I am very impressed with the professionalism that is exhibited by all of the salesman at Luxury Motor Club's Dealership. I have been to plenty of dealerships located in New York and New Jersey but never til I went here have I found a dealership so deserving of my valuable time to write a quick review. I wouldn't go with any other dealership than Luxury Motor Club provided that Jack stays working with the dealership and the quality of their cars continue to surpass my expectations. Their cars are always so clean, nice and new looking. I swear when I bought my used Benz a couple months ago that it still had that fresh car smell. That smell that you get straight from the factory and the miles were so low that the engine hadn't even been broken in yet and on top of all that they get me approved every time even with terrible credit they still put me behind the wheels of a Benz! I swear by Luxury Motor Club

you can not beat the service at this amazing dealership. the cars are so clean and sharp it will leave you breathless. the fresh smell of new car scent is amazing and when you take into account the salesman such as Stone that is beyond helpful an extremely knowledgeable you can't beat the cost. The main kicker for me was how they got me approved for the car I wanted even with beyond poor credit rating/score. I will be back when it is time to trade this BMW in and upgrade to something nicer as well as anyone I know that is car shopping I will be sure to send them to Luxury Motor Club!

Yuri dealt with my bad credit

I had an awesome experience with the assistance of Yuri. I didn't think I would have a chance to get any financing until Yuri talked with me. Yuri said bad credit didn't mean anything just to give it a shot, so I did and like he said I was able to get financed for a practically brand new car and save a ton of money at the same time.

awesome experience yet again

I have used a ton of car lots over the years and have still yet to find a dealership within the new york area that has better salesmanship than Luxury Motor Club. The cars they have very well maintained and practically brand new. I have to say that for an used car lot they are high scale with affordable pricing and they got my credit approved which means they can probably get just about any one approved. I recommend that you ask for Stone when you go. I have had nothing but great experiences with him!

Awesome experiences

Luxury Motor Club is one of the best higher end used car dealerships in the New York area. Yuri the General Manage I believe was his tittle was very kind and helpful. Yuri didn't seemed to be focused on the sale as much as he was focused on making sure I found a nice BMW that I would still be happy with in six months. I almost winded up making a terrible decisoin that I would had regretted but, thanks to Yuri for talking me into going home and sleeping it I came back and got the other BMW and I couldn't be happier.. I haven't had any car problems, or any type of other issues. The customer service was above and beyond. I would use Luxury Motor Club again and again. I hope when I come back again I can still get a car from Yuri. Thanks again

Great car buying experience

As a first time buyer of a brand new car as high end as the cars sold by luxury motor club, having great customer service was a priority to me. The salesman mr. Stone was the biggest help to me in the world. From working with me to find what was in my price range, his detailed knowledge of the many car models that they offer really made it easy for someone like me who didnt know a whole lot about about what would really suit me. He walked me through the entire process. Not to mention the selection of Cars they have here are best of the best. If you want to buy a car go here. You won't regret it.

Extremely pleased with the service in all aspects!

I worked with Stone the salesman. I was looking for a BMW for myself and had trouble finding a good deal at other places. I decided to try this place because my sister in law told me that Stone was a very good salesman, thus I gave him a try. He was very friendly and professional and really listened and answered all my questions. He was not pushy and demanding like other salesmen I have previously met before. He was amiable and really, really patient, which is a pleasant surprise. After listening to what I wanted, he narrowed down the choices and presented me with several choices. He tried to help me find a reasonable but quality deal, and overall, I am very satisfied with his professionalism and service. Would definitely recommend Stone to others.

Great buying process

I recently visited Luxury Motor Club im search of a new Mercedes after my old one finally died. I had searched several other dealerships with no luck finding a new Mercedes that I quite loved. When I arrived at Luxury Motor Club, Mr. Stone politedly greeted me with a smile and immediately started helping me find my next vehicle. I told him I was looking for a new Mercedes and he showed me several options in my price range and several that I actually loved. I ended up walking away with a nice Mercedes and it actually was at a very reasonable price. I really loved how professional Mr. Stone was and wasn't one of those high pressure sales guys that you usually have to deal with. I recommend Luxury Motor Club to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a good price and service with a smile!

Perfection in a Car!

I got my first car at Luxury Motor Club, and Stone is the one who helped me through the whole process. Thanks to him I am able to cruise around the streets in my beloved luxury BMW without feeling guilty about the price. I was not sure what kind of car I wanted or what I preferred. Growing up, my family owned a BMW and I am familiar with the features that come with it. Naturally, the brand that I was geared towards was BMW yet again, but I was not sure which one to pick, after all this will be the car that I have for the next few years. Stone came to the rescue and guided me to the car that I have right now by asking about my preferences and making recommendations that eventually narrowed down my choices. I was very happy with the care that I received here!

50th Birthday Shopping

I recently have been browsing for a possible 50th Birthday gift for my husband. I've been tossing this idea around for a while. Earlier this week, I met up with Jack, the manger, and today as it was sunny and warmers. Both of us, took a ride out to Luxury, and met with Stone, one of their salesman. We didn't have to wait to long for help, the selection of higher end cars, can be a bit over whelming; when you are driving a Camry. As well as this possible purchase even though a possible B-day gift needed to be approved by the man of the house. He like me were drawn to the BMW's we looked at 3 possible cars with in Budget; I loved them all. Test drove one, both of us did, and our salesman went over everything from soup to nuts. Price, warranty, extended warranty, monies that would be required to be put down, monthly payment; Glad out credit is decent, Insurance with the new car added. This is a really giant decision for me, and for my husband. I was glad that the salesman was not a pushy person; because after an hour +. We are still both on the fence on this one. I took a card, and couldn't thank Stone enough for spending his valuable time with us. At this point, no decision has been made, but we have looked no where else and will not at this point. My feeling it's just a matter of time,possibly one or two more until we finally decide which car will receive that Big Red Bow!

I made the trip to Luxury Motor Club in search of my first luxury vehicle, and boy what a truly satisfying result I had. Stone the salesman was truly tremendous in helping me choose a desired luxury vehicle. He was courteous, considerate, and punctual in answering any questions I had throughout the buying process. He really went above and beyond to show me great customer satisfaction. As a result of his tenacious help and expertise, I was able to drive off in my beautiful luxury BMW.

Best car buying experience

I was greeted by Mr Stone at Luxury Motor Club who was very helpful, I had been car shopping for days at this point and time without any success. I was about to make the wrong choice for myself personally. That all changed when I talked to Stone an we discussed what I like, what I am looking for and what I am willing to spend. I find it extremely important to have a vehicle with a luxury look and feel that drives and performs like a sports car. Stone had a few different cars for me to pick from that was in my price range. The only problem I had with the BMW I winded up buying was the color, tint and rims. Stone gave me a few recommendations on where to go get my car customized to my standards. I am glad I took his advice. All in all I got more than what I wanted and still saved money. Thank you again Stone and I'll be back again next year as well!

They had alot of nice cars but when i walked in noone greeted me also theirs absolutely no where to sit i stood there for 10 minutes before i was asked for help once i sat down i was quickly approved and then the cost went up almost 3k before tax that was my laugh for the day

Really Shocked .. I never thought I could meet salesmen so proficient in the knowledge of the automobile I was purchasing. I was skeptical at first because of one shady review but when I got there I was confident In the black s550. Regardless of credit these guys got you !

Hey I am a native of Brooklyn and I just have to say this guy is a beast in NYC WHEN IT COMES TO THIS CAR GAME .. it doesn't matter how much money you have or how bad your credit is he will put you into the car you want and he will MAKE IT HAPPEN . He's a WIZARD OF THE CAR GAME .

Feeling like a million bucks!!!

Scared to get into a note and especially a note paying on something i really didnt want because i know i couldnt afford the luxury car of my dreams, i rode around in my lil Honda Civic for years till it almost gave out on me with my daughters in the car i decided i had to do what i had to do. i contacted luxury cars for a different vehicle, it was gone :( but i left with a better vehicle at the same rate. The staff was pleasant and worked with me till the deal was done. They work fast too!! No games, No Gimics, Quality vehicles!! i came in with a old 2 door civic and left with a GL450!! This is the first time I have entertained purchasing a used car over the internet, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. THE REAL DEAL

I was an Internet Director for Chrysler for years and am familiar with all the games. I never liked to play them and was happy to find a real dealership that didn't play them either. TO MY SURPRISE THESE GUYS WORK UNTILL MIDNIGHT JUST LIKE THEY SAY ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY WALKED ME THROUGH THE SIMPLE CREDIT APPLICATION ON THEIR HOMEPAGE & PROMISSED TO CONTACT ME THE VERY NEXT DAY WITH AN UPDATE. BY 9 AM THE NEXT MORNING I WAS CONTACTED BY JACK THEIR " FINANCE GURU " THAT CLAIMED TO HAVE ME APPROVED FOR A 2.99% APR! IT ALL SEEMED TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE SO I DECIDED TO DRIVE OUT TO THEIR SHOWROOM THE FALLOWING EVENING TO CHECK OUT THE DEAL IN PERSON. ONCE I ARRIVED AT THEIR LOCATION AT ALMOST 7 PM THE CAR WAS ALREADY PULLED UPFRONT & TEST DRIVE READY. At first glance you would think these guys are a Certified Mercedes-Benz dealer, but after surfing the web I realized they specialize in everything German. unlike other automotive dealers it was nice to deal with someone in charge for a change, instead of the average salesman with their usual song & dance. I must admit the quality of cars are not comparable to any other pre-owned dealer that I have visited in the neighborhood. These guys even have their own service department on sight that put the car on a lift for me & took me thru a full inspection of the car before I decided to sign on the doted line. last but not least I didn't have to deal with some no name finance company, Jack was able to get my loan done with my own credit union direct. We've worked with Mike Smith for a few years now. He's proactive, knows exactly what we'd be interested in, thorough, diligent, and gave us terrific service in financing our new car. He gave us a fair price each time we dealt with him. He made the process of returning the prior vehicle and obtaining the new one absolutely seamless. I went to Luxury Motor Club because I seen their inventory online so I wanted to go in person and take a look at the condition of the cars in the showroom and outside as well. As soon as I walked in I was greeted at the door by Jack a great sales man very informative. Mike another great sales man allowed me to test drive the car I have in mind. Used car buying at it's best !

I filled out the loan application on there website and the sales person called me back within the hour. Next thing you know they told me they had me pre-qualified, for the auto loan, my rate and term of the loan was provided as well. My family and I walked in the next day and drove out with the Mercedes E class 350 2011, very low mileage and in great condition. No surprises , or gimmicks. Very proud of our purchase! This car dealer is been so excellent to us. The entire dealership is so professional. We bought our BMW with as low as 2.99% APR and at good Price. They did give us a good price for the trade in we did for Acura RDX. Jack the sales person is been so excellent and even the financial person who helped us with the finance is been so informative and helpful. . . .
