I was completely stressed out about having to buy another car. Chanda and Alice were great with their responses to my emails. I came in and met with JJ Tyson. He was so attentive and really listened to what I wanted. After making my decision on which car to buy, I had the pleasure of negotiating with Patrick Bryant. They really did treat me fairly. And Adam Sees wrapped the deal in the finance office. These guys really work well as a team. I have to say, this was THE BEST car buying experience I've had. THANKS MALLOY FORD!!!

The purchase of a 2017 F250 marks the 5th new vehicle from Malloy Ford. Their continued support and overall concern for their customers is what keeps us coming back. There's a long term employee who always looks like she's pissed at the world and hates her job. She has a matching attitude to go with it and she's worse to her fellow coworkers telling them to use their mean voices while paging into the garage. So forth and so on I could go on all day. No smiles no acknowledgements when you walk up to the desk, but that goes for all the customer service staff in service. Walk in for an oil change and inspection just after 1pm only to be told they're tired of inspections and they refused to do the inspection, theres 3 people in the waiting room and 2 who previously dropped off their car and left, thats ok I'll get it somewhere else, you lost a sale. After the oil change my car sat ready for 20 min, I had to go up and tell them and point to my car, didnt get the usual report or papperwork that goes with it and the fluids weren't topped off they also replaced a plug without notification and charged me for it. On a previous visit there was inappropriate conversation in front of me while I was checking out a about sex toy party, I work in the health care field and I didn't think I could get embarrassed by conversations but I was wrong. They were even showing each other pictures on their phones about it. Ford corporate needs to seriously mandate high customer service to be performed in all their shops. For training they need to take cues from Home Depot Lowes and Kohls

Your dealership to seems to me, has the person in mind, not to make profit. Example is my old dealer charges me 75 for a simple oil change you charge me 35 for the same service. That's why I switched to Malloy.

Excellent experience. Purchased the vehicle in one day after a test drive the day before. Took about 30 minutes to get to the finance office the sign papers which I felt was a bit long. I'm not aware of the cause of the delay.

LOVED my experience here! Steve Whittington was awesome. He took the time to find the right car for me, kept my budget in mind, and was never pushy in any way. He genuinely wanted what was best for my family. When I already told him I wanted to buy the car he took the time to look things over and found out that the heated steering wheel wasn't working. So instead of sending me on my way with a problem, he put me in a different car that night so I could make it to work and then I came back the next day to pick up the car. Financing (I'm afraid I can't remember his name) was great too! He knew I needed to make it to work in a certain time frame and made sure I would be able to get the financing done and still be able to eat and get ready before work. Everyone there is friendly and helpful, whether it be someone holding the door for you, asking how you're doing, or offering a drink. Please do yourself a favor and go here for your auto needs!

I visited several dealerships and, until I arrived at Malloy Ford, I was shown only what the dealer wanted to sell me, not what I needed. At Malloy, they listened to my need and match me with a perfect truck at a price that I thought was not possible (I've never seen such a competitive offer on a new Ford Diesel 4x4 truck). Michael Lampson was a well informed salesman and was able to answer all my questions. They also gave me a very respectable value for my Dodge trade-in. I'm happy to be back in a Ford truck -- and a new one at that! Thanks Malloy Ford !

Yes, the dealership makes money on the extended service plan, but I'm here to tell you that it is well worth the added expense. I have viewed six different Reviews of new Ford vehicles and one of the major topics is whether to buy the extended service plan. Each of those reviewers said that Ford has the best extended service plan in the business , but frankly I already knew that. My advice if you're buying a new vehicle or even a pre owned seriously consider buying the extended service plan because it's well worth the price. Even if you have to pay out a small deductible it could potentially save you thousands of dollars out of pocket.Thanks Malloy Ford, I enjoyed the experience, but unless they come out with a better truck than my F250 I won't be seeing you for awhile. ; )

I purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta from Malloy. The car didn't make it to my house before over heating. I contacted Malloy and they said they saw nothing wrong with the car. Once I got the car back it did the same thing. This time I took a video and they finally decided to work on it. They had to replace the engine block. Later I have problems with the car and take it to a mechanic who found the person that put it together left a part off and rather than pull the transmission and fix it right they grounded off the outside of the part and put a screw into my engine block to hold it in place rather than the bolt that is supposed to hold it. They are refusing to even pay for the repair that wouldn't have been needed if the job would have been done right the first time.

Car didn't make it home on the first day. An engine block was put on it but short cuts were taken causing more problems. I took it to a shop where the mechanic discovered that Malloy ground off the outside of the part because they didn't want to pull the transmission to put it on the right way. They actually ground off the part that the bolt went into so they put a screw into my engine block. Definitely not a trustworthy dealership!

I was not planning on buying a car this weekend but I did! I bought a nifty Ford Fusion SE and had a great experience with the staff at Malloy Ford in Winchester. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant and friendly. The dealership was clean and orderly. And the coffee was bottomless!I was fortunate enough to be approached by Ms. Debra Henry while I was browsing the lot. She is an outstanding sales representative! So friendly and helpful! Even though she had a morning appointment arrive well after they were expected, she was able to handle both of us. I really appreciate that she gave me space to look around at cars all over the lot without being pushy. She was there when I needed her for questions or car keys but otherwise left me to roam and test drive when I was interested in something. I believe I got a fair deal during our negotiations which is usually one of the more miserable parts of car shopping. Great job Debi and Malloy!

In 3015 i bought a new 2015 car. I thought that i was being treated fairly and i wasnt. This dealership manipulated me to get a car 2x over the stucker pruce with no extra useful incentives, i was not offered rebate deals anf have negative equity on this car!!!! This scamming dealership turned what should have been a memoriable experience for me graduating 1st in my family from college into a nightmare. I warn anyone seeking fair and honest bussiness realtionship to SKIP OVER this RIP-OFF ARTIST DEALERSHIP. If i were a white male this wouldn't have happened to me but lesson learned. We recently had a devasting loss in the family and needed to go out of town for services. We took the car in for a routine oil change and upon inspection they found new brakes and rotors were needed very badly. An hour later we were done and on our way. With a 400 mile ride ahead of us we rested easily knowing the car had been taken care of. Thank you Malloy Ford for making a difficult trip safe for all.Too make things even better we had a prepaid maintenance agreement so not one penny exchanged hands.

I brought my 2012 F350 in for a major fuel system problem. While it was in the shop, I decided that perhaps it was time for new truck. The sales staff was very friendly and we were able to come to a deal without much drama or back and forth. Overall one of my best buying experiences. These guys are top notch and will go the extra mile, even got me a better interest rate than they originally quoted me.

She provided me with information on the vehicles they had available at the time and they so happened to have a 2010 Expedition. Within the same day, I was approved for a loan. Two days later, I met with Mike Ansbro at Malloy Ford who was also extremely helpful. He was patient enough to show me how everything worked. We took the vehicle for a test drive and I fell in love with it so he helped me with the buying process. I got to say that I was very nervous at first, but once Alice came to introduce herself in person, I felt much comfortable because they showed that they cared about me finding the right vehicle that could fit my needs. They even provided us with coffee while we waited for them to do the paperwork. Everything was so much easier than I thought. The truck had just arrived on their lot so they didn't have pictures of the truck on the website. I spoke with Debbie Henry and she immediately texted me about 10 pictures of the truck. As buyers go I think I was pretty difficult b/c I was out of town and had a trade-in for which I needed a great price. The sales and management team were not pushy and I enjoyed the experience all around.

Had Morris Mukarram as the sales person. Buying the truck went pretty much as expected due to doing copious amounts of research. I feel I got a good deal and was not looking to short change the dealership. This looks like a growing dealership that has taken over adjacent property for expansion. Trying to find the different trucks that I was interested in proved difficult due to the layout of the facility. I had run the pre-screen for Ford Credit prior to showing up at the dealership, printed it out as instructed, and presented it to the dealer. I felt this was a waste of time. I could have done better, time wise, just listing the normal information that is needed for them (the dealership) to run another credit report. Needless to say, there was some extra paperwork needing to be filled out before the dealership could verify my 800+ credit score. Normal haggling was involved with the purchase being accomplished that night and the detailing of the truck being performed the next day. Found the employees to be very nice with the facility showing some age/growth problems. I am looking forward to having this dealer provide me with service over the next few years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Ford.

Before entering the threshold of the Ford Malloy Auto dealership, I was already greeted by one of the salesmen, Morris Mukarram. He, then, led me to Alice Rohman. Alice and I have been emailing back and forth a few days before about the specific car that I was looking for. Anyways, Alice handed me back off to Morris who thoroughly helped me through my biggest decision as a 21 y/opurchasing a new vehicle. Morris pulled the specific car that I was looking for out and gave me an intense run down of what the car had to offer me. We gave it a test drive and I fell in love with it. The process of paperwork was easy and self-explanatory and I was led through it to make it even easier. I left the dealership in a timely manner leaving my 1993 Chevy Corsica behind and taking home my, now, 2015 Ford Focus SE Hatchback. I am hooked on this car and I plan to have this car accompany me through extensive road trips with my girlfriend and pup, early drives to work, and even late night drives through the backroads of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. I worked with Pete a service manager. Took my car in to get an 80k and get the front driver side strut examined. I was told the sway bar needed replaced and that when they drove it on the road my car hit a bump and made a "horrible noise." my car has never done this. After telling him that my brother in law is a mechanic and has already looked at my car and showed me that the sway bar is fine and that the strut needed replaced, his tune changed and they replaced the strut. Over the course of the three day repair time not once did he call me like he said. He said he did but I've taken 2 mustangs to Malloy Ford since 2011, and my cell number hasnt changed. I had to call multiple times to check on my car and when I asked for an estimated completion time one was'nt given. also I noticed this is the only time I was'nt given a satisfaction card to review my experience. My experience is usually good but this time was horrible due to manipulation and profit games. i would not recommend this place.

I had been searching for the perfect used car on Cars.com and found it at Malloy Ford. After I sent in a contact form, JJ, the internet sales manager, called me from his cell phone to schedule a test drive. He served as my dedicated point of contact and I could always get a hold of him. We got the car out on the open road to see what it could do. JJ was knowledgeable and personable. There was never any pressure put on me to make a quick decision. Finance beat my local bank's interest rate and was patient in explaining all of the options, price differentials, how interest was calculated, etc. Overall, I got a great car at a great price with no hassle.

I have had my 2014 Ford Edge for 3 months which still had factory warranty and I purchased the extended warranty. I took my car in and was told by Richard in the service department when I made the appointment that it was warranty work. The front sensor was not working. Richard called to say there was a $300 charge as the front sensor was misaligned (it was like that when I purchased the car) and not damaged so he charged me. Why did they not call before performing such expensive work? I would never have authorized it as the dealer where I purchased the car says it should have been done free! I am EXTREMELY upset and will not use this dealership for anything again!

The used van I purchased was just what I was looking for, I spoke to Alice R. to verify the condition of the vehicle before making the 1.25 hour journey from PA to see the vehicle. I had several questions about the van and she got me all the answers and called me right back. I was pleased with her honesty, I had previously looked at other dealers that were not as honest about the condition of the vans they had for sale. I was just as please with Jamahl M. the salesman that worked through the deal once I arrived at the dealership. He was very helpful with the whole process and very professional. He went the extra mile to contact the previous owner to find out what one of the switches (aftermarket) was used for. When it is time for another vehicle I will definitely look to Malloy first, before looking locally here in PA.

I brought my Ford 500 in for a clicking noise. I was told by chuck I needed a new engine. The cost was over 6k. After much thought and suggestions from Chuck, we had a new engine put in. When I went to pick it up the wrench light came on. Returned to Ford and Chuck tells us it is the transmission, which we had never had problems with before. Long story short, the car remained in the shop for another month. After dealing with Chuck's rudeness, and attitude, we finally talked to Wade who was very helpful and made the last repair good. They covered all expense on the transmission issue, which we were very pleased about. On our way home the light came back on, and of course when they test drove it nothing happened. Wade advised us to continue running it and that they would keep in touch with us on the problem. Wade was very nice and helpful, the mechanics were also very good to work with, however Chuck was a different story. Because of his rude behavior and poor advise to us, we had decided not to ever purchase a vehicle from Malloy in Winchester. After working with Wade and other employees, we may consider future dealings with Malloy, however we will wait and see what kind of service we continue to get there since we own all Ford vehicles from Malloy. My advise to anyone needing sevice is to deal with anyone but Chuck in service area.

Purchased used 2006 BMW at Malloy Ford 6/14/2014. The brakes would not meet PA State inspection. Spoke with Dana, who offered to ship me the needed rotors. Since my mechanic had already installed new rotors, we agreed that refunding me $325 (the cost that purchasing and shipping the rotors would have cost the dealer) would be fair. (My total repair bill was $720) The refund was never sent, and after further conversations with sales manager Dana, I found that the dealership would not be sending a refund. She was going to have her service manager call me....but the call was never returned. Additionally, Jeffrey Davekos, the salesperson told me that the remote locking fob just needed the battery changed. He would have replaced it, but the dealership didn't have batteries in stock. Upon further inspection after the sale, I found that the key fob did NOT have a replaceable battery, and I spent over $250 at the BMW dealer to rectify this misrepresentation. Final note: I purchased a used car at a reasonable price, but the dealer was unwilling to offer any customer service after the sale. Get EVERYTHING in writing, and have everything taken care of BEFORE you sign on the dotted line. They will not help you out afterwards. I trusted them, and got lousy customer service in return.

I called and spoke to Matthew about my problem. I came by and he checked my vehicle for the part needed. He called me the next day stating he had the part in stock. I made an appt and dropped it off the next morning and took the shuttle to work. He called me promptly about 2 hours later stating the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Very easy efficient process

Didn't feel like we were in a high pressure sales environment. My husband and I were given an opportunity to talk privately while we decided if we wanted to purchase the vehicle. My husband wanted a new car for us to go to the Outer Banks, & of course it had to be a Mustang convertible, stick shift & Sirius radio(my choice, not his). Phil Wilfong met us at Malloy's & it took awhile, but he found us one up in Detroit. Three weeks later my gorgeous light blue Mustang with leather interior, Bluetooth & 6 speeds arrived in the dealership parking lot. It's like driving in a cloud. To say that we are pleased with it is a massive understatement. Mr. Wilfong made us feel as if we had known him forever. There was absolutely no pressure, we got an excellent price & everything we had asked for. The finance people were just as friendly & got us through the mountain of paperwork in record time. Mr. Wilfong sat in the car with me & reviewed all the controls & features without making me feel like an idiot, which other sales people have done in the past. We would most definitely ask to have him sell us another vehicle, but that won't be for a very, very long time. I think I got the last Mustang in the Grabber Blue color, which is unfortunate for everyone else on the planet. If you go to Nag's Head in July, look for us flying down Route 12, with the top down & my C.D.'s blasting.

I had reviewed Ford.com, using the Build & Price, then locate in the extended area, to find a Flex that included the features we wanted. Found it at Malloy Ford. Called to ensure it was still on the lot. Billy Albright assured us it was, so we went to Winchester (1 1/2 hr drive) to see it. Billy was relaxed, casual, cordial and professional in his sales approach. He answered our questions and offered more valuable information about the Flex's features as we talked and on the test drive. Once we decided to buy the Flex, Billy worked through the rebate programs to ensure the best price. Billy introduced us to Tom Ross, Finance Director, who explained the finance and warranty options in an excellent, comprehensive manner. Overall, both Billy and Tom were excellent to work with; they kept the process flowing in an efficient manner; they were very professional, courteous and cordial. To save us an extra trip, Billy arranged for the dealer prep immediately and helped us move our things to the Flex. The process went much quicker and was more enjoyable that the last time we purchased a vehicle. Would not hesitate to use these gentlemen to buy another vehicle.

Excellent buying experience, although it took too long. The salesman, Carlos Melendez, worked very hard to answer all of our questions and to ensure we got the vehicle we wanted in a deal we found comfortable. The sales manager, Paul Cornish, was very patient and flexible with us, working out alternate ways to structure a deal and ultimately agreeing to a package that would work for us. Everyone was very friendly and warm -- we spent a lot of time laughing and entertaining one-another. Unfortunately, everything came together late on a Saturday night, resulting in the F-150 we bought not being as carefully detailed for delivery as we might have liked. But that was partially our fault, because it took us so long to come to terms. The follow-up, however, has been excellent.

Bought my car at Hagerstown Ford because it was 5k cheaper. Needed to have the neck on the gas tank replaced. Chipped the fuel door in the process. I was never informed. Had to have the fuel door replaced because when they hit it to chip it they broke one of the pins holding that close and it kept flying open on its own. Took it for a regular oil change to get a call saying that my tires needed replaced and my battery was going to leave me sitting. The car was only 18 months old and I informed them to go ahead and replace tires and battery because both are still under warranty, amazingly the tires would be fine for another year and the battery was put on a "warranty machine" and was fine. Apparently it was just too cold at 45degrees. Had a tire plugged only to have it continue to leak. Took it to another Ford dealer to get checked. It was never plugged. But I was charged for it. If you want your car repaired correctly in a trustworthy dealer you should look elsewhere. Absolutely won't ever return. The service manager was rude and very defensive and has no clue how to talk to a customer without being sarcastic.

I went in not knowing what to expect, but after talking to Jeff Davekos for a few minutes about what I was possibly looking for, he showed me a beautifully priced car, brand new, but with absolutely no pressure or sales talk. He treated me as if I actually could know what I wanted. All in all, my whole experience was great--not one person talked down to me or tried to oversell anything, and the whole process was virtually painless for me since they did all the work! When I picked up the car I was given a complete (and fun) introduction to all the key bells & whistles, including the engine & tires by Jamahl Michael. Now after driving it a few times I'm pretty sure I will never regret this decision.

Very Pleasant, informative, not pushy at all, and an all around good person. Like most of us consumers my wife and I shopped the internet and all the deals they advertise. I had a leak in my tire and Mallory Ford was a Nitro dealer so I called to inquire about bringing my vehicle there. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. She told me exactly what I needed to do to file a claim with Nitro. Something I was never told by the dealership that I brought my car from. After having a co-worker pick me up she expressed how satisfied she was with Mallory because that's where she brought her car from. I'm glad to say she was exactly right!

While buying a pre-owned 2012 FORD FOCUS SEL, on 10/29/13 I had a very pleasant and smooth experience with my sales agent : James Lindsay. He was competent, courteous, very clear, and honest in his answers to my questions, and above all, he let me freely choose and decide on my car purchase, without any "shady sales pitch". I came to look at the FORD FOCUS a few times, while looking at other cars around town. I eventually came back to FORD MALLOY because Mr. Lindsay had established a trust in our business relationship. I was impressed by his professionalism.Meeting with his manager, Ed Palmateer, was also a very pleasant experience. Mr. Palmeteer helped me with financing. Once I had decided on the FORD Focus, I had the car keys in my hand in less than 2 hours. I had bought 7 cars in my life. I have never experienced any deal going through, so smoothly and so fast. I am still totally impressed. I would like to congratulate Mr. Palmeteer and Mr. Lindsay for their efficiency and professionalism, and thank them again for having made my life, that day, very simple.I would like to thank also another sales agent: Brandy Washburn. Steve Whittington was my salesman: Malloy Ford has been very blessed to have someone like Steve representing them in the sales department. He was wonderful to work with on helping me find just the right vehicle to suit my needs. I had recently owned small trucks for the past 20 years but decided to go with the Ford Edge. I have bought 3 vehicles from Malloy within 6 months went Saturday to buy another and trade the one I bought 2 months ago. I paid these idiots $28000 for a Yukon two months ago an yesterday they say its only worth $21500. Biggest bunch of crooks I've dealt with and apparently they don't care about customer loyalty. I have contacted the dealer board and my attorney on the problems I've had with these vehicles not be road worthy but yet there half xxx dealership service station had a brand new inspection on it!! Beware of Malloy Ford and there false advertisements!!!!!

A very long way from home and not quite to our destination, our engine blew on I-81 south of Winchester. A spur of the moment decision and we had the tow operator take us to Malloy Ford. Our trip was to spend our final hours with a loved one. While we were dealing with that, Malloy's Service Department was addressing our warranty covered needs and living up to its commitment to get the job done. We were concerned that such a major repair might leave something not quite right for our eventual trip home. We have used Malloy Ford for tires, oil changes, and recall work. We have even brought family non-Ford vehicles in for routine service. The service writer/manager has always been attentive when we come in. If any issues have arisen, they are dealt with quickly and professionally. We have been talking to our salesman, Steve Whittington, for the past 3 years prior to us purchasing a new vehicle. My husband only drives Ford products and had become dissatisfied with his previous dealership and was looking for a new one. We just purchased a new vehicle from him. There were a couple minor issues that were dealt with quickly and with professional courtesy.

We recently purchased a used vehicle. Our salesman Marco Rivera Yabar was amazing. He went on a long test drive with me to take the vehicle to my husband's job site so he could look it over. He was very personable and we were able to talk like we were friends during the drive and the buying process. He went out of his way to make sure I was able to take the vehicle home with me that day including working out payment arrangements for the down payment. The only negative I have to say about this dealership is they don't offer any customer extras. We had no gas in the vehicle, and they are charging me for an additional key since it only came with one. It also did not have an owners manual and I was told I would have to pay for that also if I wanted one. This is dealership policy and had nothing to do with our salesman. I am also annoyed that I have had the vehicle for only 5 weeks and have to replace a ball joint in the front end already because the paperwork on the front end alignment was not accurate and is not covered under warranty.

Salesman, Paul Crowe, came out in the rain and immediately started helping me find a car. I had been looking at the Focus online and after the test drive I was very pleased. i went to Malloy ford to cosign for my daughter to buy a car but Malloy Ford made me become the primary owner & not a cosigner and didn't tell me that i found when the leaner sent me the loan info. that i didn't apply for&billed me for a car i don't have .then Malloy Ford didn't want to help me resolve this problem they even put the tags in my name so now i even get to pay personal property taxs on a car that i'm supost to be just cosigning for THANK alot Malloy Ford i sure thought ya'll was a better dealer than that . In the last nsix months i bought a 2012 Mustang GT & a 2012 F-150 super crew cab from them .I referred my daughter who lives two hours from them the buy there that's worst advice i ever give to her so they have lost a good custumer that's for sure
