I purchased my car in june and still get montly statement for random charges from my previous Lexus. Everyone from the Salesmen to as high as the General Manager are horrible. They do not care about you or your service or loyalty, they only care about money. Since i purchased my car ive gone atleast 10 different times to lexus for unsolved business from a previous lease. DO NOT purchase your car from here and definitely from a guy named JC which is over at the Subaru side. Mr. Armani is horrible as a manager who doesnt do anything to make a situation better. Actually he belittles you when spoken to and walks away from every situation. The list goes on of the horrible service ive received. Lexus Finanacial also does not help. If i can return my car and never deal with Lexus again, i would. These peoples are SCAMMERS and will tell you ANYTHING to make a sale.

CAR DAMAGED SEVERAL TIMES WHILE BEING SERVICED!
In the span of six months, I brought my vehicle 10 times to this dealership. I brought it in to have my tires replaced and they scratched my wheels (which took 2 visits for them to fix and the paint started to strip a couple of months later). I brought it in to have the door lock fixed (which took 4 visits for them to fix) and they scratched my vehicle. I brought it in to fix the sunroof (which took 2 visits for them to fix) and they damaged my headliner. I brought it in an 11th time for them to address all these issues and my vehicle is still scratched. I submitted a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and they never even bothered to reply.Get your car serviced elsewhere.

Best experience working with Michael Banko
I walked into the dealership after a long work day. A few people greeted me however Mr. Banko made this deal happen. I was treated like a King and felt like a VIP. Michael asked me what I loved and hated about my current vehicle. Great question he had "what do you want in your Lexus that your MINI Cooper does not have?" Mr. Banko had a specific Lexus model in stock that he wanted me to test drive. During the drive we connect the bluetooth and he explained the hundreds of features (the remote start app. is amazing.) When we sat down to discuss numbers I had no intention of driving off the lot in that specific Lexus. Long story short, I drove off with that exact Lexus. I brought 4 new tires elsewhere 7 months ago. The problem is the front are showing treads and the back are great condition. The tech explained it's possible Lexus never rotated your tires when you have visited them at least 2xs for service. I really trusted my tires were rotated. If u see the excessive wear in the front it's now obvious Lexus is to blame. Now I have to purchase 2 new tires and can't afford it. I'm have children and travel to work at night scared for my safety. I should not be responsible for something Lexus is suppose to do. I have a plus package for service to prevent out of pocket expenses.

Unprofessional, rude, and crazy
Brian Moore is the worst car salesman I have ever encountered in my life. I am a current Lexus lease holder and wanted to trade my car in. Brian threw my keys at me and walked out. I will never go back to this dealer, and I will never lease or buy a Lexus car in my life again. Beware!
Every time I bring my car for service here , a week after I need to get a jump start on my battery after i pick up my car from the dealer. I wonder why.?The worst part is that it takes an hour for the road side to come by for assistance.

My husband and I have been with Lexus for 13 years, but this is the first time that we dont have to spend hours at the dealership to get the lease that we wanted. I dont know if it was good luck or if it would have been the same with a different person, all I know its that Im glad that Denis was standing at the door when we got there. He asked us what we exactly we wanted and the deal that he got us was pretty close to what we wanted, without having to go back and forth as its usually the case in other dealerships. My Sales Product person was Denis Shadrin, who is the best. I've reached out to Denis on a few times and he is always available. Be it by phone or email he never fails to return any of my messages. However just recently (not fault of Denis) I received a bill from Lexus Financial Services for a fee in the amount of $686.11 for Excessive Wear and Use. Of course I thought this was sent in error given my first lease ever on a 2014 Lexus IS250 with a little 8000 miles/27 months lease. I wasn't aware or informed that I would be subject to incidental fees. I've requested a callback from the Customer Relations/Service/compliant department because this bill was received about a month after I lease my new 2016 IS200t. If this information could have been disclosed to be upfront then I as a consumer would have made the appropriate steps to have incidentals/disposal fees amendments made to my contract. Personally I like the lease process, but now there is a bit of hesitations because now I have a vehicle that I'm afraid to drive because I don't know what constitutes excessive wear and use. If someone could contact me to clear this matter up as I continue to promote Lexus of Pembroke Pines to coworkers, family and friends it will be greatly appreciated.
I drive from Jupiter and this is my 2nd lease at Pembroke Pines. I dealt with Jeremy both times. To describe my experience in one word it would be Painless. Never felt any pressure or think I was being lied to. Of course there is negotiation of $$ but Jeremy and Business Manager Rafael were equally patient. Thanks guys!! Stacy H.

Bad experience after recent purchase
After leasing my new Lexus IS 250, I had been happy with my experience until I received a multiple citations from Miami Dade County Court Clerks office in regards to my old tag on my old car that was traded in not being returned to the tag agency. With that said, Fred Carey my Sales Associate told me not to worry about the old tag because the dealership would take care of it. After leasing my new car, I also registered for a nee tag and left the dealership with a new paper tag. However, sales associate Fred Carey told me he would take care of my old tag on my old car I traded in. With that said, now I have called the dealership myself to find out what happen with my old tag because is was never returned to me and I seem to just get bounced around to different people. I have left multiple voice mails to the Financial Services associate Rafael Esquivel and I get no respond. Also, once I got to talk to Sales associate Fred Carey himself, he says "he does not recall what happen on the date of me purchasing my new vehicle." "I do not even remember what cars I sold yesterday." I feel that I was treated fine until I purchased the new car and then became just a number. After this incident, I feel uncomfortable returning to renew my lease, and I feel the staff has been unprofessional. Honestly, i am still waiting for a someone to call me back. Finally, I have submitted a letter to the Miami Dade County Court clerks in regards to this matter. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

We stopped by dealer today just to look at cars . We were greeted right away by Juan Carlos Morales . He was very happy and enthusiastic when greeting me with a big smile . He ask my needs and I replied just looking , he replied I am here to assist you in anything or question you may have . I was surprised , typically salesman just leave when you say your just looking . I spent and hr with him asking as I looked through their selection . I didn't buy as I am just in the first stages of looking and I am very impressed and will defintly be making my next vehicle purchased for Juan Carlos Morales and Lexus of Pembroke Pines.

I emailed dealership on or about Feb 23,2016 about a 2006 Mercedes Benz S430 that they had just listed for sale. I got a call from their salesman Alex Guerra and asked if he could send some pictures of the car and I also asked what was the lowest price that they would accept. He responded that he would get back to me in 1 hour. When he didn't call back, I called and he returned my call about an hour after that. He said that they were willing to take about $500 off the asking price and there would be an additional $799 doc fee. I made an offer of $1000 less than the asking price and said that includes the doc fee. He responded that the offer was less than what they paid for the car. I said that was fine and I would continue to look elsewhere. On Friday Feb 26 at 12:06 PM I got a call from the sales manager at the dealership. He said his name was Audwin Lovinsky and had seen my email to Alex. He then stated that he was willing to accept my offer. I said that I would arrange to have a pre-purchase inspection done by a third party since I live in Colorado. Shortly after that call at 1:12 PM, Audwin called back and said he needed more money for the car, that he already had a deposit for the car and wanted another $500. I said NO. I had made an offer and he accepted it. He said he would call me back. At 1:28 the original salesman, Alex called and said that my offer was accepted. I told him that I would arrange for the pre-purchase inspection. He stated at that time that he would need a copy of my credit card and license. I asked him why I couldn't just give the number over the phone. He said that was their policy. I called my credit card company and asked if they have ever heard of this kind of policy. They told me that it is not something that they know about and since I was out of state and would not be picking up the car until well after the amount had cleared, that the dealership had zero risk. I called Frank at Miami Auto Inspections and scheduled an inspection of the car for the next morning. I gave Frank the name of the salesman, Alex and his cell number per Alex's instructions. At this point I gave Frank my credit card number and and gave my approval to change the $270 fee for the inspection. I then called Alex and informed him that we were all set for the inspection the next morning Saturday Feb 27. I then asked about the credit card deposit and I told him what my bank's fraud department told me about the dealership not having any risk since I was not getting anything until after it had cleared. I then asked if I could give him the number and he could put a charge through for $1000 to hold the car. I asked if everything goes OK with the inspection that on Monday Feb 29th I could do a wire transfer for the entire amount and refund the deposit to my credit card. Alex said that we could do the wire transfer on Monday and no need for the Credit card. I said to Alex, I already paid for the inspection and I wanted to make sure that the car would not be sold before I had a chance to get it inspection and complete our deal. Alex responded that he had already taken the car off the list of vehicles for sale and marked it as sold and I had nothing to worry about. On Saturday Feb 27 at 9:45 AM, Audwin called and said that the car had failed the inspection by their service department that morning because of a ticking noise in the engine and the dealership had decided to wholesale the car. I said that my inspector was on his way there if he wasn't already there. Audwin said he would call me back. I called Frank the inspector, he said he was on his way to the dealership and would be there within the next 20 minutes. He said that he was very familiar with the noise that Audwin was talking about and was usually a sensor that was a very easy fix. I told him to go ahead with the inspection. When Frank got there, he called me and said that the car was gone. Frank talked to a sales manager who said the car was no longer at the dealer.
This dealer will scam you out of your money!!!!
I gave them one star because a zero was not an option!!! The experience at this dealer was great until we went to sign the final paperwork. The price we agreed on was $4,000 off from the price that was on the final paperwork. Thankfully my husband reviewed the paperwork and caught them with their pants down. Their main concern was having us agree on a monthly car payment without discussing the interest rate or the cost of the car. Please be very careful when purchasing a car from this dealer!!!! The financing manager had no choice but to give us what we originally agreed on because we were going to walk away from the deal. Please be careful and do not allow this dealer to get you caught up in the excitement of buying a new car. I am following this review with a complaint to the dealer manager and up. I am going to report them to the BBB.

Can't believe it happened again!
I have my car for about 2 years now and the 3 times i took my car to the Dealers at Pines Blvd for maintenance few days after one of my tire is loosing air. I took the car to check the tire somewhere else and the 3 times is always a little piece of something stock in one of the tires that seen to be there for few days only.. Is too much coincidence that happens to me 3 times already , happend to my husband once, to my son once and to one of my friends. All of them right after taking the car for maintenance. Where do I begin? I thought everything was great when I traded in my IS for an NX in November 2015. Fast forward 2 months and I received a letter from Lexus Financial stating that Lexus of Pembroke did not turn in a Payment Waiver Certificate to cover my one remaining payment on the IS and I now owe the $405. I contacted the salesperson, Kris Koo, and he first said the IS doesn't qualify but then said he didn't know I owed a payment. I spoke to a manager, Andre Armani, who gave me the run around for a week and finally told me to pay it and then he'll speak to the GM and see what they can do. Finally, I called and left several voicemails to the GM, Vladimir Keslin. I then wrote a Yelp review stating my experience thus far. I then found the GM's email online (the girl at the front desk said she didn't know it) and wrote the GM an email after not receiving a call back. He replied that he will not assist me because of the review I wrote on Yelp and will only speak to my attorney! The emails are posted as proof on my Yelp review. I contacted corporate today and they are going to open a case to see what is going on. This is my 3rd Lexus, I love Lexus but I refuse to have someone treat me so terribly. I don't know since you guys got new staff etc.... things are very bad no loaners vehicle when your car is in service I ask to speak to the GM he is never available but I see him through the window drinking coffee In the past your GM Was always available for any of my concern I am very upset of the service dept. no loaners I have to wait for 2 weeks to schedule a appointment for a loaner sad I do not recommend. That Guy frank he smokes in front customers unprofessional I don't know how he can be a manager. This dealership loss its class just look at the service no loaners vehicle at all the general manager emails was sent to him I tried calling him no calls I do not know why he is getting paid for.I know I am going to get a email saying that to call frank why he cant call me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lying by omission is STILL LYING. This dealership sucks. People in So. Florida have so much money they just don't care how they treat people or how they spend their money. I bought a new 2015 NX t200 and found out AFTER how much was kept from me....ALL LIES!!! There were things the dealership offered that I found out from someone who lives near me, NOT the salesperson. SCOTT MANKIN LIES BY OMISSION. There were glaring omissions all along the way. Scott tries to come across as a low key and honest salesman. NOT. I don't have enough space to tell you all the lies (by omission) he perpetuated on me. And forget the management..or Lexus corporate!!! The management wont come out of the office if you are there and want to talk to them..and they NEVER return phone calls. Lexus corporate could care less what their dealers do. Its a joke. All the dealerships owned by HOLMAN GROUP ARE ONES TO STAY AWAY FROM. Scott tried to screw me out of accessories that came with the car!! He said he checked..he didnt check anything, never offered me a ride so I didn't have to have a rental car, him and the financial guy lied about the maintenance program!!!!!! Found that out from another dealer. There is no end to what Scott and this dealership will do to a customer. I AM SELLING MY VEHICLE TO BE OUT FROM UNDER ALL THE SCAMS THIS DEALERSHIP PERPETUATES ON IT CUSTOMERS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. HEED THE WARNING.
Great Buying Experience
I met Mario upon entering the dealership and within 10 minutes we were test driving the car of choice. The attention was extremely professional, with absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever. We ended up buying the car, and although it was a Saturday we were out with the new car in a couple of hours. Probably the best car buying experience in our life. I was offered a rate on a car and after I drove it off the lot the next day they told me the rate changed . My choice was to turn in the car or pay the higher rate. The finance manager advised me to make 8 payments and I could turn in the car for a much better rate without a down payment. I made the payments , turned in the car and once again I was fooled. My payments remained the same.

Liars about my credit to charge higher monthly and key fob
Lied to me about my credit score to charge me a higher payment.I lost one of my key fobs, I was told they would "take care of it" using that sales tactic to get me into a new car. Later, I was told 99.99% of keys are a match, but I am the oddity that my 2014 IS key fob could not be matched to any key fob. Keep in mind I had to go to the dealer to learn this because my phone calls and email to customer care manager, George, or Scott were never returned even after a month. I receive a bill from Lexus for $400 for the key fob, asked dealer to pay it, they could not because I got such a good deal with my car. Though, I was sold a car on a pretense.They never tried to match the key fob, where is the report from service saying so?Stay away from Lexus of Pembroke.

My previous Lexus specialist ,Sal Kamal went above and beyond to switch me out of my IS250 to the new RC 350 F Sport.I dropped off my car for oil change. Sal got my car appraised, picked out car, sent me pictures, and did all the paperwork before my arrival. The transaction was smooth and there was no need for me to be there and miss work. I'm one who does her homework. I test drove and studied several vehicles I thought I might like. It wasn't until I drove a Lexus that I was completely impressed. Lucky for me, Mike Kahuk was my salesperson. Super nice, not pushy at all. I never felt like I was being talked into a sale. We started with a RX350 and I quickly moved to the hybrid version of the same: RX450h. Mike was instrumental in getting me the price I was comfortable paying. And as someone else mentioned, there was a dent that I noticed right after and Mike took care of that for me. I really felt like I was family and that he was there to make sure I was 100% happy! Service Dept doesn't solve the problem
I've been a customer of Lexus of Pembroke Pines for years. I currently own my second ES350 2015. It has 5k miles. I've taken it into the service dept 3 times for the same reason. Steering noise. Every time I'm told the same thing, " it's normal noise". NO!!!! It's not normal to have a brand new car with a steering noise that sounds like a car that has 100K miles!!! I didn't pay almost $50k to hear steering noise!!!! I'm very frustrated with the dealership and the way they've handled this. I don't think I'm buying another Lexus.

This was my first experience buying a Lexus and I was truly amazed! Michele Alter was a great help from the beginning to end. I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted for a car and she was there to walk me through the entire process. I never once felt like I was dealing with a pushy sales person. My resent car search started in Charlotte NC while I was searching on autotrader.com. I contacted Lexus of Pembroke for a 2014 certified Lexus IS350 I saw on autotrader listed at a very reasonable price where I was transferred to Fred Miller. Not only was he very personable and easy to work with, he really put this deal together. I purchased plane tickets to come pick up the car and Fred personally came to pick my girlfriend and I up from the airport while greeting us with cold bottled water. This guy went way above and beyond accommodating us and even gave us some pointers on great spots to visit while we were in-town. He even contacted us the next day on his DAY OFF to check in to make sure everything was ok! This is true commitment to his clients!

I recently visited this Lexus dealership and I have to say that my experience was the best. I drove off driving the car I had in mind and most important of all, I got a very decent deal. I was assured by Mike Banko that Lexus of Pembroke Pines could match if not beat a lease deal on an IS250 that I received from another Lexus dealership. After driving 40+ miles to take delivery, I was advised by some condescending tool in finance that they could NOT match the deal. Very disappointing to know that businesses run on LIES and BS schemes still. Shame on you Mike and company for your dishonesty and not honoring your word. Don't you realize the power and impact of negative word of mouth advertising? You will now!
Quantity versus quality
The "2012 collision center of the year".. I took my car to get repairs done and the lack of communication was very inconvenient. My car was there for 7 and a half week's. they told me my on 3 separate occasions my car was ready and when I got there it was still unfinished. when it was finally ready for pick up, my battery was dead and the car was still unfinished. Ended up having to take it somewhere else.. The service was so bad and I was so frustrated, they just told me to take it to another body shop. Those were the words of the manager, Mike Valabek. I do not recommend this place.. oh and the many times I went in to check on the status? I heard other customers complain about the service they received.

Swirls Marks & Satisfaction
I have a 2013 GS 350 black in color Elegance vehicle thou I had an issue no matter what I did to the car swirls marks reappeared,I really thought that the car had issues with paint. these guys lie and are controled by there management
I purchased a car from these guys in Oct 2014. The car was just registered 4 months later, because I was the only one trying to get it taken care of the finance rep and the sales rep both agreed that what was happening to me was not right. I tried to call the General Manager several times and he NEVER returned any of my calls. I have purchased many cars from Florida and registered them in SC where I live with no problems. This dealership is a a black eye to the Lexus Brand The President of the company talked to me like I was a 10 year old. I personally put about 25 hours trying to get this resolved making 3 trips to the DMW which is 45 min away from my home as well as 2 trips to the SC tax office (which is over an hour from my home) all they keep telling me is they did nothing wrong....that is if you can get anyone on the phone. the sales rep and finance guy we in agreement with me that this was wrong what was happening to me .....but the president Tony Stampone told me that they told him nothing was done wrong by the deaslership.......These employees are afraid to speck up......Terrible experience
My first impression when I first walked into the Lexus of Pembroke Pines Dealership was very positive. I did not feel being followed by a salesmen nor did I felt pressure at all. I was asked if I needed help and since I had spoken to Maria (internet) I asked for her at the front desk. Maria was very pleasant and gave me information over the phone. I want to add that I had a family emergency during that week and Mr. Shadrin offerred his services to take my wife and I to the Airport because I did not have the Car yet and he also wanted me to safe money at the airport parking. Waste of time
My experience was nothing like I had expected, especially coming from Lexus. I was inquiring about leasing a vehicle since I've never leased before. I am disappointed to note I walked out just as I've arrived: lost and confused. The sales person stated he was going to tell me about the great leasing deals and I was going to leave satisfied with a new car. Yeah well, that never happened. I was never told about any deals. I could go into more but I don't want to mess with livelihood of anyone. I will be giving my money, time and service to another dealership.

The best dealer ever! Mario was a very friendly and knowledgeable guy and he made the process extremely easy and fast. Very recommended really worth the visit.
Poor customer service
No follow up on accounting error! Promised payment on my mileage overage in order to close the deal. After sale was made the amount promised was not paid. After over 20 calls to dealership, corporate and management I have yet to receive any follow up. The only response I was given was by my finance manager claiming it was an unfortunate case of he said she said!
Greatest sales person at that dealer
Mario is simply the greatest guy to buy a car with (or from). Mario was very knowledgable, helpful, patient, and overall, very friendly. When I went to the dealer I had one thing in mind, but then Mario made me realize there were better and more affordable options. He walked me thru every step of the process and payed attention to all my questions and concerns. In the end, I ended up taking the option that he had suggested to be the best. I am very happy that I was lucky to have him help get my new car. Mario excels in professionalism and his desire to help. Eventually, I'll be back and get him to help me. Glenn and John were super nice and of great help.

I purchased a 2010 Certified Lexux in 10/14. My husband and I own 3 Lexus currently. This vehicle was delivered and did not match certifcation specs. No one returns phone calls or provides service. Every other Lexus Dealership that I have dealt with have been Excellent in every way - this one not even close. They did get new management in early 2015 (still trying to fix issues at that point) and service was no better after new management. It was a sad experience! Not even close to the customer service provided by other dealerships! (Oh - you will never get a breakdown on tax $$'s and you may never get copies of all the documents you signed.)

Beware!!!, stay away from this dealership!!!
I delayed writing this review for 3 weeks to give them a chance to prove otherwise. I purchased a 2013 Audi Q5 via the internet. I live in Michigan and had been looking for a few months for just the right Q5 to come around. My vehicle was advertised as a having the Premium Plus package and when I received the vehicle it was just the base model Q5, without many of the options listed in their ad. I fully understood that buying a vehicle over the internet had its risks, but felt somewhat secure dealing with an established dealer. I'm still deciding whether it will be worthwhile to take legal action. Overall the experience was not good. Throughout the buying process, calls and emails took several days and attempts to get returned. The final disappointment came when the vehicle was delivered with just one key. Three weeks and many request later, still no key. They are now saying there is nothing they can do about it; well, how about purchasing a key getting it programmed and fedex'ing it to me. This is the final straw!!!
Just got my first Lexus this weekend (IS 250 - Nebula color). I'm not a car enthusiast and have never really cared about what I drive, so long as its nice. But, I LOVE driving this care. Not only is the car great, but everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Rafael (finance) was very informative and I felt no pressure to do anything. Jon-Claude Damion, the associate I dealt with, was very knowledgeable about the car I got, was very patient in explaining the nuances of the car and very easy-going. Again, I felt no pressure to do anything. He was extremely patient, listened to everything I had to say and was generally interested in my feedback concerning my feelings toward the car. Despite my fears of getting a car, after leaving the dealership I felt very comfortable with my purchase and was glad to know that there is a car dealership out there that doesn't conform to the usual stereotypical car buying experience. So, thank you.
My wife and I met Gus Arcon for the 1st time yesterday while shopping for a new RX-350. I had talked to him on the phone prior to our visit and first impressions were very positive. We found him to be very pleasant and totally professional. Never once did he revert to what we all know as the "car salesman" role pushing to sell a vehicle. Gus listened to our requests and did his best to accommodate all of them. Bottom line is that this is my 4th Lexus purchase from this dealership and because of service provided by Gus, we will return again. Finally, a 'shout out' to Yucel Genc who lead us smoothly through the closing financial paperwork.

A wonderful experience! I purchased a new Lexus ES 2014 at a fraction cost. My sales rep Denis Shadrin gave me in depth advice (model, Eco and hybrid) that most mattered to me. Denis didn't pump me with standard propaganda sales pitch, instead he listened and in a simple language helped me understand my choices. Each time I pass by the dealership to get a FREE complimentary car wash, I make it a point to thank him. During these troubling times of economic financial concern my es hybrid gets me both 40 mpg city and highway. As you guessed it, I'm filling up my tank once a month. Moreover, it only cost me 45 dollars to fill up (87 regular) a tank of gas. My hybrid car even qualified for local government rebate discounts furthering more savings. My advice to you folks, see sales rep Denis Shadrin. You'll be glad you did.
I wanted a Lexus ES. A CPO Lexus, preferably a 2013. I wandered into this dealership 10 years ago unsure if a luxury car was for me. Instead of pretentious, I found it most inviting. The experience with Lexus of Pembroke Pines was great all the way from when I got there to the time I drove off my new car. The sales person that helped me was Aldo Vega, this guy explained me everything about the is250 f sport that i was getting, and was very nice. The process was very smooth and fast. Aldo also helped me with all the paperwork into when the delivery of the car to me. Over all, is one of the best experience I have had with any dealer so far.
Our saleperson, Patrick was fantastic and very helpful. He did not rush us and gave us detailed information on each of the 2 cars we looked at. Once we completed our deal Patrick also showed us how to use the features in our car before letting us leave on our new Subaru Outback. Dissatisfying customer service
I switched from Acura MDX to a Lexus RX350...Worst experience ever! Lexus of Pembroke Pines..... is like going to a used car lot..... From finance manager to customer service representative. My experience with finance manager was horrifying as he lied about my credit scores and refused to show me my credit report. Show room is not as neat as I expected from a luxury brand. It's been three week since I purchased the vehicle and I've not received a courtesy call as yet. "free car wash and manicure" false advertisement...... My car came out more dirty after it got out of the machine........ No real manicure ..... It's just a scam. PLEASE READ the reviews . I will never recommend any friend or family member to Lexus of Pembroke Pines, in fact, I want my MDX back!
