Best experience in buying a car
I was looking for a good reliable car at a good price and I found this dealership in Livermore,CA Contacted dealership and someone named Jim Bautista answered my call, we talked about the car and I decided to go for a drive test the next day, once I got there, I test drove the car and decided to negotiate a deal that would be good to me, from the beginning to the end of the entire purchase Jim was so nice, professional and helpful, he did not put any pressure on me that I was so relaxed and almost enjoying the whole process, the next time I need a car I would definitely call him again, this was the best experience ever in buying a car, I ended up happy with my new purchase, service and financing provided to me, something I never felt when I went to other dealerships.

2006 Range Rover Sport
I have called the phone number that was listed and someone answered who was very rude and unprofessional . I called back again hoping for someone else to answer who can answer my questions, but the same person picked up, putting me on hold for several minutes, later she told me that the car was sold and is not available. After several days of searching, the same car with the same dealer came back again. I have called back and again their sales person was very rude. I asked to speak with her manager, I got a voice mail and left my name with phone number along with a brief message waiting on manager's call back. I have never got any calls back.

I found the add for a used car I was intersested in at Livermore Honda and made an appointment for the next day to see the car. The car was even better than advertised and I bought the car that very day. Great people, very helpful.

Courtesy, honesty, nice loaner car. It was a difficult PCM issue that required fitting two replacements before it was worked out. John was always forthright and made sure it was being handled they way I wanted in regard to when to leave the car and when to retrieve it.

Great Service and clean facilties
My contacts with Subaru was a new expereince with sale persons were helping me. My Sale person is caring and making me feel relax. I was shown how to drive my new car becuase I had a 21 year old Ford Prube. It is an interesting experience and delightful. There were caring individuals when I needed help. But to bring your attention to the key for the cars. The gray key was given to me, but it does not have the key mark for the driver door, or other doors to open up. That should be corrected.
My experience here is always great. The service people get me in get me in a shuttle asap and home. When they call to let me know I'm ready the shuttle is right there. The car is washed and ready to go. What more could you ask for.
A positive experience must first start with the salesperson. Samnang Khon was our salesperson and he was excellent to deal with. He treated us with honesty and respect. He was very knowledgeable and informative of the vehicles you sell. Before the test drive, he showed us some of the features of the cars we drove. Once we knew, the Subaru Outback was our vehicle to buy- he made it hassle free by listening to us about pricing. We felt the price agreed upon was fair and reasonable. Once the Sales Manager agreed - he started the finance paperwork immediately and he too was very professional. We were impressed with the expediency of the whole process. The only thing I should have done was ask more questions about the zero financing through Subaru and the time frame etc. The sales manager gave us the 2.99% for the 72 months, so I know he was looking for what we wanted in monthly payments. By knowing the monthly payment for the 0% financing within the loan provisions, this would have allowed us to make a more informed decision of our monthly payments. Since the zero financing is advertised all over the vehicle market place, I felt the need to comment on this. Overall, we are very happy with your dealership. We trust that you will take care of us in the many years to come. The next day, we picked up our vehicle and purchased the maintenance along with the extended warranty. Thank you again!

Livermore subaru great customer service
Customer service is excellent in livermore subaru . Ahmad, the internet manager did a great job. I've been shopping for a suburu forester for 2 weeks and have requested internet pricing from various subaru dealers from the central central valley to the bay area. Ahmad response time was the fastest and when I called him by phone to request another price quote, he was courteous and professional and sent another quote within the hour of my request. Other dealers took 2 days to get quotes, or when u go in to test drive and had great presentation but when u asked for a simple price quote by email they dont send it or call u back. Or u get this by email, thank you for inquiring about the forester, but they dont send u a price quote. I almost bought a honda because I got the impression that sales didnt care about selling the car beacause their car were too hot now and if u dont buy it someone else will. Ahmad was different, he had a quick response to me internet inquiry, when I talk to him and asked him to send me a price he said he send it within the hour. Thanks. When I got to livermore subaru, Ahmad and the sales crew and warrenty had great customer service despite being very busy. It took 4 hours to buy the car because they were short staffed on Jan 1, but I didnt mind because they did an excellent job taking turns with showing me how the car works and setting up blue tooth...even the warrenty guy was great. All in all livermore subaru had a great staff.

Incredible Sales Service
Ahmad was absolutely exceptional! I was attempting to surprise my husband with a Subaru for Christmas and with 2 children under the age of 5 at Christmas time, this is not an easy feat. Ahmad went above and beyond! The first day I made a visit to the dealership was a last minute effort to make a few decisions and actually see the vehicle after several hours of online research. I didn't have much time and he was efficient in giving me the details I needed to know in order to make a decision. Ahmad was friendly, respectful and knowledgable. Once I made the decision about the Suabru I needed to somehow figure out how to bring my husbands old Subaru into the dealership in order to determine the value of the trade in. This was a last minute drop in with my 20 month old and Ahmad was so incredibly helpful. He took my 20 month old out for walks, and entertained him while I filled out paper work and completed the transaction of the lease. I could not have been more grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Ahmad, was exceptional! And another reason why I am and always will be a Subaru customer, not only because the car is so dependable and reliable but because the customer service was above and beyond, exceptional! Our salesman,Samnang Khon was extremely helpful in making sure we got the vehicle we wanted. He was also very knowledgeable about the Subarus and explained everything so that we understood all about our new vehicle.
After I got home and discovered that the coding of my keys was not what I had expected, I called John and expressed my concerns. He said, bring the cars back and that they would be fixed. I took my Carrera back, and, within an hour or so, it was fixed. I told John that I would bring the Boxster back at a later date since its keys functioned pretty much as I had hoped and we could live with it (lights wouldn't flash when either trunk was opened) as it was for the time being. Both John and Nick (tech) were very concerned (Nick went so far as to call me to see if I was satisfied).The Boxster keys, while not 100% correct, allow the car to be driven normally whereas the Carrera could not be locked or unlocked electronically as well as the lights not flashing. John (and Nick) was exemplary in correcting the problem once pointed out. While I believe the situation should NOT have occurred, the handling and corrective effort were great. I told John that I had not been bringing my Porsches to Livermore for service since I have a personal friend in Stockton who had been the shop foreman for the dealership when it was in Stockton and I had been having him do all my work. However, he is nearing retirement age and probably will retire in a year or so, so I have been wondering where to take these cars. After my experience with you, I have no more doubts and look forward to having Porsche of Livermore do my Porsche work upon my friend's retirement.I would like to defer correction of the Boxster keys until I bring it in for service in a year or so.

It was incredibly easy to schedule my appointment online, and the service took exactly the amount of time it was estimated to take. Also, this is the second time Matt has checked me in for service, and he's just wonderful. Very friendly, polite, informed, and helpful, without the annoying, fake demeanor many people dealing with customers can have. Lastly, my car wash was amazing! I have an 8-month-old and live on a property that isn't landscaped, so my car gets filthy. I appreciate the super thorough wash, even though it was Christmas Eve and there was a huge line of customers that came in after me.

Scheduled Factory Service for Porsche 911S
Service manager (John Bartlett) always provides excellent service, takes time to explain issues and is flexible with respect to drop off and pick up time. I also love that my 911S in the middle of winter gets a nice wash!
My sales rep, Terry, was terrific. He was familiar with the vehicle I was interested in (certified used Boxster I saw advertised on the web) and we set up an appointment for a test drive and after that the car sold itself. He assured me that I could get better financing thru Porshe than what I had been pre-approved for - which was true. So I am very happy with the car and my experience at the dealership.

We were kept informed about the status of the service. It was extended due to a software upgrade. Matthew Needham was very helpful and explained the details and answered several questions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The loaner was a Q5 which was nice.

I liked the honesty that you had a problem with the part and your willingness to give me a loaner and get me on my way. The loaner, however, made me realize that I bought the wrong year Forester. The differences were night and day. My car doesn't have the pick up and over revs. Bummer.

The best thing was this gentleman, Pete Petrovich. Friendly service, quick turn around
Although there were more than a dozen cars ahead of mine at the time of drop off, my adviser told me what time the car should be done, yet my service was actually completed an hour before I expected it to be ready! I also forgot to print out the online discount for an oil change, but the adviser still gave me a great deal on service.
My wife and I had a very positive experience with Michael Metcalf, leading to our purchase of a Subaru Forester. We were able to find the car of our choice though it took more time than expected, but that was beyond the control of the dealership. I like that the customer service reps explain repairs and answer questions that I have. They are friendly, efficient and polite. I carry 200 pounds of dog in the back of my Honda Fit, and one of your people helped me to reinforce the back, so that it is a solid platform. LOVE IT! I like that I can make an appointment and that there is a shuttle available.

This is my first 5k service for my Q7 at Livermore. I was so extremely happy from start to end. Johnny Cheng, the service advisor was awesome. He greets me with a wonderful smile and warm welcome made me feel home right away. He took care of me from A-Z and walked me through the whole process thoroughly. Great price. Quote received over phone and internet was exactly what was offered at time of sale. Low pressure (more of "would you like to move forward" less of "what would it take to get you in this car today"). Car was pulled up front before our appointment. Pete (internet sales) showed us the car and its features. He even spent time after the paper sale to help program my phone and show me the tech features.

Easing leasing options
I liked that they were no pressure. I had a very stress free experience with my lease. I told them what I could afford and they were able to work it so that payments fit well into my budget. I am a repeat customer of Subaru of Livermore due to the fact that the sales people are not 'hounding' me to buy and I typically lease my vehicles. Both times I have leased, this being the 2nd time, the sales person was kind, accomodating as well as the finance people, which is why I return to them!

Great place to buy a new Audi
This was probably my best car buying experience anywhere. The entire process was very straightforward, friendly and professional. I appreciated there were no gimmicks or tricks involved in the sale - everything was dealt with upfront. Ken Haggerty and everyone there was very focused on customer service and educating me on the options available. This experience with Livermore Audi reminded me of Nordstrom's approach to customer service, which is exemplary. Would definitely buy another car from them and happy I went there to look at cars before looking at my local Sacramento Audi dealer - their selection far exceeded other places.
When I came in to test drive, there was no pressure. Salesman who took me on test drive was very knowledgable about the car. Also, when I said I just wanted to sit in them for a wile, no one hovered.
The people were friendly and the work was done quick and in a professional manner. They replaced my battery for free (under warranty) after determining it was defective.

Great Place to buy a Subaru
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had a previous experience with this dealership that had me coming back to it 6 years later to purchase my next Subaru. I sought out Wayne specifically because he had helped me about a year ago with my father and he was very patient.
Great Service, thorough knowledgable staff
Staff was very thorough and highly skilled. We came to this service dept with a very unique/hard to define problem that has stymied other Audi mechanics for several months. The staff spent multiple days going through diagnostics and was able to identify the root cause. Theier concern over cost to us was appreciated, by not replacing parts just to see if that would solve problem they only replaced what was minimally required, therefore did not overcharge for this repair. Really a great shop, that does wonderful work.
Porsche of Livermore
I was initially apprehensive about bringing my Porsche Cayenne to a Porsche dealership, knowing that the price to correct the problems could be very expensive. Not finding a Porsche dealership in the immediate Bay area and increasing my problems after visiting a Volkswagen and an Audi dealership, I brought my car to your dealership. John Bartlett, the Service Advisor immediately set me at ease, assuring me that they would do everything necessary to bring my car to top running condition. He met every deadline he set, even calling me to update progress on the car. He even made me feel comfortable spending $1800.00 to replace the fuel pump on my car. You have a valuable employee in John and I hope that you make him feel appreciated for the work he does beyond the call to duty. I believe that he normally leaves at 6:00 pm and he stayed well beyond that time to accommadate me. It was my intent to write a "letter of appreciation" for the service he provided me and if that would provide a greater benefit to him

I have had the last 3 Porsche 911's I've owned serviced and repaired by Livermore Porsche. They have always been very friendly, informative and quick to solve my problems. They have a nice waiting area as well as offering loaner cars for those services that required more time. The Service Writers and Service Techs have always kept me informed on the progress and nature of work being completed. Great friendly service without the high brow attitude experienced elsewhere.

Call before going, I stopped by on the way home to look at a vehicle that was on the website but when I got there the car had already been sold. I think it was still on the website for a couple weeks after it was sold.
Simple negotiations - no pressure
I recently purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from Subaru Livermore. Shopped around online and I reached Livermore Subaru via email, my questions were answered in a timely fashion, a reasonable quote was given based on my requirements. Then I visited the dealership, price negotiations were simple and no sales pressure, and it took less time than past experiences at other dealerships. Processing of the paperwork was quick, and follow-up was done professionally (Not too much to spam, but enough to keep in touch) and done in a timely manner. Been invited to meet the service department where, once again, all questions were nicely answered. Nice and pleasant experience, just what was needed to remove the fear of buying a new car from a dealer. Nice and professional, will buy from them again and surely will recommend.
Porsche of Livermore is one on the best dealerships that I have ever used. There parts department took care of my need by ordering a cover for my Porsche Cayenne S and a custom sunscreen for my windshield. They called me on the day promised and said that they had arrived and then to my surprise the cost was less than quoted. In addition I have used the Service Department on two occasions and could not be happier. The cheerfulness and helpfulness from John, the service writer, was outstanding and everything was completed on time and correctly. I would highly recommend Porsche of Livermore and when it comes time for a new car they will be at the top of my list.

My Second Purchase From Livermore Honda
I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civic from Livermore Honda. This is the second car that I have purchased from them. When I first started looking for a Civic, I called Livermore Honda and asked if the salesman that sold me a car from them was there and was informed by the salesman on the phone that he was no longer with the dealership. The salesman, Bijan Baabali (BJ) was very friendly and introduced himself. He asked me a few questions and set up a date and time for me to come in and look at the car I was interested in. At the dealership, price negotiations were simple and no pressure, and to my surprise took far less time than past experiences at other dealerships. Processing the paperwork was quick, BJ's predelivery explanations of all of the cars features was thorough and done in a timely manner. All that was left was a quick jaunt down the street to fill up the tank. All in all it was a quick and pleasant car purchase.
The best costumer service
I made a very good experience with the staff at Audi Livermore. They are experts in their field and were able to answer all my questions. They took their time to discuss my needs and let me know what they can offer me. At least close to my possibilities. They were very helpful until the end of my deal with them. The building interior is nice and inviting. The choice of all audi cars categories is very big. Audi Livermore has a very big parking lot full of different audi models.

Recently brought in for major Porsche service and a new battery and the entire process makes you want to buy another car from this dealership. They provided a nice Audi replace ment to get me to work and kept me informed as to how long it would take to complete the service. There are other choices in the Bay Area but there is only one Porsche of Livermore!
My new A5
In January of 2012 I went to look at the new A5s.. I currently owned a BMW 330 and was looking for a newer car..from the moment I stepped into the dealership I was given a level of service second to none. I drove out later that day in a new A5. Since then I have taken it in twice for service and have received excellent care both times. The staff are knowledgable and courteous and have never made me feel like I was doing them a disservice by bringing my car in, unlike some other dealers in the area. In fact, the service is so good that we have started bringing our other car, a volkswagen to them for service. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants and loves Audis...

Great Buying Experience

Livermore Porsche/Audi/Subaru/Honda wow.., really
I have purchased cars from all four of these dealerships. The buying process has always been painless. They have been very informative and i did not feel like i was being given "the business" The service departments for both Porsche and Audi are absolutely top notch. The service advisors have gone out of their way for me and made sure that I was fully informed and that my concerns were handled. My wife, whom has not felt comortable in the past with dealing with service departments, goes to either of these with no trepidation. I would recommend you get your Porsche/Audi serviced at these dealerships as their techs know what they are doing and I have never had to take a car back for an unresolved issue.
Major A4 service. So far very satisfied.
Major service on A4. Very expensive but received good discount. One does not buy an Audi expecting inexpensive maintenance. But one should expect excellent customer service and competent repair work. I was very please with the customer service and repair. Also appreciate being given loaner. We drive two hours to get service. One major issue. This dealer, like many, automatically adds an oil additive when changing oil. Both Audi and Castrol do not recommend any additives. If dealer thinks the oil they use is so bad that they need to use an additive, they should change the oil they use. By the way Castro is a quality oil. This practice is nothing more than a consumer abuse. Such additives are not needed and not recommended. At best they do nothing. At worst they cause engine damage. Customer should be asked if want additive and price. Just say no. And when you have your car serviced, say no additive.
Porsche of Livermore Service
I'm on my third Boxster, and Porsche of Livermore is, in my experience, the best Porsche dealership in the bay area. John, the service manager, is friendly and professional, as is the rest of the staff. Last month I took my car in for a 20000 mi service. While checking the database, John informed me that I was "a few thousand miles too early", since the dealership I bought it from in July had serviced it prior to sale. I know of many dealerships who would have simply taken my money while John said he wanted to, "save me some". Several friends at work take their cars there, as well, and I've heard nothing but praise. Highly recommended.

Took the Audi A4 back for warranty repair. Repair was done right and on time. Service adviser Johnny is always friendly and provides professional services. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Livermore Audi always washes my car after repair work is done, they always provide loaner vehicle when requested.
Purchase of a new 2013 Honda Civic
Our daughter recently purchased a new 2013 Honda Civic from the Livermore Honda dealership and I did not think I would ever say this about buying a car but it was a stress-free no pressure process. This was our first experience at this dealership. Everyone was extremely informative and helpful without the usual pressure you experience when dealing with a car sales team. We visited several other dealerships during this process and let me tell you, nobody compares to the Livermore Honda dealership. The other sales crews were extremely pushy, at times trying to sell us something we did not want. During our initial visit with the Livermore Honda group I mentioned that if we decided to buy the vehicle I did not have the patience to spend hours at the dealership working out the details. We were upfront with what we were looking for, what add-ons, if any, we wanted to explore, what cash/financing options we had in mind and let me tell you, not only did they make it all happen but they made it happen quickly. We spent only a short period of time in the office signing documents and there were absolutely no last minute surprises. It was truly a pleasant experience. We would certainly recommend the Livermore Honda dealership if you are looking for a vehicle. If the service experience is as good as the purchase experience then our next cars will most likely all be Hondas.

I purchased my 13th Porsche from Porsche of Livermore. Specifically, from Terry. What a positive experience! This has not always been the case. I live in Marin, where we have a Porsche Dealership. I have purschased 3Porsches from them. It's the only local source. I liked my salesperson, but have had continued, major problems. Not the case, at all, with Porsche of Livermore. What a breath of fresh air. I kept waiting for something to happen. It just didn't. Terry worked hard, with the GM to put together an equable deal. I will make the extra effort to have my new C4S serviced with Porsche of Livermore. Check them out. It's worth whatever effort it takes.

Livermore Audi Service Dept.
I just moved to Livermore and dropped in to the Service Dept when a light came on in my Q7. The service agent was very friendly and came out to greet me. He said they didn't have any openings until the following Monday but if I wanted to I could leave my car with him and he would check for any cancelations. I had my car back in one day, they fixed what was wrong and completed a servicing while it was there. I am on my third Audi and the excellent customer service is a big part of why I am a loyal Audi customer!

I had my first service on My Q5 at Livermore. Firts, is one of two dealers that open on Saturdays for service. Due to work, I cant make on weekdays! They offer me a loaner for a few hours so I was able to go with my wife to the new shopping mall close by, and I didn't even ask for it. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend this dealer.

Worst Exp. Ever!
I drove 2hrs to buy a car only to be told it was just sold to someone else. I had called earlier twice to be sure it was avail. Now I found it listed once again on cars.com. I think they are using it as a bait car. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
Terrible Experiece/Run from this Dealership
I purchased a Used Acura TL on 7/15/12 and traded in another car which I took a big loss for.There has been problems from the day I drove the car away as this dealership hid many vital issues about the car and now,they haven't filed necessary paper work with DMV and I have been getting bills from DMV on a car that I traded off since 7/15.I contacted the dealership but it's all lies,lies and lies and the person in charge of DMV filing,Debbie never returned my call.Please run from this dealership.
Inquired online about a 2009 Subaru Outback, had a very timely response from Ahmad the internet Sales Manager. Who when we drove out to try the car was extremely helpful, very curteous and knowledgeable. Test drove the 2009 and then a 2012. After consulting with Ahmad on the numbers and prices we went with the 2012. He made our purchase a pleasurable experience as did all the staff at Livermore Subaru. Highly reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a great motor shop. Their followup after the purchase has also been commendable.
Run Away From this Dealership
My experience has been nothing but a nightmare.They misled me with their frivolous AD and was fooled into buying a car that had some concealed damages.No disclosure on what seems to be an accident on the vehicle.Their General Manager is very arrogant and uneducated while their Salesmen operate like con men especially the one that served me.I will seek justice and will tell whoever cares to listen that what may seems to be adeal at this Dealership is nothing but piece of crap.The car they advertised on Cars.com was nothing compared to the AD,pure dishonesty.
What a great customer service! This is one of the best experiences that I had with a dealership and I buy several cars per year! Everybody was very helpful, especially Terry Erdei, the Internet Manager. He replied very quickly to my emails with crystal clear answers to all my questions. Although Terry replied very quickly, he never put any pressure on me. That was awesome. All salesmen should be like Terry Erdei and Porsche of Livermore is definitely an excellent example of what a dealership should be!
Acord Used Budget 10K
I had been shopping all day sat.Started in Fremont.Including 3 other Honda dealers.Livermore Honda set me up with a beautiful 2004 EX-l with in my budget. A few days after my "as is purchase" I had the service dept check a few issues and the dealership took care of them....no charge!You may pay a little extra but it pays to buy from a reputable dealer.Next time I won't waste any time. I'll return here for my next car.
Big bucks only?
I initially intended to purchase a used Boxster. I found a beautiful Cayman. I filled out the cursory paperwork and was told that since this was a weekend, I would be informed on Monday. The salesman stated this this dealership dealt almost exclusively with area professional athletes. I was never informed if I was approved for financing. I guess it's cash only here.
