My experience at Leith Lincoln was much better than I had anticipated! I just moved into the neighborhood 15 months ago. For 50 years I lived in a suburb of Detroit, the "Motor City Capital of the World"! In all those years I only had one good experience buying a car at dealer. I do not like to play their game when it comes to buying cars. Of the 21 cars I have purchased through the years 19 have been used vehicles that I bought from friends that I trusted! That is how much I hate dealerships! I moved from Michigan, selling my two vehicles and just driving my wife's car down here to Wake Forest. We drove her car for 15 months trying to exist with only one car. It was O.K. but I knew that sooner than later I would be shopping for my own vehicle. A month ago I decided the time had come to seriously shop for our second vehicle. I went on line to learn all I could before venturing out to the dealerships. I really dreaded going into a showroom and playing the game. I live only one mile from Capital Blvd. about a half mile north of 540. Dealerships wall to wall on Capital! I started visiting them one by one. Talking to salesman and asking pertinent questions. I test drove new and used vehicles. I went back to the web to learn some more. When my web search brought up Leith Lincoln, there it was, the truck I thought I wanted. I called. The saleswoman told me that the truck was being driven, as a demo by the manager and to schedule a time to come in when it was on site. That I did and went in to "start the game"! I am happy to say that there was no game being played at Leith Lincoln! I met the manager, John Angilello who was now driving a black 4x4 Ford, not the 2x4 that I wanted to see. John introduced me to Carl Banks, the salesman who had the truck ready for us to take out for a test drive. Carl was very positive, answered all my questions and we sat in the truck after the test drive for about an hour while I learned more about ford trucks. I then met Derek McCord, the service manager who answered more questions and we sat in his office and went over what needed to be done to possibly buy the truck. I left a deposit and said it was a 99.9% done deal, but I needed to confer at home with my wife, before signing on the dotted line. We do things as a team and the finances were there but I would be back the next day. No Problem! The next day I met with Derek McCord, the service manager to go over all the paperwork. Everything went as smooth as silk! I drove home in my new truck. I knew what I WANTED. They had what I wanted. I got what I wanted! Everybody at Leith Lincoln treated me the way anyone should be treated. There was no pressure, no strong arm tactics, and no negative vibes throughout the entire process. I know that sometime in the future I will need routine maintaince on my vehicle and I have been assured that the service at Leith Lincoln will meet my needs. If you need to buy or lease a car or truck, go to Leith Lincoln and ask to see Carl Banks. He will start that positive process for you too.

Derek, the Service Manager, is the most patient and caring service manager of any dealership my husband and I have worked with. He kept us informed of what was happening with the Navigator and even delivered the car to our home in Durham. The service adviser told me that I had only one more free service on my 2015 mkz which only has under 10,000 miles on it . If I remember correctly i have only had it serviced twice and through I was covered to 20,000 miles on it which means I have 2 more free services .

We recently purchased a used 2008 MB 350 from leith Lincoln Mercury We dealt with Andy in sales and garret in finance. Everything was fine until we went to pick up the car. I checked the trunk for a spare tire. There was none.. Andy went into the dealership came back and said MB does not supply a spare tire. Andy claimed he never even looked. It was not disclosed that there was no spare tire. Since I had already purchased the car it was my problem. Not believing Andy I checked when I got home. MB stopped putting spare in their cares with the 2010 models. I called and told Andy this and again he said too bad but, my problem.. So be aware when dealing with Leith Lincoln Mercury they are very shady. I guess they believe in the buyer beware theory.. Very unsatisfactory transaction.. Be careful

He then began to answer my questions with patience and informing me of all the details involved in the questions I asked.. The entire process from the time I called about a preowned MKZ and talked to Lee Payne, to the later test drive, to the selection of the MKZ I later purchased was one of the best end to end automotive sales experiences I have encountered and I have bought a number of cars over the years. The entire Leith team I talked to (Lee, John, Brian, Garrett) listened to what I was looking for and worked to put together a deal that was reasonable and fair right out of the gate. An upfront and straightforward offer that demonstrated to me a respect that the Leith team had for me as a potential new customer. Lee and John made the decision to purchase the '15 MKZ one of the most comfortable automotive decisions I have ever made. They talked with you and not at you and demonstrated to me that having me in the right car was the most important goal they had and if it had not been that day to find the right MKZ, they would have no doubt kept me in mind as the pre owned MKZ inventory changed. Discounted price they quoted for me matched what I had found on internet buying sites, even though Leith was not the dealer that that the buying sites tried to connect me with. However Leith had the car I wanted in stock so I went there. The trade-in value they gave me also matched what I had expected based on previous research. Thus I thought the overall price was very fair and I did not feel any need to negotiate. Garrett handled the business end of things and that was very efficient. He is highly experienced. Had a Airbag light on, took it to them to find out what was wrong. Cost me $59.81 for the estimate. Cost of repair seemed high at5 $842.21 - to replace the Pass. side front seat belt pretentioner. I then called LaFayette Lincoln in Fayetteville and received an estimate of almost $250 less. LaFayette repaired the issue today at a grand total of $598.75; a savings of $244. I had a good experience buying a used car from Leith Lincoln. They did what they said they would do in a timely fashion and even went out of their way by offering me a loaner car while they replaced a missing spare on the car I purchased. Good service, good people to deal with.

Worked with Henry. He was honest and prompt with communication. He helped me arrange my travel plans, offered to pick me up from the airport (I flew down from Upstate NY) and made sure all of the paperwork was done ahead of time. I was in and out in 30 Minutes to begin my journey home. The delivery was well done, the car was perfectly polished and the pictures accurately represented the car. My only small gripe was the car wasn't full of gas but I wouldn't let $30 dollars upset me on a vehicle that was priced thousands better than any other dealer!!!

Had a great experience looking at a used vehicle from here. Everyone involved in the process was friendly and didn't push for a sale. Something I'd expect to see from a good sales person. After the sales, trying to get any help with anything was like pulling teeth. Phone call after phone call, my wife and I both having to follow up on calls that were never returned. Once they had our money for the vehicle, they didn't seem to care about keeping our business. I like Lincoln, but will not buy from here again.

I gave my rating because the service Nahru provided was excellent, and he came highly recommended from a co-worker. He sat down with me and we discussed in detail the things I wanted in a vehicle and the price point I was comfortable with. He was able to find me a 2012 Honda with less than 40k miles on it that I love. The price was in my price range, the only thing that put me over the top was the extended warranty and GAP costs. However, overall Nahru was a wonderful sales person, very attentive and honest. I would recommend him to others and visit him in the future when I decide to make other purchases.

Sales and Management team were more than helpful and easy to deal with. Showroom is amazing like a high end hotel lobby complete with coffee bar. You should diffidently consider purchasing from Leith Lincoln it just a different buying experience. The online inventory is accurate and the Lincoln we bought was in stock and ready for purchase.
