Great Customer Service

Purchase a car from Luxury Cars of Lexington. I had a maintenance issue with the car. One call to Sean and Tony and they took care of the problem less than 24 hours!!!! These guys are doing a wonderful job at Luxury Cars of Lexington. They are very friendly and have great customer service skills!!! The buying process was simple and easy, they took care of everything with no stress on my part!!! Thanks Sean and Tony!!!

Great Service

Tony made it comfortable to buy my 2013 Infiniti G37x. The guys there was very genuine and cared that my needs and wants were met. I laughed and talk with all the guys including Tony. I do recommend this dealership to all Michelin Employees

Never received a call or email from the dealer. I was ready to buy but have moved on to other dealerships. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

This was my first time buying a car without my parents cosigning. I had such a great expierence with everyone there! They made it so easy and were really motivated to get me into the car i wanted. Very down to earth people! I will definitely come back next time i need a new car and will send friends here!

Great Car Dearship Wonderful Experience!!

I first purchase a vehicle almost 2 months ago started having problems with it after purchase. Had to take vehicle back to them to fix it. The salesman Colin and Tony the manager did everything the solve the problem. I was very satisfied with the excellent service Tony and Colin showed me. I would recommend anyone who is in need of a vehicle to check them out.

Great Out-of-Town Experience

I purchase several cars every year and usually prefer Private Party sales but I felt very confident after researching this dealer and speaking with the GM Tony about the vehicle. I flew in from out of town and Tony was waiting at the airport to pick me up personally. The vehicle was just as described and even cleaner than I could have ever imagined. I would be happy to recommend this dealer to any friends or family.

Great Buying experience, poor service after.

The buying process was good. We have been incredibly happy with the purchase of our vehicle. However, we were told that our salesman would be ordering floor mats (since ours did not come with any) from the dealership. We waited a month and called and the sales man said he still needed to order them and he would get on it right away. Another month went by and we called back and spoke with a manager. He said he would get back with us. We are still waiting the floor mats. I guess since they have their $, we aren't a valued customer anymore. AGAIN, happy with the vehicle and they were very nice with us during the buying process...just afterward i have gotten the feeling they don't care anymore and not as willing to help.

I received great customer service while assisting my daughter with selecting the right vehical. The guys at Luxury Cars of Lexington were very polite and helpful. Great place to shop for a luxury vehical (Mary). When I (Bernekia) decided on the vehical I wanted I was not pressured to make a purchase. Tony and Collins also provided helpful tips far as financing my car. While driving home I feel in love with my BMW. The car is everything i hoped it would be. Absolutely Awesome Experience

Tony was absolutely outstanding. I was quite apprehensive about traveling 850 miles from home to buy a car from a Dealer i had only met on the internet. Tony was waiting for me at the curb when i arrived at the airport. Everything he said was so true and honest. It was refreshing to meet Mike when we got to the office. Luxury Cars of Lexington Scam Sales Artist

I would not recommend the devil himself do business with this company. I brought a vehicle from this place where the sales manager Tony told me he inspect all his cars before they come on the car lot. So this was a big statement that made me buy the car that came out of his mouth. So once I brought the car, I notice all sort of issues with the vehicle. After all the issues I noticed I took the vehicle to a dealership to get a 172 point inspection and all sort of things turn out to be wrong with it. So I call to see if the sales manager Tony would resolve the issues and he told me was not obligated to fix anything with the car, so pretty much took my money from the Finance company and would not refund it back to them. Stay away from the used car dealership, this is they type of nightmare you hear about from used car dealerships that sale high end luxury cars. Do not sign any paper work or give them any money until you have a real dealership is the vehicle a 172 point inspection. Stay away unethical sales practices.

Excellent Dealership to work with!!

I was extremely pleased with my entire experience at Luxury Cars. I had faxed my financial information to them before I left my office and by the time I arrived they already had my application approved for the Lincoln I wanted. Then they shopped around for me for an even lower interest rate. I have never been able to buy a car as efficiently and as quickly as I did.
