I came in about 2 weeks ago from Marietta, GA to get a truck. I was in need & determined to come back home with a truck. Although everyone was very pleasant, Mama T went OVER & BEYOND for me!!! She made me feel very comfortable, stayed late with me, prayed for me, & whenever I haD doubts she spoke over me that THIS IS MY TRUCK & I WILL LEAVE HIGHLY SATIDFIED!! Within 24 hrs, that truck was mine & I'm am SO blessed to have such a great truck & a dream of mine finally coming true! Even till this day, she calls & checks on me. I went in to purchase a 2014 Toyota Avalon, and I basically dealt with Mike the Sales Manager the entire time. However, Mike was by far the worst sales manager ever. I don't understand how he gets his position because he has a horrible attitude. Mike never updated me on anything after getting my personal information, and when I contacted him he was very rude and told nothing but lies. I hate the worst experience ever.

I bought a new 2014 Camry from Limbaugh, and the purchase experience was ok. Part of the deal was leather seating, and unbeknownst to me at the time they installed Katskin leather seats instead of Toyota factory leather. Now the seats are cracking/splitting and the car only has 12000 miles, is 2.5 years old and has been garaged the whole time. I got a piece of paper that says Toyota warrants all dealer installed options for 3yr/36,000 mi. Also Katskin website says they also warranty for 3/36. I called and asked if they will honor their warranty. Waiting to hear back, which makes me suspicious they wont. It may change my ratings if they do. I'll keep you posted.

I've used the dealership for service since returning to Birmingham over 10 years ago. When it came to purchasing another vehicle, this was my first choice. I was interested in a quality pre-owned Toyota Camry. The sale person was very good: knowledgeable and patient being the best qualities. The selection of pre-owned Camry's was very good and their website provided the information I needed to narrow my list prior to my sales actual visit. On the day of the sale, I inspected the vehicle, test drove it and received a very good deal for my vehicle of choice. The entire process was quite stress free which was greatly appreciated! I know Limbaugh's service is excellent, now I know that the sales offered by Limbaugh is the same.

We were purchasing from out of town and this was a great experience. Our salesperson Austin, had all the paperwork ready when we arrived and reviewed every detail of the car before we left, even though it was after closing time. This was a great benefit since we we driving after dark and did not have to worry about how turn on lights and operate the radio. He even set up our cell phones to Bluetooth before we got on the road.

$940 to change a $200 AC Compressor and 2 air filters. To complete this 3 separate trips to the service department were required. One was 90 minute wait that involved no service whatsoever. I still was never really provided any evidence that it wasn't what I originally was told by a mechanic was the problem. Three hours to cage a part with two bolts? If you want to be ripped off, over charged, and have your time wasted visit this service department.

Limbaugh Toyota has lost me as a customer. I would not recommend doing business with them. I previously bought three cars from Limbaugh Toyota and was set to buy my fourth car in September of 2015. I also referred two other people who bought cars from my salesmen. My salesman for all purchases was Brett McDanal. I called Brett the first of September and told him I was going to buy a new Camry from him on the 21st of the month. I was waiting to receive my insurance settlement. Brett contacted me before Labor Day and told me they were running a special on 2015 model Camrys and told me the 2015 models may be gone by then, but to come by and leave a deposit and he would hold the car for me. I took off work, came picked out a specific car, agreed on price and left a deposit. I had been in contact with him the two business days prior and called that day to start the paperwork but Brett told me the car was already sold. To put it very simply he lied to me. Upon complaining the dealership, they did offer to find me a similar car, same year and model, but with two pricy upgrades and for $1800 more than my original offer. I went to a different Toyota dealership who was honest with me and I purchased a new Camry.

Let me just say that rarely do I ever publicly give anyone a bad review, but after my last visit to the parts/service department, I was extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated. I only answered "yes" that I would recommend this dealership because I have bought two cars from Bret McDanal, and was very satisfied with his level of knowledge and expertise. However, the service department leaves much to be desired. I have overlooked the fact that it takes forever to even get an oil change regardless of scheduling an appointment, that they have tried to charge me more than once when my service was covered until the maintenance plan, but the rudeness of the service advisor during my last visit was just plain poor customer service. Nevermind the fact that I ordered a replacement mirror cover from Limbaugh's part department for my Toyota Sequoia and was assured by the parts department that someone in service could pop it on for me when I came to pick it up. But I had to walk out to service myself to find someone to ask to pop it on. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name as I have not dealt with him previously, but I was rudely told that they were very busy and that I would have to wait my turn. When I once again told the gentleman what I needed and that it would only take someone about 30 seconds to pop it in, he abruptly told me that they had a lot of people ahead of me and walked off. I can certainly understand waiting if I needed something more complicated done, but to order the part from Limbaugh, be assured that someone could pop it in for me when I got there, and then be treated so rudely is just uncalled for. Not to mention that I paid $60 bucks for a plastic cover that was most likely defective when I bought the vehicle since it already came off and I haven't even owned the vehicle a year yet. When you pay so much for a vehicle, you expect to receive quality service. Not sure if I'll be purchasing my next Toyota from Limbaugh just because of the service department.

We dealt primarily with Alan Woodward, and were very pleased with all of his help. He was very friendly, low-key, and bent over backward to be helpful to my wife and I. However, everyone at the dealership was great; anytime some small issue came up, there was always someone--even someone with whom we weren't dealing at all-- who would quickly come to our assistance. Everything they said they would do, they did, and as promptly as possible. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and when I get a new car, I plan to go to them. (Sorry, I can't remember the man's name in finance, but he was great, too).

If I arrived at 730 am for basic car service but two hours later I am informed that there is a two hour delay and next time make an appointment.... my question is, does my vehicle sit for hours while the appointments are taken before me? if that is the case maybe put on your website that regardless if you arrive early and we open at 7 am be prepared to wait until the appointments made like say 900 or 1000 am will go before you. That is very frustrating and disappointing.

I shopped around for a new 2015 Toyota Camry for a few weeks, thought I found a deal at another dealership however the deal was not much of a deal at all! The salesman was very pushy and could not sit still long enough to answer my questions! I called Limbaugh Toyoyta and spoke with Jason King, from the first time speaking with Jason he put my mind at ease. I must admit I had my guards up not wanting to get ripped off. I drove over an hour and met Jason and he did EVERYthing he promised and more. Very professional, took time to explain everything with me, knew the answers to my questions and I feel like I got a great deal....corrections I got a great deal Limbaugh was $ 1,253.55 cheaper than one dealership and was $2,876.09 cheaper than the other dealership. I am so happy that I called and was able to purchase my new Camry. I had no idea car buying could be so easy. I called Limbaugh Toyota to inquire about a vehicle I saw on their online website. I was immediately connected with a salesman, Steve, from the pre-owned car department. Steve was nice enough to schedule an appointment with me on the same day so I could come view the car. Upon arrival, Steve already had the vehicle pulled up and ready to show. He was very knowledgeable about the details of the car, the history, and any other questions I had. We went in the office and talked numbers and he was very respectful of and attentive to my concerns. He went the extra mile to make sure that those concerns were addressed and connected me to the people I needed to in order to make the process more smooth. I came to limbaugh Toyota by mistake 4 years ago. I was near the dealership, and my car broke down. Jason King helped me and was able to get me in a nice used car. I have to be honest my credit was not the best and he took the time and worked with my husband and I and told us to come see him in a year and he would put us in a new camry. One year later we were back and Jason was true to his word, we were in a new 2013 Camry. We kept in touch with Jason each time we came in to get our car serviced. Jason is very down to earth which is why we keep doing business with him. My husband and I were thinking of trading in our camry for a new 4 Runner but we didn't know if we could qualify, we called Jason and we now own our dream car; a brand new 2015 Toyota 4 Runner. We love the 4 runner, love Limbaugh Toyota and most of all Love Jason King, we think of him as part of our family.

Bought a 2015 Camry a few weeks ago, great car at a great price. Bailey Little is a very knowledgeable and pleasant sales person. He made sure that I understood everything about the car and that it had everything that I wanted included. Price was good, not too many add ins. Credit person was also great and knowledgeable. I had a wreck and took my car to Limbaugh. From the management down everyone took great care of me. It's a great feeling knowing that you have taken your car to the right place and you will be taken care of. The process was quick and they had me out in a rental very soon after the wreck. I wrecked at the intersection behind the new car lot and the owners and managers of Limbaugh personally came out to make sure everything and everyone was ok. They did a great job!! Bought a car from here had to wait two hours to sign paperwork. the next day my credit union informed me that they have charge me more than I should have paid on the car and on financing. With a 700 Credit score I should have qualified for 1.9 or 2.9 percent... my advice is to get there price and check around and dont lose like I did. Glade I know better now. People we friendly price just sucks.

Questionable Replacement of Tires

I took our 2003 Siena in for a realignment. The service writer said I needed new tires so I took his word for it and let them proceed with both tires and alignment plus a timing belt. Although the service writer promised a rental car, the business office refused and one was not provided. The price for the timing belt was very reasonable and I was happy with that. However, once I got home I pulled my receipt for the previous tires. They were 50K tires and only had 28K used on them and plenty of months left under their warranty. Although I overheard Customer Service tell the business office to be sure and email an evaluation form to me one was never received; even after I contacted the Service Manager. This was not my first visit but it will be my last.

Bought a used Tundra, recently. Was told by the salesman all the electronics worked ( one would think the sales personnel would know their products). Was alsp told it would be repaired if it didn't work. Salesman didi a lot of back peddling when I asked them to repair a broken DVD hinge. Talked about how much it cost. You know some one knew what worked and what didn't as the had to have gone over the vehicle when it was traded in. Discovered afterwards that the parking sensors did not work correctly, Third tail light and both cargo lights didn't work Also possible unreported damage as retainers were missing from the front valance. If you do ever trade with these people do not sign anything before you get in WRITING, anything they say they will do to the car if you buy it. I feel like all the see is $$$$$ signs when they look at a customer.

Spoke to Travis via internet first.....suggested I come into dealership. I visited on 8/19 and spoke with Erich. I specifically ask Erich to see the special L for 18,888. I had a friend with me and she will stand behind me that he said "yes ma'am , park your car and I will show you". He took me over to the L and said ' this is suggested retail and we arrive at the sale price by giving the leather, keyless entry and floor mats as a marked off option". After talking further with him inside dealership he also said " you get 2 key pads and a full tank of gas". I spent over and hour with him after I told him I had only a few minutes and never got an answer on my trade in! I told him I was limited on time and would he text me with the information and he said "yes". On 8/20 I had not heard and text Travis to please find out. No answer, so on 8/21 left message for an answer via text since I do not hear well on the phone. After finding out I was not going to finance there, Travis tells me that the keyless and mats are not included. Erich told him a lie and said it did not tell me that, remember I have a witness he did say that to me. 19,283.69 with trade in and 21,378.69 without trade in. What ever happen to honesty?

I bought a Toyota Tacoma 08 40,000 miles on it. And the first thing I noticed when I got home it had a dent the size of a basketball in the top of the truck. Didn't see. It until I looked out the window of my kitchen witch is 2 stores high .No body there told me it had that dent in it wile I was sighing the papers .Short time after 2 months the barrens went out in the clutch.A few months after that the passenger front hub went out.A few months after that the paint started coming off the front bumper and the rear shocks went out.All this and when I finally got rid of it it only had 80,000 miles on it.I went to them about every problem and all I got was sorry there is nothing we can do. Even tho it was under f/w.I turned them into the bbb and now they are lieing to them saying that I did not speak to anyone about the problems . They lie,cheat,steal,biggest crooked people I know.All they won't is your money and when they get it you will be kicked to the curb if you have any problems with that vehicle .Some lady name Kay Makenzy that I had never talk to ever and still have not is the one telling the bbb that I'm lieing.I wish she would set up a meeting to talk to me because I have proof were I had to get the truck fixed. If you are reading this do your self a favor find a diff dealership.It will save you a lot of headache.

Jason told me what they had, and price range. I was able to get excellent price for my trade , and have leather and heated seats installed in my new corolla. I am very pleased with my new Corolla, I was told up front what the price was going to be and was told it was going to take two days to have the leather installed. The next morning I received a call and was told my car was ready to go !

Horrible experience, vehicle was towed to dealership, kept car for 26 days and still did not repair, still made me pay . I will have to go to small claims court to recover. Initial diagnosis was wrong, took 9 days to realize that was not correct, next diagnosis was also wrong. Very bad customer service the whole time, with everyone fron Sidney in repair shop to Mr Limbaugh . Rented me a car at double the rate of the previous person, after delays from their mis diagnosis. We were told to take our 1992 landcruiser elsewhere. They apparently do no diagnosis there, or do not have anyone there who can diagnose. The diagnosis is done in Jacksonville Fl. not at Limbaugh. Most horrible experience you can ever imagine, they lied to us from the beginning and stole our money.

We saw the 2011 Avalon at the Birmingham Auto Show and decided to test drive one. Limbaugh Toyota is not the dealership most convenient to us. We are much closer to a very large dealership, and we see many Toyotas with that dealer's insignia on the back. However, we chose to deal with Limbaugh based on having met John Farrington at the Birmingham Auto Show. He patiently and politely explained everything about the 2011 Avalon on display, and spent extra time with us showing us other Toyota models to illustrate different colors. When we arrived at the dealership, John quickly arranged a test drive in a 2011 Avalon equipped exactly as we requested. Based on the test drive, John's professional attitude, and the overall friendliness of everyone we met at the dealership, we contracted to purchase a new Avalon. Although we had to wait a few days for the exact model we wanted (no fault of the dealer - there were none immediately available anywhere), we are now proud owners of a 2011 Avalon Limited. We feel we received a very fair deal and were treated professionally and respectfully throughout the entire purchase process. We can easily recommend Limbaugh Toyota to anyone planning to purchase a vehicle.
