Great service. Very knowledgeable salesman. I came in for service on my 2015 ram 1500 and interested in a cummins 2500. While walking the lot we met Zach that was a great help in finding our 2017 2500 cummins diesel. He did a great job in helping to get us our truck with the requests we had. Went in for an oil change and other service issues. The oil change no appointment was needed, but the other issues I had to have an appointment for. This has been scheduled almost a month out as they are very busy with warranty work. I wish I could have had this done or at least checked out prior to me making a few more long road trips.

Was needing to get into a different car. They had the perfect car for me. I traded in mine and they worked so hard to get the deal to work for me so that I could have payments I could afford. Staff was so nice, knowledgable, respectful and kind me and to my mom. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a dealership. Travis Wolf was our salesman and he was upbeat, professional and honest. The management was tireless in finding the right situation and bank, the finance was able to get me lifetime oil changes for a good price. Would defiantly recommend this dealership! Super happy with the car and experience.

I make an appointment with Trevis, my service advisor, I drop off my car. The shuttle takes me home. Trevis calls and tells me recommend maintenance items to be addressed in the near future. I tell him to go ahead and do them now. He calls when it is ready. The shuttle comes and gets me. I pay the invoice and drive off. It could not be easier.I've lived in the Rogue Valley for over 20 years. In that time I have used most of the well known mechanics. Eventually I came to the decision that Lithia Chrysler was the best service center for me.

Purchased a used vehicle with several Items needing to be addressed. These items included replacement of tail light, buffing adhesive off paint, and wheel alignment. Service department was courteous and relatively swift given how busy they are.Alignment came out great.Buffing adhesive off paint came out great.Replacement of tail light was not so great.(It took an extensive period of time to get the correct part in, and they didn't check to make sure all bulbs worked before handing it over. This resulted in an additional drop off & pick up. Honest mistake / oversight by the tech & an inconvenience for me.) All things considered, they did what they said they would, and I am happy with my truck.

Biggest problem is the time frame of having things done here. I sched an 8am apt and dropped the truck off the night prior so that I could have it done by noon. By 2:30 I still hadn't gotten a phone call so I called and they were just getting started on the truck. I finally just drove down there around 4:30 and they were still doing the oil change. I hate that even with a sched apt it takes all day, and sad to say for routine oil changes its totally normal to sit down there for 3+ hrs. I recommend this facility for buying a car BUT NOT FOR SERVICE.

When I stopped in and had my truck service it was all good in the oil change dept. So while I was waiting for my truck to get service I went over to get a few things at the parts department and I was very dis appointed. The young man was not polite and kinda ruid! I wanted to buy a dash cover for my new truck that I bought from you and he didn't have a picture and he said that they get them from another after market and he didn't really want to help me by trying to find me a picture I just wanted to see how much of the dash it covered. I was happy with the price he told me of 60.00. So needless to say I went else were. Also I want you to know that I have been talking to Taylor about some engine swapping in other dodge trucks and he was very very very helpful and polite and just a nice guy to talk to! I was disappointed when I took my car that was under warranty to the shop and had to get a ride home with my two children 5 yrs and 8 months two car seats and I wasn't able to get any help taking the car seats out of my broke down car into the shuttle. Then l find out later that day (Monday) that my would not be able to be fixed till Wednesday and no loaner car is available. I was told I could get my broke down car back till Wednesday. That won't do me any good my car won't start. That's all they had to offer me. Again my car is still under warranty so I feel as if they should have had a car for me to drive till my car could be fixed

Have 2014 Challenger Shaker brought in for repairs in Oct 14 for repairs was told if we find anything else let them know . We contacted them late Nov was told insurance would be contacted and they would call back so the additional repairs could be done, the person we were dealing with was let go all info lost which we did not find out until Jan 15 because we called. Had to go back in to start over and did not here back for another month, had to go back again to go over issue and they forgot to take pictures so one more trip. May 11th spent 45 min talking to them about why we had not been contacted to find out they blamed insurance and put parts back into inventory. The service manager came out and told me bring it back the following week and they would fix the vehicle and deal with insurance, called day before taking vehicle in to find out they could not fix it due to insurance had not called them back. I informed them of what the manager had told me and of course they told me sorry. The service manager lied and should have never told me what he did, this has been going on for 6 months I would not expect a manger to lie to a customer when this has been neglected by his department for so long. I was told he would get with his department personnel to figure it out,but never called prior to brining the car in to let me know the issue. The insurance adjuster asked why so long I told him it was Lithia blaming them.Once the car is finished with the remaining repairs I will not be going back to have them service it again.

I had the worst experience here. During my search for a car the salesmen kept passing me over to another salesman. I had a total of 5 who all told me something different. Wasnt totally sure if I wanted the vehicle I chose Rex in financing told me that because I had not turned in my check for my down payment the deal wasnt final And that I would have time to think about it overnight. The next morning I decided that wasnt the vehicle I wanted but they told me too bad and that I was stuck with it. They are all extremely dishonest and forced the sale. Jason and Mark were no help at all I called several times leaving voicemails and I never received a call from either of them. I had also mentioned some scratches in the paint before I took it home and they told me not to worry I could bring it in anytime to get it fixed now they are not standing by their word and everyone is acting like they don't know what I am talking about. I will never buy another car from here or any sister company nor will I ever refer my friends or family! I will be giving bad reviews for this place for the next 50 years!

The sales rep Woody was great. He is the only reason we stuck around instead of going to another dealer. The whole process of purchasing our new truck was painful. Going back and forth with the games ate up a lot of time. We spent almost 8 hours making the deal and completing the mounds of paper work they required. My wife and I have a credit rating of 830 so credit for a vehicle was never a question. Next the vehicle had to be brought to the dealership from another dealer which required us to come back the next day to pick up the truck and go through the pre-delivery. Another 3 hours out of our day plus a 2 1/2 hour drive each way from home. Not enough time left in the day to have the protection package applied to the outside and inside of the vehicle. Another day wasted as I had to return for yet a third day. Another 2 1/2 hours to the dealer for the protection package and upon arrival I informed the service writer that I had a couple of problems with the truck. One was the computer showed an error and that the tire pressure system needed to be addressed. Also I felt the exhaust break was not functioning properly as it would come on and immediately go off again. 7 hours later they told me that the truck was ready to go. When I received my paper work I asked about the mechanical problems and was told they put air in my tires. I explained that was not the problem. She told me I could make another appointment to have it looked at. I complained to the service writer and she stated she didn't understand what I needed to be looked at. I told her that wasn't true because I was standing there when she explained to another service person that they needed to look at the tire reporting system. Thanks to one of the head mechanics hearing the conversation he told the service writer to make up a ticket and they would look at it. Another 1 1/2 hours and the truck returns. The right front sensor was none op. On my way home and approx. 10 miles down the road I get the same computer message and we're back to square one with the sensors not reading anything and it appears the exhaust break system is still working the same, not. When I returned home I crawled under the truck to inspect the undercoating that was just applied. Looked like they missed several areas and the stuff was pretty thin. We were told it would be like a spray in bed liner to the underside but this stuff is really thin almost like tar. Some even came off on my fingers. A couple of days later I called the dealership, talked to the same service writer, explained that the fix didn't work and I'd bring it in the next day. Nope couldn't do that, I needed another appointment which they were scheduling for the next week. I'm glad I don't have a life or any obligations that need my attention. My prior Dodge truck I bought was from Lithia of Eureka, CA. They have always serviced my vehicle, been quick and efficient, let me know how long it would take, and always finished on time or a head of time. Would I buy another vehicle from them? Only if I could not get an equal or better deal from somewhere else.

Unbelievable Nightmare! Be very aware, above and beyond in the usual car dealer dishonesty department! I live in another town and worked with the salesman over the phone for 6 days, worked the deal to within a few dollars of the payment I stated I could make monthly. On day 5 I was on the website and noticed that the price of the vehicle had dropped by $2000 online and I had to call the salesman's attention to this or they would have sold it me at the higher price. Day 6 I was told the financing was "approved"at the lowest rate and my payment was lower than he originally stated it would be, I was happy with this, he stated it was a "done deal". I only drove 90 miles to Medford to pick up the vehicle because the salesman stated "done deal" financing was approved. When I arrived at Lithia Medford I waited for over an hour before even speaking with the finance manager, who then came out with a completely different financing approval than stated to me by the salesman. The rate was 2% higher and the payment was $20 a month higher than the "done deal" stated to me over the phone. I immediately said no deal this isn't the deal I came over here expecting to sign. Waited another hour because finance manager said let me work on this more, salesman came out and stated the finance manager was going to "force" the credit union to approve the lower rate and payment. At this point they had us move personal items to the new car and removed the license plates to be transferred to the new car and continued with additional paperwork to stall me and keep in the store before they had completed the financing. Another hour later the finance manager brings me into his office and explains that the lower rate was not approved and the higher rate is the best he can offer, but I was "approved" before I drove to Medford to sign paperwork that was already supposed to be done. He stated I could sign the higher deal and take the vehicle that day, extending my term by 4 payments still not lowering my monthly payment to what was originally stated to me and take a contract written for the lower rate to the credit union myself and "hope for the best" that they would finance that, but then if they don't I'm stuck in the vehicle at the higher rate. The entire 4 hours that we were waiting and going through this game with them, the salesman, finance manager, and another salesman took turns playing their roles to stall us further and not one of them told the truth. After this experience I will never work with Lithia again, terrible customer service! I almost can't believe this experience actually happened, but I guess it's ok to treat people that way when you have a monopoly on the car business in Southern Oregon.
