Did not purchase my vehicle with Liberty but have a Dodge vehicle. Went in for check engine light and they found other issues covered under warranty that fixed the issue and then some. Great turn around, fast shuttle service and friendly staff. I will utilize there service department for every fault my vehicle has. If I was in the market for a new vehicle, I would stop there first.

The wife and I were looking to purchase a newer more spacious vehicle so we viewed a used Ford Flex on the lot. Wife didn't like it, so the sales lady, Mrs White introduced us to a used, but emmaculant Jeep Grand Cherookee,,, we even tested it out for the weekend! Even though it was nice and spacious with an aroma of luxury, the gas mileage wasn't pleasing to my wife! We returned on Monday, to retrieve our Volvo, which was our trade in, the sales rep, listening to our needs and desires, pointed us to a Ford Fusion titanium that we viewed on their website over the weekend! Not only did the car meet all of my needs, my wife won't let me come home without the purchase! I got a more than fair amount for my trade in and the financial managers spoke to my wife and I personally and found a better interest rate with their financing than my pre approved bank offer from my financial institution! Shocking! This was the best vehicle buying experience that my wife and I have ever had! My 6 month old even likes it! Bottom line, great people, great business!!!

I was searching for a used car for my daughter and found exactly what she wanted at Liberty. I sent an email with a few questions about the car and got a prompt response from Curtis. He answered all of my questions and I drove the 2.5 hrs to see the car a week later. All of the sales representatives and dealership personnel were very friendly and professional. I ended up buying the car and returning a week later to pick it up. They worked with me in every step of the process and made it easy for me. It was worth taking the drive. I would highly recommend Curtis and this dealership to anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks Liberty for working with me to make my daughter's Sweet 16 super special!

Brought in a company vehicle that I had an appointment for. Service didn't know any thing about it. They wanted me to sign paperwork making me responsible for the bill. I told them I don't own the car my company leases it and they pay for the service. Spoke with the no-service manager and he refused to speak to my company rep about it. I was surprised that their service dept. has gone downhill as they used to be good. I also purchased a new truck from them several years ago. Was told I'd get $500 off for being a veteran. Found out after you had to active duty or be a retired veteran. Had an issue with the air conditioning leaking on my truck under warranty. They refilled it as they couldn't find the leak. Air going out again but not taking it back to these guys as warranty is also over.

I was out of town with hubby's truck and had mechanical problems; I called him and asked him to check out Liberty CDJ and get ideas for a Grand Caravan. Not only was he prepared with the financial details but what we would get for a trade in and everything was set up. When I got the repairs finished and returned home we were at the dealership on Monday to sign papers and get my dream car. though we had the primary arrangements made with Curtis, when we looked at the vehicles (for me to decide on color on Sunday) Jessica was working and without any qualms she showed us the inside of the vehicle and then on Monday, Curtis & Troy finished the paperwork and Curtis gave us a "class" on verything on that Grand Caravan. He took so much time with us in showing us what each button was and how to work all of them. I truly believe he enjoys selling vehicles and enjoys the product that he sells, it shows in the fact that he wants to make sure you know everything about that vehicle to make your ownership a memorable one. In all of my 60 (plus) years, this is the 3rd new vehicle that I've had and above par--the best vehicle buying experience I've had. We was having problems getting financed at another local dealer in Hinesville that promised us they could. We wasted 3 days on this dealer. Once we was told they could not finance us I decided to stop by Liberty Dodge. It was late and Curtis Mason came out and I explained our situation. I did not want my credit ran a lot. Curtis explained that they would only run it thru 4 banks if they thought they could get us approved. Thinking it would be a waste of time we decided to try it anyway. I wrote down the stock number and went home to fill out the online credit app. Curtis stated that it would be better doing it that way so we could get the internet price. About 10 am the next day he called my wife and asked when we could have the down payment. We was really just seeing if we could get approved. Was waiting on our tax return. Curtis then said he would try something else. A little while later he called my wife and asked when we could come get our car. Not only did they get us financed but with $0 down and our payments where we wanted. They worked hard to get us financed. I really appreciate everything they done for us and our family. We now own a 2013 Dodge Avenger. Its the first new car we have had since 1993. This is an awesome dealer and I highly recommend them to anyone with credit problems or without.

I BOUGHT A CAR OUT OF STATE FROM ROB SAUCIER THE INTERNET SALES MANAGER AND MY EXPERIENCE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IVE COME TO EXPECT. THE CAR WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL ROB PICKED ME UP AT THE AIRPORT 45MIN AWAY RIGHT ON TIME. I WAS IN AND OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP QUICKLY. NO ADDITIONAL HAGGLING OR UNEXPECTED SURPRISES. My husband is deployed and contacted the online sales representative, I recieved a phone call from the dealership and decided to stop in. I showed them what we were looking for and what we wanted the payments to be. Ashley was great with working with us to get us into the Dodge Grand Caravan. All the staff were very cheerful and pleasant to talk to while I waited. I also had my 3 children with me, ages 8,6, and 9 months!!! There is an excellant play room/waiting room. Overall we all felt very welcomed there and part of their "family" for the duration of our stay!!

Just bought a New 2012 Jeep Compass last week from this dealership. All of the staff there were very friendly and helpful! My husband who is currently deployed overseas contacted the internet sales manager Rob and from there they emailed back and forth throughout the entire process. Almost like he was here! Rob went above and beyond with helping us find the exact one we were looking for! He even drove 3.5hrs away himself there and back to save us money on delivery! I was also given a nice loaner during this process. Overall it was a smooth experience, we got a great deal, and we couldn't have asked for better service!!!

I had a great experience here, and must admit I'm prob the pickiest shopper there is. But these guys impressed me. The internet sales manager even sent me a personalized video email. Rob is the managers name, and he went above and beyond what other dealers were doing to help me find the Jeep I was looking for. I hit send and seriously less than 5 minutes later I was talking to the guy ironing out details for the Jeep I was looking for. It was on his lot and he invited me for a test drive and the guy knew so much about the Jeep you'd have thought the guy made it himself. haha. Anyways I love the Grand Cherokee my husband and I bought and would without a doubt send people to Rob because he treated us like family. All the people we met were really nice and the price I got was wayyyyy cheaper than the Savannah dealership who tried duping me into a "Mopar finish package" that they add to all their vehicles which costs you like 700 more and has zero meaning. At any rate I would definitely send my people to be taken care of by Liberty Chrysler. These people are as nice as they come. :)

when my husband was still active in the army,he had a old beat up diesel truck and it was falling apart on him.We stopped in just to see what they could do for us, lol little did we know they were going to give him a very good trade in price and have us on the road in his not new but new to him truck pretty fast. There was no hassle, they were strait forward and honest the whole time. because of the way they treated my husband and I with the up most dignity and respect I send people there all the time.
