My husband called Leith Honda when we realized that the problem with my Honda Oddessey was covered by warranty.He spoke to Austin in the service dept. Austin immediately told him not to drive the car, but to have it towed to Leiths. He communicated with us the next day and told us exactly what was wrong, what had to be done to fix the car and when it would be done. He greeted us when we came to get the car, showed us on the paper work just what had been done and then got the car for us. He couldn't have been more accommodating.

Went in to check out a 2008 Jeep wrangler and was surprised that I was able to buy it at My Price. Andy was my salesman and Sloan approved the price. After I drove it home I noticed a leak in my drive way. I returned to the dealer for them to check for the leak and Sloan approved for the radiator to be replaced. This dealer ship stands behind there cars and will do just able anything for the customer. I recently bought a new Honda Accord Sport from Leith Honda of Aberdeen, and I must say it was the first time that I had a good experience at a car dealership. The sales consultant with whom I dealt with was Art Gatling. Art made me feel at ease and made the process go over very smooth. I would definitely recommend Leith Honda of Aberdeen for anybody in the process of looking for a new or used vehicle.

Happy Day, My name is Angela, I am 62-years young and take care of my loving grandchildren from my daughter who passed away this past July, I've lived in Pinehurst for the past 25years since my husband wanted to move here from West Virginia so he could be around his second love which was golf! When they say the lord works in mysterious ways that is a very true statement in a world that is full of negative news , from police killings to wars to violent protest and all the other negative things that is always an eye or earful away from wherever you sit! My Loving husband whom I was blessed to be with form the time I was 27 left to be with the Lord 2Years ago , my hands shake as I type this for it is so hard for me to think about him, My Lord My Lord, Ok let me keep going , We purchased a vehicle from Art Gatling maybe 6-years ago from who I knew his sons when I taught at Pine Crest High School, so wonderful to see he was still there! My husband took care of all the things around the house and with our vehicles , when he left this earth it was up to me to keep everything together, what a job, but I had to be strong, I've been taking my Honda to Wal-Mart for all of my services but this time my poor Honda kept making some funny clicking noise so I took it to your dealership and talked to BJ who was such a sweetheart and so helpful with me, while I was there with my grandson I couldn't help but think about my husband and how he took care of me with things like this, I began to fight back my tears so my grandson could not see but my it was so hard then this young man comes running thru and he said good morning to everybody there sitting In the area! It kinda shocked me that in a world where a lot of people just don't really talk to anybody anymore they just go about their business this young man made me and the 5 other people look at eachother like wow he sure is happy fella! For the next 10-min I couldn't stop thinking about that small gesture and I wanted to know who he was, I got up and kinda walked to the front and heard loud music and seen that same young man sitting at his desk, he was answering the phone as I walked by so I assumed he was the dealerships receptionist that's where his happy voice and bubbly personality came form, so I walked back and sat down with mygrandson and not 5 minutes goes by and he runs thru the waiting area again, myself and the other waiting customers looked at eachother and smiled, This time I stoped him and asked his name he said his name was Sloane, I asked him - My lord young man how much coffee you had to drink he said none but I do like to make it just so I can smell it, I laughed and so did the other people there waiting, then he said thank you to everybody for letting us work on their vehicles and today was going to be the best day ever!! My My My the smile and the look on his face will be something I will never forget , he was so full of life and glow he made me feel good to be alive , when he left I started to talk to the other people waiting for their cars we all exchanged names and talked about the goodness of life! I hope this reaches whoever it needs to because you have people that work there that are unlike anything I have ever experienced before, I was here reading my Bible and something came over me to call and ask how could I leave a review and tell somebody about that day! That day I talked to strangers in that lounge and they were not strangers when I left, the people there made it a great day! after looking for Sloane on the website Lord behold he was the manager and not the receptionist, Woopsy! People like that are a Godsend and were put on this earth to touch hearts! To Art,Bj the teddy bear, the wonderful lady I paid my bill to who was so sweet and to the manager Sloane , Please don't ever change, you were a gift from God for me that day when it was hard for me that morning! I will be back and I will tell everyone I know to come fill the love that is in that place! Goo

Art Gatling made the car buying experience enjoyable. We do not like pressure sales and individuals who stand over us constantly. He let my husband and I peruse the cars and information on our own, then answered any questions we had. We test drove the two cars we were interested in with George and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional.....and yes he up-sold and we took the bait. We bought a 2015 Honda Odyssey in July. A few months earlier, I stopped in to test drive the vans and met sales associate Mike Hudson. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful about the vehicle. The best part is he did not put on a full-court press for me to buy the vehicle that day. I told him we intended to wait for a few months. He stayed in touch with me, but I absolutely never felt pressure to buy the vehicle immediately. Whenever I had questions about the vehicle or its specs, Mike responded within minutes. When we were ready to make the purchase, we used USAA Auto Circle and Leith Honda Aberdeen offered us the best sales price for the vehicle, beating other dealers by more than $1,000. We had every intention of selling our 2012 Honda CRV, but Leith offered us an excellent trade-in price that we couldn't turn down. It matched what we'd planned to get selling it privately. The buying process was quick and easy. Mike was able to track down the van with our desired options and we drove it off the lot the next day. We couldn't have been more pleased. Unfortunately, someone ran a stop sign and hit our brand new van two days after we bought it. It spent 6 weeks in the shop. Mike stayed in touch with us through all of this and helped arrange for our accessories to be added when we finally got the van back. He even helped us when we had questions regarding the van's diminished value. Also, Austin in parts was extremely helpful after the body shop we used to repair our vehicle used a faulty wheel bearing. Austin and the service department got it fixed and settled payment with the body shop. Now have 2,500 miles on our Honda Odyssey and imagine loving it until it has 250,000. We will definitely be referring our friends to Mike and the staff at Leith Honda Aberdeen.

Went to three dealerships with a very long list of demands for my wife's graduation gift. The other dealerships did two things wrong...1) they both assumed I would settle for a car that had most, not all, of what my wife wanted, and 2) they both came in with pricing that was higher. Mike H. worked tirelessly to get us exactly what we wanted, at a competitive price. He was honest with us throughout the process, even when the answer wasn't exactly what we wanted to hear. I hate care dealers and was so pleased with Mike that we returned a few weeks later and purchased an older Accord for my son. If all car salesman could be as honest, upfront, and non-pushy as Mike I might not dread shopping for a new car!

After purchasing 13 Hondas from Gardner Barbour, it was time to buy or lease a car for our teenage daughter. We drove down from Fuquay Varina, looked over the lot and picked a 2015 Civic while daughter was in school. The civic was on the showroom floor. Decided it was best to lease (almost like a purchase). Gardner put a SOLD sign on the windshield. Four days later, we three drove down to "look" over the lot. Upon arriving at Leith Honda Aberdeen, Gardner took wife and daughter to look over the lot while I took giant balloons to the showroom and put on the side view mirror. This was arranged beforehand. Plus all the other showroom cars were removed except the civic for the surprise occasion. The whole team of sales people, etc. huddled around the new civic as Gardner brought wife and daughter inside. Everyone started clapping and sang "happy birthday" to her. Her expression said it all. I didn't see a dry eye on any of the team sales people. Thanks to ALL of the team players and management for making her dream come true.

The finance managers and the people worked with us to get a reasonable payment within our price range that fit our budget, and we did not have any pressure to pay outside of what we needed. It was a wonderful experience & I highly recommend Leith Honda of Aberdeen to anyone buying a vehicle. I will buy again from Leith Honda!

Me and my wife came to Leith Honda in Aberdeen after we had a horrible time at Sanford Honda. The staff at Leith were very nice and treated us like that wanted our business. They didn't tell us anything that they didn't follow through with. Our salesperson George was very nice and knew alot about the vehicle he was selling. Leith was able to put us in a newer car then what Sanford Honda was trying to push off on us. And the payments were about the same. I have been to other Leith dealerships and have always been treated great. I will certainly look to Leith the next time we are in the market to get another car.

A year ago I went car shopping picked out a car but before picking it up and signing all paper work I went to this dealership to test drive one like it to make sure of my decision. While looking a gentleman came by and asked if he could help. His name was Art Gatling. I told him my plans and of course he helped. It didn't take long but realized that Art was no ordinary salesman. Most salesman we try to run from cause lets face it they can be a bit annoying! Art was much different! He never once tried to sell me a car, he never tried to sell me a bunch of crap, he never made me feel as if I was just a customer. Art has the best manners, the best personality, the best presence and appearance that any salesman could ever have. By the time I finished test driving I felt like I had known Art all of my life. He was more interested in being a "friend" than a salesman. He made me feel as if I mattered and that the car that I was looking at would be right for me. He never tried to convince me of crazy, different things that the other dealership salesman had done. In fact I love Art's personality and professionalism so much that I went back just recently to him to have him help my dad get a car. I refused to deal with another car salesman and will never deal with another as long as Art is working. He is wonderful and I would recommend him to everyone! Thanks Art for being so wonderful to me and my family you are truly "one of a kind"!

I have NEVER had such a wonderful experience buying a new car as I did at Leith Honda. Some of the other dealerships I visited did not compare to Leith. They acted as if they were doing me a favor selling me a car. Leith especially Mike Hudson went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Mike took up so much time with me and making sure I understood the functions and features of the car. I can't say enough about these people. I only wish I had visited them earlier. Take some advice from me if you want to feel special and get a great deal visit Leith Honda of Aberdeen. They will make it worth your while.

The day before we purchased our new Honda Odyssey we looked at several dealerships around Raleigh. Leigh Honda Aberdeen had exactly what we were looking for, for a great price. We talked with Mike extensively on the phone before deciding that it was worth it to make the drive to Aberdeen. We are so glad we did! My wife and I had been struggling with the process of buying a used minivan for a number of weeks before we came across Leith Honda of Aberdeen. With so many people like us trying to find value and quality amongst a limited selection of options, we were in a seller's market and getting more and more frustrated each time we failed to act fast enough or hesitated as to whether we were really getting a good deal. When we came across their listing for a 2004 Nissan Quest it got our attention and after talking with Rawlin on the phone, we decided it was worth driving 2 hours from Durham to come take a closer look. Even though he did have a lot going on, Rawlin couldn't have been more accommodating and made us feel welcome and comfortable at every turn. Along with the rest of the people we dealt with at the dealership, he genuinely wanted us to feel good about our purchase and was obviously committed to our long-term satisfaction rather than fixated on getting us into a car quickly so he could move on to the next commission. I wouldn't recommend that anyone drive two hours and bring their 9 month-old with them to just look at one car, but if you are crazy/desperate enough to try, I highly recommend that you give Rawlin a call and start with Leith Honda of Aberdeen.
