Just bought a certified used infiniti with Deranty Cohen and it was a breath of fresh air with his straight forward honest approach. Quickest sales transaction I have experienced and helped my other half move her items from old car to new. Will buy from this man again in the immediate future. David Curtis in finance also helped up secure a better rate than my bank and made the finance portion of the transaction quick.

My QX4 was handled with such care thanks to Matt Degado. He told me everything so truthfully, honestly and without pressure. I have been taking my Infinity for service to a person in down town Safety Harbor. I had a recall on my air bag so I went to Clearwater Lokey Infinity service department. They fixed and detailed my car. Wow and free. My service rep was Matt he said my tires had some rubber rot. I thought what? Showed me the date on my tires 2007 that my repair person in Safety Harbor sold me last year. (Your tires have to date) This August, I got new tires and other items like A/C not cooling good plus Matt had me driving a totally cool car while mine was getting a new do! I can't say enough about Lokey Infinity Service and Matt Degado. Also since 1973, I have only owned Mercedes Benz and Infinity so I have dealt with dealerships and service departments in Clearwater and Tampa. I would give Matt a 10 plus for service. Thank you Matt!!

Vinny Ambrosino has been my service agents for the past few years. My car is always combed over with a fine tooth comb to make certain that everything is satisfactory prior to my picking up. Then he has often gone the extra mile to in sure that my service was beyond me expectations. I have since moved to Tampa and I still cross the bridge to get service done and to still work with Vinny. Promising me I would not be disappointed by taking my business to this family owned dealership, my best friend introduced me to Lokey Infiniti, and Rob Kleeman. Sending a video clip of himself and the car, allowing me to see the car in real-time while explaining every aspect from bumper to bumper, Rob had me sold without me even physically looking at the Q50 I drove off in. I was not looking forward to buying a new car because I did not want to deal with the Salesman (and I am in Sales!!!) The car salesmen I have dealt with in the past are usually pushy and do not listen. In fact we went to another Infiniti dealership but chose Clearwater Lokey because we did not like the service we received at the other dealership. Deranty changed our view. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment and when I walked in Deranty was waiting for me at the door. He knows his product and listened to my needs. After I bought my car, Deranty introduced me to the Service department, the GM, and the Sales Manager. He did a fantastic demo, however I forgot some things and called him a few days later with questions and he responded quickly. Deranty told me he will always be there for us. He is an incredible salesperson, knows his product, and a true gentleman. I will recommend him to everyone!

I walked into this dealership with interest in leasing a vehicle for the first time, as I am usually a chronic buyer. From the moment I walked in, Deranty was warm, welcoming and accommodating to my needs for information prior to diving in headfirst. He was knowledgeable, did not pressure me, and provided me with info. I was later greeted by Naser, who is also super friendly, and quite entertaining to talk to. Jim was in finance, and he gave me dirt on pros and cons with leasing that most people may not be forthcoming with, all which led to me gladly purchasing my new Infiniti. Most importantly, prior to purchasing, this group of men provided me with a similar loaner for 2 days to really get a gist of what I was buying. When I was closing the deal, Deranty willingly moved all my stuff from my old car into my new car, then got into the new car with me and walked me through all the features, including programming my cell phone and garage opener to the car! I called Lokey Infiniti regarding an ad I saw on Infiniti USA's website. Deranty Cohen answered and was familiar with the ad. He told me that they had in stock the exact car I wanted, and would honor the ad I saw. I asked him if he could prepare the paperwork ahead of time, and he said yes. He texted me his contact information, and I texted him all of my information. When I arrived at the dealership Deranty quickly greeted me and was very hospitable. I had to bring my 8 month old baby with me Deranty was very helpful and compliant. He did everything he promised, and more. Deranty handled everything quickly, and correctly. No gimmicks, no games, no surprises, no lies. This is exactly how car buying should be. It was a pleasure to do business with Deranty. I will be happy to return and recommend him and Lokey.

My relationship with Lokey began with a friendly introductory email from Robert Kleeman. We exchanged emails over the course of a few days and he added the nice touch of sending a personalized video with him standing next to the vehicle I was interested in. The car was exactly as advertised and the sales process was seamless. Naser Totah was personable and spent his valuable time chatting with me after the deal was completed. Jim Cumming was efficient and knowledgeable with any of my finance questions.I had this dealer tint the windows in my new vehicle and this is where their top notch customer service shined. Since I live and work 30-45 minutes from the dealership, Robert personally met me at my office at 7:00 AM sharp with a loaner vehicle. He took my G37 to the dealer for its tinting application. Later the same day he returned to my office for the car swap. Something that could've been much more difficult to arrange was made simple and effortless by Rob and Lokey. I could not be happier with my decision of vehicle and dealer. I will be recommending Lokey and Infinity for years to come.

When deciding to purchase a new vehicle after my car being totaled I reached out to the one person that I knew cares about giving customers a 100%. Mr. Deranty Cohen, he's professional, caring, and very honest. After telling him my vehicle choice and he wanting the best for me as well as my family he suggested something else followed by his reasons on why his choice would be best. After going over all the cons and pros of a smaller car I agreed with him that I needed something bigger for me and my family. He's not one of the usual car salesman that just want to get you into any vehicle for profit, he actual wants the best for his customers. Deranty explained the paperwork thoroughly, made sure everything on my vehicle worked properly, and showed me how to work all the gadgets. He called to make sure I was satisfied, asked if I had any questions and offered future support if needed. This being my 3rd car purchase with you and may assume you'll always be my car salesman!! I have been looking for a car for awhile now. I really loved the Infiniti. I went in on a Saturday with my 8 year old little guy and found the x60! Deranty was my sales professional and he was awesome. He wasn't pushy and he made me feel comfortable. Going alone to the dealership as a woman can be intimidating, although I never felt that way with Deranty. He kept Jackson entertained, by letting him feed the koi fish, engaging him in conversation and letting him ride in the golf cart! I had an awesome experience and he even sat with me and went over every feature of my new car until I understood(so much technical)! He called me later that afternoon to check on me and make sure I had no questions! Best experience ever!!!

We received a recall notice in the mail stating that we needed to take our Infiniti to the dealership for a repair, free of charge, to the steering column. My wife took the vehicle for the recall repair and decided to have an oil change at the same time. While the car was being serviced we were informed that we needed additional items such as brand new tires, battery etc. totaling more than $1,000.00. After the repairs were done my wife picked up the car and noted that the dashboard was visibly cracked in several places. We contacted the Service Department and informed Mr. Matthew Delgado that the dashboard was in a perfect condition prior to their service and the cracks must have been the result of the work they performed on it. The Service Department (Mr. Delgado) informed us that they would fix the dashboard, if we agreed to pay a quarter of the cost which meant an additional $500.00 out of pocket for us. For a repair of damages that they caused!Their request that we cover $500.00 of the cost was in the form of a printed paper (No letterhead, detailed pricing or an invoice breakdown).The fact that they tried to get the car into our hands with a damaged dashboard fully aware of the fact that it was caused by their technician/s shows lack of integrity. Attempting to shift the cost on us when we had nothing to do with these damages shows lack of responsibility and professionalism. I would not recommend this dealership as I do not trust the people working there. One would expect more from a dealership selling luxury vehicles, but in this case they acted like a cheap seedy dealership trying to pass the buck and hide their bad workmanship.

Attempted to buy an Infiniti QX80 from Tampa Infiniti. Found the sales person and general manager to be either lazy or lying. Asked for a QX80 with all wheel drive. Told they had only one. The vehicle they had included options I wasn't interested in and it was black. Not a fan of black cars in Florida. Asked them to find a vehicle with specific options. The sales person said there were 0 in Florida. While he was lying to me, I found 4 in Clearwater and some in Orlando (smart phones and internet--I know, new technology, Tampa Infiniti hasn't heard of it, yet). To make matters worse, the GM offered to take $2k off a $75k sticker price AND low balled me on my trade. I rejected their offer--embarrassing to the point of being insulting. $2k off sticker, low ball on the trade, no other vehicles available, promise of 1.9% financing (which in fact did not exist on this model). Found the sales person, Carey, at Lokey to friendly. Found the GM and Finance Manager to be helpful and courteous. I will buy my next car from these people. I will never set foot in Tampa Infiniti again. Strongly recommend that if you want a new car avoid Tampa Infiniti.

I just leased my 6th Infiniti, a Q60 coupe, from Gene Holmes! My lease on my 2013 G37 coupe was about to end and Gene called offering his expertise in getting me in to a new Infiniti. Everything just proceeded so smoothly and efficiently from getting all the necessary lpaperwork signed, which was well overseen by a very friendly and extremely competent Maria in the business office,through getting me situated and comfy in my new Infinity - from programming all that was necessary to assure this plus getting my phone set up, my XM and music stations set and a tremendous input of time to walk me through my navigation system by my buddy Gene. Once my wife sat in the QX60 she immediately loved it and Deranty then accommodated us in a test drive for the whole family, fully loaded with our 3 little ones, and their 3 car seats. As my wife enjoyed driving the vehicle it then came time to get a quote from Deranty and we sat down as he prepared an offer. I am not one to immediately accept a dealer's 1st offer so Deranty politely got up and brought in Naser, the sales manager. Naser was friendly and very easy to negotiate with and made me a better offer but I told him I was not prepared to buy until I went home and researched the value of the purchase and also what my trade was worth through my own independent verification. I spoke with Naser 2 days later and we agreed on a price that I believe was quite a good value. Back to Deranty, he called me and said that they had sold the one I was to have purchased but that the one we saw on the showroom floor was identical. I later compared the stickers and noticed that the one on the showroom floor was lacking a rear bumper guard. Amazingly, Deranty showed such integrity as a professional that rather than try and slip it by me or just deduct it from the price as we were taking delivery and tell me I could buy one later, he actually took the initiative in advance and had already installed a rear bumper guard to ensure that the showroom car was identical to the original car we test drove. This demonstrates the utmost competence and professionalism of Deranty and he is a true gentleman. He also took the time to deliver the vehicle personally to our home, pair my wife's phone with the vehicle, program the garage door control and the gate control into the mirror buttons, and most importantly stayed in the car with her for quite some time until she understood every one of the vehicles advanced features. I went through USAA TRUECar and input exactly what I looking for in a QX 60. Deranty called and set up an appointment. When we arrived, Deranty had a QX 60 ready for us to teat drive, nearly an exact match for what I asked for, waiting for us. We found the QX to be very impressive. After the test drive, he basically discounted the equipment I hadn't asked for, gave me the USAA discount and we made the deal.Beyond that, after I brought the QX home I couldn't get the Home Link garage door opener to work. It took several weeks for him to find me the perfect SUV with the color combo I wanted. But it finally happened and I couldnt be happier. The experience we had this past weekend at Lokey Infinity was nothing short of exceptional and world class. When I first started car shopping I was not sold on what I wanted, but was leaning towards a Lexus. I visited over 6 dealerships. BMW was not willing to haggle with us nor could they find the specific car I wanted. I did not feel Hyundai had the quality I was looking for and did not care for the high pressure sales tactic. The salesmen at Audi was a nice young man, but the entry level cars I felt were too slow and looked a little cheap on the inside. The salesmen at Mercedes kept trying to sell me a car I was not interested in (the CLA and made me felt pressured. And although I set out originally to buy a Lexus, the sales department there was so atrociously bad at jerking people around and so disturbingly good at being unhelpful that it turned me off to the car entirely. Would not recommend that place to any one. We finally made a trip to Infiniti in Clearwater. Dave accommodated US. Found me a car I loved based on what I wanted, and did not try to put me in something I was not asking for just to make a sale. He was the first person we encountered that worked with us and not against us. Never pressured us. Never made me feel uncomfortable which is a huge deal to me because I am in the service industry. Was always willing to work with us and so was his manager. We actually came back the next day to get the 2013 G37 he showed me. I continue to have a good experience with the service department with Vinny. Also a really nice guy, always very helpful. Overall, I would recommend anyone looking for a car to stop by and see what Infiniti has to offer. The people working there and continuously pleasant and willing to help you find something you will be happy in.

Vinnie is there for me and only recommends what is needed on my car. I respect his opinion and the extra mile he goes for me and I'm sure his other customers. He is the face of the dealership since most repeat customers come back primarily from the service that the dealership extends to their clients. Decided to try Lokey even though i tried to buy my last car there and was completely turned off because of the lack of professionalism. Although I did not buy a vehicle at this time (looking at the Q70L) I was impressed with the overall experience. I have gotten many Infintis from Lokey for myself, friends and relatives.We ALWAYS deal with Naser Totah.I can honestly say that he is the only car sales person I have enjoyed dealing with.Last year I was going to switch from the G to the Lexus GS to try something different after so many Infinitis in a row.Lexus had a great deal going on a 24 month lease. Infiniti only had 36 months.On my way to Lexus I called Naser to tell him I was returning my car 3 months early as Lexus was buying out my current lease.He told me if the deal didnt go exactly as Lexus had said, I could come to Lokey and they would match it as they now had a 24 month lease.I did not enjoy dealing with Lexus and walked out.I drove to Lokey and 10 minutes later had the deal I wanted on a Q50.I am happy once again.Naser is the only car sales person I have ever recommended to anyone, ever.If you are in the market, Naser is the man to contact.

I was a long term (6) Saab lease owner and needed to find a partnership with another dealership due to the financial hardship Saab was going through. After going to all the mfg. in the Tampa Bay area and not having a favorite car in mind. It did not matter what was the make, it just needed to fit in my one car garage and be the right price. I went to another infinity dealership closer to my house and I was not even approach or acknowledge. Then I met Naser Totah he was by far the opposite of what most people think of car salesmen. I felt comfortable with him. He was honest with me. He didn't try to force a deal. He was patient. He listened to what my wants and needs were in a vehicle. He is the reason I chose Infinity over the others. He has kept in touch with me every few months to make sure I still love my car. It was not a one and done sale he has made it a lasting relationship. I am in sales and I know true service when I experience it. My husband and I always refer him to anyone looking to be a part of the Lokey family! This year we will be going with our third lease with Lokey Infinity. Lastly, he is the ONLY reason I drive across the bridge for sales/service, to purchase another lease and why I will always lease with Lokey Infiniti!!!

My husband and I have bought or leased several cars from Naser. Every experience has been stellar. From our first car, we have always been made to feel special.People ask me why we continue to buy infinitis I say it is because of the quality, professionalism, and personal service we have always received.We have also enjoyed the quality of the cars. I would totally recommend this location! My car buying experience was like no other here at Lokey. I was approached by this gentlemen Rene who was able to answer all of my questions and quickly find the right vehicle based on my needs. When my girlfriend and I came to Lokey Infiniti and met with Jake, we told him what we were trying to get done and he made it happen. Jake was able to get me top dollar on my trade-in and the best price possible on the new car. No games. Jake was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He is not your typical "car salesman". I would refer to him as more of an Infiniti Agent or Advisor due to how professional he was. At no point in time did he try to rush my girlfriend and I into buying the car we looked at. Instead, he discussed the current situation I was in and helped me make the best decision possible. He truly had our best interest at heart and we greatly appreciate that. We picked up our Brand New Infiniti Q50 the next day and we couldn't be any happier with the experience and service we received. The environment at Lokey Infiniti is very high-class and they rest you with respect. Neither of use felt like we were just another customer at a car dealership like we've experienced in the past. Maria made the finance side of things very painless. We didn't sit around for hours waiting to sign our paperwork. She was very through in explaining the papers we were signing and because she was so through and efficient it didn't take long at all to get everything signed. All around, I'd have to say this was one of my best car buying experiences yet and I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for an Infiniti or even a used car.

I have a 2010 M35X Infiniti with 38000 miles. For the last several months I have a problem that is getting progressively worse. Acceleration is fine. No problem there. The issue comes in when I am coming to a stop. If I am around 1800 rpms, the engine will jump all over the place as I slow down. This is reflected by viewing the tachometer. When the car deaccelatrates to around 1000 rpms the engine will start to vary and jump to around 1300-1500 rpms. I notified Lokey of this problem and went with a drive with their shop foreman. We also drove a similar car on the lot. That car did not exhibit the same issue as I was describing above. The shop foreman acknowledged there appeared to be a problem with my car and wanted to keep my auto overnight and would check with the corporate technical people. The next day Lokey called and indicated the technical engineer thought my car was running normally. I want to emphasize that in the two plus years with the car it never exhibited this type of performance. Since that initial situation, the problem has gotten progressively worse. The amount of jump in the rpms has expanded to higher levels and it now affects the shifting of the transmission. As I slow down, the car will stick at around 1000 rpms and either stay there and shift upward on its own. If it stays there, and I continue to slow down, the transmission will eventually shift downward and cause a lurch in the car going forward. I consider this a serious safety hazard since I could possibly hit another car when the shifting is going on. Once again I took the car back to Lokey for evaluation. I went with a ride with the service manager, Mike, and the car did exhibit the issues I have described. Mike acknowledged that something did not seem right but would not use the word failure. They kept the car overnight but called the next day without fixing the car. Mike indicated that Lokey had isolated the problems to the main computer but were not completely sure. Since the part cost $1500 Lokey did not want to run the risk of changing the part and it not being the problem. Therefore, Mike wanted to get the ok from corporate before they would change out the computer. Mike called later and said the field rep would come in and take a look at the vehicle. Meanwhile, corporate wanted more data as to what rev level the computer and transmission had as far as software. So once again went up to Lokey so they could take the readings. I was told the readings were forwarded to the corporate technical people. After a few days, I received a call from Mike indicating that corporate thought they car was running normally and I should drive the car until it completely failed. I have had two independent mechanics to evaluate the car. One a transmission expert and the other a very knowledgeable general mechanic. Both indicated there was something not working correctly with the car. So here I am with an auto, still under some warranty, that even the dealer says that something appears to not be correct and I cannot get it fixed. Neither the dealer nor Infiniti themselves want to take a chance and maybe lose money on the repair bill since they really do not know what exactly is wrong. I was told Infinity would fix the problem when the hard failure did happen. I requested that in writing but do not know if I will get it. So even though there is a warranty, I cannot get the car fixed due to the fact Infiniti and the dealer are afraid to try since they really do not know what is wrong with the car. At this point I cannot recommend anyone purchasing any vehicle from any Lokey dealership and especially an Infiniti.

Brought my G35 Coupe in to service to put on 4 new tires. They returned the car to me with 4 severely damaged rims. I was told by my coworkers that it looked like it was driven through a gravel pit. I knew one of my rims had a slight scratch from a pothole that I was going to have repaired but to have 4 rims ruined??? Matt in Service said, "He would take care of it tomorrow." I will post my results on your site. So far I am a very disappointed customer.
