I give Lutesville Ford my highest recommendation possible. I've purchased many vehicles from private sellers as well as dealerships in the past; Their whole staff/facility/experience at this dealership is top notch. I live in Minneapolis, MN and flew down to the Cape Girardeau airport to look at the truck I had my eye on. (I ultimately purchased it from them) The dealership is located roughly 30 minutes away from the airport and they were more than willing to send a courtesy car to pick me up so I didn't have to take a cab. I'm a mechanic myself, and was very happy to see that this truck was not falsely advertised online, and actually exceeded my expectations upon inspection. (Which was a good thing considering I drove the truck 10.5 hours after buying it back to Minnesota with no issues whatsoever) The whole staff was friendly (not the "fake friendly" that some dealers show to make a sale). These people I truly felt were genuine and run a fantastic operation. Everyone from the courtesy car driver, to the salesman, to the gal in financing, and the folks at the front desk made me feel like a friend of theirs, and a customer that matters. Even though they're almost 11 hours away from me, if the need arises for another vehicle, I won't hesitate to make the extra effort to come see them again. I heard their dealership has been in business for over 80 years... They're obviously doing something right here.
