On October 16th I received a confirmation call verifying my appointment for the morning of the 17th. I went to Manchester Honda and ask for Zack. While waiting I noticed my name displayed on their appointment whiteboard. I was informed Zack was out, but another associate would take care of me. When that associate looked up the vehicle for which I made the appointment I was told it was out on loaner, received a handshake and a hardy "Have a Good Day"! Why the heck did I make an appointment and drive 25 minutes to get stood up? This place is worth the trip from NOWHERE! Go to Schaller, Liberty, Executive or Enfield Honda first. No one should be treated like the piece of feces that I felt I was treated..

An exceptional experience after going to too many other dealerships that publish cars for sale that just happen to be sold when you walk in the door,ridiculous haggling over price ("let me take this to my manager") and a lot of wasted time.Manchester Honda is professional, efficient, reasonable no-haggle pricing, pleasant and very thorough even to the point of having a technician sit with me and go through all the features of the car.

I bought a new Civic from Ellen Crawford 3 years earlier, and she made it such a pleasant, no-hassle experience that when we were ready to trade our 11 year old SUV, she was our first choice. We stopped in unannounced one day just to look around because we were in the area. Ellen was very gracious, and spent the entire time before her next appointment to find us the perfect used vehicle with the room we needed, a 2013 Odyssey. When it was time to pick up the car, everything went like clockwork. It couldn't have been easier. And the icing on the cake was that the value of my trade went up about $230.00, so I got a refund! It would have been very easy for them to omit that fact, but they didn't. This is just one of the many reasons I will be coming back to Manchester Honda!

This was my first purchase at Manchester Honda. My salesman was Dan Yorgensen. I dreaded the idea of buying another car. The trade in, the haggling, the finance manager. When I walked into Manchester Honda and spoke to Dan he told me right off the bat that none of that would occur. I decided on a car. Recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from Manchester Honda. Looking to replace a 12 year old car with a safe and reliable vehicle. This is the forth and last Honda. The experience has been very disappointing with problems with the vehicle from day 1. A 30K mistake. Just want to resolve this issue and move on. Honda should not continue to sell this car with known problems that the dealer is hiding.It has gotten to the point where the dealer is tired of seeing me and the same with them. Have made multiple attempts last time called put on hold for 18 minutes someone picked up the phone then hung up. Last straw asked to buy back car. Offer is a 5K loss. John Casey (Sales manager) said best they could do. They know of problems with car and put it on the consumer. He said to take it up with American Honda nothing they can do. Felt very insulted.The car is under warranty that they will not cover. Have made multiple attempts to fix the issues, now feel I have been black listed. Last time called put on hold for 18 minutes then disconnected. To start it off took delivery late evening and did not notice the white spots all over the car until the next day. Paid for Simonize (big mistake). Upon inspection found a piece of a rag (used for Simonize) caught in trim under drivers side headlight. Trim lifted will not lay flat. Met with John Casey (sales manager) and Tom Graham (service manager). John commented that that it does not look bad barely noticeable. Tom used spray and a rag attempting to remove the spots. Agreeing that they are under the Simonize. Told them it was unacceptable to make it right. They kept the car for 2 days. Called the next afternoon was told they were too busy had other priorities. Completed next day replacing the front grille and re-simonize. Next car started to vibrate excessively.Shaking so much can see car vibrate while running standing outside of car. This makes me nausea during 30 minute commute to work driving in traffic and highway.Also feels like driving on rumble strip at 10, 25, 45, 5 & 65mph. Gas mileage is poor 25 at best. Something is seriously wrong with the car. Searched online it is a known problem. Twice stopped at a red light brake pedal went to floor causing car to roll thankfully did not hit car in front. Took car back again. Service adviser said first of hearing of vibration issue. when mention again then say oh you mean that problem. They balanced the tires and bled the brakes. Did not help. Next day tire pressure light came on. Back again. What next? Told by service adviser this is known problem nothing can be done. Do not feel comfortable driving this unsafe car.It has gotten to the point where the dealer is tired of seeing me and the same with them. Have made multiple attempts last time called put on hold for 18 minutes someone picked up the phone then hung up. and now have been told from sales manager John Casey it is out of there hands. can not help, to take it up with American Honda.

My husband and I went to this dealership to see a Honda coupe. we saw on the website. Unfortunately we were too late and it was sold.. Our sales rep Amanda Lavoie helped us in looking at another car. I was amazed at her knowledge of the various cars, she helped make the experience enjoyable and not stressful. She mentioned she was new into this business and I agree that she is a perfect fit. The finance rates very high even I had more than 800 credit score and the value of my trade in very low other dealers value my car 3000 more than what they offert , they lost a customer . Getting to the service area is a maze! However, once you pull up to the doors, Manchester Honda's very professional staff takes over. The time estimate of the service to be done was relatively accurate. Waiting area is very clean, but I do wish there were more pictures on the white walls!!!! Honda Company policy to keep us bored??? Nice play area for children...great idea to keep the little ones occupied with colorful toys and activities.

Manchester Honda is always the place to buy your Honda and have it serviced. The service area is always so organized and exceeds my expectations on timerfficiency.Even on a jam- packed day - the garage bays were full from the airbag recall notices (which was my scheduled service) they surprised me by getting the oil change/service check-up done too which had inadvertently not been scheduled. Saved me a return trip..In the meantime, I shopped the new HRV. compared it to the Fit, with the help of salesman Tim Batson I honed down what level I could get most of my required options. Tim also helped me in the used car category for my daughter and I took a test- drive in a civic.All in all it became a productive day, got home, verified pricing and will work on financing.Thank you to you all

Came in to get an oil change and tire rotation, and they told me I didn't need an oil change yet. This impressed me because they could have said nothing and just changed the oil anyway. They were extremely nice and finished quickly. I highly recommend the service department here.

The service team has been pleasant to work with. They take the time to explain the service and advise on future service, but have never pushed unnecessary fixes. The sales team is equally pleasant to work with. They are prepared to answer question on new & used vehicles. We are extremely happy with our Pilot and recently stopped in just to check out the new 2016 edition. The sales rep was very knowledgeable of all the new features and never once pushed to purchase this vehicle or any other. He just happily took the time to explain and show us the vehicle knowing that we were only looking out of interest and not planning on buying right away. Thought I had a great experience until I tried to express disappointment that there was a dent on my car that they did not inform me of and the new car sales manager, John Casey, yelled at me for even insinuating That they had been dishonest. He basically called me a liar and told me I probably did the damage myself even though I have picture poof that is time stamped with the dated I picked up the car. He was very rude to me, kept interrupting me, and would not listen to the point. I was trying to make. As a first time buyer I did miss the dent but please don't tell me the car was check thoroughly because if it was then you saw the dent and definitely pulled one over on me. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism, especially from a manager. No matter what I was saying he should not have spoke to me the way he did.

Just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Honda Pilot and I love it. Jane Smith (our sales rep) was extremely helpful and accomodating throughout the whole purchasing process (including coming in on her day off so that my wife who also purchased a car could pick it up and not have to wait another day). I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Honda to ask for Jane. The only issue I had was that right after pulling out of the dealership with my new car I saw a spot on my windshield - at first I thought it was a raindrop because it was raining slightly but as the wipers passed I realized there was a small chip in the windshield I hadn't noticed. I contacted Jane the next day and she helped me get in touch with service and I was able to get the chip fixed at no charge. The repair was 99.99% perfect as I can barely see just a tiny line in the windshield but the chip is filled in and there shouldn't be any spidering. I am happy with the repair and the service dept was excellent and dealt with the problem quickly and professionally. This is our family's 4th car purchased from and serviced with Manchester Honda and I have nothing but a good experience with everyone there. I went to Manchester Honda to value my trade and look at leasing a new SUV. The value for my car was fair and they proceeded to pull up some PowerPoint saying how they don't make commission on sales and they have the lowest price since they don't negotiate. I left the dealer and researched other dealers in CT getting other prices. Manchester Honda was the highest prices dealer in the state. When I called them back to give them the opportunity to beat the price, they would not even play ball. I think the salesmen at this dealer are very friendly but make sure to compare prices. I saved almost 100 dollars a month by checking the prices at other dealers.

I made an appointment to test drive a car. When I got there it was not there one of the salesmen had it out on "snow duty". No apology for driving miles for nothing. All he said is "Um yeah I don't know why that happened." I waited 15 -20 minutes for another to test drive and the car was filthy inside. A second one with water bottles and dog hair. The sales men himself said, "Yeah, that is disgusting". The salesman was not really friendly. While I was waiting a man off the street came in sat down next to me and started to harass me. I kid you not a grown man eating a happy meal from McDonalds No one noticed because they where all in the office behind me talking about 50 shades of grey movie and on Facebook. Dirty cars and poor customer services.

By the time I got to Manchester Honda, I was about two months into my car search and I was very exhausted and frustrated from the many dealerships that I had previously visited. My boyfriend bought a car a couple of years ago from Frank at Manchester Honda so I decided to see if he was still there. I did my homework before hand and I went in ready for business.The process was so quick and painless, I was so thankful! Frank did not hassle me about using my own credit union at all, which was so nice. He showed me the options I had to choose from and was very up front about price and features. The car had a couple issues but he worked with me and the Service team to get everything fixed. I even got a rental for the time the car was in the shop (thanks again by the way I really needed to get to work). I ended up spending more on the car than I set out to but it was TOTALLY WORTH IT. Recently purchased a "pre-owned" Fit at Manchester Honda; this was our second purchase from salesman Dan Yorgensen. Even though this purchase was used, Dan handled everything with the efficiency, transparency, friendliness and courtesy we had experienced during our earlier (new) purchase. Dan coordinated the purchase and installation of snow tires with the service and parts departments, prior to our legally owning the car, so that the car would be winter-ready at delivery. Had a few qualms about purchasing a used car with a limited warranty, but the Manchester Honda inspection checklist insured that everything was in order, and the car has been working perfectly for the month or so that we've had it.

Was looking for a specific model Honda, a certain number of miles and amenities. Found exactly what I wanted at this dealership. Was set up for an initial appointment with Dan, went for a test drive, talked over options and I decided it was THE vehicle and we finished the paperwork process seamlessly at that same appt. I had pre-approved financing, but they were able to beat the interest rate I had procured on my own, so I applied directly with the dealer. I came back a second time to finalize the paperwork deal and to go over my vehicle features, sort of a mini "tour," which was extremely helpful.. Everything was explained well to me, and Dan was professional and courteous and funny and charming all rolled into one. I got everything I wanted included into the deal, they registered my vehicle and took care of the details, and a week later I came back to pick it up. I would have been there sooner, however, I live out of state and transportation and scheduling was an issue for me to collaborate times. All in all a great experience, and the no-haggle pricing is a plus, and when checking online, they were extremely competitive and fair. Unlike other dealers we visited, this one uses a No-Haggle pricing policy. I was skeptical at first, but armed with pricing info from TruCar and other resources, I got an extremely low price right off the bat. There was no stressful negotiations with some aggressive sales manager. There was a level of trust that I felt, that this dealer gave us their best price and was not trying to beat us out of the most dollars he could. Our sales reps were more concerned that we get the right car and understood the features, rather than score the biggest commission check.

Great Dealership if you place no value on your time. I made an appointment to see/test drive an Odyssey one day in advance. My wife and I got there and listed to the sales spiel for about 15 minutes while filling out some paperwork. The salesman then left to get the keys to the car. He returned 30 minutes later and said that one of the other salesmen took the car home that evening and that we would not be able to see it. Our salesman placed all blame for the blunder on their internet person. He then offered to call the internet person over so that we could talk to him if we wanted to even though that would accomplish nothing. Very classy!

I made a huge mistake of leasing a car here. I leased a Honda Civic and had very low miles on the car but did get a small dent in the side of the door. Manchester Honda appraised my car at next to nothing once it was time to turn it in. I told myself leasing was a bad idea, I learned my lesson and tried to move on. This was back in December...it is now September and this place is still making my life miserable. Now I am being charged property taxes for several months when I did not even have the car. They are saying there is nothing they can do. Yes, Manchester Honda puts up a good front but once you have a problem they will not do anything to help you

I was here for the servicing and I showed them a oil mark at the rear end of mark which was a bit sticky and it was not removed with regular car wash.I asked them if they can remove it.Once they returned the car to me the mark is still there and I could see crack in the car paint. They cost you so much and they dont accept now that somebody messed up with paint of car.It was a terrible experience and thinking of doing my servicing somewhere else.Also this dealership is too expensive.If you have extra bucks to throw out go to this dealership. Bill was very helpful in steering us to the vehicle we ultimately purchased. He had previously sold my daughter her first ever new car and we had a great experience then. I would definitely ask for Bill again. He was professional but down to earth. He was aware that I knew exactly what I liked and didn't like. My experience at Manchester Honda has always been great. When I bought my Civic in 07 I went to another local Honda Dealership thinking I could bargin them down from the price I was given by Manchester Honda at the time. Little did I know that there were a lot of hidden fees involved in my sale. They even promised me something and never actually did the work.My experience with Manchester Honda was completely different. I worked with Frank who is great. Very Knowledgable and never pressured me. Knows his stuff. The whole place wants to educate you on their selection and get you in a car that you like. After I bought my car, Cliff came out and explained all the cool features to my new Honda Accord. He helped me program the bluetooth and various other features. They were very generous on my trade in as well. That always helps when you are buying a new car and don't want to vary from the financing you were looking for. Speaking of, the financing was painless. Frank actually took care of everything. I didn't have to go into an office and feel like I was signing my life away. This is what I had to do at the other dealership. All and all an excellent experience. I will buy all of my cars from this place.

Truck was available when I was ready for it. Dustin Kerr explained the buying process and truck with knowledge and efficiency. Looked at it and drove it on that Friday and picked it up the following day ... I have never bought a vehicle that quickly before (although I have been tracking the Ridgeline ever since I sold my Dakota six years ago). It rained a few days later and my wife noticed some incomplete windshield wiper action on the passenger side. We took it in and new wipers were very quickly installed by courteous service personnel in the very well organized service facility.

I had recently been through a nightmare, having had a small accident I totaled my 2003 civic. I spent months researching my first car, it took three weeks of going back and forth to buy it from the used car dealer. So I was not looking forward to trying to find another car, on a whim I walked into Manchester Honda and asked about leasing a civic. Best idea I've had in a long time. The folks at Manchester Honda are a different class of car salesmen. There never was any pressure, just patience. Dave from Manchester Honda spent the better part of the evening explaining all the ins and outs of leasing, he took the time to show me the differences between the models of civic/accords, we even went to test drive an accord. In the end I opted to stay in the civic family and went with the stunning Dyno Blue Ex-L, there is something about heated seats that I just love. Can't complain about the leather steering wheel either, some vinyl wheels make your palms sweaty, not the leather wrap, the natural oils in the leather almost moisturizer your hands as you drive, they are silky soft. Lol! The funny thing is Dave had written me up a quote for the Lx class but after thinking it over, when I went back in to put my deposit I opted up for the EX-L. Manchester Honda took my nightmare and gave me a dream. I haven't stopped telling everyone I know, about this monolith of friendly, quality, customer service.

I came to Manchester Honda because their online prices on certified pre-owned vehicles were the best in the area, and was not disappointed. I was trying to decide between two used vehicles, and Charlie, the sales and leasing consultant who helped me, was well-informed about both vehicles. He was thorough in explaining the warranties and service - both important with a used car purchase - and, even though it took me a week to decide on the purchase, I received only one polite phone call, not a barrage of phone calls and email every day, which I appreciated. Charlie was able to walk me through the process, patiently listened to my questions, and even called my credit union. And the extra touches, like having someone there to explain the buttons on the dashboard, were really nice. I bought a used car I had seen online. Even though it had only been at the dealer for two days, I was able to take it for a test drive the day I saw it. I called them the next day I would take it and three days later it was mine. Charlie guided me through the process quickly and explained all the warranties, service, etc that came with the purchase. The process was a little slow when I picked the car up due to the sheer number of people at the dealership but there were no problems.

Erik knew the honda product and was very helpful, even knowing initially I probably would not purchase car on that visit. I had done my homework so was very familiar with product walking in the door. The purchase price, although I felt a little high, was fair enough in end based on subsequent visit to another honda dealer, and the included Manchester Honda limited lifetime warranty. Everything was done on a very timely basis, very unusual in my many occasions of buying cars over the years!Would also like to compliment Ashley who further explained the car features after delivery. She was very patient and helpful...you should consider her an asset to company!There is one outstanding issue, that in small scratch that I discovered shortly after delivery. As I began my vehicle search I was very nervous... as a 21 year old recent college graduate a new car was going to be the most important and most expensive purchase of my life. Thankfully Jarrod, Cliff, and additional Manchester Honda staff made my experience enjoyable and stress free. Jarrod was very charismatic and incredibly knowledgeable about the 2013 Civic. I felt as though I could truly trust his judgement without being mislead or pressured into purchasing a vehicle or additional technology I did not want. He was thorough when explaining the costs I would incur if I purchased the vehicle and was extremely patient when it came time for me to choose between the 2013 Civic LX and EX. Needless to say, I went with the 2013 Honda Civic EX and it was perfect when I came to pick it up. Again, Jarrod set aside time to meet with me to finish off some paper work and was genuinely excited for me and my new purchase -- genuine isn't a word that comes to mind when I describe a car sales man. When it came time to learn the ins and outs before driving off Cliff was incredible! He was willing to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident in my abilities to operate the technology within the car with no problem. He was also very funny and personable which made my experience even more enjoyable!
