I had a flat tire today while shopping. I called the Lexus Road Side Assistance and they came and replaced the flat with spare. I drove straight to Lexus to have all tires checked. John took excellent care of my needs. The other three tires were still in excellent condition so only one new one was needed.The tire that went flat could not be relied due to having three nails embedded.It means a great deal knowing we can always count on excellent service from Lexus of Melbourne and John.Thank you,Toby Oswald Customer for life

I have an older Lexus that I have always serviced at Lexus of Melbourne. John Lohne has been outstanding in his professionalism. No one likes a repair bill but I have great confidence in the care I have gotten from John. It helps that the quality of the car is excellent and running great after 200K miles but I think a large dose of the credit goes to the service I've received. It's been honest and direct and given me great confidence and satisfaction.

Overall my experience was very good. Looked at many cars and was not hurried to make a decision. Vehicle of my choice was not on lot, so there was a waiting period. A little disappointed that the car windows were not tinted. This is Florida and did not expect non-tinted glass.

I have been traveling throughout Florida in recent weeks and was prompted to schedule the 15,000 mile service on my Lexus IS 250C. Lexus of Melbourne is located a little over an hour from where I regularly stay and I booked online for the next afternoon. It was easy. The service was completed promptly and efficiently. The personnel were very accommodating and suggested another service which was optional but recommended. Then I was on my way to Miami in a sparkling Lexus. A shout out to John and another gentleman (whose name I didn't get) who checked me in. I was very happy with my visit and the fact that I could maintain both my car and my schedule without difficulties. In a complicated world this was one uncomplicated moment. Appreciated. Thanks.

The staff is so accommodating. I was able to schedule a loaner for the day of my car maintenance. It literally took just a few mins to check in with my advisor, John, and I was on my way with the loaner. They not only took care of maintenance but washed my car and had it ready to go by the time I was done with work. It really decreases the stress of arranging car maintenance!

I have been very pleased with the quality and expertise of the staff at Lexus of Melbourne. I have the 300h and for two years have used their car washes and little else in the service Bay other than well-baby service checks. Even though busy, they take the time to understand my concerns and explain from the nice folks that wash my car to the sales folks that walk through the waiting room. Senior leadership can appear a bit impersonal, but I can't argue with their results. I enjoy my visits to my dealership and will turn to them first.

In most respects my experience with the dealership was excellent. However, yesterday after hours of my asking questions, consulting my insurance company, etc. I was kept waiting well over an hour to sign the purchase papers. I kept being told "another 10 minutes while the Finance Officer finishes up." Finally I could wait no longer. I had a dinner engagement. My ever patient and knowledgeable salesman, Carlos Blanchard, was generous enough to take me home and to call this morning to say that the papers were ready and pick me up half an hour later. Completion of the sale went very smoothly today.ONLY the prolonged wait yesterday makes it 4 stars, not 5. I'm expecting I'll have that 5 star feeling after a car wash or two!

In all my 70 years of purchasing many cars, my recent purchase of my first Lexus was the best ever thanks to Tom Hakimi. The transaction was complicated by trading two cars on one, but all through the transaction, Tom made it a pleasure rather than a chore. I have never had a car salesman fully explain the features of an automobile (2016 Lexus RX 350) as he did, taking us through each feature and fully explaining it. It took almost two hours. I have never written a review before, but I would highly recommend Lexus of Melbourne and particularly Tom Hakimi.

I took my vehicle to the Lexus of Melbourne because of a dead battery, my appointment wasn't until 3:30pm but with my daughter activities during the day, I decided to bring the vehicle in early and will take the loaner car if needed, but John Lohne at the service department take a look at the battery and less than 30 minutes my vehicle was fix and wash at no charge. My wife said, this is where we will purchase our vehicle and services from now on.

I have been bothered with the SRS light indicating that the passenger airbag was not functioning. John Lohne scheduled the appointment for me to bring the care in and check it out. After running a diagnostic it was determined that pins in the harness was the cause and it was a matter of determining the location. It all has turned out great. The light has gone out and stayed out before it was an intermittent problem and I can understand that that makes it difficult to determine the cause.

At a period in time when customer service seems to have become extinct as dinosaurs I was totally BLOWN away by my recent visit to Lexus of Melbourne. After visiting another dealership and being treated not very nice by the sales manager, a friend suggested I try Lexus of Melbourne because she had purchased from them and was very satisfied. She even called and got the name of the sales person she'd worked with 10 years ago, Tom Hakimi. I called on Saturday and my call was returned on Saturday. I told Tom what I was looking for. He told me he thought one had come in in the color I wanted. I went over on Sunday saw and drove the car. I left owning a beautiful Lexus. Tom was wonderful to work with. No high pressure sales. He was very gracious, professional and accommodating.

Justin did a fantastic job making us happy! Being in our 50's, we were extremely particular of what we wanted in a new car. Initially, it was bumpy 'cause the nx200t we wanted was at a different dealership and got sold. We were kind of sad at that point. However, Justin jumped in right away and started looking very hard to find the perfect match for us. A week later, we bought the crossover he had recommended a week prior to that. There was a lot of homework to be had, and looking at different features/options. Finally, we got that call from Justin that every new car owner wants to hear, "I got the car! We will get it here tomorrow." How sweet! We were so tickled! Also, the Sales Manager was extremely informative. Great guy to talk to. And, yes, he gave us the pitch, but did not balk one bit when we didn't accept everything there was to offer for the warranty. Very easy to work with.

I have been with this dealer since 2004. I have worked with Jaime Coats in service and she is outstanding. She multi-tasks extremely well and is only concerned that you have a fabulous experience in the service department even if things don't go the way I thought they would, she has always done her level best to make things right even when I didn't buy my first Lexus from this dealership. So since then because of her and Tom Hakimi I have purchased two RX 350's here. Tom is also a very calm level headed NON pushy sales professional. The owner of this dealership needs 10 more of this guy. He is honest and trustworthy and will tell you straight what they are willing to do and will be more than happy to present what you are willing to do. I highly recommend Tom to anyone who is considering a new or used Lexus. This dealership has always gone above and beyond to make me a very satisfied customer. I would say they need to change up their advertising as it is not becoming to this caliber of vehicle. I come here because of the people who work there. If I didn't know them I would NOT go there simply because of the adds.

I felt like I was taken advantage of and swayed to get an alignment because the service member made it seem that it was needed at that time. When I asked if I needed it he stated,"You don't have to, but I recommend...." Service member stated that an alignment was recommended every 15,000 miles. I spoke to my mechanic brother after the fact that I paid ect. and he stated that I didn't need an alignment at that time. Especially since my car in no way felt disaligned. I feel like it was not right for your service member to sway an unknowledagble customer. My first time experience at Lexus of Melbourne is definitely not a pleasant one. I will definitely go back to Lexus of Orlando from now on.

Good experience. Don C. was helpful in expediting the experience to minimize the time I had to take of work by getting information from me to expedite completion of the paper work. I was also glad o finally be able to reach a deal after periodic contact since last Summer. The only negative was that it took much longer to finish the financial paperwork due to some errors and lack of full communication of what our previous deal was to apply to this deal. Love the car. Just need to learn how to use it. I am looking forward to the link to the video instructions for our training.

I did notice that we were welcomed right away as we drove up for service, That was a great thing since before no one even recognized us as we drove up and we had to look for someone to see that we were there for our service. We did get our loaner, but the loaner that was given us was very hard for us to get in and out of, perhaps the loaner provided should be like the customers' vehicle so that it will be more comfortable. If the customer(s) are having to wait in the waiting area for a good amount of time, perhaps there should be more of perks that Lexus should provides such as better reading material for women. Also, the service rep should occasionally keep the customer informed concerning the progress of work.John took care of our needs and the service was done correctly.

Service was prompt and when it was noticed that the rear tires were worn I was contacted and given a quote that was very acceptable for new tires. They were installed that day. I did return the loaner and forgot my kindle in the back. I called and they promptly found it and let me know I could pick it up any time. I was a first time leaser in 2014 at age 79. Lexus of Melbourne made it easy and my wife and I found a rapport with salesman Tom Hakimi. I was offered a chance to upgrade to a 2016 and did so again with Tom's help. Service Consultant Brian Tokin has also been great to work with. Now, based on 80 years of experience, I can tell you that the cheapest way to own a car is to buy it and keep it for 15 years. Change your own oil and keep the duct tape handy. But been there, done that and nothing smells sweeter than a brand new car.

We initially spoke with Justin by phone on Saturday, March 19th. While the dealership did not have in its inventory a vehicle equipped exactly as we wanted, Justin located several possible vehicles at other dealerships. At every step in the process, Justin was professional, responsive, and accommodating. We agreed to the deal on Monday, March 21st we agreed to deal and Justin said it would likely take three to four days for the vehicle to be transported from other other dealership. Late the next morning, he called and said the vehicle was there and they would be installing a couple other items we requested. From beginning to end, it was pleasant purchasing experience largely as a result of Justin's professionalism.

On Thursday, 24 March, I called Lexus of Melbourne and was connected to John Lohne's voice mail. I left a message for John telling him the reason for my calling; since this was my first time dealing with Lexus of Melbourne and my not having a Lexus vehicle (2014 Toyota Avalon Hybird) I was skeptical that anyone would return my call. Within a short time John called me , told me that the dealership could service my vehicle even if I didn't have a previous appointment if I was able to come in as soon as possible, if not John said that I would be able to get an appointment for a later date. I hurried to the service center and true to his word John had my vehicle serviced and 25000 mile checkup completed in just over an hour. In looking for a quality used car, my wife and I thought a Lexus product would be a good choice but probably out of our price range. We were wrong. On our our arrival we were greeted with a smile and handshake by John Moriarty. He immediately took us to the used car area and was able to discuss in detail the differences (and similarities) of many of the sedans we were interested in viewing. We took test drives in two models and John was terrific and patient - he answered all of our questions about the cars and volunteered a lot of valuable information about the dealership. John was very personable and friendly and most important did not "force' us into making a decision on the spot. On the next day, we called John and were able to work out a deal on the Lexus of our choice and he was able to accommodate delaying the closing for two days to meet our schedule. Upon arrival at the dealership, the car was ready. We completed all the paperwork in a timely fashion and John then took us to our car and spent a lot of time with us going over the technology and other features of the vehicle. We left feeling very satisfied with the whole experience.

I have always taken my '08 ES 350 here for service since it was purchased from them in 2011. In fact, I take my wife's '12 Avalon here for service as well. During the service on my ES there were a few issues found and I decided to trade mine in instead of repairing my beloved ES. I now have purchased a used '08 LS 460 with very low mileage. I have always dealt with two individuals. On the sales side, I deal with Robert Lamarr. Robert has always stayed in good contact with me and always welcomes my family and myself when we come in for our weekly car wash. I did not hesitate in using Robert again for this purchase. He is very pleasant to deal with.The second person I always deal with is on the service side. This is Brian Toker. Brian treats his customers like they are family. I will say it is mostly due to the service provided by Brian that keeps me coming back. His service is the only reason we moved our service from Toyota to Lexus for our Avalon. It is always a wonderful experience at the dealership. It is a comfortable place with very friendly people that make you feel welcome (even during the negotiation process).

Inventory(availability and timing), negotiation, and personal engagements were professional and respectful. In the most recent purchase, our salesman John Moriarty managed a complex deal with my company well, despite some paperwork issues. He made it easy and accommodated us well. I have dealt with Lexus of Melbourne for many years and have never had an unpleasant experience, so common when women have to deal with car dealerships and their car repair services. Mr. John Lohne has been most conscienciously looking after my 1995 Lexus SC 400 which I just love and will not part with.We have gone by the service book until there were no more pages to fill in and now we are doing timely oil and filter changes and anything that show signs of wear and tear because of old age. I have never had the feeling that Mr. Lohne took advantage of my female ignorance about cars, motors and repairs and will recommend Lexus of Melbourne without hesitation to anybody who might be asking.I bought a Lexus as a long-time Mercedes enthusiast because I was swayed by the promise of service which Mercedes seemed to have forgotten, and have not been disappointed. I loved my 12 year old Lexus ES330. It was pin excellent shape and I intended to keep it another three years. I had my car in for service on a Friday afternoon and picked it up late that afternoon. The next noon I drove my car fifty miles up the interstate and noted that the "check engine" light had come on. Later that afternoon I returned to the service department but it had already closed. Concerned about what wax causing the warning light, I wanted to leave the car there to be looked at on Monday morning. I walked into the sales department and was met by my "Angel" (Nicole DeVos) who listened to my problem and took me to her sales manager who immediately told her to provide me with a loaner car and that she would explain the problem to Brian Toker on Monday morning. Brian had the service people look at it first thing Monday morning. After lunch he called me to let me know that it was only a gas cap leak and they replace it free of charge. I really appreciated the manner by which Brian handled my problem. I brought my loaner car back and went home.. Meanwhile my wife had fallen in love with the loaner over the weekend and continued to push me to come back to the dealership and "make a deal". Finally on Friday I called Nicole to make an appointment for Saturday. I had "no intention" to trade my car that I liked so much. I will say that Nicole was not pushy but somehow she was inching me closer to sign on the dotted line. I was impressed with the entire sales organization but most of all by Nicole. Had she and Brian not treated me so well the previous weekend, I would still be driving my old car. I love my "new" ES350.

One of the best pitchers in baseball, Hall of Famer Tom Seaver, was called "Tom Terrific." Tom Hakimi is the "Tom Terrific" of new car sales. I had bought from him before with an excellent result and he was a principal reason I went to Lexus of Melbourne. Knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, he made the buying process very comfortable. I knew I wanted another LS because the 2004 LS.had been such a great ride for 12 years. Some of the ancillary systems were not working as well as they should after 120,000 miles(i.e. the radio stopped working, the passenger door no longer responded to the smart key....) but the basic ride and mechanical operation were just like they were when the car was brand new.For virtually all of the those twelve years John Lohne was my Service Rep and I appreciated his superior efforts on our behalf.Bill D and Mary D

Got a letter in the mail about a recall on my 2010 Lexus hybrid-fuel pump and harness were to be replaced. . Called Bryan Toker and he set up an appt. for the next week. We brought it in, got a loaner. The second day we brought back the loaner, picked up our car, chatted a bit with Bryan and off we went. Always a seamless transaction with Bryan and we appreciate that.

I originally was looking at the 2016 Lexus RX, having had both a 2006 and 2010 RX; however, I wasn't overly fond of the larger size and aggressive posture of the new RX. My salesman, Tom Hakimi, directed me to the used Lexus area where we found a low-mileage 2013 RX which perfectly suited my preferences in styling, namely the front end.Tom, at all times, was very professional and courteous, even when I didn't agree with the trade-in and "out-the-door" figures. I believe everyone was happy at the end, as my 2010 trade-in was in very good condition, and I felt I received fair value for it. I look forward to bringing my car back for service as everyone (Jaime Coates) in service and the dealership are very accommodating, and go the extra mile to please their customers. I might add that this is the 5th Lexus (3 for me, 2 for my husband) we have purchased from Lexus of Melbourne.
