Love Buick GMC

Diappointed

After searching for over a month for a particular car for my wife, I expanded my search area. ( I live outside Savannah Ga.). Love had the exact car she wanted. I contacted their internet agent and was given an "out the door price". I asked if I had to pay GA. or SC. taxes, but she wasn't sure. We drove two and a half hours, test drove the car and decided to buy it. While we were doing the paperwork, we were informed that the Love people wre unaware of the high GA taxes and that we would have to pay $1800 above the quoted price. I realize that they may not make many sales to out of state customers, but I ailso believe that they should have honored their quote.

Great salesman and service dept.

We bought a new 2012 Buick Lacrosse. Our salesman, Craig Willis, was very nice and knowledgeable. We had a minor problem with the remote door locks and the service dept. was very professional and fast in repairing the lock. Thanks Love Buick and staff!

I responded to an ad posted on line about a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck. The truck looked and sounded too good to be true. Dave Dyer called me back and assured me the truck was in perfect condition. Since I live in Augusta, Ga, we communicated for about 10-12 days about the purchase of the truck. I missed several appointments go meet him but Dave never gave up on me. I was trading in a truck and was concerned about the amount that they would give me as a trade in. Dave assured me that they would give me a fair amount for my trade. Finally the time came when my wife and I could both could get to Columbia to see the truck and talk in person to Dave. He greeted us as we pulled up and showed us all about the truck. He took us for a test drive while they looked at my truck. We went in to discuss the deal and they came back with more for my trade than originally discussed. How many times does that happen? During the whole process, there was no high pressure sales tactics. Everyone at Love Buick was very friendly and worked as a team. I have purchased many vehicles and I can say by far that the way Dave and Love Buick handled the transaction was the most professional and personal deal I have ever...ever had.I would without and hesitation refer anyone to do business with Dave and Love Buick

I took my 07 2500 duramax to another dealer for a check engine light and they told me they had no clue what was wrong and then tried to charge me a diag fee. I then took my truck to love buick gmc and they had it fixed under war in less then a hour.
