Test drove certified used 2014 1500 SLT. No issues during test drive. On way home trans hard shift, steering problems. Called dealership immediately, Mac Haik - "How do we know you did not cause issue. Wow! Refused to fix. Certified / Bumper to Bumper means nothing?

They advertise a vehicle, You hit the info request box and provide your info, They send a generic email 2 days later instead of calling and the email just tells you about Bubba the salesman and how great he is. STUPID! Will never buy a car from this dealership or salesmen with cowboy hats! This is Texas, but I hate Rednecks!

This place is very helpful. I went many jeep dealers and all of them basically lied and said that they had our car but they didn't. The man that i spoke to was very funny and friendly. They made sure they had the car that i wanted also because others said that they did but we got there and they did not.they also gave me the lowest price out of all the dealers i went to.

I recently test-drove a used car. It wouldn't shift correctly and the "check engine" light was on. When asked, the salesman said that was the reason for their "aggressive pricing". I explained I would not be buying a car that I needed to drive off the lot and into my mechanic's lot. If they won't fix it, they are admitting they are willing to sell a sub-par car to someone just for low price. I won't even bother you with the customer service experience... just... don't bother.

We were looking for a used van and my husband saw one advertised on-line. When I came to the dealership, Marie Palmer went into action looking up the van on her computer and showing it to me. She encouraged me to try all the buttons - AC, heat, radio - to be sure everything worked. She was very professional in helping us with the trade in of our old van. I did notice an odor in the van but assumed it was the cleaning solution used to clean up the van. Over the next two days, as the cleaning solution wore off, we realized that there was a strong smell of gasoline. When we buy a used vehicle, we sign a paper that we buy the vehicle AS IS. We realized that, but the odor was really making me sick. So I took the van back to the dealership and spoke with Jason (I believe that was his name). I didn't really know what to expect from him. He did smell the gasoline odor and said their shop would check it out. I assumed that they would find a problem and I would pay for it. However, the shop found that it was a major repair and THEY paid for it. I didn't have to pay a thing. I was really amazed that they would do that for a used vehicle. I just know that next time we need another vehicle, we will start our look with this dealership, and we will recommend it to our friends.

Mac Haik Chrysler Ram in Georgetown Texas sucks. They screwed up my first oil change by only putting 8 quarts of oil in my Ecodiesel which actually takes 10.5 quarts!

Mac Haik in Georgetown, Tx lacks professionalism, customer service, and respect for their customers. I purchased a New truck 6 months ago from Mr. Westbrook. After the initial purchase everything went down hill. A few days after i bought the truck i noticed discoloration (due to being improperly painted) in the paint in several places. So i called Mr. Westbrook as it was a NEW truck and the issue needed to be resolved. I was then put into contact with their sales manager who seemed to put the blame for the discoloration back onto me. He stated you are crazy! if the paint was not up to standard why would you buy the vehicle? Now thats what i call customer service? No i am not crazy and obviously i wouldnt be able to see the discoloration at night which is when i purchased the vehicle. After this failed attempt to get customer service from the Sales Manager i was then introduced to the service manager. He offered the most help to the problem at hand. His solution was to get in contact with the area manager and see if they could fix the issue under warranty. This sounded great unfortunately that process took over a month just to get in touch with the area manager. After this i was relayed to the dodge dealership in Waco, Tx as it was the closest to my house. From this point on my issue was not of concern to Mac Haik even though i was their customer. Finally after two months i got the area manager to look the vehicle over and to my surprise he offered me a spray in bed liner! This was a nice jester however it didnt resolve the issue at hand. After another month i finally got the ok for the truck to be repainted and well as be reimbursed for a spray in bedlinen once it was installed. This was only due to the fact that i was advised that the issue was related to me as a manufacture defect (which was not what i was originally told) and would take further legal steps if it wasnt resolved. After another 3 weeks in the paint shop i gave the truck a quick once over and found that they hadnt painted all the problem areas. Additionally, the shop had damaged my door handle which now needed to be fixed. So back to the shop it went. Once they fixed these issues i came back to the dealership to look at the work which was finally up to standard. However in doing so they scratched two windows and had to retint them. Upon trying to fix this issue they allowed dust to get under the tint which then again had to be re tinted. To go along with the tint issues the headliner was damaged as well. Once again this damage was due to the shop. Which is where the truck is TODAY. I have yet to be reimbursed for the bedlinen as the check was lossed in the mail. So once again i contacted the area manager and his excuse was that the check got sent to the leasing office of my apartment complex and that their system wouldnt allow for them to put an apartment number on there. Not only would i have to wait another two weeks to get the second check sent out i was asked to supply a different address for the check to be sent as they cant send it to my residence. It has been six months and Im down $500 dollars from the spray in bedliner. The truck has been in the shop for over a month, it has had a check engine light on for 1 month, a new gauge cluster put in, been to the paint shop twice, new shock absorbers due to a recall, had the windows retinted twice and is in the process of getting a new headliner. Now to get back to the review. Mac Haik in Georgetown has asked for me to do reviews on three separate occasions. In all of these dealings i was emailed by Mr. Westbrook my initial salesman. I have explained to him the issues and he has told me on two separate occasions that a customer service rep would assist me. Much to my surprise they never contacted me. So i am writing this review today to state that Mac Haik in Georgetown, Tx doesnt care about their reputation as much as they care about making a quick buck. To any of those looking to buy from them

The sales guy was clueless, he told me options about the jeep that were not true, also he did not seem to remember what I had negotiated when I asked him he seemed puzzled and tried to charge me for them when they were already negotiated into the deal. Also, when I got home I was looking at their website and the same jeep that I bought was listed $200 less... Really! They indicated that the price I got was the best they could do... In the end I guess I should not have expected more as this was after all a car dealership.

Purchase a Used Truck and it's the first time I ever regretted dealing with a dealership ever. On delivery it was raining and the truck was dirty with Window Sticker residue on the windshield. No raincheck on a wash. Only had one key and half a tank of fuel. They are cheap and don't mind letting you know it after you sign on the dotted line. No assistance in getting a second key and no assistance when the liscense plates arrived. They just handed them to me and said " have a nice day". If you enjoy lousy customer service and feeling badly about a purchase, this is the place for you.

I bought my new 2014 Charger on Jan 5th. Carl S my salesmen did a super job getting me what I asked for. The sales manager was able to get me the deal I needed. Sam in financing worked hard to get the deal I could afford. Had the car almost a month and no problems it is running like you would expect. Several follow up emails from the dealership to make sure we are doing fine. I recommend you look forst at Nyle Maxwell for your next car.

Dealership was under some structural updates and the sales force were working out of a portable building. Don Phillips did a great job in introducing us to the vehicle we purchased answered our questions. I found the buying process mediocore, a little bit trying at times with trading, but in the end it evened out for both parties to be satisfied. This was my second purchase of a new vehicle from Mac Haik. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

First went to the Ford dealership, had a horrible experience there. Then went to the Ram dealership, test drove a Ram truck, started working on the paperwork. Then was told, someone put a down payment on the truck. Mike our salesman apologized for the mistake and spoke with manager. The manager then agreed to sell us the truck. Overall we had a fairly good experience and enjoyed working with Mike.

Extremely "real " people, We asked the questions and they gave us straight answers and to us that was the key..We've been on the other side of the buying process and felt we were being force fed into buying-- Not at Mac Haik Dodge ! We have been happy from the beginning of our buying experience and and couldn't be happier now..My wife loves her Grand Cherokee and occasionally lets me drive it.. not often !!! I am from San Antonio, but found the Jeep I wanted at Mac Haik in Georgetown. I was able to inquire about the Jeep online, and then negotiate pricing over the phone before I took my drive all the way up to Georgetown. Mark Martinez, my sales professional, was very helpful, informative, and was a pleasure to work with on the vehicle sale. He was present when I arrived on-site to the dealership, was able to show me the vehicle, and help with the test drive prior to any further negotiations on the vehicle purchase. The negotiations were very fair, and there were no pressure tactics used at the dealership at all. The financing process was very smooth, and the personnel were all extremely friendly and down to earth. After the purchase was made, Mark took the time to show me the ins and outs of the vehicle, taking into account all the personal care and customer service that I did not receive at my last dealership. He also introduced me to the service department personnel, who were extremely friendly as well, and helped me out on my parts questions. I cannot give enough praise to this dealership, from Mark, to the front desk personnel, the finance personnel, and the incredibly friendly service personnel. Everyone was a pleasure to do business with. When I am in the market for my next vehicle purchase, or any parts purchases, I will gladly make the drive to Georgetown to the Mac Haik dealership just to experience the above and beyond customer service levels. Great Customer Service goes a long way. I greatly appreciated it!

I brought my car in for an oil change, warranty work and diagnosis of another issue. The oil change and for them to tell me I had a valve cover gasket leaking oil...$250. This service department is the worst I've ever been to....bar none! I even escalated to the service manager who not only didn't seem to care, but also, after talking with Chrysler Care at Chrysler corporate, I was lied to by the service folks at Mac Haik. I would never go back or recommend this dealership to anyone!

I am extremely pleased with the entire process. I am very picky and wanted to see a few trucks. James White was very patient while I went back and forth between a few vehicles. There was no pressure or hovering while I checked out the vehicles. Once I chose one everything was very straight forward and easy to make a deal. I was pre approved with my credit union and getting the deal done was easy. James even went above and beyond helping me to transfer some things from the old truck to the new. I have sent four other families to Mac Haik and will send more.

Great customer service! Kyle was very helpful and really listened to what we needed and wanted with our Durango. Kyle introduced himself as soon as I got out of my truck. I explained to him that I was not here that day to buy a vehicle but to narrow my search with test drives and etc... He was informative and not pushy. He stayed in touch over the next couple weeks. We overwhelmingly choose mac haik dodge over the mac haik Ford strictly because of the service I received from Kyle. The other dealership still has not called me once! Shame on you mac haik Ford for your bad service and losing my purchase.

I have bought several used cars over the years. Unfortunately this experience was so very negative. I have never been so disappointed in a vehicle. One thing after the next has gone wrong with it. The scariest part is I was assured the car was certified good to go. Yet while my kids were trying to get buckled in the third row, two of the three seat belt latches came completely out. Very scary to think this vehicle was sold as safe when it wasn't. In addition I was assured the car would have a repair made to the interior seat cover--less than a week after this "repair", the whole side of two of the seat covers came unraveled. As we didn't get the speed up to a higher one (i.e. tollway speeds), the lack of the driver side door being sealed well was not discovered in my test drive. The head liner is starting to come down and now the back window latch won't open. I have had the car for about 3 months... very disappointed...

The day after sale, my son drove the car to Atlanta Georgia as part of permanent move; in packing car for travel, he noticed that the right rear headrest was missing. Contacted Used Car branch of dealership and was told "that would have to see the car before they would consider participating in any action. We purchased new headrest from an Atlanta area dealer for $236.90. Haik agent would not even consider reimbursement of even 1/2 cost of headrest. If I can't trust you, why would I recommend you??

My experience with purchasing a new Eco Diesel Truck from Mac Haik was quite positive. I shopped online for the truck and solicited several dealerships for what I wanted. The vehicle was not yet in production but Mike Westbrook from this dealership responded quickly, stating it could be ordered. Immediately he offered a price below MSRP which other dealers were not doing. After ordering, Mike was quick to respond with any questions and concerns as well as keeping me informed to the progress of the build. The actually financing and sale portion was also smooth and painless. The facilities were clean but I did take off a star because there was limited seating, inoperable vending machines and no snacks for those waiting. They need a more comfortable lobby.

My wife and I searched for a Jeep dealer for months as she has to feel comfortable and like the sales person. I think we went to every Jeep dealer in Central Texas before trying Mac Haik of Georgetown. We first went to Mac Haik in November '13 and told the salesperson, Dan Decarlo that she was looking for a new Grand Cherokee, but also said we were not yet ready to buy. Dan was the best sales person we encountered. Dan not only showed her the Grand Cherokee, but also the Patriot and Dodge Durango. He was patient and showed her things about the vehicles that no other dealer took the time to do. This made her comfortable with Mac Haik and she decided that when we were ready to buy it would be from here. We made several trips prior to Christmas without buying and each time we were treated like we mattered. Finally just before Christmas we called Dan and said we were ready for a Jeep. Again before making the buy Dan let her re-test drive each vehicle so she could make the best choice. However, this time he put her in a 2014 Cherokee Limited. It is slightly smaller than the Durango (which she loved) and the Grand Cherokee that she also loved. Well, she liked the Cherokee better and that's what we drove home. In the 3 months she has had the Cherokee she loves it. There have been no issues or problems and Dan is always available to help with questions. I would only buy a Jeep from Mac Haik of Georgetown!

Purchased a Grand Cherokee "Summit" with the Diesel V-6, When I first met Daniel Fletcher, I told him I was only looking and didn't want to be bothered with calls after my visit. I had three other vehicles to look at and that I would make up my mind within the next month. Daniel Fletcher never bothered me with calls. After a month I went down and test drove the Limited version of the Grand Cherokee, and Daniel was very helpful in explaining the additional features which I will have on the upgrade Summit. I found his knowledge of his product to be excellent. The first vehicle that came in had some paint blemishes, and I refused delivery, for the next two weeks the dealership worked very hard and found the vehicle of my choice with all options I had requested. The dealer ship met my deal that I had written on a piece of notebook paper, and the amount I wanted for my trade in. the sale was complete. I took a 957 mile road trip for my 65+ birthday two days later and the vehicle performed much better than I expected for a 6 cyl. all the safety features worked well. I just got a bit frustrated at the warning "speed limit is" voice. It reminded me every time I went over the posted speed limit on Texas Highways. I am now reading the owners manual to find the botton that shuts it up. Could not have asked for a better dealership and staff to work with.

I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Mac Haik in October 2013. Two years earlier, I purchased a Ford Escape from their dealership nearby on I-35. I bargained hard on both purchases and felt I got good deals. Until the final round on the 2014 Jeep, I thought their trade-in offer and financing was going to send me elsewhere, but when I pushed, they ended up beating the other guys. I live in Bee Cave, so I've only used their service department once, and that was for a recall on the 2014 Jeep. Scheduling went well, and the work was done pretty fast, though the cruise control didn't work after the computer had been reprogrammed. That's a pain since it means another trip back to Georgetown. If it hadn't been for that, I'd give them five stars.

We ordered a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kayla at Mac Haik in Georgetown. We have a very pleasant experience and would recommend anyone in the market for a new Jeep to consider Mac Haik. Kayla came into the store to meet with us during the process even though it was off on those days. The dealership was very competitive with their pricing and we weren't exposed to any high-pressure antics that have given the auto industry so much bad press in the past. We drove past a number of Jeep dealers to work with them - and consider it a good decision to do so. The extended warranty option was not as competitive as other dealers offers, something to check into before sitting down with the finance people. The Jeep is great - haven't had the opportunity to take it to them for any service - so this review is simply for the purchase.

I received this Jeep from another dealer in Austin. When I arrived at my house I noticed a small ding on one of the doors. I called the dealership and talked to my salesperson Mat Fasthorse. Problem with service shop. I bought a battery from them for my Dodge miniVan when the test showed only 60% capacity left. Service writer said they would install it for "A couple of bucks" , his exact words. When I returned and went to pay the bill I was charged for the battery, $46. to install it and another $23. to clean the terminals! This was an extra $69. Not my idea of a "couple of bucks" in light of the fact that at Auto Zone, O'Reilly, or any other parts store the installation is a courtesy. My service advisor was no where to be found. Cheat me once, shame on you, cheat me twice, shame on me but there ain't gonna be no second time. Altho I had been a long time customer, I will no longer step foot in the place. BTW: When i bought my new Chrysler van, it was at Maxwell's.

I don't normally post comments for companies, as I'm normally rather critical and disappointed in one way or another. That said, my experience with this dealer, and Don Phillips, is the first time I've purchased a car that I can't think of any part of the experience that I'm unhappy with. Very easy and professional to deal with, great deal, no silly pressure in the finance room when I declined some of the extras, all my questions answered quickly, and the one problem I had (realized no owners manual in car after I got it home) was handled fast and friendly. Highly recommend to friends, and would do business with them again. The car [2013 Charger R/T Max] is quite nice too.

In my years of experience the sales person is the key to a good experience. In Georgetown, Mac Haik sales persons we dealt with were courteous and professional. I commend and recommend Don Phillips! He was interested in what WE wanted not in what they could sell. We drove a demo for several days before we even started talking about money. That was impressive because we could evaluate the vehicle which is what usually makes the deal sweet or bitter. Then when we got to prices, instead of talking payments we talked what the vehicle would actually cost. That's what we all need to know to really know if we can afford it and if we might find something else at a better price. Monthly payments are actually something that you determine AFTER you find the best price for the whole deal. Don Phillips works this way; he wants you to know what the vehicle will cost you. That is, what is the bottom line! Finally, we did purchase a Ram 2500 with what we wanted. If you go to the dealership and ask for Don Phillips you will find a man who will cater to you rather than push you into whatever he thinks you will buy.

I found the exact 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was looking for at Mac Haik in Georgetown. After a few phone calls with Matt Fasthorse I obtained an excellent price and financing. Once arriving at the dealership it only took about an hour to complete the paperwork and drive out. I purchase vehicles on a fairly regular interval. Dealing with Matt Fasthorse and Mac Haic was easy, no nonsense and very pleasant. There was no pressure, add ons to the vehicle and what was represented turned out to be what I received. I would recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a new vehicle.

Approx 3 weeks ago I purchased a 2013 Dodge Avenger and traded in my 2010 Dodge Charger. After the 3rd week if having the car I was told the loan got sent back because my co-signer lost his job. Fine, I just want my trade in back. Finally after days of arguing they decided I could have my trade in back. I was told that my Charger went to auction (which was illegal since I still owned the Charger since no deal went threw) and that they did around $600 of repairs on it and out of good faith they would require about $500 to cover the repairs. I kept getting the run around from Myron, the finance manager at new car sales, Pierce, new car sales manager & Matt, the used car sales manager. I was told I would get a list of things repaired to explain the $500 I owe them. (Which i have recorded) Today I get there to pick up my Charger and drop off the Avenger. They would not give me my keys to the Charger until I gave them $500, they refused to give me any paperwork for the $500 or tell me what was repaired. Then they tried to change there story and say the $500 is for the miles put on the new car, yet they put miles on my Charger. The Charger wasn't even vacuumed out and they added a tacky pin stripe which I now have to pay to remove. On top of that they did not give me my tags back. We were told they were recycled and they don't have them. I currently have temp tags, I was told by Matt I will have to get my own tags and finally by Pierce that they will get me tags this week only after a number of confrontations. I would like for people to know how much of a rip off they are! And to NEVER go there. The kicker - the lying finance manager is a Round Rock officer.

Dale, Eric Stewart and the sales staff, service (led by Bryne Wyche, and parts are extremely professional and easy to deal with. We are seniors and know what we can afford and they know that we will not budge from that and leave with no hard feelings, make a deal or not. We were able to stay within our numbers and get the new van. Thanks, because a month later I was hospitalized with heart problems and the van was needed. Thanks folks for all you did.

I have never felt more appreciated as a customer at any other dealership. I was in the El Paso area in need of a car but could not find what I was looking for at the price I needed in that area. I am originally from Austin so I decided to look there as well. These guys delivered my car to me at no extra cost! They had the best prices and they took the time to make sure I was happy with the deal I was getting. Dale was my sales rep and he worked with me the whole way. The only thing I didnt like, which isn't really a big deal, was they did not offer free maintance for a year like some other dealerships do. Other than that, I cannot complain. Over customer

I have had a '92 Firebird for 20 years and finally decided it was time to get a second vehicle...just in case. I looked at the Mustang, Camaro, and Challenger. My experience at the Ford and Chevy places was less than to be desired. They were helpful but pushy and wanted me to buy that day after I had already told them I was comparing. I did go to another Dodge dealership when I first test drove the Challenger and they were very friendly and helpful, but simply said they would be glad to help after I have made my decision. After making my decision, I went to Mac Haik and told the sales person what I was looking for and the features I wanted. Within a day they had one and we worked out the numbers. They were very friendly and listened to what I was looking for...not what they wanted to sale off the lot. I have had my 2012 Challenger now for a year and still love it and still get plenty of compliments and looks.

I am very disappointed in this dealership and will never shop there again nor will I recommend to to anyone. I bought a car that had issues the night I bought it. I returned back there on Monday which was the third day of my owning this car. It had major problems. I think that a great dealership would have fixed it for free. Not them, they offered a "discount" on the repairs. The next day, Tuesday I had to go back there to initial something from the paperwork. I had to miss an hour and a half of work to do this. The finance manager told me that he would take care of the gas for my car for my troubles. It was after all his mistake not mine. He put in $3.00 worth of gas in my car!!! That doesn't even take care of my time let alone the gas. This place is a rip off. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I am not a product loyalist. I always look for the best offers or options for me and my family. However with vehicles I have always purchased GMCs. After a recent bad experience with a GMC dealership I did some research on the Dodge vehicles and was very please with what I read. The best buying experience ever. My experience started on the internet. I immediately got a response from Ben Stapleton. It was autogenerated but he provided a phone if I wanted to talk right then. It was after hours when I submitted my request for info on the Ram truck I wanted. The next morning Ben had already given my info to Gary Johnson. He called minutes after the dealership opened. My opinion is he is the best salesman ever. We did everything on thee phone and internet until it was time to sign the papers. He is absolutely awesome. Kudos to Gary Johnson. I will refer anyone looking to buy a new vehicle to Mack Haik Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep in Georgetown.....Please ask for Gary Johnson when you go see them.. Thank you Gary..I LOVE THE TRUCK!!

COREY MAXTON is the Salesman to see. This young man (okay, he is almost 21, and I am 56) did backflips to find us the vehicle for our family--a 2008 Dodge Dakota with less than 50,000 miles (purchased in April of 2013).I am a Mother and Grandmother, married 25 years, needed a Big Strong Vehicle for seven people. Seriously, I don't think there is anything Core can't or won't do to put you in the exact vehicle for you and your family. And, as far a backflips, that was just said to make a point, but he did say that he used to give Country dance lessons. He is just a great young man, and I will drive from Ingram Park Mall, San Antonio to Mak Haik for my next vehicle, I am sure. Maybe a jeep next time. By the way, we did most of the transaction by internet; what a great way to get everything done, the financing I got somewhere else, but the people at Mak Haik was great, all of them!!!

The finance manager and salesman dealt with were very pleasant. The deal i got on a new ram could not be beat by several other dealers in san antonio. Im a happy camper. My only concern was minor vut the make ready department needs some time management reassessment. Took way too long (2.5) hours to get my truck and have it ready for me to roll out of there. Other than that, there wasnt any pressure salesman stalking me for a sale. It was all good. I would positively buy there again.

I worked with Mike Westbrook while I was at Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Georgetown and the experience could not have been easier. Mike is not a high pressure sales guy, he had an incredible amount of patience. When I stepped on the lot I had no idea what I wanted to buy. I took my car in for repairs due to a check engine light, and they were able to diagnose the vehicle and repair it. I thought the repairs were high but after checking at several other repair places, they were actually cheaper. I will be using Mac Haik Dodge from now on. I felt very comfortable with them.

I started looking for my New Ram and decided to shop here since my Wife and I have had our oil changes and basic maintainence done here. We met our wonderful Saleswoman and began checking out trucks. I found EXACTLY what I wanted! And boy I'm Stoked about that! We got everything done and Finally got to leave in My Sweet Truck! I have no reservations about telling my friends looking for Dodge, or anyone for that matter, to start at Mac Haik. Before posting, I read these other reviews and have to wonder why someone would complain about paying someone for work they did... That's crazy! Why would you try to steal from a business that helps you? THEN Waste time that could be used to make some $$$$$ by posting 2 reviews ?? Well, I can't say anything other than Thanks Mac Haik I love my new Ram and keep up the great work!

STAY AWAY from service department! Took vehicle in for service and was charged an extra 100USD, in addition to a tune up. Been on phone several times with them with no resolve. The lady in front of me was told that if they found anything wrong and did the repair that she would not be charged the "Diagnostics Fee". Getting "I Told You So" from my friends that told me not to go there. Just Stay Away and avoid getting robbed. Must be nice to be able to get an extra 100 USD off every customer. Good for their commissions, bad for consumers!!!!

Purchased two vehicles there. First experience was ok. Second experience advertised car not in stock had not been for over a week. Third experience they actually made a mistake on my financing contract and then changed the contract to suit them without my approval. I would never purchase a vehicle from these people. When an issue arrised they did not want to help us. I guess I should thank them though. Refinanced and saved over 9000 dollars by not going thru them. Thank you Maik Haik you really gave me that Haik feeling.................Not! buyer beware!
