Decided to contact Luxury & Imports due to the reputation displayed by their NUMEROUS license plates we have seen over the past years in the Leavenworth AND KC Metro area!! We decided ahead of time what we were looking for, approximate year and approximate price and texted John. He kept us in the loop as he looked for our vehicle. He found exactly what we were looking for in model, trim, year and price!! We didn't look at any other cars as this was what we wanted! Excellent Customer Service!

They had a Mazda 3 that I saw online that they had just received a few days prior. I called to schedule to come in for a test drive. The next day my sales rep John texted me to let me know there were a few other people interested in the car that were coming in before me. So I left work right then to come test drive the car. Everything went great. They noticed a few things that could be fixed without me asking. They said they wanted to replace the rotors and breaks and some condensation on one of the headlights. They gave me a thorough walk through and just really excellent customer service all around. Financing was a breeze and I didn't even have to put any money down. I really couldn't speak highly enough of John and his service and everyone that I came in to contact with. I have never had a better car buying experience or even a better "major" buying experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent Customer Service

I highly recommend working with Tino and everyone at Luxury & Imports. I had been searching for a car for the past 4 months and when I saw they had what I wanted, I was hesitant to go there but I am glad I did. Tino was great and did not make me feel pressured into buying like many other dealerships do. They were fair to me on my trade value and found me a lower rate for financing than I could find alone. I have never been in a dealership where everyone thanks you for your service. All of these guys are top-notch!

Our Car buying experience

It was a Saturday afternoon, and the air was full of excitement and buzz about my vehicle purchase. Most anything with four doors can be called a family car, but I was looking for vehicle to take us to the precipice of awesome, for a legendary starship that would take us on any adventure. Then we came to Luxury and Imports. I had looked at the information online, done the research and knew exactly what we wanted. It was by far the greatest experience and we Love our new car. Tino Stowers was amazing and worked with us on our demands and even fed us some lunch as buying and selling a car can work up quite the appetite. We were given the attention and my son Daniel was able to " pretend" test drive which really made the experience wonderful for him as well. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service and a wonderful experience.

We drove three hours to visit this dealership after locating a vehicle that caught our eye online. The vehicle was everything we hoped for, but more importantly, the salesman and the rest of the staff were top notch, just as we had read in the dealer's online reviews. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like a customer should be treated: respect, understanding, honesty, and attention. In addition to the great experience with the staff, the paperwork side of things was easier than anything I've experienced in purchasing other vehicles. Quick, simple, and super convenient. It's always hard for me to spend the amount of money it takes to purchase a nice vehicle, but having a great experience during the process sure makes it more palatable. Our salesman was John, and from my first inquiry, we were in regular communication about the vehicle, our trade-in, and our visit days in advance. I never felt I was being given the run around, and we could say the same about the rest of the staff as we visited. I should also mention we had our 2-year old daughter with us at the time, and the staff made sure it was a pleasant experience even for her. I would highly recommend this dealer and can't say enough about their business. Not only have they earned our business, but also our respect. We'll be checking them out again when the time comes.

Fantastic Experience with Brad Rea

Brad Rea is an outstanding salesman along with his entire team. The tenacity and transparency he and his team showed me solidified that I will no longer shop any where but here for a vehicle in the future. I want to tell everyone I know about the incredible experience I had working with Luxury & Imports. I have been looking for an Acura (ILX or TSX) for over 3 months and had no luck finding the car I wanted at the price I could afford. Brad worked fervently to get me the best deal possible; and he did just that. Not only was he $6 away from my 'ideal' payment (which seems to never happen) but went above and beyond to make sure I knew where the numbers were coming from and had no hidden fees or payments like you see at other dealerships. I saw the car I wanted online, contacted Brad, and he got to work immediately. In a little under 24 hours I was approved through their lender, with an incredibly low interest rate, and on my way in my new car- you couldn't (and still can't) wipe the smile off my face. I got to the dealership yesterday at 5:30 and everything was finished by 7:30- paperwork and ALL (usually the 1/2 the pain of buying a car is waiting for an ungodly amount of time at the dealership). Brad's calm demeanor and professionalism never made me feel pressured by any means. I am absolutely in love with my car, the payment, and overall fairness of their dealership. I highly recommend Luxury & Imports- you will not be dissatisfied. Overall, my experience was a 6/5. Way to go, Brad. You made it happen, stuck to your word, and I can't thank you enough!

Great Place

I just bought my first car an Infiniti G35 from this place and they were awesome. Brad was my sales rep and he was very patient and extremly helpful with me from answering my texts right away at all hours of the day with any questions or concerns I had. I have zero complaints. They fixed every little thing the car needed after I took it to a mechancic before I purchased. Great people. Family owned. A+.

Very Helpful, Low Pressure!

I recently went through my first time buying a car through this dealership and John helped to make this process as painless as possible. There was no rush and he took his time answering all of my questions and helping me figure out the features of my new car. He and Sebastian, the finance representative, were extremely low pressure which made the process ten times better compared to most other dealerships I've experienced. Bought 1 car attempt was a disaster NEVER AGAIN

Bought 1 vehicle. Said it was detailed, must have been done by a blind person. But overall good vehicle. 2nd time attempted trade, they offered to come pick it up. Didn't get deal done, they were high on their price for their vehicle. Took months for them to return vehicle considered for trade. Once they did return it with no notice just unloaded it in the driveway with no notice or following previous instructions on where we would like it placed. Would have been nice if they put it back where it was picked up from.

Great Luxury cars at an excellent price

This is my second car purchase within 6 months from this dealership. 1st car was for my husband and the experience and car was so great, we came back for a second car for me. The dealership did not have the exact car I was looking for, but within less than 2 weeks my sales guy Sebastien found the perfect car for me. I came in looking fr a truck, Sebastien meet me and we instantly clicked. He took time to understand what I wanted and him and Alex together made it happen. Customer service is priority #1!

Of all the times I have purchased a car, this experience at Luxury & Imports by far has distanced itself from the pack. It has been several months since I signed the dotted line and rolled away, but this dealership continues to go the distance! For starters, the calendar complete with photo of car my salesman told me about, that I thought was a sales tactic was a nice touch to commemorate my auto purchase. Not to mention its jam packed with useful coupons. Out the blue, my salesman, Tino Stowers, hit me up on Facebook just to ask how everything was going with our car.three months AFTER the deal was done. I honestly didnt know how to respond because in the past, no one has cared to ask after the initial sale of car to see if my family was happy or not. This is an example of great customer service and a model for everyone in the automobile business to emulate. This is how you get REPEAT CUSTOMERS! I am so disappointed I totally disregarded Luxury & Import since my first time being stationed at Fort Leavenworth in 1997. I can only imagine how much better my overall experience when buying automobiles would have been if I would have given them a chance. Tino and the crew of certainly solidified our next car will be brought from that lot. That's 100!

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from Luxury and Imports and couldn't be happier. I worked with Jeff King who was great from start to finish. I took a while after my test drive to decide on the vehicle I wanted. Jeff kept in contact, but there was never any pressure whatsoever. The final sale was very straightforward and painless. The quality of vehicles and the quality of service would definitely bring me back.

Jake Rea is a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. He was willing to let me test drive any car I liked and was patient with me throughout the process. I drove off with a car I really loved and am happy that I went to Luxury and Imports. I can give you a great example of the quality service Luxury and Imports provides. About three weeks after I purchased the car, it wouldn't start. I called Luxury and Imports and they sent out someone THAT DAY to jump start it and put in a new battery. It still wouldn't start after a new battery, so they picked it up the next day and took it to their service station at L&I. I received a call later that day and they let me know that a large maxi fuse was blown. It turns out that I had improperly jumped the car and blown the fuse in the process. It was completely my fault, but Luxury and Imports replaced the battery, towed the car and replaced the fuse free of charge! I was blown away by their excellent customer service. This won't be the last car that I purchase from Luxury and Imports!

Tino Stowers at Luxury & Imports made buying a car so easy. He answered all my questions on the Sunday my wife and I went into the dealership. The great customer service did not stop there. During the next week, I know I had like 10,000 questions via text per day to include his day off. He took a personal interest in ensuring I got the best APR possible, and I often felt like he was as vested in the deal as I was. His customer service skills are beyond reproach. Very professional, but remains approachable throughout sale. His infectious personality and great smile should be emulated by all salesmen. Before I retire from active duty in the next couple years, I will definitely buy my next car at Luxury & Imports, and the only salesmen my family will deal with is Tino. BLUF: He is just that good....PERIOD! Real talk. Tino is nice with it.

What an easy, awesome experience!

Found what I wanted online, walked in with a downpayment number, a maximum finance rate, and a term length. I drove the car and took a good look at it, got a rate well below my max rate, and walked out of there ready to surprise my son with his first car the next day. Tino is the man! Alex the finance guy was on-point, and I was out of there in about an hour. They even offered to put a bow on it, but I politely refused. This truly is the easiest place to buy a car that I've encountered. They have it down to a science. Come prepared and it will go even better. I can't comment on a "shopping" type of experience, because I found what I wanted, knew what I wanted, and walked in prepared. If you do the same, it will likely be the best used-car buying experience of your life.

Great Experience

Great experience dealing with Katelin. No pressure and all our concerns were addressed. This was a no pressure car buying experience. I was looking at a SUV that had just arrived on the lot. She wouldn't let me take it before their staff had an opportunity to inspect and verify it was ready to go. Easiest car purchase ever

I just recently purchased a Charger from here, and it's an amazing car and the buying process was the easiest I've ever experienced. I drove over 200 miles to them & would hands down go back. They had everything ready for me when I got there and was back on the road in just over an hour. Kaitlin was awesome! Had a great time with her and all the other staff, as they all showed me the options in the car. Never knew a car purchase could be so easy & painless. Would definitely recommend anyone to go there.

Line X installation

Just picked up my F250 from Luxury imports. They did a great job! Looks fantastic, they masked off the truck and associated hardware prior to applying Line X. The application was done smoothly and looks fantastic. Job well done!

bad repair shop

I bought my car in March of 2012, I drove it about a day when my tire sensors were blinking and/or just plain on. About a week after that my tire started going flat(aired it up). I gave it about a month figuring my tires just needed to be leveled out. After not going off I went to the shop and told them about the problem, all they did was air up the tires which made the sensor turn off for a couple days. Then a few months later I got a flat and my sensor didn't even come on. After buying two new tires the sensor was still on and I went back. All the did was rotate my tires! So I called them about a week ago and told them they told me a car with bad sensors. Dan promised he would fix the problem. Then today I dropped my car off and they look it over, turns out all the tire sensors were going out. They said since its no longer under warranty all they would do is fix one sensor. Thanks so much for caring about your customers, I'll never go back there.

Great Place

We have purchased cars (latest one two weeks ago), had service performed on all of our vehicles for several years from Luxury and Imports. The entire staff of sales and service personnel have always been professional, friendly and ensured that service provided was complete and to our satisfaction. The sales process was very easy as well. I called John and discussed the type of car I was looking for. He found one the next day, our purchase was complete. As a retired military member I have purchased vehicles and had service performed at mulitple locations in the U. S., I can honestly believe that you can't beat this dealership anywhere.

I must have done something right....

I must have done something right somewhere along the lines to have been lucky enough to find the perfect vehicle at the perfect dealership! ...maybe it was that puppy I rescued on the highway, or walking an old lady across the street... whatever it was, karma was on my side! Salesman Jeff King was wonderful to work with. I truly felt like I was talking with one of my good friends who I've known for years. The only thing I would suggest would be instead of putting baby in the corner, put an open bar in there! I really felt like going to grab a beer with the new pals I'd just met. The attitude is laid back and very relaxed. All the folks seem to enjoy being there. I felt very welcome and everything went very smooth. I had already picked out the vehicle online and made the trip out Saturday evening, dodging NASCAR fans who were en route to an evening race and tornadoes (not sure which is worse). Even though there was bad weather in the area, it was bright and sunny at L&I. Again, must be that good karma. Jeff had a great deal for me for my new purchase and was even able to get pretty close to what I was hoping to get for my trade-in. No complaints, no regrets, no buyer's remorse. Would I recommend going here? You bet, and I already have!

Good Experience

Went there to look at a 2013 Toyota Sienna. The gentleman who I spoke to referred me to a colleague when we got there and a test drive was given. They gave me the ePrice since I mentioned it and a decent amount for the trade in I had brought. They beat the financing deal I had and proceeded to get the car in our possession that evening. It took about 2 hours from start to finish. Tino was great, financing guy was great. Would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend Luxury and Imports. My family has used them since I got my first car in 2000/2001. I have been a customer since 2005. We have purchased many cars from luxury, and will not go anywhere else. There is absolutely no pressure, to buy. The most you will get is a true friendly conversation. Jacob and Alex have been the two people is sales we have dealt with. While we understand this is there buisness, it becomes personal. Great Deals and Loyal to Customers

This is the best dealership I have ever encountered. I have purchased 5 cars over 7 years and believe I have gotten an excellent deal every time. I even flew my son in from Dallas Tx to purchase a car because it was less expensive than him purchasing in his own area. Recently my BMW Z4 needed a very expensive repair and the insurer was not initially willling to cover the repair. Guy Galley and his crew came to the rescue of a loyal customer and convinced the insurer to pay. These guys are GREAT!

Outstanding customer service.

The staff at Luxury and Imports of Leavenworth, Kansas went out of their way to make the shopping, buying, and after purchase experience pleasant and painless. We bought a pre-owned Lexus and Jake continued great service beyond the sale to include acquiring duplicate keys, owner manual, and instructions on operation of the vehicle. I will return.

Body shop

The car went in beginning of last week and it was suppose to of been done on Monday 22 April. But the car was completed on the 19th April. Not only does the car look tons better then when we bought it but they cleaned it inside/outside and buffed it. Luxiory and Import is not a rip off or have bad customer service as I saw in a review by another customer.

Great service

I previously purchased a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer from here back in 2010 and never had any problems out of it the only problem was i purchased it with my EX husband so now that we are divorced i wanted to get his name off of my loan and start fresh, I walked back in here and talked to Buddah which was the same person I purchased my last vehicle from and he put me in a 2010 Chevy Malibu and I love it. Worst Experience Ever

Be very sure that once you purchase you vehicle here that you have everything (owners manual, any aftermarket upgrades, etc.) because once the deal is done and money is in their hands, they tend to forget you exist. I have been repeatedly ignored, phone calls not returned, and noticed a general lack motivation once I put a down payment on my new vehicle. It was not until one month later, after being given the old 'run around', I told them I'd return the vehicle with the keys to their lot and cancel my check that they got their stuff together. And don't get confused - my "demands" were not crazy. An owners manual, a title in a timely fashion, and a damned returned phone call once in a while is all I asked for - nothing to wild right? If I were to actually sit here and write out every complaint and disservice I received there this review would take 4 days to read so trust me, if you go here - make sure you leave with everything you want because later you'll have to fight tooth and nail to get it - let alone even be remembered by the sales team.

Great folks selling great used cars

We bought my son his first car last month. This is the 2nd car we have purchased at Luxury & Imports and it certainly will not be the last. They are very friendly and upfront folks who do their best to lay out all the details of a deal on the table. No last minute 'sticker shock' or hidden prices. Our next car will be purchased there and probably many more. At least 5 of our friends have purchased cars there and they all have had the same great car buying experience.

Quick, easy, no pressure

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon knowing what I was looking for, and the Tino (salesman) helped me out to perfection. I was nervous because this was my first buy on my own, and I felt no pressure. Next day I'm in a new car!

Very easy to work with and very compassionate

I owe a big thank you to John Rae, he is very understanding and easy to work with. We purchased a larger vehicle at a very very fair price. The trade in offer was fair and more than anybody else would do. So far John is a man of his word, its nice to know that a hand shake is all one needs at times. It is hard to find a reasonable dealer that will still accept a hand shake as a sealing the deal. My wife has been dealing with him for a couple months till we found what we were looking for. He was honest and straight up about the vehicle we were serious about. Again thank you for a great buying experience and being so understanding of our personal life.

Great buying experience at Luxury and Imports

My family and I have bought several cars at Luxury and Imports and have always received excellent service. John and Ted are wonderful to work with and they make the buying process easy! We have always been pleased and the cars we have purchased have never given us any problems. We live 30 miles away but it is worth the drive to work with Ted and John and we know we will be treated fairly and honestly. The service department is excellent as well. Their prices generally beat any I can find in the KC area so it's worth the 30 minute drive for service or purchasing a vehicle.

Amazing! Would use again

I couldn't ask for a better dealer when looking to trade in my car. The staff was extremely friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. Poor Customer Service!!!

First thing I noticed on the Car Fax report was the Truck was overpriced by $390. Dealer sent pics of truck to me. He noted the hood had some deep scratches and the bed was beat up due to no bed liner. I let him know his price was over the value of a excellent condition truck and he told me he "wouldn't rule out painting the hood for the sale price". I told him I couldn't do that because that would mean I would be paying almost $400 over the value of a excellent condition truck which it wasn't. I gave him a resonable offer and he wouldn't even return with counter offer. After waiting a couple days for a return email, I emailed him asking his if truck was still for sale. He replied back and said yes. I emailed him back days ago, asking what his bottom dollar was and he still has not replied back. My first offer was a reasonable offer and I was expecting to go up on my offer if he returned with a counter, but he didn't. I wasn't going to pay his "sales price" which was overpriced by $390 per his Car Fax but I would have given him a fair market value for his truck. Needless to say, but John Rea has poor customer service skills and overpriced vehicles.

You Will Not Find Better

We have never been disappointed with any of our dealings with Luxury and Imports in Leavenworth, Kansas. We have purchased two vehicles and are in the process of purchasing our third. John and his staff have always treated us like we were the most important customers they have and I have seen them treat other customers with the same care. We have referred members of our family to Luxury and Imports and they are equally pleased. We have received the same level of service from Scott and all of the staff in the service department.
