Dropped off Jeep while in town with a blown radiator hose after hours. Picked it up next day with both the upper and lower replaced. If one blows out the other is probably in bad shape too. My bad, had a leaking radiator replaced a while back and I should have had them do the hoses then.

would have given a better rating had they cleaned the oil plate after they were done with the oil change so oil didn't drip out out in my driveway and everywhere I parked for several days afterwards.

Didn't think the new 2015 dodge challenger could hold even to the old. I was right; they're new and improved! Went in to Lithia of Roseburg Oregon to find a new family auto. Expected to leave empty handed. Came home with the 2015 dodge challenger. Yes, we bought a challenger for our family car! We've had this car for over 2 months now. And I've tried to pick it apart- as I am a very skeptical person. Just didn't happen. EVERYTHING said about this car is true! It's safe, smooth, & sooo comfortable. So many wonderful features- WAY TOO MANY to list! Space is great- even has a huge trunk. Gas mileage is averaging 18-23 mpg (with a hemi) ! Sound system is AMAZING! And most important; the safety features in this car couldn't get any better. Haven't ever felt this safe in a car other than the classics. A car seems simple, but it's not. It becomes part of your family. It too becomes a protector. But don't believe me- go check them out! No hassles with the contract- got EXACTLY everything we asked for. Just can't say enough... Thanks so much to Pepler & Young over at Lithia!

The overall experience was excellent. Arrived early (15 minutes), car went immediately for the oil change (a rare event) and service done without any complication (also a rare event). I was exceptionally please with the current oil change because in the past it took unnecessary delays to complete the oil change due to the proper oil filter was not available(even though Lithia Dodge was given advanced noticed to make sure the filter was available for my 2003 L3 Saturn wagon). It appears that more attention to what is needed to service a Saturn has greatly improved. Lithia Dodge deserved a "WELL DONE" for customer satisfaction this time. I have not been able to do that in the past..

At 65 years old, I have come to abhor dealing with car salesmen, even when they are nice people. Either they are too in-your-face (most likley) or you have to search for on to give you some information on a vehicle you are looking at, This dealership is at the opposite end of that spectrum. They actually listen to what you are looking for and don't waste your time pointing out stuff that doesn't fit your parameters. When we didn't find the models we were looking to try out, John offered up a Toyota Venza (never heard of it before) and we liked it so much, we bought it. They didn't play the "let me see if managment will accept your offer" multiple times. I told John what I would spend on that vehicle and we ended up spending only $500 more, which was fine. It is a week later and there is no buyer remorse. We are thrilled with the car and the price paid. Thanks for making the whole process a delight.
