I was lied to, finance ran by credit with a hard inquiry when salesman said it would be soft. I know this as I receive emails from my bank when my credit a hard inquiry occurs. When I confronted the finance staff, the salesman refused to look at me and looked at the ground the entire time. He knew that he had lied. I had credit from my bank to buy anything on the lot that I wanted and I walked out. I purchased another truck yesterday from an honest car dealership.

Service advisor was very friendly and very well trained. A repair on the exhaust did not fix the problem. I took the vehicle back, stated the problem was still there. They took the vehicle back in and found the problem. They were not equipped to deal with the problem, so they took the vehicle to a nearby exhaust shop, had the problem repaired, and did not charge for the repair since I had found the problem right after buying the van. Things happen. It gives me a lot of piece of mind to know that they stand behind what the sell, as well as their work.

The 2 Legacy employees who assisted me throughout my purchase (Darrel and Joe ) definitely made my purchase experience one I would definitly recommend to a friend or family member. Austin in the finance department was also exceptional to work with on finalizing the purchase. There is only one thing I feel could have improved my buying experience. Many competitive car dealers are offering free oil changes for a time period after purchasing a new vehicle. I feel this would be very beneficial in considering in future offers.

The service is always great, phone calls are answered promptly and easy to schedule appointments around my work schedule. I really Kenny and Wes in the service department, they are always polite, couritous and answer questions directly. The other two that work out there, I do not like and choose for them to not serve me. They have rude, smart ellic dispositions and do not care to answer questions. They are always trying to push another service on you , that you dont need and when you tell them you dont feel that you are due for that, they dont want to talk to you any more. All the customers see this and dont like it. You need more people like Kenny and Wes.

One of the reasons I purchased my vehicle from Legacy Nissan was the reputation of the service department. They are great! Most recently I had an appointment at 1PM but due to schedule changes, I had to drop my vehicle off early. Not only was I greeted with a smile and told my vehicle would be finished by 1PM, I was able to pick my car back up before 11AM! Now that is service!!!

Found rogue on Internet, call to verify it was still in stock and let salesman now we already had pre approved finance paper work. They invited us to come pick up the vehicle even though they were only 15 minutes from closing for evening. The salesman, Mgr, finance mgr, and a detailed, all stayed about 2 hours late for us. I have purchased 3 vehicles in the last couple of years from here and the last one I bought off there lot is a lemon. I was told it had been put through a 120 point check. That was a lie it has been in the garage since day one and now after 7 trips it might be lined out I hope. I signed a we-owe it would be fixed by Legacy Nissan but yet they have not had to do anything it has all been my burden. Sorry for them I will never be back. They said they would take the vehicle back but did not want to give me what I paid for it, even though I was willing to buy another vehicle off there lot that even costed more than the lemon. I am very disgusted and unsatisfied.

The service is done in an extrememly reasonable amount of time, and i have not had any problems since being a customer. They really do everything they can to make you happy, and give you the best quality there is. I would reccomend this dealership to any and all of my friends and family....in fact I already have. They really know what they are doing and deserve great credit in working as a team.

I got told I they got me a loan then blew me off I called left messages they never call back szaidx they would find m the car I wanted never did I called and they said they didn't find my car so they didn.t bother just blew me off I tried anoter perso. She did the same thing said I got aproved no problam they can get me a car 4 daysz later still nothing blew me off again then whn I got upset they tried making excuses they don't care about anything but them selfs and what they are going to make if your not a easy customer perfect credit just in and out you aren't good enough for them to help I will say I talked to a man named JOHN he was a good guy but things out of his hands DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM

we were looking for a sm car and we have filed bankruptsy, we were lied to by the jake he told us he would call us back after several days no call then we got brian who wold be more than happy to help us after picking out a car we were told that he would help us the finance company told us that we had to many cars already even though we were buying the car for our 16 year old daughter. we have filed bankruptsy but only because i had a work inkjury that i was told i would need surgery, i am an x-ray tech at our local hospital WHERE I HAVE WORKED FOR 22 YEARS AND MY HUSBAND RETIRED FROM.WE ARE NOT STUPID PEOPLE.after telling brian that our lawyer had to have some forms filed out before we could buy the car, he told us he would fax the papers to our lawyer.we decided on a car around 13,300.00 imagine our surprise when the lawyer called us to say that the forms faxed to them from your dealership were not ledgeable , they could not read the name of the finance company who was suppose to finance the vehicle,they could read the price though, that went from 13,300. to 16,500.00 and under the percentage rate they did not write an amount, which we thought would be a little high due to the bankruptsy, imagine our surprise when it simply STATED STATE MAXIMUM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and when i called brian to discuss this , well he developed a very bad case of STUTTERING!!!!!!!! and he was going to check this out...guess what...we haven't heard from legacy nissan in about 2 weeks??????????
