As a longtime Acura customer I am always impressed with the level of service I receive at your dealership, this visit was no exception. From the time I pulled in to the service bay until the time I got back into my clean, washed car my experience was exceptional. I applaud the entire staff for really going the extra mile to make the service experience quick, comfortable and stress-free. I will continue to visit your dealership for my regular service and recommend your facility to others as well. The newly designed/decorated customer waiting area is wonderful but I do have one complaint...the desk chairs need to have wheels on them so they can roll, the flat rubber feet on the chairs make maneuvering awkward and cumbersome. All in all, if that is the only complaint I have then you are absolutely doing everything right, keep up the great work!

I just want to say that Lehigh valley Acura is amazing! From the time you walk into the door everyone at Acura makes you feel welcomed. Also everyone is very helpful and patient. They go to the extreme to take care of your needs and wants! I'm absolutely in love with my ACURA. Extremely accommodating and puts your needs first. Paid close attention to my narrow window of time to find, buy, finance and acquire the vehicle. I was out of town but they had what I wanted and things went great!
Just define your expectations upfront
Make sure you stop these guys in their tracks before you commit to anything. Make sure the car is properly details before delivery. Make sure you understand that the Q-Warranty is pretty much useless as the state any failures that occur from a gasket or seal is their out to not provide warranty claims. Secondly, $30,000 dollars for a Mercedes (I did not haggle over their advertised price) and they could not clean the engine compartment or the storage area between the driver and passenger seats. Did just a rush job while I was waiting in the lobby. Very disappointed by these last two items. Get a full explanation upfront on warranty and what your expectations are for delivery prior to pick up. If not for these two points I would have given them a 5 star rating.

We were searching for a low mileage used Acura MDX. We met Vince Luburich on the lot, and over the course of a week and a half he worked with us to find the right vehicle. It was time for my car's annual inspection. The Acura service was outstanding. They also handled the airbag recall at the same time, saving me from another appointment.
Major repair made easy
My MDX required a major engine rebuild - it was a big job. The service department made it look easy. Scheduling the repair, coordination of a loaner car, communications during the repair and at the completion of the project were all spot on. It was an exceptional experience.
I took delivery of my long awaited RLX yesterday. Ray Ruiz was phenomenal going over all the safety features and recommended settings. The support crew of Maria Myers and Jennifer Hilbert were very accommodating. I enjoyed the buying process.
Air Bag Recall
In the 13 years that I have owned Acuras, Lehigh Valley Acura Service has always been exceptional service. Coordinating the Takata airbag recall was no different. From securing a rental car, to fixing the recall, and also coordinating other service due (inspection, oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades, etc.), the entire process was stress free. I dealt with Rex and Jim on this service, but I have also dealt with Wayne at other times. All are very professional, very personable, very knowledgeable, and genuinely want to help their customers. I never hesitate to recommend this Acura dealer and their service department.
Great Express Service
Drove in over my lunch break to see if I could get an oil and filter change...they took my car immediately and wrapped up the service in 45 minutes. I was very impressed, and the complimentary car wash is alway appreciated.

Customer service was great ... Over priced for the service I had done . My B1 service light was on I did the oil change and filter myself and it basically came out to the same price for them to just do the tire rotation and check the fluids, brakes and battery life... and my fluids were said to be checked and filled but my coolant was low so I had to go and ask them to fill the coolant smhh... It just made me double guess if they actually checked all the items they were suppose to.. By the way the coolant was checked off as filled on the inspection sheet !

Wasted 3 1/2 hours of my life
An air bag recall lead into having a rental car (not even an acura) for two months. I finally, have my original car back ONLY because they contacted me saying that my Acura TL 2010 is in high demand and for me to make an appointment with a sales manager to get me into another vehicle. So I bit on the offer needless to say, after 3 1/2 hours of my wasted time on a beautiful sunny day, a predictable sales process, no sale made on a newer used vehicle for me regardless, of me being a very unhappy customer after learning that I (my keys) got lost in the air bag recall shuffle when all along they had the part needed to replace air bag recall. I will never go to this car dealership ever again and I discourage others to do the same. All they care about is paying off their debt for the new "senseless" show room.

When I bought my 2014 MDX, I really wanted a white exterior and black interior. That was not an option at the time, so I settled for a different color. Loved my vehicle from day 1. I decided to trade-in the 2014 for a 2016, and very happy to finally have exactly what I wanted. I have no doubt I'll love this new MDX as much as the last two that I owned!

First oil change
The service guys were pleasant and helpful. Tried to find the problems that I was having. Pleasant and attentive. Gave me a nice loaner car while I waited for service completion. Asked about upcoming emissions and inspection so that I wouldn't have to come back.
Came in for state inspection. Took to my place of work by shuttle and back. All service done quickly and car was washed and vacuumed before noon. Work was done professionally.
By far the best service experience I've ever had with a dealership. Great service and good prices from a team that is committed to your satisfaction. I highly recommend them and will continue to get my car serviced by them.

I bought a used MDX from Xavier he was professional and knowledgeable he helped me and my wife with our purchase. I recommend this dealership no haggling or games. But truly Xavier was the reason I bought the car the same day. If you looking for a car ask for him, he doesn't cut corners like my past buying experience with other sales people.

The only reason that I am even giving this review 1 star is because of the salesman we dealt with. The management was absolutely HORRENDOUS! Eoin was arrogant and condescending. I was the one purchasing the vehicle and they would only address my husband when speaking. On the day of purchase we were told we had a 5:30 delivery time. They did not begin to process our transaction until 7:30. We drove over an hour away for this vehicle, left work early, and rushed to make sure we were punctual. It was very disrespectful to our time. I would not recommend this dealership AT ALL. If you must use them, ask for Xavier, he was the ONLY reason we returned and purchased our vehicle here.

AAA installed a new battery and the cable needed to be replaced which the AAA technican couldn'd do and i called Rex and he was able to fit me in

I own a 2014 MDX. Nice vehicle but there have been some normal warranty items and the regular oil changes, tire rotation, XX,XXX mile services, etc. I work with Wayne and with Jason in the Service Dept. Both are solid professionals and truly want to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. I work with Jason most of the time. I give him 5+ Stars... He is really timely, a great communicator, and seems to work very hard with his techs to address issues. Their pricing is "dealer level pricing" but I think they work hard to keep costs down and earn your long term business. I plan to take my MDX to LV Acura for my next set of tires. Jason is working with me on two All Weather options.

I have been an MDX owner for about 3 years. The service staff at LV Acura is second to none! I have had experiences with Wayne Kindall, Stacy Haines, and Jason Rose and they are all very knowledgeable and thoroughly explain the services available and suggested. They are not pushy and if you put services off they simply add reminders for your next visit which is very important for the driver's safety! Whether you are going in for routine work or something a bit more involved they often answer my questions before I can ask them. They are also very communicative and personable through email. I do not feel like a number, I feel like a valued customer! This is a tribute to the hard work and quality customer service at LV Acura!

I took my company's 2007 Acura MDX in for service. This car is a shared corporate vehicle and I knew it needed work. I called and scheduled the appointment for a laundry list of routine repairs. I arrived at the dealer and was greeted by Wayne and Rex. They were extremely friendly...especially for 7 am! Wayne called me in about an hour or so to let me know the vehicle needed a few more things, which with the way this car is driven I wasn't surprised. The one thing that Wayne did that I was very pleased with and wish more dealers did was even though the car was not going to be done the same day, he called me at the end of the day and gave me an update on how things were going and when he thought it would be complete. I went back the next day to pick up the car and it drives like a dream. We as a company are very pleased with the work done by Lehigh Valley Acura. We appreciate the exceptional work and fantastic customer service! We look forward to doing business together in the future.

I took my 2012 Acura TL in for inspection, oil change and four new tires. I had priced the tires around and they were competitively priced and included free wheel alignment. The service reps are always courteous and helpful. I appreciate the complimentary car wash and vac. And the free coffee and bagels make the wait a pleasure!
I forgot to get my Acura TSX inspected and was in a panic. I called them and they got me in the same day! Everyone is nice to deal with and there's a nice clean place to wait. It's always a good experience dealing with them.
did not live up to the promise made from previous visit
In February I came in with a road noise problem and was advised that after 19000 miles that all four tires where wearing on the inside causing road noise. I asked how can that be after only 19000 miles the majority of which was highway miles and also no bad weather driving as the car has been in SC for the winter months. No answer, the tires had been rotated twice and there was no alignment problem. The rep, Stacey said the LV Acura would correct the problem, she had to talk to service manager and tire mfg. She said problem would be fixed by replacing ALL tires at no charge. We scheduled a return visit for March 24th which was after we returned from vacation. On March 24th I came in dropped the car off and a few min late I received a call that said, Stacey is no longer with Acura and no discussion was done with service manager or tire rep. Jason would now have to do that work. 3 hours later Jason called to say that tire rep would only give credit for 25% of rear tires only and that the rest of the cost was mine to bear. This was not what I was promised in February. I reluctantly had the rear tires replaced.I am disappointed that LV Acura did not live up to their February service call promise to replace all four tires and I am disappointed in ACURA corporate in that the quality of the $50K MDX which was sold as a " high quality luxury car" is not up to that standard.I have recently taken the MDX on a road trip and the road noise is still present.I
Always great Service
Always great service; would take my car nowhere else.I have q 2006 TL with 183,000 miles on it. All service done at LV Acura but for one oil change at LV Hyundai (In a hurry; full up LV Acura sent me over to LV Hyundai).
Rex Weaver and company certainly took care of my car needs. As always, they are so courteous and friendly. It's always stressful going in because you go in for one thing, here I needed an oil change, and you find there are other services that need to be done to keep my car running efficiently, and the service people explain everything and do not pressure you that 'it has to be done'. I think that LV Acura is run top notch and I have recommended them many times.
Service can't be beat
I can honestly say this has been a dealership we enjoy working with...we have owned 4 Acuras and have leased/purchased 2 of them from Lehigh Valley. They are fair and the purchasing process moves along quickly. The service department is amazing and it's nice to see the same advisors year after year working there.
Prompt and courteous service
Brought in my 2012 TLX for an oil change. Was greeted by an employee in the parking lot, even before entering the building and directed to the service desk. The paperwork to write up the order was efficiently done. I decided to wait for the car, was told about 90 minutes, but it took only an hour for me to be on my way. The service desk is very proficient and lives up to the true meaning of the word - "service". Well done!

Hats off again to Rex Weaver and his entire Service department. Brought in my 2011 MDX for an oil change and tire rotation for the $24.99 service special that I received by email. Can't beat that price! Stacy, as always was her ever pleasant self and greeted me with a smile. She informed me that I needed a 4 wheel alignment and negotiated a reasonable price since I was not expecting that repair at this time. Work was done in a timely manner which got me to work on time. I recently brought my Acura TLX in for service (Inspection & Oil). Stacy was very thorough and pleasant to deal with! I was in and out with dropping my car off and picking up my loaner. Took my MDX in for inspection and service. As always their service advisors were cordial, understanding and helpful. When I picked up my vehicle a representative even helped me set up my autophone to my cell.
I had my Acura in for oil change and related services. The technician advised me that the front brake pads were showing wear, so I had them replaced as well. LV Acura ervice is always courteous and efficient..

I arrived at the service department to order mats for my RDX. They had the mats in stock. The service folks vacuumed my car, washed the car and installed the mats. Excellent service

I had my oil changed becasue even though the reading showed 50% the "check oil' message kept coming on!Service was able to give me an appointment for the next day. The technican who changed the oil fogot to reset the "oil reading" to 100% and I called the next day and Stacy walked me me through resetting the guage
Service "Check up"
I hadn't driven the car for a few months and wanted it checked out even though it didn't need the oil changed by mileage. It was thoroughly checked, needed just a few minor items, and now I feel confident driving the car myself and having my son drive it. I always look for Wayne - he is great.

Excellent Service Department
I have been using the service department at Lehigh Valley Acura for 10 years now and find them to consistently provide excellent service. The staff is very knowledgeable. The mechanics can always address my issues. Pricing is reasonable. Parts are usually always in stock. Customer waiting area is very nice and friendly.
I have been doing business with LV Acura for a number of years and have always been satisfied but this was by far the best experience. My car was towed to the dealership on a Sunday morning and by Monday afternoon I was back on the road, repairs made, car cleaned, everyone happy.

Excellent Car Buying Experience
I originally came into this dealer wanting to test drive one of their vehicles to compare it to my 4 month old Acura purchased at another dealer in New Jersey. After having to go in for services multiple times for an issue that was never resolved and they deemed not a big issue, resulting in a miserable driving experience, I decided to try a dealer in PA. Their vehicle did not have the issue mine had and although I wasn't originally intending on buying a new vehicle (thinking my dealer would do something for me), I ended up deciding to just purchase that day. I worked with Maria and she was helpful from the moment I walked in when I told her I just wanted to compare their car to mine and she was not expecting any sale. Ultimately, Maria worked with me and my situation to get me out of my current Acura and into another one that did not have any issues. Although, it was a long day for me, I was able to drive home in a new car with everything done and taken care of for me later that night. Despite it being a stressful situation (having to buy another Acura in just a 4 month period of time), the entire team was patient with me and made the process as easy as they could. Maria took the time on another day (better for my schedule) to go through the Acura with me in more detail than my original dealer did. She has been prompt with responses to any of my questions. My recent visit to service to replace a key I lost was very pleasant as well. I am really happy I discovered this Acura dealer. It takes me 45 minutes to get to them, but the service you get is worth it.

I had a wonderful experience buying my car. Sales person Maria made buying easy for me. She was able to answer all my questions and quickly coordinate with my credit union to speed up delivery of the car. My only gripe about the experience is the fact that they only had 1 set of keys for the car, which cost me an additional $200 to get a second set.

I contacted Rich Berkheimer in the sales department asking him for some ideas on a pre-owned first car for my daughter. Not only did Rich listen to what type of car I was searching for, but he also explained numerous differences in makes/models and how each car suits different styles of drivers. Safety and reliability were a major factor for Rich over performance and style. That made me extremely at ease due to the fact that this was a car for a teenager. Purchase vehicle through Rex Weaver
A family friend had purchased two cars from this dealership, so we gave it a try and found a car that we liked. There were some issues with the processing of paperwork and minor problems with the vehicle itself, but after speaking with Rex and Andrew it was immediately taken care of. Rex was great and provided the best customer service. If I were to purchase another vehicle it would most definitely be through Rex and not another sales rep.

Bill Cossman and the LVA team not only beat my target price, they worked very closely with me to make my purchase process pain free and even helped me get my old car ready for private sale. My car has exceeded expectations (for goodness sakes, it drives by itself!!) and the one hour drive for me to get to LVA is well worth it.

Overall great experience
Amanda is a great salesperson . . . she delivered on all her promises! The dealership was very responsive and welcoming.Only one frustration: the financial person who's the designated hitter for selling add ons (e.g., extended warranties, leather protection, etc., etc., ) doesn't know when to stop pitching. I finally had to tell him to stop talking . . . he's is painful! He was try to re-sell you the tires you just paid for if you don't threaten to walk out of his office.Excluding him and his strong-arm tactics, great experience!
I had my 2003 MDX serviced here several times and they were always prompt accurate and very nice. Most of the work they did for me was Acura recalls, but my experience with their work has very good.

Everytime I go to the garage to get "service" I cringe...ya never know what they are gonna come back with, what needs fixed......I never feel that way at Lehigh Valley Acura. Service for Check Emissions System Light
This is the second time I brought my car to the service department since I bought my car in April and my husband and I have to say the have phenomenal service from the moment my husband and I walk in to the moment we leave. They were able to diagnose my problem and even said my battery was going bad and in the end I walked out paying nothing when I got a new fuel cap, battery, oil change, tires rotated and filter changed. I have never been to any where else where they really care and treat there companies life family. We will defiantly recommend Leigh valley Acura and there service department! Way to go! Thanks for being such a great service department. When there's a problem they usually dionose the problem right away & service writers seems to know the answer to the problem as well, which helps the mechanics. State Inspection and Service
Went in for annual PA inspection. Also had several minor issues with a tire and theTPMS system. Also had some brake work done as well. Out in just two hours. Wayne isvery accomodating and easy to easy to work with.

I've been coming here for over 10 years. I have owned two TL's and my wife has an MDX. Everyone in the service department, especially Wayne, are very nice and accommodating. They truly care and make sure I understand what needs to be done, what it costs, and how long it will take. I never feel pushed or rushed into a decision. LV Acura replaced some recall parts for my TSX.
The service department folks were very cordial and helpful. I was offered a shuttle, as the work was estimated to be a 2-1/2 hours and I didn't have time to stay at the dealership. As it turned out, I was able to arrange a ride, but I certainly appreciated the offer. The new parts were installed and my car was washed and vacuumed!!!! Love that!

I have been going to Acura for thirteen years. They explain every part of what is wrong with my car when I go in basic terms so I can understand. They are quick and direct to the point. They don't try and sell me something I don't need. There service center is the best. That is why I keep going back year after year.
No issues, car fixed. Loaner cars make all the difference. As long as i have a loaner i dont care how long they need to fix my car. But they are pretty fast.
I have always had great service at Lehigh Valley Acura. I called on Friday afternoon and they scheduled the service for the next morning at 8:00 am. When I dropped off the car, I was immediately met by Wayne Kindall. Wayne walked me through the exact service which would be performed and shared with me the cost for each service. He accurately gave me a time required of 90 minutes. Exactly 90 minutes later, the car was completed.When I got back to Lehigh Valley Acura, Wayne went through the complete report on my car. He kindly found a discount for 15%.Also, LVA provides a free wash and vacuum of my car which is a savings of $15.00.Overall, my experience at Lehigh Valley Acura and with Wayne Kindall was excellent!

Lehigh Valley Acura has always provided excellent servicing of my Acura automobiles. I've been a customer since 2007 and have owned 2 MDX's and 2 RDX's all which have been serviced at LVA. Had the pleasure of dealing with Wayne Kindall. Wayne gave a detailed explanation of the service needed when I dropped off the car. Since I was waiting for the car, then on to a meeting at work, I needed an estimate of the time it would take to complete the work. Wayne estimated the car would be ready by 9 am. My washed car was ready by 8:59 with everything completed as quoted. Excellent service.
Service beyond the call of duty
A faulty Bluetooth kept me returning to Acura service. The determination to solve the dilemma was relentless. I was kept in the loop throughout the multiple visit service process. Rex assured me that nothing less than perfection would be an acceptable resolution for my misbehaving Bluetooth. On two occasions arrangements were made to pick up my vehicle at my place of employment or my home, the later leaving me with a loaner car (an unexpected treat). As my schedule was busy, every effort was made to accommodate me. The outcome was a fully replaced system by which I now have operational Bluetooth in my RDX. I have and have always had confidence in Acura service. I tell everyone I know about the pleasant, easy to work with service staff. My cars have always been returned to me washed, sometimes waxed, and service fully explained in every detail. The Acura vehicles are great cars, but it is the service that keeps me an Acura customer.
3's a charm and so will the 4th and 5th and...
We have now purchased 3 vehicles (2010 TSX, 2012 MDX, and 2014 TL) from LHV Acura. The sales team is awesome as is the finance team. I never got the run around on price or trying to be upsold, just straight forward to and to the point. In fact the last car the deal was so smooth that I left the same day within an hour with the car (fully detailed I might add) Since it was after hours there was a few things that needed to be done the next day and the sale person drove to my wife so we did not have to come all the way back out.I should point out I have to drive 45 minutes to get there and there is another Acura dealer 15 minutes away in Reading.... but because of the service and ease of making a deal I will be back for a new TLX in a few months!

Great service - very accomodating
I have a 2008 Acura TL that was having engine issues. It finally let me down on the way to work. I was able to limp home with the vehicle and immediately called Wayne Kindall - my service advisor. Wayne was very accommodating - I was able to bring the car in for emergency service and while there had major engine maintenance done (timing belt). Wayne arranged for me to have a loaner car (brand new TLX !!!) while mine was in the shop. The LV Acura service folks worked on the car late into the evening and I had it back the next morning.To top it off - Wayne found that I was part of special program that entitled me to a 15% discount off of the total bill. Thanks to Wayne's diligence I saved around $267!!!!I would recommend the Service and Maintenance folks at LV Acura to anyone looking for great service at reasonable dealership prices.
Another quality service appointment
I recently brought my 2004 MDX to the service department Lehigh Valley Acura for its second 105,000 miles service. I purchased the vehicle new from Lehigh Valley Acura in 2004 and it now has 210,000 miles on it with zero major repairs. I have always received exceptional service at Lehigh Valley. This is the reason that I travel 3 hours to bring my MDX to Lehigh Valley for all of its scheduled maintenance. There are many other Acura dealers closer to my home in NY but I continue to travel to Lehigh Valley because they have always treated me honestly and fairly. I'm hoping to get another 100K out of the MDX.
Just pulled out of lot to realize I had to fill up my own gas, they did not fill my first tank, they made be pay 7.00 for a stick of touch up paint told me it was a "negative deal" twice for them so couldn't just give me the paint, Sales Manager low balled me on my trade-in, 3500 less than 5 other dealers in the area, told me that they would have to recondition my car before it goes to auction (ware and tear on the seat,etc.) LOL really, who fixes stuff to a car that you take to an auction to wholesale!! When I went to do my paperwork, I waited by myself for about 10 min before the finance manager, than after that filled all my paperwork out. Sales person was rushed, seemed that they didn't have all my paperwork ready for me (why I sat alone for 10 minutes). When I told the sales person I was looking at another car and they asked me what the big difference was, I told them there are giving me 3k more for my car..sales person says "Well to each is own" LOL, well not your team just under values their trade ins...Just overall a really bad experience.

I live 65 miles from the dealership, there are other Acura dealers in my area but refuse to spend another second nor another dime at their dealerships. Lehigh Valley lacks the car dealership attack methods but rather focus on developing a repeat and satisfied customer.

My sales men was Nick he was a good guy knew his stuff about Acura's and knew the car I wanted and found it for me!! I came in and saw the Acura TL I wanted but it was sold. Nick called me that Monday said they have a car exactly like the one I wanted! I came in and there she was! I loved it i knew I was going to go over budget so he worked with me but I still wasn't satisfied with my payment ect. I called back and spoke with Vince Ramos which by the way is a great guy! I bought the Acura MDX in 2010 from LV Acura and they have been the sole servicer of the vehicle. Wayne Kindall has been taking care of my wife in managing all servicing of the vehicle. Went to have the oil changed. Had a coupon the dealership had sent me. They told me they applied the coupon, but never did. When I asked them about it they said they'd credit me towards my next visit. I asked to have the difference credited back to my credit card instead. They said they would, but never did.
Above and beyond
The dealership is clean and has all the modern conveniences of home; wi-fi, complimentary coffee and breakfast/treats. I took my car in for a routine service/inspection. The staff was extremely pleasant and proactively addressed any potential concern that may have arisen upon check-in. I was also greeted by the service manager who took the time to check on my needs and to update me on my service progress. The car was returned to me earlier than expected and cleaned inside and out.
My second MDX lease with them for a good reason.
Geno and Maria at Lehigh Valley Acura introduced me to the new MDX and it became the car I had to have. They took the extra time from fitting car seats into the vehicle to make sure the kids would be comfortable, to an extensive and thrilling test drive. The financial terms were easy to understand and very agreeable. I would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Acura to anyone interested in driving one of the most sensible cars ever made.
Very Friendly and quick
Moved into the area from out of state and needed the inspection/emissions test completed. They scheduled me quickly and performed the service within an hour. They are on the higher price end for this work. However, they did not come up with any phony additional service.Their Wifi is a bit weak, generally well below DSL speed. However, fine for email.

I have not purchased yet from LV Acura, but I have to say that the service center is hands down the best i've ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable, and customer friendly! They give you quotes well in advance on upcoming services and put the decisions in your hands when performing work. I have never felt any pressure to have any excess services performed. Also, complimentary wash/wax options, as well as a great waiting area. I would recommend anyone to choose this dealer, they rock! :)

Consistently Great Service
Vinart has been a consistently great shop to take my TL for all minor and major services. I bought my 2008 TL at Acura of Ocean in NJ, and the only thing I get done their is the free oil change...I just don't feel comfortable there. Vinart shoots it to you straight and I appreciate that...and I'm always appreciative that Wayne finds a coupon for me.

Our mdx needed. A timing belt service and additional services. The service department ensured we had a loaner and accommodated our work schedule. Always a great for there and. I made an appointment and met with my sales representative and my entire experience was wonderful. Sales Consulting review
My wife and I recently visited this dealership to test drive, and eventually purchase, a 2015 Acura MDX. We were greeted by Vince Luburich who was very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable of all Acura vehicles. I have to say, most times I visit a dealership the salesmen don't know the difference between gasoline and motor oil, but Vince definitely was able to provide alot of valuable information regarding the MDX (even knew that the 2014-2015 model had a ~300lb weight decrease from the previous generation). My wife and I eventually decided to buy the vehicle and I'd say our experience with Vince definitely helped our decision. We had gone to Lexus of Lehigh Valley about 2 months prior to check out an new NX and were not satisfied with the salesperson we dealt with, so it was refreshing to work with someone who knew what they were doing. The price we eventually received was also pretty good (on the low end of KBB Fair Market Value for the vehicle).Now dealing with the sales manager on the other hand was a different story (Don't fall for the hustle or succumb to the pressure!).

2010 ACURA TSX
I purchased a 2010 TSX Back on October 2014. There were minor body issues that they said would be fixed when I came back to pick up the car. When I picked it up all they had did was throw some touch up paint on the dented and scratched area that they were supposed to fix. They did repaint my front bumper due to a bunch of nicks, but my windshield and headlamps has a tremendous amount of over spray on them and still do. I emailed the manager, I've called and they told me I would be called back, I even complained when I took it to get serviced and till this day they still have not called me back about any of it. They did a half fast job just to get the car sold and being that I am a female they thought they could get over on me. I will never buy a car from there again. I was no satisfied at all.

We recently leased an RDX, the experience was noteworthy. We had completed some upfront research and knew the car that we wanted. On arrival, we were greeted and introduced to our salesman, Bill Cossman. He was an experienced salesman, very informative about the car and the financing. Considerate service staff
We live 40min away from Acura or Lehigh, but still bring our mdx to them for service. This time the visit resulted u repairs that would take 3 hours. The staff was so considerate they offered me a loaner to go out to lunch while I waited for my car to be finished. I really appreciated that. The experience we had with the service center for our mdx has encouraged us to continue to bring our mdx and consider also a second Acura vehicle.

Bought a 2012 Acura RDX w/tech pkg. Saleman, Fernando Santiago was very knowledgteable and helpful. I had checked around the area for other Acura dealers and Lehigh Valley Acura was competitive. I camein knowing what car I wanted and got it for the priceI anticipated. This is the 3rd used Acura that I have purchased from Lehigh Valley Acura. They have been great cars.
I try to be diligent about ongoing maintenance on my 2008 Acura MDX that now has 160,000 miles due to long trips that I take for hiking. I usually get the oil changed before I get to 20% since I want it to be taken care of before I go. The staff is always very cooperative about fitting me in and the work is always done when they say it will be. Most importantly, the ongoing maintenance has been effective and my car has never let me down.
Great experience in buying a used car!
Recently purchased a 2011 Acura MDX. What a great experience we had. I HATE car shopping and we have been to several dealerships, from Lancaster to Berks to Schuylkill County and finally landed in Lehigh. I left knowing we made the right choice and Dan Nadeau couldn't of been more knowledgeable and friendly. Heading back Friday for my complementary oil change! Thanks Dan!
Service dept. is great
This was my first visit to the service department since purchasing a 2015 MDX in September. I came in for a software update and my first oil change/tire rotation (which was free). They took my car right in as soon as we arrived, took about as long as they had told me for the download. Waiting area was comfortable and well appointed. The only thing that surprised me was the lack of free wifi, though they do offer an iPad for use while waiting. While we were waiting, Ray our original salesman walked by and remembered us and said hello, which was very much appreciated. All in all, a positive experience with the service department!
RDX used purchase
I worked with Maria in evaluating my choices and making a good deal. In 2007 I bought a new Acura TL from LV Acura and loved it. This trip to LV Acura was to buy a used Audi Q5 and maybe compare it to the RDX. My family drove the Audi with me and we loved it. Pricing was about the same to 2012 RDX, but the Q5 had 40k miles and the RDX with technology pkg. had only 18.5k. We chose the RDX because of overall quality, realibility, trade-in value and Maria and her team!
Regular maintenance terrific as usual
My visit as always was very pleasant with hospitable and efficient service from the group. Wayne was his typical professional and accommodating self, getting me checked in and off with a loaner car to to to another appointment. Poor coordination between sales teams, poor sales service
I was recently in market for an MDX (w/Adv. package). Based on my initial online enquiry, the internet salesperson emailed with an "internet price" that was ~$3500 below MSRP of ~$58000. Then I got several emails asking me to make a visit to the dealership saying they have great offers going on because they are clearing their inventory (holidays time) and may be able to give a great deal. I did finally visit them at ~5PM on a Saturday. Granted they were going to close soon, but they treated me like a nobody. Nobody offered me a seat. I told I am in market to purchase a new MDX and would like to get pricing information. The person (Zach) asks me whether I want to buy MDX `today' or whether I am just looking. Well, that was a funny question to begin with. I am not there to do window shopping. I told him that of course I am seriously looking to buy one and would like to see what deals they have. I asked him the price of the white MDX on display with the Advanced package. He then goes in, asks his manager, and comes back that the price would be "57 and change". I was aghast that he was quoting me close to MSRP for an in-stock vehicle, when everybody around in the world is selling at $3K-$4K less (look at Edmunds or TrueCar pricing). Everyone has internet access nowadays, so were they just trying to kid with me? Why did they call me at their dealership? If Acuras were not selling by themselves, this kind of attitude will not take a dealership anywhere. First, I won't do business with them. Second, I also kind of felt against buying an MDX now. Left such a bitter taste in my mind.
Fast and efficient
07 MDX replaced the battery at another location. Battery was still draining and needed a daily jump. Brian DiPasquale told me over the phone it could be one of two things, 1) Hands Free or 2) compressor relay are probably staying on after the ignition is off. It was the hands free. Fast fix but the F brakes were down to the metal. They caught it in time. They were over booked because of the Thanksgiving rush, but Brian took care of me. Start with them in 2004 and they haven't let me down for new car sales or service. Is it wrong when you want to buy a new car from the Service Manager because you trust him so much? :)
Excellent buying experience at Lehigh Valley Acura!
I recently purchased a new 2015 Acura MDX from Lehigh Valley Acura and the entire process was smooth and a great experience! The sales person Maria did a great job of working with me to find the right vehicle and providing a good overview of the vehicle on pick-up. The Finance Manager Gino was efficient and quick to work with which lead to a great experience overall! I highly recommend Lehigh Valley Acura!

I lost my key on a Thursday night...called Lehigh Valley Acura on Friday morning. They were able to have me in that day and replaced my key in less than 1 hour.Great work!
Bad customer service from service dept
I called the dealership cause I just bought this car not from them but never the less I called Acura to tell them the problem but here it is my transmission is during slowly on me because of a defect from manufacturer and there was a recall but they told me the recall expired 5 years ago but I'm the second owner I just got the car 3 months ago so how is that my problem when the defect doesn't start happening till after 109,000 miles and I thought that a recall for them to fix it free of charge is a 10 year thing but recall started in 2004

I have been going to this dealership since 1989.
My family and I have bought 3 cars here. Two 1989 Acura Interga's and One Acura CL 2001. We have enjoyed each time we went. But my two Acura Interga's are now in the junk yard. My Acura CL is geeting old and I am looking for a new car but I like 2 door cars and Acura doesn't have one so I will be leaving this family soon. I don't want to leave I like the people here Brian is the person I deal with in the service department and only him since one of the others I have had problems with. I had my Acura in for a rebuilt transmission since they don't have new ones for a 2001 CL 68,000+ and the transmission goes. :-( But Brian seems to have fixed the problem. Here's hopping that I have many more miles in my CL.

Outstanding Purchase and Service Experiences
I recently purchased a pre-owned TL from this dealership. Mike and Dan in the pre-owned sales were great to work with and made the entire purchase experience a very pleasant one. In addition, these guys really knew their product. It was very clear to me that this organization was very motivated to sell cars...the *right* way!Only one service experience so far but it was top-notch. Very impressed with how organized and professional the service organization was. I even exchanged a few emails with Brian, the service manager, the day before in regards to getting the tires replaced and he promptly arranged to have the tires on-hand. Little did I know he did this on his day off!Would absolutely purchase from them again and know my car will be in very competent hands on future service visits.

Great experience yet again!!
I called in the morning to schedule an appointment to get my car inspected. I was pleasantly surprised that they could fit me in at 2:30 that same afternoon. I arrived and was greeted promptly by the service manager, he explained what was being done very thoroughly and even inquired about the past services that had been performed on my car. I was advised that the state and emissions inspection would take roughly 1 to 1 1/2 hours. About an hour later, I was heading out the door with a smile. Each service specialist i spoke with was courteous, friendly, and eager to make sure that my experience was positive. I have never had a bad experience at Lehigh Valley Acura. The only 4 I gave was for prices, dealer costs are always going to be more than service done outside of the dealership, but you can't beat the quality of the work for the price.Great job again!

In the beginning of August, I went to this Acura dealer to find out information regarding trading in my 2011 Hyundai Tucson for an Acura SUV. Michael Houser was an extremely personable employee who assisted me with this process. I ended up trading in my Tucson to lease the new Acura RDX, and I am extremely happy with the decision I made. During the time I spent there, Michael was very informative and patiently explained all of my options. There was never any pressure from him. I was also told I could contact him at any point with questions. He quickly would answer any questions I had and was very helpful throughout my entire experience. Other employees there were friendly and helpful as well! I really recommend going to this car dealer... & if you're lucky, Michael will be the employee to help you!
Work is good. Communication is average.
I bring three cars to this service station for all of my maintenance and the work that I have had done is definitely satisfactory. There does seem to be an issue with communication. It is can sometimes be tough to get through to one of the service reps if you have a during the day.
Great place to buy a car
We are extremely satisfied with the experience we had purchasing our 2015 MDX at LV Acura. We were met by the Sales Manager, Zaheer Datoo who introduced us to Bill Cossman. We originally came to the dealership just to look at a color on a MDX and were given such a good price, we bought an MDX. Bill spent a lot of time with us explaining all the features of our new vehicle when we picked it up. A very good group to work with.
