Excellent Customer Sevice
I'm not one to do reviews but I honestly didn't expect my car purchase to be so easy. Ahmad at Major Jeep , Dodge and Chrysler ,in Queens, is the reason why. He was great and even with my budget I still left with what I wanted. He made it happen!! He was on top of paperwork, delivery and arrival of vehicle. Whether it was text, phone or email he stayed in contact with me through the whole process. Thanks Ahmad and to anyone looking for a vehicle make sure you ask for him.
After you pay, they will never response
I leased a car from them in Feb 2016. They told me they will mail me the second key and all other documents in one day. I called and emailed them so many time since last week and THEY NEVER ANSWER.

Amazing
Went on Sunday searching for a car for my father. He ended up getting a 2012 Honda Civic Ecoline. Cars particularly brand new. The service a Major World was great, starting from free valet parking to having a sales person once you step out your car. First time at Major world and I can gladly safe that we will be back when we look into buying another car. Nurick was my sales person and i highly recommend asking for him. He gets the work down quick also helps you get insurance for first time buyers. Top notch this place.
Awesome pricing
I had an excellent experience we had a car sales man by the name of Steven who was awesome he was always there answering our questions made sure we had our dream car mercedes GL 450 and helped us get an awesome price
Poor customer service
The sales personal weren't very helpful when I drive 45 mins to long island city to inquire about a Infiniti g37 coupe. There personal call and harass you to come in and look at the inventory but they definently aren't trying to help your on there lot. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone, I would instead just tell you to go to a more respectable dealership.
