What I have observed and learned from this company is extremely horrifying! I can tell you how to improve things until I'm blue in the face, but that doesn't change a thing! Lip service from your company doesn't do anything for me and my husband either! I am so disgusted with the people who represent "Ford", the quality, service, competence, kindness, etc. is simply NOT the representation of this company! This company is the exact opposite! Reckless, careless, incompetent etc. in my field of work I would have been fired on the spot for everything that I experienced with Ford. The "good" reviews that you may read over the internet for the buying experience...I have one true wake up statement to tell you that you are doing right...ANYBODY can be nice, and fake, and kiss butt, and roll the red carpet to do a deal!!!! Your company cannot follow suit with anything else!! You got the money from the deal and nothing else matters from there....it's obvious as the day is long!! People are rude, they are not accommodating, don't care about the customer, or the customer's needs, don't care about taking GOOD care of somebody else's personal property with care, and state out loud that "these are complicated systems to work on" directly to the customer, they lie to cover up their own mistakes, I can continue to go on.....and I will I had service state "what do you want me to do about it" and turn around and say...."I have been busy all day. I have been slammed and haven't had any time." I work in healthcare and to this I say...is it appropriate if I told you as a patient "I don't have time, I have been busy all day, just been slammed." or how about the comment in Longmont from a mechanic that "these are complicated systems to work on" after getting our vehicle back with the brake still going to the floor and oil spilled ALL OVER after an oil change...is it appropriate that I stated during surgery I only sewed you partially back up and fixed part of the problem, it's a complicated system to work on, and the sew job was becuase I was careless and lazy......IS THAT ACCEPTABLE TO YOU???>????? Because it is not to my husband and myself! So you ask for my comments and say that it's helpful for future service experience improvements...I say....FIND BETTER HELP WHO ARE PASSIONATE FOR WHAT THEY DO AS A CAREER, THAT IS WHERE YOU WILL FIND QUALITY, AND EVERYTHING WILL FALL INTO PLACE. I KNOW I LOVE WHAT I DO AND MY PATIENTS LOVE ME AND THE CARE I GIVE THEM. YOUR BUSINESS MODEL NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT!! All I know is my husband and I will not buy another Ford again because our experience has been horrible and there is not a single person out there changing it yet, it takes a team! Its pretty disgusting to find out that there are "specific" stores that are considered ford factory stores.

I recently purchase a truck with under 32,000 miles. When working with the salesmen I was given a multi-point inspection report that showed a green light for everything, with the exception of the cabin air filter. So basically the truck was considered to be in great shape. The salesmen stated that if I noticed something not right with the truck that they would take care of the issue as they want to make sure their reputation is maintained as an honest dealer. Now I knew that whenever you purchase a vehicle from a dealer they will make you sign an AS-IS document; which makes perfect sense to protect them from someone suing them for a vehicle not being in "New" condition. So basically I trusted the word of the salesmen that if something came up that was there previously it would be taken care of. So the day I drove the truck home, I got to a couple tight turns before my house, in which a clicking noise starting coming from the front of the truck. Once looking into it a little further I knew something was not right with the hub area of the front wheel. So the next day I notified the salesmen that I had a noise coming from the truck. He said to setup on appointment with the service department to look at it. Unfortunately I live 2 hours from the dealership so finding a day in which I could waste a whole day sitting there was difficult and took a couple weeks, plus their schedule was full as well. Once I finally took it in, the service department found out the hub assemblies needed to be replaced. Obviously it was pre-existing and not something I could have done on the drive home. The service technician I worked with was awesome, super nice guy, very happy with that service. Yet when he gave me the news he also said the sales manager wasn't going to take care of it and it was going to be $1,000 to fix. I was very frustrated to say the least, as this was something I expected to be taken care of based on the word of the salesmen. So trying to meet them in the middle I asked that they, at the least supply the parts, then I could perform the work myself. About $260 in parts total. I called the service manager a few times, never got a hold of him. I left a message, never heard back from him. At this point they lost any future business of mine, because above anything I value a person word, and in this case they don't at all, its all about making the sale.

I highly recommend contacting Steve Allen if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Steve was knowledgeable, upfront, and honest in answering all my questions. He stayed in contact with me and updated me about the vehicles I was researching online. The dealership is a couple hour drive from where I live, but I don't feel like I wasted any time by checking out Longmont Ford. I went into Longmont Ford to buy out my lease and my car salesman Anthony Nieto did a great job. I was nervous thinking it was going to be a hard process but he did great job and made sure I could get the best deal for my buy out. Very nice young man to work with and had great energy! This is the worst dealership and the very worst service center. I brought my car in on a recall for the clutch they ended up giving me the car back worse than I brought it in and now they want to charge me 450.00 more to fix what they broke I have proof they broke it.

We have purchased from Longmont Ford before but 1st time having the pleasure to work with Andy. We stopped by a few times and told him what we were looking for, price range, etc. we did not purchase for over a month and the main thing here was no pressure or games played. We stopped by again in early August and wouldn't you know it we purchased 2 brand new vehicles on the same day. Great service and Andy worked with us to get it done and actually delivered the 2 vehicles directly to our home the following morning.

My experience. Bought a 2011 Ranger here - went fine, decent price. After 4 years had a flat tire and discovered the spare tire did not fit this truck. To get a wheel and tire they charged me $228 for the wheel and $147 for the tire. Stupid of me not to go elsewhere. I could have gotten a wheel for $60 to $100 and the same tire for $73. I spoke with a sales person who basically questioned my story about not getting a spare that would fit when I bought the truck.

He assisted us in finding exactly what we were looking for after a brief discussion of how we intended to use our newly acquired F-150. My Wife and I recently purchased a 2009 Pontiac Solstice from Longmont Ford. The car is "cherry" and feels like new! Almost seemed 'too good to be true'! Greg Milczuk showed us the car, then Rich Waters walked us through the purchase paperwork and recommended a visit with the on-site Allstate Agent (Tom Plott) and an independent mechanic to evaluate the Solstice. Dustin Sappington pulled the financial elements together. We were more than pleased with the professionalism of this entire team. Later, LF called to say they had discovered an extra key and fob which they mailed to us. 3 Thumbs Up!!! We are definitely impressed with Longmont Ford! And, the Solstice will be cruisin' down Main St in Longmont on July 23rd during the classic car cruise. GREAT JOB, Greg, Rich, and Dustin! T H A N X !!!

We made a deal on a 2016 F350 DRW my trade is broke down in Moab. Sales manager Jeremy Lindstrom and sales rep.Sean Queen were made fully aware by me and by Moab Ford of the engine failure of my 2008 F450. Jeremy talked to them at least 3 times that I know of. Sean talked to them 1 time that I know of. They knew fully that the engine had some sort of a failure and that it has not been torn down yet and inspected for any kind of coverage by Ford. Since I had a vacation already paid for at Lake of the Ozarks I accepted an offer of literally thousands less then my f450 was worth. Dealer and I signed necessary documents and I received temporary registration keys, bill of sale, purchase agreement etc.. A storm passing overhead stopped me from taking my new truck home (much to my regret) so I asked Sean if I could leave it here overnight and he agreed. Next morning I went to pick up my truck and to my surprise it was "pinned" inside and I could not get it out. Seems as though the general sales manager Pat Grooms did not like the deal that all parties agreed and signed to and the 3 of them tried to "bully" me into signing additional "I owe" documents even though they already knew we had a deal and the condition of the trade and I took close to "rough trade in value" on NADA site. We have a legal binding agreement and everything was disclosed by me about my trade and verified by another dealership..Jeremy was fully aware of the f450 as he was in contact with the dealer that had it in service. Now Pat Grooms thinks he does not have to abide by a legal binding contract and un confiscate my new truck. If a buyer wanted to unwind a car deal a dealer would not let them and they should play by the same rules. Just because now they think maybe they made a bad deal they still need to abide by the agreement we have. I have contacted the Ford Customer Care, The Longmont police department, and I just filed a complaint with the State Attorneys office, I am waiting to speak with my private attorney. I have literally bought over a hundred new vehicles over the years including Harleys, Super Duty's, American and European cars and exotics, not to mention high dollar boats and I can honestly say I have never seen anything like this. I have never ever posted anything about another human being on the internet but Pat Grooms is one shady character with absolutely no morals what so ever!!! Ford is an exceptional company with some exceptional products and employees, how and why this man ever got employed by them is beyond me, they should cut bait and run! I will update this when appropriate.

I don't think I've ever reviewed anything online, but with the extra work he put in after we made the deal, it's the least I could do. After looking for a Ford Escape for several months in Denver, we found a great deal on the perfect car in Longmont, very worth the short drive! We had called ahead and had the car ready for a test drive, Codey was super friendly, not pushy at all and very knowledgeable about the car, he was great to work with. Everyone we dealt with was very no-pressure and really felt like they wanted you to end up with the right car at a rate you were comfortable with. Codey Gray was a great salesperson who helped us get a great deal on the car as well as a great deal on my trade-in. Have not had any experience with the service shop but as far as a sales experience would highly recommend Longmont Ford!

I cannot say enough nice things about Andy. I came to Ford to check out a Ford Expedition. Andy was the first one to approach me. He was very friendly, not over the top at all, and made me feel comfortable. He showed me the two Expeditions they had on the lot. I was really impressed. I called my husband on the way home and told him all about Andy and the car. He then went after work and test drove the car. We proceeded to work with Andy and he found us the car we wanted. He has been really helpful in answering any questions we had. And he always responds to concerns through text very promptly. Andy is awesome! That's all there is to it.

We couldn't be happier. We have been looking for a truck for a LONG time and dealt with a lot of shady dealers until we found this place. VICO ANTILLON is an HONEST car dealer (I know, an oxymoron to some) and the entire staff that we met were really caring people. They were not just salespeople, they were like family. They wanted to know our needs and concerns and did everything in their power to meet our expectations. We didn't get quite as much as we wanted for our trade-in, but they tried to match the price as best they good. Moreover, the price that we received on our used vehicle was the best out there and that's what caused us to take the trek to Longmont. It was well worth it. There won't be any buyer's remorse from us. They have earned our business for life. I don't say these things lightly. I've gone through Andy twice to purchase cars. The first time I was in a bind financially, had two kids and a failing vehicle. Andy helped put me into a car I could afford that would be safe for my family. He also advised me about what to do with my old car, the route that would be most profitable to me. Four years later I was in a much better position. I came back to Andy(even having moved 4+ hours away). I purchased a new Ford Expedition and couldn't be happier. I bought an used 2014 Jeep Wrangler from Sean Queen the other day. I had made an appointment with Sean to look at the Jeep. When I drove up to the front of the dealership, I noticed that the Jeep had been brought out front. Sean greeted me at the door, and we looked over this car. I liked it, and i liked Sean. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly sales person. After looking at the Jeep, we went back to his office. Sean showed me several documents pertaining to this Jeep. When you take your vehicle in for an ex haust leak and a leak in your windshield Th e exhaust leak took some time got i t done didn't do anything about the leak in the windshield except leave fingerprint marks on it. I first met Mr. Trejo not at the dealership, but my church a year ago...fast forward to a couple weeks ago and my previous car kicks the bucket!I met up with Ed the week after and I laid out my finances, budget, and my ceiling cap. He did not push but showed me all of my options that were available. I didn't pick anything at first, but waited a few days. I chose the car I wanted and Ed not only had it ready for me to try out the moment I got there, but the paperwork went through extremely quick as well!The financer who worked for me was awesome and personable as well. He showed me all of my available options and I was able to make a very informed choice.After that, I left the building holding a new set of keys!The vehicle was a very fair deal. While looking through their online postings I found the unicorn car. Right year right mileage all the bells and whistles I was looking for etc. So I called and spoke with Greg about the car. He sent me an "updated and more accurate description" of the car by email, which confirmed that it was indeed the unicorn I had been hunting for. So my husband left work early, and we drove the 2.5 hours from the springs to go view and test drive. We had every intent of leaving there with two vehicles.When we arrived Greg had gone home for the day and left no notice for us or anyone else that he was gone. After a few the receptionist connected us with Andy. Andy went and got the keys and we left for a test drive. With in about 30 seconds we realized that the online post and Greg had both lied to me. Not only was this not the unicorn, but it wasn't event the unicorn's little brother. The mileage was wrong, there was no navigation, no back up camera, no improved audio package, etc. Andy was at a loss. He had no idea what was going on, and kept telling us that from the paperwork this should be the same car with those bells & whistles. In the middle of the drive we pulled off the road to double check the VIN, which matched with the emails and the online posts etc.After returning to the dealership Andy went and found his manager (Chris? Honestly I've forgotten his name. ** After looking through the employee photos it looks like this guy's name was Pat**) who offered to put in aftermarket items to bring the car closer to what we were here to see. So we discussed adding in a back up camera and navigation system etc. Chris? promised us everything we wanted would happen and in a week or so they would deliver the vehicle to our home in the Springs. Queue up 2 hours of sitting and waiting while they figured out paperwork. Finally we drove home exhausted and frustrated, but thinking we had what we wanted on order.The following Monday we get a phone call from Andy saying that he was unable to put in the aftermarket items we were promised. He then went on to offer us $1000 off the sale price in exchange for not being able to put in the $3000 worth of aftermarket products we had agreed on. Not once was there an apology for wasting our time. Not even mild regret for losing the sale. Needless to say we told them to take the whole contract and kill it.I will NEVER deal with these people again. And I strongly encourage every single one of you to run in the exact opposite direction of these guys. Longmont Ford is the reason we should be able to give zero stars in a review.

Slippery, shady, dishonest. Incompetent. Longmont Ford exemplifies all that is bad about auto sales.I ordered the F150 and negotiated the deal as I have done in the past from this and another dealership. I figure that if I am going to pay $55k for a vehicle, it should be equipped EXACTLY as I want it. Previously, when I have ordered trucks it took only 4-6 weeks to get it built and delivered. This time it took 9 weeks. No big deal. The sales rep, Elya, sent me a text photo of the truck the day it arrived. I immediately noticed that it did not have the tow mirrors that I had ordered. To me this was a very important feature. It turns out that the fleet sales manager, Jerry Derden, made a mistake in ordering the truck. Everyone makes mistakes and Jerry was apologetic, but Longmont Ford was not at all willing to correct this or their subsequent errors. I was given the choice to either accept the truck as is or wait 9 more weeks for them to order a new truck. The tow mirrors add just $165 to the price and can be added at the dealership. Even though it was their mistake, the management at Longmont Ford refused to make it right by swapping the mirrors. In fact, the sales manager, Brent Danner, refused to even come speak with me when I came to the dealership to discuss the situation. But I thought I really wanted the truck, so I decided to GIVE the dealership my additional $500 factory ford incentive if they would swap to the tow mirrors. To this they agreed, but their tragedy of errors and miscommunication continued. The mirrors were to be overnighted and installed on Friday. I received no call from anyone until I called on them on Monday. The sales rep, Elya, was out of town, so I spoke with Jerry Derden. Jerry said that the mirrors had arrived but were not yet installed. They were to be installed that day or the next morning (Tuesday). I received a call from the sales rep, Elya around noon on Tuesday, They had still not installed the mirrors nor had they even started with installing the bedliner or mudflaps!! WHY? They had had the truck for 9 days! The truck would not be ready by Wednesday as planned, but I would pick it up on Friday. When I went to pick it up, the mudflaps they had installed looked like something that belonged on my sons toy truck. WOW. This time it was my bad. I apparently needed to specify that the truck should have real mudflaps. I went to the parts department and got the cost of their mudflaps. Since I had not specified in the original agreement, I told Elya that I would pay the difference for the mudflaps if they would just swap them out. This would be a few minutes work. Elya came back after a few minutes and stated that her general sales manager (Pat Grooms?) told her that they were not going to do any more work on the truck, not even to swap the mud flaps that I was willing to pay for. This was the last straw for me. Something was telling me that this was the wrong place to buy anything, much less a $55000 truck. So, I walked away.Update 3 weeks later. Longmont Ford still has the truck, they have removed the tow mirrors and the flimsy mudflaps.

We had reservations about the hassle of shopping for a new truck, but Elya Hull provided a very pleasant experience for us!!! She was knowledgable, honest, and accommodating!! However, we did not appreciate being approached for insurance quotes and extra warranty packages by others at the dealership when we were focusing on buying a truck and were already on overload after having spent hours there.

Carey was exceptional finding the car we wanted, several test drives to help us. Easy to work with too. Sales mgr would not come close to our price, one I researched and knew to be reasonable. Even though we compromised on some desired features to buy off their lot, sales mgr said "no haggle" pricing, he was all in. Then business mgr told us a loan rate two points over what we ended up getting at another dealer, and at our price, later that same day. We'll be back for a F-150 from Carey but sales mgr better believe me when I make a serious offer.

I bought my car over the phone from a craigslist ad. I paid the advertised price of $9000 plus a dealer handling fee of $599 as disclosed in the ad. when I drove to Longmont from Aurora to pick it up. they told me there was an additional fee of over $600 that was manditory but undisclosed. when i walked out to return home the finance manager stopped me in the parking lot and said they would waive the fee. then they asked me to sign a form that said everything that was offered to me was optional

We went in and planned on buying that day. We were tossed around and once we began to make a plan. The salesman would get a different manager involved. Lasthe one we worked with was a total jerk. Literally didn't take the time to figure out our situation. Asked if there was another car we were interested in and then said nice working with you all in one breathe. Soo rude. We went to Brighton ford and ended up driving away with a car off the showroom floor.Also, while at the other dealership we met 2 other couples that had the same terrible experience. We were all purchasing. Longmont's loss!

This dealership is full of very excited dealers that are wanting to sell you a car. The dealer I worked with, Carey Walters, was very nice and gave me all the information that I needed about the 2011 Ford Escape I went to go look at. Automatically fell in love with the car so I asked for a trade-in on my Volkswagen Beetle, however they were only willing to give me $500 for my car so I had to walk away and sell my car on my own. I put an add on craigslist and within a day I sold my car for $2000 and went straight back to Longmont and purchased my Escape. Carey was a great guy to work with and did everything I could to help me out, however the financing department needs to work on their social skills. Working with a gentleman by the name of Chaz, I was personally scared into purchasing an extended warranty that I was not wanting to purchase. Using the language, "I don't sell cars without this warranty" "I have no problem having you going across the street and buying a car there" Sitting carless in a finance office, this is scary language to here. Overall though the experience was good and I love my Ford Escape!!

I had a wonderful experience with joey, i previously had a not so good experience at ford with another salesman he wouldn't listen about what i wanted or try to work with my budget. I knew i wanted the ford fusion so i got a referral to joey, and he was great he listened and worked with my budget and did everything he could to make things work for me. Wanted to leave some feedback for these guys. I shopped around the local area for a new 2016 F150 Lariat, and nobody could touch the online listed prices offered. I qualified for the X-plan, and their open pricing model even beat that. I also had a trade in and feel like the negotiation went well - no pressure and very up front about value and costs. Also both guys I dealt with - Mike Eckstine on initial visit and this past weekend with Ed Trejo, were very easy to speak with and were very helpful. Again, I like the softer no-stress approach and would definitely recommend this dealership. Also, no pressure from the Finance guy either.Finally, one cool thing is that Ed pulled my truck into the showroom to review everything before I left, which was really cool. Between that and the free tacos in the service area I left very happy!

As an out of town buyer it was tough getting calls bad and setting up a deal at first. Hours and days with no call back. At first I had a salesman who I felt was not motivated to sale a car and that I was the bother calling from out of town. Then differ stories on what I needed to do to lock down the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Very frustrating. Finally just had to be a bit more aggressive and let the salesman (Carey) know how unhappy I was. After I booked my flight to get up there it seemed like the tides turned. My salesman would not be there though when I arrived. But he did set everything up to for me. Elya hull was there waiting for me when I arrived and the experience went way up. She was very helpful and seemed to have my best interest going through the rest of the deal. She was great. So if you are in town or out of town call Elya Hull she will get things done. Last thing. The only issues with our vehicle was it first was commissioned in Canada so the MPH and KPH are switched on the speedometer. If you can deal with that then you can get some great deals on used vehicles.

We worked with Elya Hull on a used car purchase. I first contacted Longmont ford via the internet chat with some questions about a specific vehicle. Elya answered quickly and called me with more information. We scheduled a test drive and were able to take the vehicle for a few hours to take an extended look a the vehicle. Once the decision was made to purchase it, Elya started the paperwork before we arrived back at the dealership to make everything go faster. There was one specific maintenance issue that needed to be fixed and Elya got the vehicle into the shop while we were finishing the paperwork and got that taken care of so we didn't have to make a return trip to the dealership. I would recommend Elya Hull to anybody who is looking to purchase a vehicle. She is very easy to work with and does what she can to make the process go faster and smoother.

If you want to be intimidated by a sales consultant ask for Elya Hull at Longmont Ford. My spouse and I brought in our trade for an appraisal and was met at the door by Elya Hull who proceeded to be verbally forceful in the foyer of Longmont Ford in front of several staff members and customers. We requested she not have the appraiser put down our convertible top since there was a foot of snow on the ground and she kept persisting to do this when it could of really damaged the convertible on our sports car due to cold temperatures. The appraisal to follow was about $5,000 less than car value by Kirk the manager at Longmont Ford. So if you are looking for a great deal on a trade and customer service avoid this Longmont Ford dealership.

I started looking for a replacement vehicle about 4 weeks ago. I always cruise the lots on Sunday when I am not bothered by pushy salesmen/women. I found the 2008 F-150 pickup on the lot with a very reasonable price posted. I also found another F-150 at another lot in town. I returned to the lot on Monday and met with Ed. I arranged for an inspector to check out the truck prior to buying. It checked out very well. I then started to work with ED on the inspection list and the pricing. We were done in less than 3 hours with the whole process. I will return to this dealer for future needs. PS I have always been a Ford guy!!!

After a week of emails back and forth, I called and told Vico I was driving up to look at a specific vehicle. After about 2 hours and about 140 miles one way, I arrive and am told the vehicle sold last night. A phone call telling me this would have been nice. This would have taken maybe 30 seconds to do. Instead I waste an entire afternoon and half a tank of gas to turn right around and repeat the drive. Vico proceeded to argue with me about the number I called to leave a message for him. I'll never set foot on this dealer's lot again.

I have not yet purchased a vehicle from Longmont Ford, but my experience with Brent Danner ensures that I will. In the snowstorm that occurred December 15, 2015, my wife and I managed to get both our cars stuck in the snow on a road west of Berthoud. It wasn't long before Brent drove up and stopped to help. He was able to pull my wife's car out using a chain attached to his Ford 4x4 pickup. My car was at more of an incline and could not be freed from a sideways slide. Still, Brent did all he could to help despite having to position his vehicle in a dangerous area on the road. Several times, he offered to drive me home (though he didn't know where I lived) and even stopped back to be sure I got the help needed. Brent was friendly and more than willing to help without expecting anything in return. Typically I don't take the time to share my experiences; however, I felt horrible not warning people how poorly Longmont Ford treated us during our truck buying experience. My wife and I do our research and found a couple trucks, online, at Longmont Ford. We made the hour drive north (from Parker). Upon arrival the staff was friendly and seemed willing to help. After a short test drive and discussion we found a truck we were interested in purchasing... this is where the experience went from good to the WORST in history. My sales person lied to get the sale done telling me the rims were new; one rim has a major scratch, through the chrome and into the metal, basically ruined. Next I asked the sale person about the second key... I was told he would chat with his manager and get me a second key. Three weeks post sale and I am still stuck with only one key. Next we were told the truck needed to go through a 4 hr inspection and they would need to deliver the next Monday. Since we came in on a Sat I was okay with the news. Monday came along and I never received a call from the dealership. Mind you I needed to clear my afternoon schedule to take delivery of said truck. After calling the dealership and sales person three times I was told the truck was not ready and would be delivered Tuesday. I now had to juggle my schedule again to accommodate their mishap. In speaking with the sale person about the disappointment I was told "you can simply cancel the contract and NOT take the truck." I mention the sales person should be more concerned with getting the sale done rather than shredding the contract. My sales person's response was "I don't need a lesson in customers service from you!" Against my better judgement I continued to work with them and found out my truck never made it into the shop for the 4hr inspection, which is why my truck was never delivered. The car buying experience is not favorable for anyone; however, no reason to make it worse... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER. I've purchase about 15 cars in my life and NEVER seen such lack of customer service or down right care for their customers. After mentioning my experience to a few golfing buddies they all said Longmont Ford has a long history of this. Lastly, the lot tech who delivered my truck was very nice. I mentioned they didn't give me a second key and his response was "stay on them, we have plenty of sales people who will just tell you what you want to hear so they can close the deal. This dealership is the reason car salesmen have a bad name. My truck sale is over, but please do yourself a favor and purchase from another dealer... with so many to chose from there is no reason Longmont Ford should sell another vehicle.

This place by far blows any other dealership away! From the minute I pulled into the lot, I was approached in a non-aggressive way and was taken care of every step of the process. I recently purchased a used Ford Escape from Longmont Ford. I had reviewed inventory on the internet prior to visiting the dealership. The unit I was interested in was not on the lot so I was disappointed. The sales person who came to assist me was Carey Walters. He informed me that the car was in the detailing shop across the street. He took me to the shop to view the car and after moving several other cars got it out of the shop to drive. It hadn't been serviced yet but it was what I was looking for. Carey arranged for me to drive the car to show my wife and son. When I returned we started to do some dealing. I was offered a price for my trade-in that was twice what I was offered at another dealer earlier, We closed the deal on Monday after the detailing was completed. Later in the week I discovered that the dome light lens was missing. I went back to the dealer and Carey round a replacement for me at now cost. In summary, I was treated fairly and found a friend in Carey Walters.

I originally came here for a different vehicle, but when we said what our budget was and that I was looking for an SUV, i was given another option which was the best thing that could have happened. This was a great place to buy my used car. I bought a 2003 Ford Escape and it was the deal of a lifetime! I absolutely love the car I got. It had under 40,000 miles, new tires and barely a scratch on it. All for under $8,000. Our salesman was Steve Formby and he and everyone we ran into was very nice and straightforward and they had excellent customer service skills. Having insurance in the same building was also very convenient and was a plus in my book.

My daughter went to Longmont Ford to trade her VW Beetle in for something larger for her, her 3-year old son, and her boyfriend and his wheelchair. Andy got the ball rolling, letting them try a few different options. They ended up getting the Ford Escape. It was big enough to fit everything, plus gets great gas mileage. I went to co-sign, since her credit was less than perfect and ended up looking at pick-ups. Andy was totally non-pressure, He said if we find something great. If not, no worries. He just wanted to get my daughter and her boyfriend into something better. He gave my daughter's paperwork to "Chaz, the amazing" to do the financing. I call him that because he was able to not only get them an AMAZING deal, but also an awesome interest rate! They were happy with car and I was happy they were in something bigger and safer. During the paperwork signing, Chaz said he heard we might be interested in a truck. He said he could put something together and see where we came out. I figured it couldn't hurt, so we filled out the app. A little while later, he called us back into his office. He was able to get us an awesome deal as well, with an interest rate much lower than I expected! the entire staff there made it a seamless, painless, and almost effortless buying experience. My wife will be looking to trade in her Jeep in a year or two. We will be going back to see Andy when she is ready!

Not a bad overall experience, price was a little high. We did have an issue with the vehicle, but the team did everything they could to remedy the situation. I was looking for a Ford Taurus and I saw one that I liked listed on their website. A family member had recently purchased a vehicle from there and said that they were a great dealership. I went ahead and set up an appointment with Elya Hull to look at it. She did a great job getting back to me in a fast manner, and when I arrived she had everything ready to go. When I decided to buy the car, it was a breeze. There was no haggling or pushing to get any extra features or anything like that. Elya told me everything I needed to know and helped us get the paperwork out of the way fairly quick. I went to the finance department and worked with an employee named Chas. He didn't pressure me to buy anything or waste my time trying to argue me into a product I wasn't going to buy. He showed me the packages that I could get and recommended me some but didn't push them if I said no. We just signed all the papers and we were done. I picked up the car a few days later after finalizing my loan at the bank and Elya had it all ready to go. She did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Overall I had a smooth experience at Longmont Ford, and I would absolutely come back again!

I purchased a car from these guys and the told me the car had been checked out. I was assured that the fluids were changed and anything that needed repaired had been repaired. I discovered that the transmission was bad and when I told them this they said their mechanic had to diagnose the problem. Their mechanic said it was the clutch and they would give me a good deal on it. The clutch would ordinarily cost 1900 and they would change it for me for 1200. A month later the transmission died. When I had the transmission dropped they also looked at the clutch and told me the clutch was fine. Longmont Ford wanted me to pay for the installation of a clutch that the car did not need and when I informed them of this they ignored me. I reported this to the BBB and they failed to respond within the required timeframe. Do Not Buy from these guys they are crooks.

My wife and I were driving buy and stopped in to "look" at trucks. Carey met us and showed us a Ford F-150. Two quick spins and asking some questions we bought that truck. It was only one I looked at and drove. It has everything I wanted and at a good price.Carey and Longmont Ford were great. In fact, this weekend a gentleman came up to me and commented on how he was looking for a truck like mine. I told him to go to Longmont Ford and ask for Carey.

Called about a used Explorer I saw online. Carey put eyes on it for me ensure it wasn't sold yet and scheduled me for a test drive that evening. He was great and not pushy at all. I worked with Elya. She was great; very respectful and knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at and very patient in my decision making process. Once I bought the car, she helped me figure out and set up Bluetooth, radio favorites, program the car door key code and the works. She even called me the next day to see if I had any additional questions after driving it for 24hrs. This is the first car that I have leased, and I will say that it was a lot easier than I expected compared to buying a car like I have in the past. There was no hassle with anyone, including finance. I shopped around from sunup to sundown ending at Longmont Ford. I would recommend Longmont Ford to anyone for their fair price, no hassles, their customer service and of course if they have the car your looking for.
