Unexpected problem with battery

I was having a problem with my car being sluggish to start. I drove to the dealership (Legacy Buick in Slidell) early on the morning of November 15 and left my car. After I had parked, the car would not start again. When the dealership opened, I called and was put in touch with Ashley. I have been dealing with Legacy Buick for the past four years and I believe Ashley has been there the entire time. After telling her the problem, she immediately took action and the service department installed a new battery for me. They were kind enough to leave my car outside of the gates so I could retrieve it after hours.

The service I received was great. The dealership notified me of a service that had to be taken performed on my truck. Communication during this process was flawless during setting up my appointment. I was greeted by Mr. Michael Sheffield who was very professional and took care of me when I arrived and checked my vehicle in for service. I purchased my truck in June. I could not ask for better customer service i live a hr away and had to do a lot of my business on the phone. My sales rep Mary Floyd represented Legacy Buick GMC beyond my expectations. I had a accident in Aug and had my truck brought back to Legacy to be repaired. Mr Kenny in the paint and body shop did a fantastic job on my truck . Mrs Ashley in service department gave me the best customer service there is.
