Due to my car being totaled by flood waters, I found myself shopping for a replacement vehicle while suffering from a horrible cold. My two salespeople couldn't have been better. They made the whole process simple and very fair.Cooperation and honesty is not something always displayed by this industry but these people are exceptional. Thanks to Bryan and Rose, I got all my questions answered and felt like a truly valued customer......after all I was buying on the last day of the month when quotas had to be met to get incentives from Honda. Great people right through to the sales manager.

I purchased yesterday another Honda accord from this dealership. I am very satisfied with the overall process. The time it took me to test drive the vehicle and complete all my paperwork was under two hours which was very quick and convenient. The price on my 2014 Honda accord EXL was very on target with rest of the market. The amount of money they gave me on my trade-in considering my circumstances was very good as well. The follow-up earned the Internet sales team our business. We initially contacted Love Honda via email but did not recieve a response. Around the same time we just happened to be near another Honda dealership and stopped in. Information in hand we left and planned to think over the purchase (probably would have went back to buy) when I received a follow-up email from Sam Strom. I supplied my information and Sam was able to structure a deal via telephone - this is monumental as everyone knows because some dealerships attempt to trap you for hours on your limited days off - and that same day we went and picked up our new Civic from Love Honda with a $91.00 difference in price in our favor!! Yes doubters (I was skeptical also when I heard the difference) same exact car we looked at at the other dealership! The lovely lady in finance made signing the documents fast and friendly.

I went into Love Honda to get my oil changed. I had an appointment and showed up on time. Everything went well for the first five minutes and then after that it was high pressure sales all the way. I was told you REALLY need this service, and that service and so on and so on. Every five minutes it was yet another service they felt I couldn't live without. I had taken some cold medication that morning so I wasn't on top of my game and finally gave in. I waited there for hours before my car was ready. I had to ask numerous times "Where is my car and how soon will it be before it's ready?". The answer was always the same "Just a few more minutes". What they really meant was "Just a few more dollars". It was painfully obvious that they had never even started to change the oil They spent the first hour just trying to figure out how they could separate me from my money. Even though I live 15 minutes from this dealership I will never again set foot in Love Honda. I love my Honda but what good is it if the dealership treats customers like this?

My usual salesperson retired and we got a wonderful sales lady very very knowledgeable quick and to the point . She works their for about 10 year if you go definitely ask for Rose . From initial phone contact to driving away in a new Civic, everyone seemed sincerely interested in making sure we were satisfied. We had picked out the car and negotiated the price in advance using the phone and emails. Rose met us at the door and led us through the closing process. In addition to showing us the features on the car, she even hooked up our cell phone. Bonnie was our initial contact and managed to get us a great price. I have to say there was no "hard sell" and this was the most enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had. Yes, I would and will recommend Love Honda to others..

My lease was running out on my Honda Accord so I went to Love Honda to find something. I happened upon an affordable car that fit all of my needs. There was the typical back and forth with negotiations and being a single female, that can always seem a little intimidating, but the sales people were able to send me off knowing that I got a good deal! Even though I did not end up going with a Honda, and instead chose a used Chevy, I was still treated like the same loyal-Honda-customer that I have been. :)

Brett the Sales Manager went out of his way to get me the financing I needed and at the same time stayed within my budget. Our sales person Al was a pleasure to deal with after we could agree on the new 2016 Civic he was patient enough for me to pick a certified 2014 civic which pretty much had most of the options I wanted. This is my second Civic and I loved the first one I had and had no problems with it.

We had the most fun buying our CRV at Love Honda. Brett, the Sales GM and Sam Strom, our sales associate are some of the best people in the business. My husband and I have purchased a large number of cars over the years, and this was by far the best experience ever! No hassles, no gimmicks, friendly staff, and just a true pleasure to do business with. Brett gave us an honest price quote for our trade via phone (since we live so far away from this dealership). There was no hassle with out trade. He gave us an excellent price and stuck to it. The CRV was exactly as described and we left that day with the car. It was sparkling clean and we got an awesome interest rate - 1.7%. The finance portion of the transaction was smooth and painless - no high pressure to purchase extra warranties, etc. We loved this place so much that we will be buying all of our cars from these gentlemen - no matter where we live. I'd rather pay to have a car shipped from here than deal with any other dealership.

We bought our 1st Honda. It is a 2016 EX-L and so far we love it, but the sales experience was what I want to talk about. I've bought many cars, from many dealers over the last 50+ years and this was one of the best we've had. The salesman, "Captain Jim", was friendly and knowledgeable. After and extended test drive, he had our trade evaluated and gave us a price. I asked for an "out the door" price which he provided. We agreed to make the trade. After about 5 minutes, he came back and said, he had forgotten to include our pay-off for our trade in the calculation and the dealer wanted an additional $2000. We declined this and were preparing to leave, when the General Sales Manager, Mike Slagle came over and apologized for the error. We indicated we would buy at the original price and he agreed. We had a very bad experience the day before at another dealership and it was refreshing how easily this problem was overcome. If you are even thinking a a Honda, please visit Love Honda in Homosassa, Fl, you will be glad you did. Even if you do not find a Honda you like, difficult to believe, you will enjoy working with car sales professionals, without all the games that are usually played. We gladly recommend Love Honda!

We went in for service on our 2010 CRV. As always, the service was friendly, reasonable and completed as scheduled. All the people we talked with were extremely nice and helpful. As with our previous service, we looked at new cars while we waited. Sam, our salesman, was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. Once we decided on a car we liked he took us for a test drive and did his best to get the color we wanted and meet our budget. At the end, everyone we dealt with was very friendly and did their best to get us into the care we wanted. They came up to meet what I wanted in a trade in value and we left with a beautiful brand new 2016 Honda CRV EXL. It couldn't have gone better. It truly was the best care buying experience I have had in my 69 years!

This was our third purchase, two at Love Honda and one at Love Chevrolet in the last 2 years (two sales in the last 3 months). Bryan Delbert was a trooper in all three. Purchasing a Honda through Bryan and your sales staff has always been enjoyable; this purchase was no exception. Our problem was with John Hollier your Business Manager. He was responsible for offering an extended warranty policy and xzilon protection besides closing the deal. He kept pushing an extra 72-month extended warranty stating that the Honda service garage was full of Hondas in need of repair. We did not appreciate him shoving this extra warranty down our throats. Three times we told him we did not want this extra warranty. When it showed up on our contract and he refused to correct it we walked out infuriated with what had just happened. This was an explosive situation that your dealership handled with great professionalism. Your desire to get the facts surrounding this situation and your genuine concern really struck my wife and myself. We recently purchased a used Honda CRV from Love Honda and had a very good experience. We had brought our 2004 CRV in for service and the cost of needed repairs was more than we were willing to put into the vehicle. We were introduced to the sales manager and the VIP manager and told them what we needed, we use the CRV as a tow vehicle behind our motor home and needed a vehicle that was flat tow-able. We were shown the ones they had available, the one we liked was a new trade and had not been cleaned or gone through the used car certification process. The sales person made sure that the inspection was completed and the car cleaned by the time the sales paper work was completed. There was not any pressure and every step process was thoroughly explained to us.

Three years ago me and my wife decided to buy our next car local, so we went to Love Honda of Homosassa. Our sales person was Rose, We requested an impossible deal with navigation and price , Rose worked hard with her manager to find the crv we wanted with Navigation and the price we wanted, we left with our new crv and were very happy, now we decided to trade for a 2016 Honda crv so, we set up an appointment with Rose, told her what we wanted, color, Navigation and price. Rose worked with her manager and worked her magic to find us a 2016 CRV Touring with more features than we requested, Mountain Air color with the newest navigation and a price we could live with. We took our new Honda CRV home with us. We always do our scheduled maintenance at Love Honda where the crew is friendly and always helpful. We are very happy with our new car.

I just picked up my 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L with Navi and it was the most pleasant dealer delivery experience I have ever had -- and I've purchased Lexus's and other high end cars in the past. Rose and Bonnie worked together to get everything set up before I came in for the delivery. I told them I had a LONG drive there -- about an hour and a half each way so I wanted to just get in, get the car, and get out quickly. They had all the paperwork prepared. I was in and out in no time -- something that is huge if you've ever spend 3 hours at a car dealer trying to take delivery. Great people to do business with. Worth the long ride each way which I will gladly make again when the time comes to buy again. You will never regret doing business with the people at LOVE Honda first class people with a no "baloney" approach to dealing with customer. I salute you Rose and Bonnie!

We live in The Villages FL and went to other Honda dealerships closer to our home. We also contacted several other central FL dealerships online and by phone. We then checked Love Honda online and they had the several of the Pilot Touring models we were looking for. Our salesperson, Kirk Hope, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Pilot. We really enjoyed working with him. We had no intentions of buying the day we went to Love but they really work hard to earn our business. They even gave us a great price on our Odyssey Van trade in sight unseen. When we took delivery Kirk spent over an hour showing us how the use all the electronics and other features on the Pilot. We are extremely pleased with our buying experience.

You know the frustration you get a quote for a car and when you arrive - you get the following Our special expired, our incentive is gone, it has dealer added accessories etc etc etc I drive to three previous dealerships and the price changed after a phone conversation with a salesperson I mean I hung up the phone and drove directly there. It changed in price. Not at Love Honda the price remained solid and they were the best price of all. I drove 2 hours one way and I will return for our next car. When we arrived all the paperwork was done and it needed our review and signature. We were second in line with finance and that took 15 minutes when walked into the office. My suggestion is this - get your price and call Love Honda - see if they can beat it and trust them They will tell you the truth - what they can and can not do. My thoughts is they will be competitive And give you their best price. The price they give you will be a solid price and will not change . The will quote you - an Out The Door price - price plus fees, taxes, title and tags Go to Love Honda you will LOVE IT !

After receiving numerous Internet quotes, decided to meet personally with Love Honda staff. I called prior to departure to ensure vehicle type and color was on their lot and discovered the color wanted was not at their location. The salesperson, Rose Hagstrom, assured me that her manager, Bob Ernstes, would have the vehicle brought in from another dealer. The vehicle arrived after we had taken a test drive in another similar model and it was exactly the model I had been looking to purchase. The purchase negotiations were extremely easy and fairly fast as compared to previous dealers. The price was much lower than quotes received from larger, volume oriented Honda dealers in a 50 mile radius. The staff was friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Rose was a no hype, straight talker, which was a blessing to my ears. Bob Ernstes was sincere, listened to concerns and provided great service.

I'm a kind of person who doesn't identify with cars, in general. I'm not excessively attached to it. It's a necessity. That's all. Igot a white Honda Civic 4 dr 2015 LX. So far on day 3, everything is still terrific. I stuck to my "out the door price" I had offered up front and got a great deal. But, one has to resist up-charges and add on costs. It's the nature to business is to profit. Who can blame them for trying? Candidly, I think they lost money on my transaction, or made very little. I got an end of the model year car as the new ones were coming out. Here's my opinion on how to buy any car. Compare best offers from a few places if you have the time. You must do your homework before going in to know the realistic bottom line offer, and then stick to it. I walked in with no financing and no insurance and drove the car away fully financed (a terrific deal) at a good rate and not a cent down. The whole thing beginning to end took 2.5 hours at the dealer. This is considered fast. Everybody was nice. Nothing problematic, good car, good price, good financing. I give this dealership top-rating so far. For a person who hates to buy cars and hates the game, this was pretty easy and straight forward. I've bought about ten new cars over the years. My saleperson was Rose. She's as good as they get, and no nonsense, perfect for me. I give her top marks too, although it's likely that several of the people are very good. I was treated wonderfully.

We just bought another Honda Accord and I love driving it. We have had nothing but Hondas since 1979, they just keep getting better and we've never had any problems. This new 2016 Accord has driving lights that come on automatically and if the bright lights are needed they're also automatic. The back up camera has a very clear wide view. The car is notably quieter and more comfortable than our 2010 Accord. We have had service for the last 15 years at Love Honda and never a bad experience. Our purchase was easy and we are very satisfied.

Just stopped in to look at the 2015 Odyssey vans. My 2010 was ready for retirement, but we were definitely were just looking. After speaking with Bob (manager) about our trade-in and the price of a new van, we were convinced that we would not get a better deal any place else. Next day, we drove up and bought our new van. There was no high pressure sales talk, just the facts. Our check out process was smooth and easy. We cannot be happier with our new 2015 Odyssey van from Love Honda. We recommend them to everyone!

We are not from the immediate Homosassa area, but happened to be in the area that day. Love Honda was one of many dealerships from around Central Florida that gave us a price quote. So while there, I called to ask for a test drive. We were met at the door by Rose Hagstrom. The vehicle was also there prepared to take the drive. We went out, had a pleasurable drive and returned to the dealership. We were asked if we liked the price quote, and I had to tell the truth that we had a better quote from another dealer, but if they could meet or beat that quote, then we might be able to do business. Rose took the quote and did in fact meet and beat it. I did loads of research on this and I am absolutely convinced that we could not get a better deal. Rose was informational, professional, easy to do business with and above all, NO PRESSURE. That is critical to me. We took the deal that day and the process was about as smooth and hassle free as I could have wanted. Overall it was a very easy and pleasurable process and the way buying a car SHOULD be, but most often isn't in the majority of dealerships. I would recommend Love Honda to my friends and tell them that it's worth the trip.

Dont walk away from Love Honda in Homosassa Fl., RUN. I am in Afghanistan and the primary car my wife drives around in with our three kids is getting old and has high mileage so we decided to trade it for a newer one so I would not have to worry about them sitting on the side of the road while I am so far away. My wife loves our MDX so much she wanted the same car so we found a newer one with the options we wanted and it was over a 2hr drive so she decided to call over the phone to get the details worked out so she was not sitting at the dealership for hours with three kids after driving for two hours. The first red flag was it took two days to hear back (I figured ok they are busy and making all the sales they could with people in the store and I was not in a rush). Then they came back with the deal but said they could not accept the power of attorney (that my wife just used to buy a house for us) for the vehicle we wanted but they would accept it for a 2014-15 Volkswagen (Second Red Flag). When my wife asked the finance manager why he said it is because the bank (Wells Fargo) said that not them. She said that makes no sense and the finance manager said it does not have to (xxx). My wife preceded to ask well can you contact them to see if there was a mistake, to which the finance manager replied no I will not do that (with the lack of customer service and attitude my wife was getting from the finance manager she hung up on him). So in order to help things along my wife called Wells Fargo herself since we have our other car finance through them already and asked what was going on. Wells Fargo said yes they see the loan request and it was approved for a Power of Attorney without any stipulations (Third red Flag). So my wife called the finance manager back and told him and he still refused to contact Wells Fargo to sort the problem out (again xxx). So she called me upset and disappointed to say she gave up and we would have to wait till I come home (I cannot come home until January and like I said she wants a specific set of options, so the exact MDX would have to be sitting around at the right time since I will only be there for a week before I return to Afghanistan). So I tried to avoid all the lower management issues and called and asked to speak to the General Manager. I was told he was in a meeting so I could leave a voice mail. I left my message with my concerns and asked him to call me anytime he could before the time I was calling since I am on the other side of the world and his day is my night. Well after 24 hours went by I called back he was with a customer so they could transfer me to his voice mail again. So that made my decision right there the customer service at LOVE HONDA does not exist at the top so of course it was not at the bottom either. So I let him know by him not calling my decision was easy and I would be writing this review to post anywhere I can so everyone knows how LOVE HONDA treats veterans. About midnight my time he decided to call and leave a message that he has been out of town the last two days and that is why he could not return my call (and again xxx they said you were in a meeting so either he is lying or his staff tells people the wrong info on purpose). His message again says it is not them but the bank.

HORRIBLE place, HORRIBLE experience, Robert the "manager" is a bully!! He completely lied about my application status and several other things. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. I, as most consumers started my shopping online looking for a great alternative with economy, gas miles per gallon, and safety in mind. With multiple choices in mind, I decided to give a call to USAA (Military Bank) to help me narrow my search and secure my transaction by providing financing and Certification of a reputable dealership. Among 3 Honda Dealers, 2 Acura, 1 Nissan dealerships I contacted via email, Jerry Reed was the FIRST! Within a record time of 5min after I sent the emailmy cell phone was ringing. Jerry was very patient and not only answered my questions, but also shared his inventory with details of features to me. Soon after hanging up with him, I received an email with pictures and details of my top 2 choices. OUTSATNDING job Jerry!!!! Thanks to Jerry, my choice was clearLOVE Honda is where I would purchase my next vehicle. All the other dealerships never bothered to call me. They just sent emails back. Although it was 1.45 hours away and Jerry was guiding me the entire way there, I knew if the quality of dedication to my satisfaction was this enormous at the beginning then the end result would exceed my expectations. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was welcomed by both Mike and Robert (Bob) - with umbrella in hand- as the thunderstorm approached. I was welcomed by name and cordially by both of them. I felt part of a family already. They introduced me to Jeff who had already pulled both my top 2 choices. He took the time to go over why Honda (very informative) all the features and changes to their latest model. After the satisfaction of driving the Honda experience, we were once again welcomed back by Mike and Bob. From here on it was smooth sailing. Although I already had financing set, Bob proceeded to talk to me about the special SALUTE to military personnel and impressed me enough to consider his proposal and get financing through HONDA. Being in the finance and underwriting world of banking, I have to admit... the entire process was the most stress free and uncomplicated application I have ever done. The most impressive thing about my visit to LOVE Honda was the commitment to client satisfaction from these 3 gentlemen. All three stayed until delivery of the vehicle and thanked me for my business enough that if I had a dollar for every single time, I would have had another $1000.00 rebate. By the time it was all done, it was 1030pm and both Mike and Jeff are sitting in the car going over features and technology of my brand new Accord EX-L. I went in for service under warranty on our 2011 Honda Civic and told I had to pay for a diagnostic check to check out the noise coming from the right wheel drive system. I got very upset and left. I have had 5 Honda's and many other cars and trucks and never had this trouble from others dealers.I am 67 years old, not nice!

I had a 2003 Honda Accord what's the key stuck in the ignition I had my vehicle towed to Love Honda for repair. Two days later someone called me to let me know my car was done I go to pick up my car and realized that the only changed one key for the ignition none for the doors. I called back a day later only to hear a rude sales manager tell me nothing well be done to help make this right..... Called Honda corporation for them to tell me they will send a email to the dealer ship and I never heard anything back.... Now I have nissans

Our son had a problem getting warranty work done with a Honda dealership in Pinellas County. They wanted to fix only part of the problem and charge him a portion of the cost. After contacting Love Honda in Citrus County, their employess went OUT OF THEIR WAY to provide him with great, courteous, fast service. Rose was great! A few days after I signed the deal, I received a call from my brother in New York telling me the deal he got on a fully equipped Honda accord. I called and talked with the General Manager, who was charming while I was making a decision. I told him about the deal my brother got. He didn't believe me and told me he was tearing up my check and I should go to New York to buy my car. When I tried to respond, he hung up on me! Totally rude for any employee let alone the GM.

LOVE Honda is the best place to buy a vehicle! My husband and I have purchased many vehicles through out the years, and the folks here are some of the best to work with ever. In fact, this is the fifth vehicle bought from the LOVE stores because they are so wonderful to work with. We now live in South Carolina but travel to Florida to buy our cars only from LOVE. We told them what we needed for our growing family and they went above and beyond to find the exact match. The Honda Pilot we bought had everything we asked for and more, plus the best price around. Called to get a out the door price on a Honda civic lx. Was quoted by the manager a certain price and then when we got there it was another price. When we told him that he quoted us a price on the phone twice he started to get rude. Will never shop at this Honda dealer again. And urge others not to either. With being in the customer service business for 20 years I have never been or treated a potential customer like they did at love Honda. It seems that the love in love Honda isn't true.

For the first time, I actually felt good about buying a car. Rose and Bob were kind and patience; they answered all of questions, concerns, and told me in details about why the final cost was so, they gave me as much as they could for my trade-in,and everything was done in a timely matter. Jeremy in the Service Dept also helped answering questions about what I might expect in the way of cost for repairs and it was a great comfort that it will rarely have any to his dismay, lol. I was very happy with Love Honda and I am sure you will get love too when You go :-)

I lost my job a year ago and I have had some financial problems so my credit took a hit. I went to some other local dealerships and they treated me like I was the scum of the Earth. I heard a radio commercial and it said "what can Love do for you" so I went to see what they could do for me not only did they get me a loan but to a car I was proud of if you go there which i recommend.... ask for Adam.
