Car Buying Made SO Easy

This process was so easy, I kept thinking "what's the catch?" Our car broke down on a Monday, and we walked away with a brand new car on a Tuesday. The process was so smooth, and our sales guy, Tim, was very receptive to our needs and very honest about his opinion on the car we should get. The whole team was very helpful, they filled the car up before we left, cleaned it, and the manager even offered to pay half the fee to get cruise control installed. It was a MUST from my husband that we have cruise control, and the car we ended up buying didn't have it. Thank you Low Book Sales of Lindon for making this dreaded car shopping process a breeze!

Worked with Brodi and had a great experience, I already did my research at home and found their car to be the best price. Went in and was very surprised at how nice this dealership is, definitely not what I was expecting. Everyone their was smiling and very friendly. Good overall experience

I had a good overall experience here purchasing my car. They took a while on some flip thing to tell me all about Low Book Sales and what makes them different. I wish they would've quickly just showed me on one page of a website, but other than that the whole experience was great and I love my new Mustang. I did get to see a screen that showed me what other Mustangs like this one were selling for and it seemed like it was their back end tool to help them price it and not really meant for customers, but I thought that was nice of them to show me. I can't say much for them. I requested an appraisal of my vehicle and included the make, year and mileage. I was told to bring it in and they would look at it. When I got there I was totally ignored. I had to request help and was then told they were not interested in my vehicle because it was too old. I let them know the year beforehand! Needless to say I am NOT impressed and will let others know about my experience.
