After searching for the 'perfect' one for a very long time. Our salesman called on a Saturday morning. He informed us that one had just come in the night before. We drove 65 miles. Our salesman, Mike Sandkrop had found the 'perfect' one for us. It had all the options we wanted plus!!! The dealership and sales team are superb. We could not be happier with our new vehicle, the RX350. Thank you Mike for not giving us on us. We will be back to you in the future.

I had an unsatisfied experience with a LEXUS, car dealer, representative, in Peoria, Illinois. As a result, I contacted a LEXUS Dealership, in Davenport, Iowa (known as the Quad Cities). I was connected with Julie Cavazos, Sales Consultant for LEXUS of Quad Cities. Julie worked with passion. She was energized with a motivated drive, from start to finish. Julie communicated with me willingly, promptly, and in a timely manner, while she was on vacation, in California. Beyond my wildest imagination, Julie drove the beautiful, stunning, eye catcher, attention getter, LEXUS that I was interested in, one-and half hour drive, to Peoria, Illinois, upon her arrival, from vacationing in California. This was done in, "Good Faith," unaware of my credit standing, my credit worthiness and not knowing, whether, I would seal the deal. A few days later, I came to the Lexus dealership in Davenport, Iowa. I met Julie, Dave Prohaska - New Car Sales Manager, and Steve Jennings - Finance Manager. They helped me customize the vehicle of my dreams and I completed all necessary paperwork to become an owner of a LEXUS. A week later, my vehicle arrived at the dealership. If you live in Peoria, Illinois, I highly recommend those seeking, to buy a LEXUS, to work with Julie Cavazos and the LEXUS team, in the Quad Cities. As a courtesy and option, LEXUS of Quad Cities offers valet service, meaning, they will pick your vehicle up to service it, even, if you live out of town, at no extra charge. Julie is extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the LEXUS brand. Thank you Julie, for offering nothing, short of genuine, customer service. My family and I are very pleased and appreciative. You got a 10 + 10 from me!! You got drive!!

Our purchase was of a new NX 200t in Nebula Gray Pearl. The experience was a really good one and that's hard to say about any dealership when going through the "dealing" process. The people in all departments and at all levels were very nice and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience in the purchasing process. The only slightly negative was that it had taken four-and-a-half hours to make the deal, do the paperwork and learn about the intricacies of the NX. Since it was 6pm, we didn't quite get through the complete checklist of items for "knowing" our NX. We have used the tutorials and have taken up where the Lujack people left off. There is so much to learn with the technology of this crossover. Nevertheless, it was a great time for us and we will enjoy this NX 200t for many years to come.

I bought my first Lexus from here. I wasn't planning on buying that day but this sweet lady named "Julie" greeted my husband & I. She was a spit fire of fun & really knew a lot about the cars. For example I said "Do they come in this color?" She replied "No they stopped that color in 2010." Holy Heck! How do you remember little things like that? She made the test drive fun & informative. How could I not buy that day????!!!! It wasn't planned but it happened. I LOVE my Lexus!!!! I won't go back to the other company. By far it is my favorite vehicle I've purchased. Also, my favorite buying experience! Every person that passed me said hello with a smile. They have great staff there. Definitely recommend & will buy from here again.

I can tell the thing I despise the most is purchasing a vehicle. This is the first time in 25 years that I was not totally frustrated in the process. My sales representative Steve Karwath was so good and understanding my needs in the vehicle. The finance department was up front with me and did not try to re-negotiate the price once it was settled. It was the fastest, most efficient and best experience I've had in buying a vehicle.
