to take a test drive and i did. After i got back he greeted me in the parking lot and we went inside to go over some numbers. It was then starting to look like i would not be able to afford the truck that i wanted and i told Jeff that i probably wont buy anything, at that time someone came in to buy a vehicle and wanted Jeff to work with them and he turned them to another sales rep. Jeff then asked me if i wanted to see what he could offer and he said that at least i would know all my options and it was free to look so i agreed. after looking at other trucks on the lot i asked if i could put a bigger down payment down and see what that would do for me and it got close to what i wanted. when all the paperwork was done and it was tome to take the truck home Jeff would not let me leave without going over every feature of the truck. The only thing that i could possibly think to change is they offer some packages for the truck (like an undercoating package that has a long warranty for corrosion) after they run a credit check, i think they should show the offers before the credit check. every thing they do on the computer they showed me and the paperwork seems easier to read compared to any other dealership i have been to.

This is NOT the fault of the dealer; however, GM's Engineering should have fixed the reason for sensors in front hub assemblies failing as frequently as they do. 3 years and 43,000 miles is unreasonable and expensive! FIX IT!

Great service

Toni greeted us at the door and we drove our new car home that same evening. Everyone was helpful and polite and worked with us to get in the vehicle I wanted. We were so impressed with our experience we returned the next day to purchase another vehicle which they were equally helpful with.

Clean facilities, friendly people.

Work took 3 days. Never offered a loner car. Bill was $2600 which I thought was outrageous. $10 for a spark plug? $81 for a $28 dollar tire monitor, the list goes on. You did fix everything but your prices have me considering an alternative. Just can't afford you. Too bad because I did like your dealership. Have to rethink my next repair.

We first went to DeNoyer Chevrolet and were totally disappointed with our experience. Despite having an appointment the sales associate we spoke to was not available, and we spent the majority of an hour and a half ignored. My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle to lease, a little bigger and more comfortable than the present one. I have never had to deal with a prblem with a new truck, i told them my complaint and tey test drove my new colorodo to verify. they took my truck in and did a wheel alignment and rotated tires. they asked me to test drive my truck to make sure i was happy GREAT JOB i havn"t been in a chevy in 15 years... Great work

While the wait was a bit longer than expected for a regular routine tire rotation/oil change, I know that the work being done is thorough and backed by the dealership. I was a little disappointed no one bother to check the tire pressure on any of the tires, but that was easy enough to remedy on my own.

Geat service in a timely manor

I was completely satisfied. I went to Mangino's in Amsterdam last Monday morning. I didn't have an appointment and I was willing to leave my car there until someone could look at it. The service people were very understanding. They were able to look at it and I was told what was wrong with it(module). They had to order the part and it would be in on Wednesday. In the meantime they gave me a loaner(greatly appreciated). I told them that I would pick car up on Thursday. They agreed. I have always taken my car to Mangino's . The service is always excellent. I had an excellent experience buying my new Tahoe at Mangino Chevy! Everyone there was very helpful and friendly, not pushy or intimidating. I worked directly with Jeff Tyrrell and he gave me all the information I needed to make my decision, and gave me time to work out details without being pressured. Jeff was helpful from the day we walked on the lot, to working with me through the purchasing process. Jeff made me feel like his most important customer (even though it was clear he had many!). 5 yrs old and rusting

I recently had my 2010 Silverado looked at for paint defects and rust. Paint defect on the rear wheel wells was approved and cover by GM warrantee. However surface, and possibly interior rust on inner tailgate were not.It is unfortunate that the vehicles begin to rust before you can even pay them off.

Well I had a bad experience with James Chevrolet in the past and was very causious dealing with another cheverolet dealership. So I called Mangino in Amsterdam NY and they said that they could see me that day. I went down there and was greeted right away. Every few minutes the employees were asking are you being helped or can we help you? In matter of minutes a sales associate, Victor Pagan, was helping me with my car needs and trying to get me the best deal. Everyone was very polite and respectful and I was very impressed. I felt very comfortable and knew they were going to get me the best deal possible. The sales associate, Victor, would go out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and made sure I received the car I wanted. They didn't have the exact car in the lot, but they had a similar car that I wanted and let me test drive it that day. I was very interested, but what really impressed me is how the manager is involved with meeting the customers. The manager shook my hand and said he would help in anyway he could. They kept their word by finding the vechicle i wanted and After it was all said and done, I purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox 1Lt AWD and was very satisfied. Victor even came in on his only day off to make sure everything went smoothly and i was VERY SATISFIED! I will definitely recommend my friends to purchase a car at Mangino Cheverolet in Amsterdam NY. It's a very friendly place and I'm glad I could share my car buying experience with them.

told one price for tires payed more than told.

I purchased tires from you . I was told the price was 158.45 per tire. when I came in to have them mounted on my truck I paid 180.14 per tire. I was not happy. and I want to know why . I also had my truck inspected . also when I purchased the truck they told me the door hinges would need to be replaced. I never heard anything more about them.

I love Joe Capobianco! His friendliness and warmth combined with his explanations of suggested and completed service gives me confidence that my Cruze is in optimum conidition.The only glitch was that the free wifi was not available which is hy you only get 4 starts for facilities. I usually am able to be productive during my wait.

Mangino is the best!

As is the normal with this dealer, I was able to get an appointment which fit my needs. I have never waited long for service, this visit was the same. I was in and out within half an hour. They always have plenty of reps to check you in quickly and the service men are always waiting for your car to get there, rather than the customer waiting because they were double booked for time slots. Keep up the excellent work there at Mangino!

all my concerns ( my rear door locks and windows were not working) the boot sleeve on front drivers door had come disconnected.. Both were addressed. My trunk carpeting was not sliding back into place however at the time of the visit my husband could not show the representative the issue so it was not. But that is no fault of the dealership.

Informative Service

I like the service drop off area being enclosed. I also really like the hospitality area. Mr. Capobianco waited on me and provided me with an education on the added fuel alternatives that they can add into my truck to maintain and increase performance. I agreed that it was a good idea.

Brake problem

Quick service. Had a problem with the brakes. Called Mangino and was told to bring the car in that day and leave it. Got a call a few hours later that it had been fixed and there was no charge. Got to love that.

great service, Cleanest place I've been in

I won't be back with my truck, as Mangino's is to far away. It takes me about 1 1/2 hrs to get there three hours round trip, I spend more on gas than the service. Al Mundy
