Niles C. Rocks!!!!

I was a bit nervous when I pulled into the dealership. We always think that car salesman are out to get the most money they can get from a customer. Boy was I in for a different experience. I was introduced to Niles, an immediately all of my worries were removed. Niles never left my side. He was compassionate but most of all he listened to me. I found the car that I wanted and signed on the dotted line. Just when I thought the wonderful world of Mall Chevrolet was over I received not one but two follow-up calls from the dealership. I have only had my car for four days, however I have told everyone that I have come across that if they are looking for a car to go to Mall Chevrolet in Cherry Hill, N.J. Niles is a car salesman that you can trust.

When I walked in I expected to get a used car with a high price that wouldn't be worth it . With my low credit score, but my dealer surprised me and help me get into a 2017 Chevy Cruze with only 4 miles on it . I was shocked ! To see that was the car I was going to be driving . Awesome Experience! Love My Chevy Trax!

From start to finish the experience was great. Car buying can be stressful and overwhelming but when I contacted Mall Chevy via a web contact form it was super easy. They texted me to set up a test drive. I arrived they took me right away. My salesman Dan Reilly was great. He explained all the features in the car before we drove off the lot and the test drive was amazing. I wasn't ready to commit then and told Dan I would be making a decision the next day and he didn't pressure me and said he would follow up the next day. He also showed me all the colors available in the 2016 Chevy Trax LS and we spotted a red one and Dan knew that was my first choice if I chose the Trax. The next day I walked in before Dan could follow up and he knew I wanted to test drive the red Trax and had someone get it ready (it was recently delivered and still in plastic) and we test drove and I decided to buy it. Throughout the purchase process (it took 4 hrs start to finish including test drive, on star set up, and my chevy app set up, and financing) Dan stayed with me and didn't try to pawn me off on another sales person despite the fact that at the end of the purchase there was a couple waiting for him to help them. I appreciated the service and the lack of pressure. It is very exciting buying a brand new car and Mall Chevy congratulated me and it was a great experience. I also LOVE my Trax! It drives beautifully and it is fun to drive :)

I recently went in for a maintenance visit for my 2014 Chevy Cruze and with the assistance of Dustin and others, I ended up walking out with a brand new 2017 Chevy Cruze. Sorry Niles they threw u under the bus!!

-Took a month to payoff my trade-in. Tried to blame it on finance company (Lie) -Took 29 days to get registration and plates which gives you 1 day to pick it up before the temporary registration expires. Blamed that on NJDMV.-Called my bf who is a consignor on the vehicle twice,even after he told her he was not the owner of the vehicle-Put the registration in the cosignors name, which the finance man asked me if I wanted it on there at all?? But did the total opposite- Been a month now since I traded in my old car and have gotten a total of 3 calls from Tina 1. To tell me that my old vehicle is due for regular scheduled maintenance2.To congratulate me on my new cruz after my bf told her 2 call me.3. Just today to tell me that my car I traded in a month ago needs scheduled maintenance.The real kicker to get my registration fixed that they screwed up, I would have to go to the DMV which also means I would have to pay the $60 to have it corrected.DO NOT CALL BECAUSE THEY WILL PUT YOU ON HOLD AND CONTINUE TO LAUGH WHEN NO ONE PICKS UP WHEN THEY TRY TO TRANSFER YOU. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a different Chevrolet Dealership.

Horrible

I did walk out with a 2016 but apparently your staff did not the do the proper paper work, from assuming I owed less on my car I was trading in. They end up calling me Monday explaining what was going on which was an error on their part and not mines. I ended up bringing the car back since no one wanted to honor what I signed on contract. I ended up with my car back that undid trade in and to find out one of the salesmen took an important piece to the car I have which is the wheel lock which I had to buy brand new. No one took responsibility and someone should have paid it for me. Horrible experience. Will not refer no one to this place!!!

Bad experience

This has been the worst car buying experience that I have ever had. I purchased my vehicle in January, I have been to the dealership almost every month with issues. I purchased a vehicle from a dealership so I wouldn't have to worry about mechanical issues. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. After the first 60 days all the maintenance has been coming out of my pocket.

Went to mall chevy looking to purchase used corvette. Car looked great.. Salesmen Bob Carbone was excellent. 1st issue - car wouldn't start(needed new battery) 2nd issue- car would not shift into reverse on test drive (needed new gearshift selector)Went back 3 days later after they got the part to have my mechanic look car over and told salesman I was going to keep looking.As I was leaving someone (Dante V.) yells across the sales floor " How did you like the vette?"I responded I would be keep looking elsewhere. He proceeded to follow me outside and tell me that I had a bad attitude without even introducing himself to me. When I asked him who he was and questioned approaching a customer with his attitude, he told me "you're not a customer you didn't buy anything". Needles to say, I will purchase my corvette elsewhere.Don't need to be contacted by this dealership.

I had gone there multiple times and he didn't lay any major pressure although he was a little unfamiliar with the pricing. Obviously he knew I was interested in purchasing a vehicle.Then there's Robert Rae; impatient and hocked up on caffeine and cigarettes. Treated me like I was just another sale. Didn't even care if I was going to lease it, finance it, or buy it. He just wanted the sale. I might not make as much money as he does but I'm no slouch either. Unfortunately each time I went there, he was the guy Will had to speak with. Anyway, the main reason I won't come back is the way he treated his salesman.There were other dealerships with similar pricing but further away. The next time I purchase a vehicle, I'll probably travel farther to avoid Mall Chevrolet.

I just bought a new Chevy Trax from Mall Chevrolet in Cherry Hill NJ -- had a great experience! Bob Carbone found me just the right car, with all the options I wanted, and even in a great color! He made sure to get me all the rebates to which I was entitled, and so the price was great too. The dealership even went above and beyond to help me get the most out of my new car -- for example, Bob and Tina Tomczak helped me to sync my iPhone to the car's system, and to activate the WiFi. I could not have been more satisfied -- many thanks to Bob and Tina, and everybody at Mall Chevrolet.

NOT SURE IF THIS FINANCING DEAL WILL TURN INTO A 5 STAR

I hope this review turns out to be a positive one, because I have never had this type of situation. I had a great buying experience with Will Chadwick. A rookie, but knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All went well, with my picking a 2016 Tahoe. Now the questionable practice comes into play. I am asked if I want the extended warranty. The price wasn't presented to me. I didn't see the cost, because I was escorted by Jim Borgmann, I believe, to a separate room to sign ALL 14 pages. I should have taken the time to read ALL of them. Upon arriving home, I read them. I found out that I was going to pay $2990.00 for an extended warranty. I decided it wasn't what I wanted. The next day I returned to Mall Chevrolet, to fix this. I was delayed/made to wait for 45 minutes. I was then told I had to sign a cancelation notice/form. by Mr Borgmann. Which I did. I never received a copy of this form. I asked to have the pink Contract Form rewritten and Mr Borgmann said that was not possible and Mr Borgmann stated "at the end of the loan, you will see the refund". I have never had this situation happen to me, and hope that I can give a positive 5 star review "at the end of my loan". I would think that in our time of Social Media, all deals are on the up and up.

I was very anxious about buying a new car. Then I walked into Mall Chevrolet and met Michael Bartley. Mike helped put my fears aside and found the ideal vehicle for me. My 2012 Kia Sorento is an absolute dream to drive! I ran into a few snags in the buying process, but Mike was extremely helpful in working everything out. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Great respect for the customer!

My father a mature gentleman of 89 needed a vehicle to use occasionally, Bob Carbone came to his aid and really provided great service and respect for my fathers age. He went out of his way to communicate everything and stayed in contact with myself for updates or questions. There are not enough good words I could use to tell of the great job everybody did for him at the dealership. I reached out online to Monique Perri who manages internet sales and she set my dad up with Bob and he took care of the rest. Great job everybody.

I wish that the dealership would be more upfront and give clarity on the specifics of what is actually NEEDED oppose to just trying to make extra money on a 'recommendation'. These actions hurt the integrity of the business. There is lack of trust in the mechanics/service station.

My vehicle service experience was awful, very unprofessional, and overpriced for the services provided. Their state of the art diagnostics, tools, and equipment did not beat the competition for better services at better prices as their company's mission states. Highly unsatisfied!!!!

I have walked out of many a dealerships in the last year and was pleasantly surprised when I met Marc! He was calm, not hard sell at all. Don't get me wrong he was going to do his job but the manner in which he did his job was great. I knew what I needed and wanted out of the transaction and he helped me obtain it. On the test drive he actually seemed to want to get to know me and what I was really looking for. I was very straight up and honest with him, and he was the same with me. I feel he treated me like family, and that is always an amazing thing. I told him that I wanted to test drive another car, but it was at another dealer ship and they actually sent someone out and got the car from that dealer for me to test drive. Now that is what I call customer service! I still liked the first car I test drove more, and after talking numbers it was final. After that I went and sat with Alex in finance, and he was just as friendly. Made me very comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. If I had any questions he did not hesitate to answer to the best of his knowledge.Overall this was a very easy and laid back experience and I would recommend that anyone looking for great customer service go here! Very helpful in person, communication afterwards lacking

I purchased a used 2015 Chevy Silverado from Mall Chevrolet. After inquiring online and setting up an appointment things flowed very smoothly and the staff was very helpful. Only issue I had was after the purchase of the vehicle while waiting for the real tags as I live in another state. Despite following up with the contact from the dealership there was no communication and the temporary tags expired before the real tags arrived. I was unable to drive the truck for around 5 days. I would advise checking how far out temp tags expire to get longer ones issued or a solid POC to work with. After contacting dealership manager they were very helpful and worked to advise me when they would arrive and did promptly.

Great customer service but they let my tags expire.

Went here on 3.18.16 to purchase a vehicle. My sales person was JJ, he was very nice and straightforward. Everything went smooth and they gave me the temporary registration/tag to place on the vehicle as I drove away and said you will receive the permanent ones in the mail before the temps expire. It expired yesterday 4/6/16 and I still have not received anything. I called a couple days before the temp plates expiration and got transferred to Maria, the title & registration department. She said we can't issue you an extension but "we will pay your tickets". "I called the bank and they said you're title wont be processed until 4/14/16".I was like wth. I live in NY and they are very strict on expired or no registration. Heavy fines and I am not going to risk getting pulled over or towed because of it. I will not go through the trouble or paperwork and dealing with the police of why i'm driving around with expired plates. I asked Maria, is that what you guys do? just tell customers "we'll pay your tickets?!" she was surprised and said "'ll have one of the managers call you back"Its been 2 full business days and NOONE has called me back. Now I can't even drive the vehicle I went there to buy for who knows how long. This dealership should have extended my temp plates or gave me a loaner, or even paid my first month's car payment. Now my new vehicle is sitting in the back of the driveway like its some sort of antique collecting dust instead of being driven. SMH. I'm never going back here or recommending this place.UPDATE: Today is 4/15/16 and I haven't been able to drive the $20k vehicle I purchased for 10 days now. Still waiting...

I Purchase two vehicles one was a 2016 Chevy Impala the next vehicle was a 05 F 150 pickup when I picked it up it was squeaking I complained about it they said they was going to take care of it but they couldn't work on it for 2 weeks and I said ok then two weeks came didn't want to look at it they want they want to fix it I was constantly complaining complaining about the vehicle shaking squeaking Eric the salesman said we going to take care of it we're going to take care of it once I brought the vehicle and once the check cleared from the bank that they received the vehicle was my problem they wanted me to pay out of pocket $1,200 cause they said it was my error really I complain about it and I did it I would never ever buy another vehicle if there are last dealership on Earth then not only that I recommended someone that said they will give me 250 another lie then he said he'll give me a hundred another lie it's just lie after lie after lie it's crazy then was funny as the salesman Eric said it was in the mail one week two weeks 3 weeks 4 weeks oh they took it because they said that they work on your car never worked on my truck have receipts to prove it they never work on my car

Came into Mall Chevy with the idea that I was going to purchase a used 2015 Silverado. Was lucky enough to have Dan Reilly as my salesperson! He is pleasant....upbeat and efficient. He knew every detail about not only that truck, but every truck that I looked at. I arrived at 630 pm and by the time we hammered out the details poor Dan had to help lock the place up as we were finished close to 10pm.I was not able to get the truck that I originally wanted, but thanks to Dan, I was able to lease a new truck at a price that was right for me. I came to Mall Chevrolet in September, 2014, to buy a hard-to-find 2014 leftover Equinox. I wanted all wheel drive and 6 cylinder, which are not standard issue. Dan Reilly had the car ready for my test drive when I arrived and was extremely patient with me during a long price negotiation. He even stayed after hours to make sure I was satisfied. Buying a car can be a stressful situation but his upbeat personality and thoughtfulness really helped to put me at ease. The car has been wonderful and I plan to keep it for a long time.

My experience at Mall Chevrolet was excellent. The staff was polite and courteous and my salesman was attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Bait and Switch Liars

Everything I was told was a lie and a scam. I had an appointment to look at a truck. I purposely got there early and they obviously were not expecting me. They check me in in their computer and then disappeared for a few minutes. Then wouldn't you know it, while I'm sitting all alone I get a text message that said the truck I was scheduled to see had just been sold. How convenient for them! Then the lying salesman Joe Torres comes walking out saying "sorry, the truck got sold. I sent you a text an hour ago". I stayed and looked a the other used trucks they had with a different salesmen who continued to make me hate this place even more. None of the trucks met the criteria I was looking for but he kept asking me if I wanted him to get me the keys so I could take them all for a test drive. I told him 10 times I wasn't taking a test drive in something I wasn't looking for. I basically had to yell to get him to get me prices instead of keys. It was ridiculous. Nothing but lyers and scams here. Don't wast your time with them. And don't believe to many good reviews that I would bet are made up by employees and their friends.

Customer Service Disgrace

I bought a 2014 Equinox from Mall Chevrolet last July, and the experience has been horrible ever since. My salesman reeked of stale cigarette smoke and was practically comatose through the entire buying process. I had a coupon for $100 off of parts & accessories, but the dealership never honored it, claiming that it was "processing" or "in the mail." They lied; I never received a voucher for the parts. I did not receive a manual with my vehicle, so they said they would order one, but never did. I followed up, they "ordered again" and I got a manual for a 2013 Equinox. I returned it since it was the wrong year. They ordered again, and this time I got a 2015 manual. The incompetence has been endless with these guys, and I have dealt with multiple sales personnel, management, Chevrolet Customer Care, and the service department. No one has been able to assist. It is absolutely confounding how a $22000 vehicle does not come with an instruction manual, but a Happy Meal toy does. I have now been waiting six months for my owner's manual.*** I will never go back to Mall Chevrolet. The staff makes fun of each (one said that he would "Fire them all if he could") and tries to make the customer feel like a chum while treating them like a chump behind their backs. I cannot strongly recommend enough to go to a different dealership--Elkins in Marlton has great staff. I wish I had just gone to them instead.***As a follow up, Betty followed up with me after posting this review and personally delivered all of the documentation for this vehicle.

This was my first time there, and my 2nd time buying a car. My 1st car was in their collision center and was declared totaled. I was talking to one of the ladies that worked there trying to pick her brain about the sales people and she said that she would introduce me to Dan, who she highly recommended. So I said lets go. Thieves

This place really really is a joke. Never again!!! Had car in for service oil change tire rotation. Told me needed front hub... $700 later and give me car back and now same noise is in rear of car instead of front. Turns out it was problem with tires. The xxx service manager Larry Pfieffer wont refund money even after two test rides with service techs who both said tires were the problem. This place is a joke will never be going back. Stay away they are thieves.

We scheduled an appointment to speak to a sales representative at Mall Chevy on a Saturday. We knew exactly what we wanted: the year, make, model, and must have features. Within 2 hours, our sales representative found exactly what we wanted and we paid a deposit to start the process of getting the vehicle transferred to Mall Chevy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. To start out when I called to see if the car I wanted to look at Joe Torres answered the phone, and promptly went to look for the keys. The car was still available and I said I would come over right away. When I arrived I was greeted by a lovely and kind lady who checked me in, and set me up with Erik. Erik was kind, polite, helpful and knowledgeable of the car and dealership. I must say that is one of the cleanest dealerships I have ever been in. After I decided to move forward with the purchase I did let Erik know I was on a time constraint due to needing to get my mom to the airport. He worked great with me and exceeded all of my expectations. I will be going back to this dealership anytime I would need anything!

I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Trax. This was the first car I purchased on my own and I couldn't be more please with the service I received. My sales manager, Joe Perri was excellent and always available to answer all my questions. He made me feel at ease and even helped me with insurance. The manager Dante Vannicola was also a big help. He was able to assist me with customizing the vehicle to the way I liked it. Honestly all the salesman were a big help and worked as a team to help me. Finally Alex is finance was great. Mall didn't have the exact color/options combo I was looking for, but they tracked the truck I wanted down and had it on their lot the next day, shined up and ready to go. Even with all the leg work they had to do, Jim B. the salesman and Alex N. the finance manager got me a great deal, and pitted a few finance companies against each other to get me a great loan rate too. I had a great experience at Mall Chevy! I just bought a Malibu and I love it ! Marcus was my salesman and he was knowledgeable and very helpful through the ENTIRE process. I was even greeted by the GM Craig, which was nice that he was a part of my experience, as you don't often see that. The Finance manager, Mike Edwards, was especially thorough and kind. I was nervous as I was there alone, I have been other places where I have felt taken advantage of. Great experience! Thank you Mall Chevy !!!

Great Experience

Came into Mall Chevy because we had to replace our car. We were not financially ready to do this, but due to high repair costs, we had no option. We were greeted by DT and things went up from there. Due to this being an unexpected situation we were very cash poor. DT took his time and got us the best deal possible. I am happy to say my husband and I are now leasing a 2016 Chevy Cruze. We purchased my Daughter's first car from Mr. Reilly. He was very attentive to our needs and very personal and professional. He made us feel comfortable and did not do the typical salesman run around that you normally get from other dealerships. I would recommend him, and your dealership, to anyone looking to buy/lease a new Chevy. He treated my 18 year old Daughter with respect and made her feel very comfortable instead of intimidated and we are grateful that he was so appeasing to her and the rest of the family.

Treats Customers Like Family

I only have great things to say about Mall Chevrolet, the staff from Sales to Management are always very courteous, professional and are always knowledgeable about the vehicles on the sales floor. This was my 2nd buying experience at Mall Chevrolet and my 2nd Camaro. My Sales rep Jim Marks always treats me like family, and from what I see all the staff at Mall Chevrolet treats all customer like family. What better place to buy your 1st car or your 10th car then buying from an establishment, that treats customer like family.

Great first lease experience!

I have never leased a car before and didn't have very much experience dealing with car dealerships. Mall Chevrolet made it a very comfortable and exciting experience. I first dealt with Monique Perri what a friendly ,out-going person she is ,she is what drew me in and then Joe "JJ" Jaininni sealed the deal. I felt like he was honest with me and listened to what I was able to afford . While there were a few bumps ,how they handled them made all the difference. Alex handled all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything I was signing.
