Lexus always does a good job servicing my six year old Lexus. My service advisor Terry Windsor is friendly, professional and efficient. I do think Lexus service pricing is high, but I knew it would be when I purchased a Lexus.

I had a good experience but was surprised that it took 5 days to get an Appt for regular service. The service provided was good and I'll go back in the future. One note have personell that clean cars use a clean towel to do the windows mine are totally smeared from a dirty cloth.

I have been having my car serviced by my lexus dealer since I bought my car in 2006. My car looks great and runs even better. Jennifer is my go to service rep. She is professional and so smart. I met her right out of the parts department. Josh was my rep at the time. He is missed. However, Jennifer is filling his shoes nicely. I will continue to care for my lexus at lexus of el cajon. I do miss the days where I could pull up and just wait for my rep. Now, all these strange people (3) sit out in front just waiting to pounce. Kind of creapy.

This was my first new car purchase. I contacted the dealership through their website and received an invitation to come out to the dealership to test drive the two vehicles I was interested in. I couldn't make it out that weekend as I originally had planned, but a change in my schedule on a Monday freed my afternoon, and I gave them a call. Yesenia Denise Mitra had her partner Martin Mikha were extremely professional, communicative, and personable. Not once did I feel pressure or uneasy during this shopping experience. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Customers for nearly 20 years going back to our first car when it was Bob Baker Lexus. We are now on our 4th Lexus plus a used 2000 Mercedes C230 that lasted forever. On the first Lexus, my wife broke down on I-15 around 2:00 PM, called a taxi to take her to Bob Baker (El Cajon) Lexus and walked out with a new car by 4:30 PM. Boy was I surprised when I received a call that she had broken down on the highway, but not to worry, she was buying a new Lexus. Good people, good service and good cars.

Well I'm not really sure where to start but I feel compelled to leave a review for Lexus of El Cajon. I have always had the perception of dealerships that they do things a little underhanded and are not always straightforward and that is partially due to experiences that I've had with other dealerships over the years, however my experience with Lexus of El Cajon is one that I will never forget A couple of weeks ago I had a problem with my 2009 RX 350 that We had purchased approximately a year ago from Lexus of El Cajon and after being examined by the service department we discovered that our car had a major problem that was going to cost thousands of dollars to repair that would be covered by warranty but after Terry in-service did all that research it was quite obvious that the warranty had expired on the car....now what do we do? I decided I would ask for a manager and see if there was anything they could do to help us I went in without an appointment and just happened to run into a gentleman By the name of Matt Who Introduced himself as the general manager so I asked him if he had a moment to Luke 23:23-24 " And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified. And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed. And Pilate gave sentence that it should be as they required." with me,he said absolutely and invited me into his office and sat there while I began to tell The history of everything going on with my car. As I sat there talking I thought in my mind either this guy is the greatest actor In the world or he genuinely cares about customer service and making sure the customers taken care of, but very soon I found out it was No act this guy was not going to let me walk out without making every effort that he could to help us. So without going into all the details I will say this that the extent that Lexus of El Cajon went to to help us and to make sure that we got our vehicle fixed was off the chart amazing and even still sitting here writing this I am just amazed that companys still exist with managers like Matt who actually do care and go out of their way to make sure that every customer that comes through their door leaves with a great experience. My circle of influence may not be that big but I assure you everyone that's in my circle of influence either already has heard about Lexus of El Cajon from me, or will hear about Lexus of El Cajon from me. And not only that I Have told my friends that the very least they can do as my friend is have thier car serviced at Lexus of El Cajon and consider them when they're ready to purchase a new or used car. I was in the market for a 2014 IS250 and ended up going to Lexus El Cajon. I'm so glad I did! Their prices are the lowest in the San Diego region (I had been shopping online for the weeks prior) and their dealership is just as close as Lexus San Diego from Point Loma, straight off the 8. From the first moment I stepped foot in the dealership to having the cars features explained to me after the purchase, Lexus El Cajon was truly professional in every sense of the word!

Looks like there is a lot of reviews from dealership employees here. I want to say I have been driving Lexus since 2001 and I have never seen worse that this dealership. They are a bunch of crooks that want to rip off every penny out of your pocket. I visited the dealership for purchase Pre-owned certified car and had a trade-in vehicle 2006 GS300 AWD fully loaded with navigation and everything and had 98500 miles in it. The blue book trade-in value for my car is $14000+. You know what the salesman "Sean from internet sales" gave me? $4500 and he insisted that it is great deal lol. After he saw my reaction he want away to came back saying his manager got the miles wrong!! and gave me $10000 for it. Stay away from this dealership or get ready for the best rip off of you life.

Eva Martin is a very patient and energetic person , the right qualities for a sales person. She was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. The best part of the whole buying experience was the detail oriented test drive where she took lot of effort to explain and help us explore the various features and capabilities of the Lexus rx 350. We test drove the car in hilly and plain terrain, freeway, sharp curves, parking lot and more. From explaining the various package options to going through all the available inventory , she went through the process in a very professional manner, making our car buying experience pleasant and fun. Our experience was more than we expected. Preview of the car, test drive and discussion of price was handled very professionally and thoroughly. We had several questions which were answered to our satisfaction. Eva, the sales person, was with another customer at one time and Matt stepped in and followed through. We wanted a specific car and color....the search was instigated and the car was found, delivered on time. Clean, neat and a show piece. Eva guided us thru the basics of operation, discussed the printed material that was provided, helped us set up our cell phones for the bluetooth and suggested the covers for key protection. We were very happy with the friendly faces and the service. Great experience!

I passed three Lexus dealerships to get to Lexus El Cajon. The reason being, I had poor experiences at two of the dealerships much closer to my area. Lexus El Cajon came highly recommended by a friend who had purchased there recently, and I was not disappointed in the least bit. The staff was friendly and helpful, my sales woman Eva Martin was knowledgeable and courteous. She made me feel comfortable about the purchase and did not pressure or hard sell at all. Matthew Hollander helped with some of the finer details of the purchase including a set of rims that I just HAD to have in order to purchase this car. Since I am a bit of a tinkerer I wanted to know a lot of details regarding the engine, transmission and different intricacies of the inner workings of the car. Glenn Turner, the service adviser was helpful with a deluge of questions and never failed to answer. Overall I really cant say enough about the staff at Lexus El Cajon. I feel like in this day in age customer service is extremely hard to come by. Lexus El Cajon superseded my expectations and really made car buying a very comfortable and pleasurable experience. I really dig my new car too!!

My son and I drove several hours to purchase an RX 350 from Lexus El Cajon. The team that the General Sales Manager (Kenny Lehmer) has brought together at Lexus El Cajon is top notch, and we received STELLAR/EXCELLENT service from our sales consultant Geneva Middlebrook. Not only was it comfortable to communicate with Geneva, but her sales acumen, knowledge of the industry and car buying process, and thoroughness in answering and following up on our questions about the vehicle all merit a 5 STAR rating. Prior to purchasing the RX 350 from El Cajon, we had looked at a dozen or so vehicles at a half dozen or so dealerships during a two week search. The dealerships spanned from Santa Barbara down to San Diego. Our feeling is that Geneva was the best sales consultant that we dealt with during our search for the right vehicle. We also can't say enough about the entire team at Lexus El Cajon. For example, their finance manager Lynn Kealy was probably the nicest member of a dealership finance team that we have ever interacted with...Drive the extra distance to Lexus El Cajon...you won't be disappointed.

This year I made my second purchase from this dealership when I bought a new LX570. I have worked with Ms. Eva Martin before and am again very satisfied with the thoroughness of detail and the ease with which the entire transaction was accomplished. I went to Lexus El Cajon for my new IS250 and was very pleased with the quality of service provided by Christian Sanchez, from the moment I pulled up in the parking lot to the moment I drove off in my new car. He gave me brief info about a few models and then allowed me to look at them on my own, but still was nearby to answer any questions. He never made me feel pressured about purchasing the car and allowed me to take my time with my decision. He made sure I was getting the best possible deal and addressed any concerns I had during the process. I would undoubtedly recommend Christian, and Lexus El Cajon, to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. Christian was always very professional, patient, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. He has followed up with me several times after the purchase (almost 2 weeks ago)which shows he is not the type of salesperson that only cares about sealing a deal, he truly wants his customers to be pleased with their purchase. I also appreciate the fact that he has taken the time to further research a couple questions I've had since I got my car and has always gotten back to me in a timely manner.

I went to many different dealerships and test drove many different vehicles and just did not find the sales person to be as freindly or as knowledgeable as Christian Sanchez. He made me feel like an old freind that he had not seen in awhile. Every question I had he had an answer or he went to ask someone who had the answer. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this dealership to my friends & family. This was a big switch from a Honda Accord to my new Lexus ES350. Everything of this car is phenomenal. The interior's wood trim and the interiors tan leather upholstery really goes nice with the ice white exterior. We got our Lexus pretty fully loaded. The navi works excellent and the backup camera does it's job beautifully! This car feels like your riding on a cloud especially when you are in the back seat! It was the first Lexus and probably won't be the last, thanks to the very knowledgeable, friendly customer service representaive Christian Sanchez. Thank you El Cajon Lexus for having such a great rep whom made a very well and easy experience at your location.

Although I haven't purchased my car yet it must be mentioned that the service is nothing short of professional and friendly. I went in to look for my future Lexus vehicle and was immediately greeted by one of the sales guys named Christian. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and when he didn't know something he would find out for us right away. I really appreciated his patience as I had lots of questions and tested a couple of cars. I also appreciated the fact that he wasn't really "pushy". I am definitely going to purchase my Lexus from him soon. I would have brought it home that day but still need to convince the husband that this momma needs a new ride.

The experience was wonderful from start to finish. I corresponded with Royal via email for several days prior to visiting the dealership (I live 2 hours away from any Lexus dealership)...Royal was pleasant, courteous and exteremly helpful with finding the most luxurious vehicle that fit our needs, tastes and budget. When my family and I finally made the drive out he and Zafar were ready for us, and within a couple of hours we were on our way home in our new GX. Zafar was great to work with and the kindess gentleman while guiding us thru the process. Kathy got out paperwork ready, explained every detail and made us feel comfortable as we signed on the dotted line. Thank you so much Lexus of El Cajon!!!
