Couldn't walk away from Leith's deal!

My husband and I had researched what car we believed we wanted. Leith in Raleigh was the 2nd BMW dealer we visited. We were in no hurry and had been toying with the idea of trading for 2-3 weeks. John Draz greeted us as we walked into the building and was genuine in his desire to just answer questions in a no pressure, pleasant conversation. He pulled a car for us to test drive, and rode us by a brand new X1 that was everything I wanted....but still wrapped up in its factory packaging. 2016 BMW 320

Had a very positive experience leasing a 2016 BMW 320 from Barry Frucht. I showed up towards the end of the day on a Friday and test drove three cars. The place closed at 8pm but Barry stayed with me until 8:30pm so that I could test drive one last car (which ended up being the one I leased). He was forthcoming about the process of leasing a car, which was helpful for a first-time car-leaser like me.

2013 BMW 328 convertible

I recently purchased a 328 convertible M Sport for my wife from Barry Frucht. I called about a car that I saw on line, asked about it's availability and scheduled a visit the next day. We just purchased a 2017 BMW X3 from John Draz and wanted to share our terrific experience working with John and the Leith team. This is our first BMW and I'm detailed by nature. John did a terrific job working with us through all aspects of the sale and was always responsive in answering many questions. In addition to the great customer service, we shopped around and also found Leith to provide the best price.

Everything I expected and more

I was deciding between an 2016 Audi A6 and a 2016 BMW 5-series. What "sold" me was that I was pretty much open to either car, I just wanted the best deal and the best service. I got the best service from both dealerships, but the one thing that stood out was that the Client Advisor and the General Sales Manager were able to LISTEN to what I wanted and ended up locating a 2016 BMW 535i, brought it into their dealership, and made an offer I couldn't refuse. That, along with the BMW 0% financing and included warranty/scheduled service... made it an easy decision. I have only been back to the dealership once for a first time service, and they were everything you'd expect from a BMW dealership there as well.

I've been searching for a car for quite some time but always kept checking inventory in this dealership. I must say so far they have best lineup of BMWs in the Triangle area. Sales experience was great but after sales service is poor.

About a month back we bought a Certified pre owned 2013 BMW X5. Richard Williams our sales associate. Richard is a true professional and easy to work with. However we are not quite happy with their Certification process. Since we took delivery of the vehicle we have noticed several issues with this car which was brought to their attention. One would expect them to have put the car through a rigorous testing process. That was not the case. I have been waiting for them to schedule a time to get these issues resolved. Unfortunately they have not yet done that. It is extremely frustrating to go ignored.

The CPO BMW I purchased from Leith BMW was my 35th car. The salesman Richard Williams made my experience a memorable one. I had been searching for a specific model, I contacted 5 different BMW dealerships in three different states and was incredibly disappointed by the lack of knowledge of the salespeople I spoke with and their inability or indifference in wanting to sell me a car. I came by the dealership one evening to browse and I was politely addressed by Richard Williams who I would highly recommend. Richard gave me his card and a welcoming invitation to come back for a test drive it anytime but with a no pressure sales pitch. What can I say about this car and dealership? I have never had such an amazing trip to a car dealer before. If you are like me you rather dread the experience of trying to buy a car, new or used. Absolutely Amazing!!

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. When I first moved to NC, I lived in New Bern. The closest BMW dealer was in Kinston. I went there once!! I have been coming here ever since. When the service manager John realized we were in trouble with our lease( being way over in mileage and out of warranty etc.) he got the sales manager Ty involved and got us into a CPO Elite program car (basically brand new) I really feel they went above and beyond to help us out before the situation got really ugly! Bought 2017 X1

I worked with John Draz to find a BMW X1. We test drove several (over several months), and he was very helpful with descriptions/demonstrations of various options of the vehicles we drove (and of options that were not on the vehicles we drove). I eventually decided on ordering an X1 from the factor (to get the exact color and options I wanted), and John facilitated that process. He got all of the paperwork lined up and made the process very easy. The whole process of my looking at and deciding on the X1 took many months, but there was no pressure, and this worked out very satisfactorily. When the X1 eventually arrived, John got me through all the purchase paperwork and again walked me through operation of all of the car's settings and controls. All in all, a very pleasant purchase.

I am very pleased with my experience at Leith BMW, especially dealing with John Draz. I appreciated that he and the staff understood that even though I wanted a nice car, I still wanted a good deal. Most amazing car buying experience ever!

This is coming from an Indian student who just graduated and started with his new job. As one would expect, I did all the math all the analysis to figure out the best deal, test drove them from all over North Carolina, be it Greensboro, Raleigh, Winston Salem, Charlotte, Chapel Hill. Thankfully my two months of pursuit ended when I finally found the perfect car at Leith BMW, Raleigh. I contacted the dealer and got a confirmation on the availability immediately. Barry Frucht, a client advisors made one of the biggest purchases of my life a cakewalk. Great buying experience

I hadn't intended to buy a car at all - I was just there to drive my husband home after he dropped off his BMW for service. But as long as we were there, I thought I'd at least look at the SUVs...and a few hours later I drove home in one. Partly that's because the vehicle itself was just so marvelous, but also because everyone at Leith was extremely lovely to deal with. I never felt pressured or talked down to. Many folks at car dealerships speak directly to my husband, occasionally humoring me with a response. The sales associate we dealt with, however, (Richard Williams) spoke to me, addressed my concerns, and treated me with respect the entire day. (Seriously, not being treated like "the little woman" counts for a LOT in my book). He took note of casual remarks I made in passing and addressed those specific concerns while helping me select a vehicle, and I came away with something that's perfect for what I wanted. Smooth experience leasing an i3

I'd been looking at electric cars, a colleague recommended Letih BMW where he'd bough an i3 recently. I emailed Brad Timberlake (sales) and told him what I was looking for, we arranged a time to come test drive the i3. Brad also sent along a lease proposal for the car I was interested in, it was a very clear document showing all discounts, taxes, rebates, etc. During and after the test drive Brad was easy to talk to and forthcoming about the car, the lease, and all other questions I had. After visiting Leith I emailed other dealers within driving distance to see what kind of deals were offered elsewhere--as other offers rolled in it was clear that Letih's initial lease proposal was very competitive and the most transparent showing how the lease payment was calculated. I decided to go with Leith's offer, they had the car ready for me within a couple of days. I asked to have all software updates and service bulletins completed before deliver--I don't know whether this is something they would have done without me asking, but they got it done.Signing the lease was pretty standard, the terms were explained clearly and I did hear the usual up-sell to protection plans and that kind of thing. Didn't feel too pressured into buying those, so pretty smooth exit.

Great experience with Leith BMW

After visiting a number of Mercedes and BMW dealers I met Barry Frucht one evening. The dealership had closed however he was still on the lot finishing with another customer. He was more than happy to stay and help me with my questions and show me the inventory. There was a beautifully maintained 2013 BMW 328i that was just traded in and certified by BMW. Barry invited me back with my Wife for a test drive. We arrived unannounced at the dealer the next day they were open and Barry was very accommodating. He informed us of the cars history, features, etc. and let us drive it. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. I called him back later in the day and told him we wanted the car. He quickly prepared the car and all paperwork do my trip to pick up was very quick. All in al great experience and I highly recommend both Barry Frucht (pronounced fruit) and Leith BMW.

Very good experience

I was looking to purchase a newer model BMW 328I as a 30 year anniversary gift of driving BMW's. I talked with Barry Frucht who also sold me my last BMW about different options. Excellent, No Pressure Leasing Experience

My client adviser, Brad Timberlake, was very easy to work with. He explained all of the X5 bells and whistles, which are numerous. He listened to and laughed at my silly sense of humor; definitely a plus in a salesman. Brad explained the financial options and helped me work out a deal that I could accept. Because this is the sixth BMW I've leased through Leith, I'm quite familiar with the process. Brad gave me just the information I needed to make the right decision and no more. I had already done my research, decided on a vehicle and most of the options I wanted, had a quote (including trade-in) from another dealer and was shopping for a dealer to place the order. Leith BMW, and particularly the sales associate I worked with, Mark Poindexter, were helpful and more than willing to work with me and see that I got what I wanted. He took the time to explain the basic equipment and options on the vehicle and did not put any 'sales pressure' on me throughout the transaction. I was very particular with the options I wanted on the vehicle and this restricted my search. Leith BMW was the only BMW dealer within 100 miles to have a vehicle in stock that came close to my requirements. But, it didn't have everything I had to have. So, Mark Poindexter and I shifted gears and worked together to order a vehicle from BMW despite it being very late in the model year. The vehicle I bought turned out to be one of the last twelve 2016's of this particular model built and was delivered within three weeks of ordering it. At the time of delivery, I was also offered an opportunity to restructure my financing at a reduced rate which had not been available at the time of my order. This was an unexpected bonus. I also must mention the excellent facilities and amenities offered at the dealership.

Car buying the way it should be

Visited Leith BMW on Saturday and was greeted by Brad Timberlake on the lot. Told him what I was looking for a pre-owned 5 Series, but with the right numbers, I would also consider a lease on a new 2016. After answering a ton of my questions, providing me with printed estimates of all finance options, and test driving 3 of their vehicles, I ended up with a great lease on a 2016 528i. Brad worked hard with his manager to fit my needs, not matter what numbers and options I threw at him. He is incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicles and was able to clearly walk me through all the features and functionality of the car. There was never any pressure to do or sign anything. And he had no problem staying an hour after the dealer closed to take care of everything for me.Having bought many cars in the past, I can say this one is the best I can ever recall. Extremely Positive Buying Experience

My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 X1 and was by far the best auto buying experience I ever had. Before we even made a deal, we were able to drive the car and no pressure to stay and discuss right then. We negotiated the price over e-mail which went very smoothly and did paperwork ahead of time. Our delivery day was a Saturday which is traditionally very busy but everything went perfectly. Attention to detail by Kent Beard, our salesperson, was outstanding. All of our questions were answered fully and after a very pleasant interaction with Colleen O'Leary the business manager, and Joel Kilgore, BMW Genius, we were on our way. The whole process took less than 90 minutes with no waiting. I just purchased my 2016 BMW X1 28 from Leith BMW at Raleigh. It's my first BMW and I am so happy!The purchasing process is very pleasant and efficient. I was not sure what my next car is, since I only know that my previous car is really old and needs replacement. I visited other dealerships and find X1 my favorite model and Leith BMW the most efficient place. Barry Frucht was the sales person and he is very nice and helpful. Was happy with the time it took to negotiate and the freedom they gave me to take my time and test out the car. I didn't feel any pressure to buy and appreciate that.
