When I walk into a car dealership, Im looking for two things; a low price and hassle-free shopping experience. My automobile purchase started with a visit to Levittown Ford in search of a 2017 Ford Mustang GT. Dispensing with formalities, I immediately asked if anyone was available to help me with my purchase. As I waited in the showroom, I was warmly greeted by Charlie Sears. Im not sure if it was his west coast vibe that resonated with me or his ability to ditch the pitch and understand my needs. Regardless, I was immediately drawn to Charlies no pressure approach which allowed me to ask the sort of questions that most buyers hold off on asking until negotiation.Charlie is friendly, honest and most importantly - an active listener. As I waited for my car to be built to spec at the factory, Charlie kept me informed of any significant progress via phone text or a personal call. That professionalism and courtesy is the type of motivation that keeps customers coming back to the same dealership. Upon delivery, Charlie went the extra yard by having the car thoroughly detailed. Further to that, he walked me through every feature, filled the car with gas, transferred my parking sticker and made me feel like a celebrity as I left the dealership. Charlie sets a high bar for excellence and is very qualified in his field. His positive energy, attention to detail and willingness to help others adds value to the Levittown Ford dealership. The service takes forever. I recently went for an inspection and oil change, it took two hours...ridiculous!!!! They are extremely slow and at times don't have the part in. It's an AMERICAN CAR, not foreign.

My sales guy was the best.HE was like someone I know for a long time.He made me feel at home with this sale NICE.---But , the day I picked up my truck one key was missing.So because frank was so nice he said Im sorry can you come back I will get you a new key,I said OK.When my truck was at 167 miles the eng. light was on.So I called serive said come back on Friday .I said OK.So while I was waiting for my truck I was looking around and saw a bug garud I would like to put on my truck ($104.37) so I payed for it and the saleman put it on the side.Now I came all the way back for a key that you guys didnt have which is 160 mile from my house.Serive man Rob comes out and tells me we cant fix you truck we dont have the part.oooowell.So I said to Rob ok then and you put the bug graud on for me well it going to cost you.I said what??He said well it man time.I said man time what about my time coming 160 miles to get a key that you should have had??HE said I have to call Frank. well he said he clled Frank but he didnt.Comes back and he said I cant do it.So I gave back the part and walked out nerver to come back.-----Then Frank called me and said Arnie you come back and we will put it on.I said thank you Frank I know this wasnt you.But its on already and cost $57.00 less then yours.At the time I didnt care what it was my salesman made me feel so good about the sale so be it.Thanks to Rob you great service man I saved $57.00 at a diffrent place good going Rob.Ill tell you now if it wasnt for Frank this would been the last time at Levittown for me.It was to bad I had a good sale with Frank I was happy with it all.Fernando also the best,ARNIE

I recently had to have my Ford Mustang serviced due to heating system blowing out cold air. I contacted the Ford Service Center and was helped by Barbara who went out of her way to get an appointment for my car for the next day. After dropping the car off, Sean Accetta, Diesel Assistant Service Manager, took care of me and I could not have asked for a better experience. Sean went out of his way to assure me that he would stay in touch regarding what they find causing the problem with my car. He took the time to call me each day to let me know where the mechanics were at with resolving the problem and within a few days my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Sean made this a very pleasant experience. If I ever have to bring my car in for servicing again, I will definitely ask for Sean to be my "main man"!!

Had a sudden sunroof problem where the roof wouldn't close. With the impending heavy rains coming, the Service Advisor Rob Ciaccio went out of his way to have his mechanics fix it and fix it quick, on the spot, in under an hour. Purchased my used Ford Explorer in July. Had a remote start installed shortly after purchase and received awesome, exceptional customer service. Last week I brought my Explorer for service to have a cut in the leather seat repaired. They didn't just do a patch job, they removed the seat cover and replaced the piece with the cut in it and then put the seat cover back in place and it was another awesome job!!! Sean Accetta was my Customer Service Rep and he called me every day with the progress of the repair. The two ladies who check you in and out had great personalities and are quick and efficient. I am so happy that we purchased our vehicle from Levittown Ford rather than another Ford dealer we first visited on the south shore.

I was there twice. Once for me, and once for my wife. I was looking to buy a new 2015. We negotiated and the sales person would have to go to the sales manager. If I had a question, the sales person had to go to the sales manager. Kept me waiting a long time when he went to the sales manager. The price he came back with from the sales manager was the only price they would take...ended up buying at a different Ford dealer. Went back when they had a Fusion advertised for my wife. Same thing happened. Salesman had to go back and forth to the sales manager. Really annoying and also kind of funny...like a little child asking his parents permission. We once again, ended up buying at a different Ford dealer. It seems like they only want to sell cars on their terms. Other Ford dealers we made the deal with the sales person only. No back and forth to the sales manager. Why does Levittown Ford even have sales people if they can't make deals on their own? Very annoying to me...to each his own I guess!

I came here to get my car a badly needed tune-up and repair some engine firing problems. I met with Sean Accetta and he was very nice to deal with, he was not pushy and he did not try to sell me on anything. I left the car and the next day Sean's team broke everything down and really checked the car out well. He told me to the point what the car needed in terms of fixing and he even broke it down by what he would do now, and what could be done later. He didn't talk down to me, was a straight shooter and helped me with my budget. Sean then asked me how I wanted to proceed. They did the work by the next day and my 9 year old, 2007 Ford Mustang GT, she's running really pretty right now, just like new. I would definitely come here again!

I recently had a 2014 Benz c350 coupe amg package coupe, but my lease was done and I needed a new car with a new budget in mind since I was going to be paying the insane brooklyn apartment rent. I never leased an American Muscle Car but I decided to go with the 2017 Mustang. James was great to work with. I visited 2 other dealerships (Hempstead Ford and Tower Ford) - btw (Tower Ford's service was terrible) - it was almost closing time and they rushed me into signing a deposit HAHAHAHAH - i couldn't believe it. I went to Levittown Ford and met James after googling reviews and all the reviews were correct - HE WAS THE BEST. He didn't even act like a salesman, it felt like I was dealing with a family member working at the dealership. He helped me with what I wanted and got finalize a deal with the budget I needed to be at (monthly payments). GO TO JAMES. He is the man. Reminds me of the guy from the King of Queens Show (Kevin James). HA! But yes - best service and best employee at Levittown Ford. You the man JAMES!!!!!! Jaekwondo out.Jae W. Kim (leased 2017 Mustang Ecoboost Fastback) with packages and options - color magnetic with the blacked out roof and the interior LED customization lighting package and the performance package as well with the blacked out rims (i think they were 19 in rims). I was upside down on a Mazda CX-5 that owned. James Mangual worked with me to get me in an Edge on a price we could agree on. I ended up paying a little bit more a month on the lease than I was expecting going into shopping for a new car but after shopping for 2 weeks James was giving be the best deal. The 2016 Ford Edge is a beautiful car and the technology package is pretty legit for a Ford. Overall it was a good experience and my wife is happy with the car. The one thing I enjoyed was there wasn't too much of the back and forth game with James going to his manager so I can't complain.

I had a fantastic experience with Levittown Ford. My Salesman was James and we also worked with Sales Manager Jason, and Adam Diaz from finance. These guys were all fantastic. James was so friendly and a great salesman, not pushy at all and really wanted to work out a price for me and my wife. He ended up getting us to the price we wanted and got us a higher package with more options. Sales Manger Jason sat down with my wife and I and worked with us for a while to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. Out for our usual daily work routine and our truck would not start, power to everything but starter would not engage. Called ahead and spoke to Sean to let him know to expect our truck being toed into his service facility. Sean called me back once the truck arrived and advised that there were other vehicles already schedule ahead of mine but will do what he can to expedite the diagnosis and get back to me. Heard from Sean in just a few hours with the bad news, the starter was fried and would need to be replaced. He then informed me of the good news, they have a new starter in stock which would be covered by the Ford warranty and the truck would be ready before days end. Later in the day as promised picked up the truck and back to business as usual this morning and we could not be happier with Sean and his staff for minimizing out downtime on the road without our truck.

I have had a very frustrating intermitten issue with the Door on my 2015 Ford Transit . I called Monday and was set up with a loaner for today (Thursday). When I arrived just before 9AM there was no line and Sean took care of me right away writing up my concerns and also going over the options for routine maintenance. We did some research via internet and found a 2013 Ford Explorer we were interested in at the Levittown Ford Dealer. We visited that dealer on a Sunday morning. We were met by a very nice receptionist who referred us to a salesman named Youri Chassagne. Youri was absolutely the most pleasant, straight forward car salesman we ever worked with. He did not try to do a hard sell. We were VERY comfortable with his personality. The vehicle was sparkling clean, unlike others we looked at elsewhere. We literally have a BRAND NEW VEHICLE. The dealership was clean and inviting. We decided to purchase the vehicle and Youri prepared initial paperwork quickly and efficiently. We then met with Fernando Barreiro to finalize some papers and were told we could take delivery the next day!! Talk about instant gratification!! We met again with Fernando Barreiro and the whole "pick up process" took just over an hour. Fernando went through all the paper work line by line and advised us of various items we could also purchase. We couldn't be more pleased with Youri and Fernanco and the Ford Levittown Dealership. I visited Levittown Ford with 6 months remaining on my lease which was through Ford Motor Credit and I met with my sales associate James and within 30 minutes he had come back to me with numbers that were more than acceptable and included taking care of the last 6 payments.We were working with the finance team on structuring a new lease on a 2017 Fusion Titanium model and discussing pickup dates and before I knew it they worked their magic and arranged a pickup later that afternoon. I explained that I had to be out by 6 for an appointment later that evening and again they made it seamless. Great experience, courteous and professional staff.

I have been going to FORD for my parts and service since I purchased my truck in 2003. I have had some minor issues with other dealers in the past. I dislike the feeling of my car being looked at when they tried to explain things over my head. Other service agents would make me feel like work had to be done NOW and it was a mess. It made me feel uncomfortable all the time. SEAN is WONDERFUL! He never explains things beyond my understanding. He explains them in a way that I get. He took the time to get to know me well enough that he speaks Kimmie. He also never tries to upsell me, always looks for what needs to be done VS what I want done. He gives me prices and tells me what to expect during the overhauls etc. He looks out for me and my wallet. The two most important things are my life and my wallet.... so right there - he is a massively amazing person who continuously rises above the rest.

Water pump failed, which caused coolant to mix with the oil. This then led sludge to build up in motor. I had the extended warranty so I was completely covered. I dealt with Sean at levittown ford and he was great, working with me and keeping in contact. Ford Customer service caused me the most problems with not answering and telling me I had to wait 30-60 days for a new motor because of backorder. Sean and I contacted them multiple times with no response, finally the motor showed up out of nowhere and it was fixed after a total of 30 days from dropping my car off.

My truck wouldn't start one morning so i has to have it towed to the levittown ford service center. i had to leave the truck there so they could diagnose it. when i went to get a loner car i found out i wasn't old enough. ford was nice enough to pay for an uber for me home. Sean Acetta called me in about 2 hours and ha the problem figured out. i was able to come and take the truck home the next day with every problem fixed Sean and the crew are fantastic.

Levittown Ford has a filthy customer service area. In the afternoon, it is always littered with whatever is left over from breakfast. It smells of stale coffee. When I get my car back, it is always filthy - they leave wires are dangling or it is covered with drill dust. And rather than taking 2 minutes to vacuum it up, they would ask me if I brought the car in like that. I will bring my car to a local mechanic. More convenient, better service, less expensive.

Not only was he able to significantly beat any other price on a 2016 Explorer Sport, but after all the paperwork, insurance, and detailing of the truck it turned out I missed a detail on the vehicle description. I needed a moonroof yet the model he had ready for me didn't have one. Within an hour James and the rest of his team had another Explorer Sport with a moonroof for me to drive off the lot. I was amazed at the level of personal service at the largest dealership on Long Island. It's a rare thing to experience the kind of customer service and satisfaction that James delivered.

I was looking for a Ford Explorer Sport with very particular specs and had called around to other dealerships and spoken to other salespeople who all told me they couldn't get exactly what I wanted. Instead of trying to find me something he thought was close, like other salespeople did, James searched around and found my vehicle at another dealership and worked out a swap to get it to me a few days later. He followed up with me to let me know when my truck would arrive and made sure I was able to get the discounts and rebates I was entitled to. When I got stuck at work and missed my 7pm appointment to complete the sale, he stuck around until almost 9 when I got there and instead of rushing me out the door after the sale, he took the time to show me all the cool features of my new Explorer Sport. James is a pro and a stand up guy and I would highly recommend that you pay him a visit if you are in the market for a new Ford.

I've gotten two trucks from this dealer in the last 8 months. They were great to deal with and gave me some great deals. If you want a Ford truck this is the best dealer in the island in my opinion. Last month I broke down in my brand new Ford Explorer. As you can imagine I was very unhappy. It was pouring raining and the dealer that we bought the car from was several hours away. It made no sense to have the car towed up to New Jersey so I searched for a Ford service center nearby. I was able to get into the Levittown Ford service center with just happened to be within a mile of where I was. I was greetted by the technician Joe .Deguire. He tended to my car immediately, even though I didn't have an appointment. As it turns out, the part needed for repair was on back order with Ford. He made sure I was given a loaner car and I was on my way. The process took much longer than expected, and I contacted Ford, only to find out that Joe had already done so in an effort to expedite the shipping and delivery up the part needed. Throughout the three weeks, Joe keep in regular contact by calling me with updates. Joe is to be. commended for his professionalism and going above and beyond to satisfy a customer .Eric was also helpful in Joes absence since I stopped down at the dealership to check on things from time to time. My family and I went looking for a used car for our son and originally dealt with Rich Verga. We looked over a few cars and decided to comeback after discussing the possibilities. When we cam back, we did inquire with Rich about purchasing a new Escape instead of a used car. Rich took his time and took us for a good test drive in a 2016 Escape. We negotiated the pricing and were satisfied with the final numbers. When we went to pick up the Escape, Vincent took us through the entire car and spent a long time answering any of our questions. Excellent service. Rich was a low pressure salesman which I truly appreciate. Our financing guy was Fernando who provided us with good advise and we walked away very happy. After shopping around for a few weeks at multiple dealerships, I made a call to Levittown Ford. I was inquiring about a 2016 Ford Mustang Ecoboost in white. When I called in, the person I spoke to was very friendly and advised me that they had the car in stock and advised me of the stock number. We then proceeded to make an appointment to come in a view the car. When we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly front desk representative who introduced me to Wayne. He greeted us and took us to the car, where it was already sitting and ready for a test drive. There was NO wait, which was very refreshing as I've been in dealerships where the wait was inexcusable.After the test drive, we sat down with Wayne and discussed financing options. We were debating between a lease vs financing. After some discussion about the trade in value of my previous car, Jason M. came and showed us options as far as the trade-in value vs. worth. He was very understanding of our needs and was able to come to an estimate that was acceptable to both of us. After filling out the finance application, we were then waiting for Jason Merrit to finish with a client. He was very helpful and kept us updated along the way.We were originally advised that the car couldn't be delivered to us until 2 days later. We were expecting to drive away with the car, but we understood because we were there after shop hours. To our surprise, after waiting for bank approvals, we were advised by Jason Merrit that if I could get a payoff letter from my previous car, then he would be able to deliver the car the same day. Eventually we were approved through Ford Financial and the terms were just about on point to what was estimated by Wayne and Jason.Overall it was one of the smoothest transactions we've ever been through. The entire dealership was friendly and answered all of our questions. I'd gladly recommend this dealership and group to all of my friends when they're in the market for new cars.-Shane O.

The service was horrendous, you have to wait 2 hours to speak to somebody and worst of all is they flat out lie to you. I was told that all parts besides the breaks, tires, and rims would be covered by the warranty but when i go to the service they make me pay for it. They told me to buy a few parts to fix it so i did and when i looked under the hood 2 of the parts were fine. Thats great, they said i could return it but when i go to return it they wont let me. They lied to me about that too. The service center yell at you to call customer service when they dont agree with you. They dont listen to you even when theyre wrong. This dealership is not the one to go to if youre looking to buy car. If you fancy being lied to over and over than youve found the right dealer ship. Everyday is a new surprise with this dealership. 2nd and last ford i ever buy unless something changes.

I brought the vehicle in for a NYS Inspection through the Quick Lane which does not require an inspection. Since purchased the car at Levittown Ford I am enrolled in the VIP Program. From check in to check out. My encounter with the individuals of FORD SERVICE CENTER of LEVITTOWN was very pleasant. Mr. Sean Accetta was very accommodating in taking care of my concerns. I had an ABS problem and wanted to know what caused the problem. After the problem was resolved....he was kind enough to take a picture of the "old" part and send it to me after explaining it to me over the phone. In-addition, he reminded me of a gas tank recall problem while the car was there and serviced that as well. By doing so, I did not need to schedule a separate appointment down the road. I just Leased a new 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum. All I can say that my last ford I bought from Sayville Ford and I had that serviced at Newins ford , both had issues and therefore I went to Levittown Ford AND met my salesman Robert Lilley, It was an overall great experience , Great followup , they followed up and delivered exactly what they said they would . The new 2016 Explorer Platinum is amazing, I have had 2 Mercedes ML350's before this and they are not even close to the value, Quality or ride I got for a lot less than the Mercedes. If I had a new Mercedes equipped like my Platinum it would cost at85,000 my ford was $52,000 much better value. I am a very satisfied client. Thank you Levittown Ford.

I went to this dealer to purchase an F-350; after being assigned to the salesmen I had to wait about an hour just for him to talk to me then waisted more time for them to find me the truck I was looking for once we agree on a prize I gave a deposit and I was told they were going to pick it up out of estate (literally 2 hours away) and get it for me with in the same week to might surprise first week went by and I don't even hear from them, left a few messages to the salesmen and texts to contact me as soon as possible which he never did I went back to the dealer to see him and again had to waist time waiting to talk to him while he was walking around and just talking to his peers finally he talks to me and tells me that the other dealer has not confirm yet whether they can exchange vehicles and ask me for couple of days to see if they can find another vehicle else where !!!which I gave ( not happy but I did!!) another week goes by and nothing no phone calls nor any other form of communication from them after countless attempts from my part!!!! Finally I decided to seat and do a little search of my own and found so many vehicles near by (a couple of hours drive) then I went back to this dealer to see the salesmen which again see me come in and had me waist more of my time waiting for him to talk to me and asking for more time because they were having trouble finding the truck I wanted which at this time declined and ask for my deposit back! then i had to wait days to get it! Finally I contacted a dealer which help me to get my truck and got an even better price and a whole lot of respect and service!!!!! Don't waist your time with this people!!!!!!

I recently purchased a new 2016 Ford Escape Titanium from Levittown Ford, and the whole process from start to finish was great. Chris Belesi was my sales rep, and he was great to work with. I looked at both the Edge and the Escape, test drove them both, and decided to go with the Escape. Chris understood what I was looking for in terms of options, etc., and found a car on the lot that met all that I wanted. Price was agreed on , and I picked up the car the next day. Couldn't be easier - thanks Chris. Next worked with the Business Manager, Jason Merritt. He worked with us on our loan, explained the available extra services (warranty, etc), and understood when we decided to delay any immediate decision on these.Both gentlemen were professional, listened to what I wanted, and worked with me with no high pressure. First off let me say that I did read the reviews that have been posted. Seems like the most complaints are with the Service dept. (more on that later) This is the second vehicle that I have purchased through Levittown Ford and both my buying experiences have been as good as I can expect with the latest (10/25/15) being the best. I walked in with my Fiancee to show her an auto I had seen on their web page and with no intention of purchasing an auto that day. I was approached by one of the salesmen, Vincent Visceglia and after he located the auto we took a look at it. It was a pre-owned Jeep and exactly what I wanted. After some dickering and bringing in the 2 cars I was trading in we were able to meet in the middle on the price. Could it have been cheaper or could I have gotten more on my trade-in's, probably yes if I was in Omaha or Montana but this is NY and I'm a realist. Long story short, my fiancee and I both liked Vincent and felt he was being sincere (I took into account that he, like myself is a Veteran and that's big points in my book). We did all the paperwork, got the deal and I drove home with it that day. I'm very pleased with the deal I got and especially the vehicle. If your looking for a car and happen to be a Vet, I'd suggest looking Vincent up when you get there.Now, the service dept....I bought a car there in 2012 and had the VIP service plan (which I didn't want or get this time). I went there once and like they say fool me once shame on you, etc. I had an appointment, was left waiting, had to walk home a couple of miles because even though they talk about a loaner or a shuttle they, IMO only exist in the salesmen's handbook. Even after I saw several cars with dealer plates sitting in the service dept lot. I was not happy and after that one visit never went back opting to have all servicing done with my trusted local mechanic. Can you buy an auto there and not get ripped off? Yes, if you do your homework, know what you want and stick to your guns. Like I said previously, this is NY and your going to pay NY prices. If you want to save a few bucks, go to Jersey.

purchased my truck from ford have 3 babies 3 cars seats one of the seat belts doesn't click in brought it here to be looked at I was told its not under warranty. Then told I have to order 2 at 80$ each and cost approx, 400.00$ to install. I told them that was crazy expensive so order the part and Ill have a friend install them. They then told me good luck with that its a special wrench that only they have. Its the law to have your child in a car seat it should also be against the law to overcharge to have a seat belt repaired very unhappy

This dealership is great, but the main reason me and my family had such a good experience at Levittown Ford was because of our salesman. I leased a 2016 Ford Fusion and my salesmen was Dan K. Dan was extremely kind and easy to talk to- not just for a car salesman, but just in general as a person. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, as well as very laid-back, which made the experience a very positive one. Usually I would feel shy or embarassed because I don't know a lot about cars, but I didn't feel that way at all, nor was I worried I was being taken advantage of, because as a car salesman, he was not forceful or intimidating- like many can be- which made us feel comfortable right away! He took the time to explain everything in a simple way that was easy to understand, and because of that, for the first time, I actually know how to use everything in my car! He also was honest with us when giving advice, which we really, really appreciated. Finally, he was very polite and did not rush us at all, and he was truthful (in everything to do with the car as well as any time we had a short wait for something- he would always tell us the true amount of time we could expect which was thoughtful). Honestly, our whole family couldn't stop talking about how lucky we were to have gotten Dan as our salesman. None of us had ever had such a positive experience when buying a vehicle- even those of us who have bought many cars in our lifetime. It really says a lot about Levittown Ford that they have such great employees who enjoy their jobs. My father is going to be buying a car soon, as well as my brother (who will probably lease like I did) and both of them plan to ask for Dan to work with them when they do. Every word of this review is true; we really are still in shock over how great Dan was, how great of a deal Ford offered for the car, and how smoothly everything went!
