This is a top notch dealership. We are from Chicago and broke down in benton harbor and called them. They sent a tow truck with 15 minutes. Zach was our service guy. He went way above and beyond for us. They even offered to take us to lunch. You don't get that service in Chicago. They care about there customers.

Ralph was very helpful and didn't try to 'push' the fluid changes on us while our vehicle was in for warranty repair / recalls. The fluids, while not terribly bad, could use a change but when I looked at them and said 'those can wait until next time' he just said OK and didn't push the issue. He got us a rental car from enterprise and due to my wife's work schedule he pushed the repairs ahead and got her on the road in time! He's a Rockstar!

While traveling around town I experienced a flat tire. I called the dealership to find out how to have my tire repaired. Within 90 minutes after arriving at the dealership my tire was repaired and I was back on the road again. They made what I thought was going to be a long event a very simple process.

I had my truck in for repair a number of times and they never did get it repaired and I was charged for each time. I finally took it back up to the dealership where I purchased it and they looked at it, found the problem, said they would order the part and call me when it was in. They called me, I took it back to them and GEE, it was repaired and I have never had a problem since. We had the same problem with my wife's vehicle and had to have it repair somewhere else and had to pay again. They don't seem to take care of their customers with satisfaction.

Heading to Troy MI from Chicago I lost my transmission a few miles from LeValley Chevrolet. Service Advisor Joe Frey made this experience about as good as anyone could make this. He had me back on the road within an hour with a loaner and kept my car for repairs. The service technician Aaron Pailing was kind enough to work thru his lunch so that my car would be ready for me to pick up Tuesday afternoon on my way back to Chicago. Upon arriving to pick up my car, Joe had the great news he was able to find me a rebate for the transmission, which helped to ease the pain of the unexpected cost. If I was to lose a transmission, I could not been luckier to have found LeValley Chevrolet to get me back up and running as painlessly as possible. Thank you to Joe and Aaron!

I was driving out to Michigan from NewJersey on a family trip. My AC in my suburban was not blowing cold air. I stopped at 3 dealers from Ohio to Michigan starting Friday morning and not one would even look at my issue. I explained i just had a new compressor installed at my dealership at home. My wife and three young children were no happy without the AC riding in the truck for 6 hours. I called LeValley GMC at 3:00pm on Friday afternoon talked to Zach in the service department and explained my situation. He asked me to hold on and he told me to drive over so they could take a look at my AC. They inspected my AC system at 4 PM and by 5 PM on Friday and got it working temporarily so we would have AC for the 13 hour ride home on Sunday. THIS COMPANY UNDERSTANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE! OUTSTANDING!! They would be my dealer if i lived in the area.

I have had my Cadillac in for repairs three times to LeValley. The first was getting my transmission rebuilt. Was expensive but service consultant worked with service manager to help reduce cost since not under warranty. Was impressed with the service tech knowledge and experience on transmissions. Airbag connection under front seat had to be repaired twice. Troubleshooting other problems was good but took some time. Requested quality over speed.

This was our first experience at Le valley since we relocated to Michigan from Texas. LeValley is a professional service department. Took my a CTS in for a regular oil change and started browsing the lot to enjoy the beautiful weather. Texted my husband a picture of "his next truck" and in the end we had such a great experience with talking prices over with George S., we came home with the 2015 Silverado 2500 for him and a 2015 Acadia Denali for me. The service department is great and talking with others in the area, we cannot find anyone who has a negative thing to say about them. That's hard to say of any company these days.

Joe as my Service Adviser and Dan as my Repair Technician did a very good job keeping my Saturn Ion in good shape. I was greeted promptly, service order written up immediately and given a ride home without having to wait. Joe called me mid morning and explained what repairs were needed, their approximate costs and got my approval for each of them. All repairs were completed by the end of the day and I was picked up by their courtesy driver and taken back to the dealership to get my car.

My husband and I took our vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation. We went in a little hesitant because we were haveing some problems with the tires loosing air and were worried and wanted them to check them out. After pulling up one morning f the representatives came up and told me that he would take it from there and to not worry. My husband talked to him about the tires and he said he would have his men take a look at them. Even through when we first got there it looked like a crazy mess they got us in and out without any problems. They called us when it was finished so we could go about our day without having to wait around at the dealership.

We were treated like family by the entire team at Le Valley Chevrolet. Brad LeValley took time to make sure this was the right vehicle. He explained the various features and allowed us time and space to make the decision. NO PRESSURE! Once we decided to purchase the truck, he took us on a personal tour of the dealership and introduced us to his entire staff, sales, service, finance literally everyone. The way in which he introduced us, told us that we were about to become part of the LeValley family and not just buying a car. On the day we were to take ownership, Brad drove to our home to pick us up, so we could drive home our new Silverado together. The delivery specialist Ryan Alcott took us through every feature and function, and there are many. He assured us we were not alone and he would be there to answer any question regardless on how small. The finance manager, Joe Rogers found the lowest nterest rate then even contacted our credit union to see if they would match. After the sale I received follow up calls from both Brad and Ryan to see if there were any problems or if they could answer questions. So we are now a member of the LeValley family.

The Sales Person Chuck Voytovick as well as the Business Manager Joe Rogers have been Great to us and very helpful as well. The Service Advisor's Joe Frey, Zach McGinnis, and John Kearney, have been great to us when ever we have work on the cars done. The rest of the Sales People there are great to talk with. The Office Staff, all the Certified Technician's are great people as well, including the Parts people, the Detail people there and the Service Lane Technician's are also a great bunch of people there. My Daughter and Son-In-Law also have bought cars there and have had great service there for years. In general it is a Excellent place to buy a vehicle and get it serviced.

Reasons why my experience was negative: 1)- First I went to buy a Equinox couple months ago. They didnt match the price of some competitors in the area. I told them that I would go with another one. They kept calling my cellphone for weeks advertising other things. It was not nice. 2) - I went to test drive another car several months ago. I didnt like the fact that the dealer was with me in the car. Although he didnt say anything, it's a pain in the neck to have someone by your side. I couldnt concentrate on my evaluation. I left LeValley, stop by a Ford dealer and the guy just gave me the keys of car and said: take it for a spin. No one in the car but me. Much more pleasant.
