Great experience, excellent car!

Unfortunately wrecked my old car, was in a hurry to find a car. Looked on Leader's website and noticed a 2013 Ford Focus. Went out, test drove the Focus and later that day I walked out with a new vechile. Josh Mitten was my salesman, he did all the paperwork it went very smoothly. I was very impressed with how he took care of me and got the payments I was looking for.

Stress-Free Car Buying

Great customer service. Quick to respond to emails and answered all my questions. They were able to get us a good interest rate with a well known bank, even with our less than perfect credit. When we arrived, Josh had the vehicle all ready to go for a test drive. We took a couple of vehicles on a test drive, but ultimately ended up buying the vehicle we went there to see. The photos online were a good representation of the vehicle in person. The paperwork process was smooth sailing and we were done in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Leeder Automotive for your car-buying needs.

Service after the fact

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from Leeder a couple months ago. We found an SUV that was in excellent shape in appearance. We had looked at several and this was by far in the best condition of those we looked at. We looked the vehicle over pretty thoroughly prior to finalizing the deal. We received what I considered a very fair price. Shortly after getting the vehicle home, which was a couple hours away, we noticed the left side controls on the steering wheel were not operating. I contacted the delership to see if there was anything they would be willing to do despite the fact that we had made the purchase and driven the vehicle off the lot. They agreed to pay for the repair. The nice thing was they reimbursed us the cost of the repair so that we could have a local facility do the actual repair. We did not have to take the car back to them, which again, was a couple hours from home.

Purchase of vehicle at Leeder

We were interested in a 2011 Ford Expedition. The test drive revealed a distracting sound, like screws or marbles rolling around in the console platform. We said if the sound could be remedied then we would buy. The mechanical staff removed the console and the driver's seat in front so that five marbles could be removed from the air scoop underneath. We purchased the vehicle and are very pleased. The sales, finance and mechanical staff are excellent. As we drove away, I carefully checked the rearview mirror to see if the mechanic was throwing wrenches at us as we left. He wasn't. Amazing!

Excellent service, great car buying experience

We spoke to someone at Leeder on the phone after seeing a pickup we were interested in, and decided to drive down and look at it. We lived about 4 hours away, and we were pretty certain we wanted to purchase it. However, when we got down there, we discovered the pickup was only 2WD. That information (by default) doesn't show up on their website, and we were looking for a 4WD pickup. We were really disappointed. The salesman spoke with his manager, and they then offered us another, similar pickup for the same price (which substantially lowered the price of the second pickup). They were willing to be flexible with their terms and price, and we walked away with a great deal and a great vehicle. We have had the pickup for about six months now, and it has given us no trouble and has been a great, reliable vehicle. It was well worth the drive down. They were great, honest folks, and more than made up for the disappointment we felt after driving such a long ways. We highly recommend Leeder--this has probably been one of the smoothest, easiest, and honest car buying experiences we have ever had.

Great price, easy to work with

Had a good experience with this dealer. The dealer was able to answer our questions about the car and was willing to come down to our price. There was no additional key with the Subaru and the previous owner installed an auto-start but the remote for that was not with the car. The dealer did inquire about an additional key and auto-start but had no success. Tim went above and beyond by calling a contact about reprograming another auto-start to the car which was a big help. Overall, very satisfied with our experience and love our car.

Easy Decision

We all dread having to deal with a car salesman. "Do they have their best interests in mind or mine?" All my fears were put to rest within minutes of walking onto the lot. I wasn't immediately swarmed & actually had time to browse the lot & see if they had what I was looking for. I was impressed with the inventory as well as the Customer Service. Fast & Easy.. Great car

Everyone at Leeder went out of the way to make our car buying experience excellent. First we needed to come in earlier than opening hours, they were happy to open early. Next we had an alternate vehicle in mind at another dealership. They managed to get us a much newer, better vehicle and kept us in our budget comfort zone. What will stick with me is the lack of pushiness and pressure. It reminded me of how we used to deal on cars. Not back and forth, very simple, very straightforward. Really appreciate it and highly recommended!

Excellent Service

Leeder Automotive is nearly 45 minutes from my house but I really wanted to get a closer look at a used car so I scheduled an appointment. Tim called me back about a half hour later saying that he would drive the car to my house! He did an amazing job showing the minor flaws with the car and worked to get me a better price. Great personalized service

It was excellent working with Leeder to purchase my vehicle. Their customer service was incredible. They returned phone inquires the same day. They even brought the vehicle to my work for a test drive. I had visited a large local dealer and felt very pressured to purchase a vehicle that I was not sure I wanted. The second large local dealer didn't return my inquiries and I felt that I wasn't taken seriously as a buyer. That was not the case with Leeder. They had exactly the vehicle I wanted. They are very particular about their vehicles. I purchased a used vehicle, but it was so clean and meticulously maintained, I felt like I was buying a new vehicle. If you are a person who does not like high pressure sales, and knows what you are looking for, you will love working with them. I would highly recommend them.

When shopping for a new car, I knew exactly for what I was looking. I had my eye on a few vehicles at local dealerships when my friend found the car I was looking for at Leeder, which was a better make for much less money than what the "big city" dealers were asking. I knew, right away, it was a good deal, so I traveled a short bit outside of West Omaha and found some nice guys named Rick & Tim at Leeder Automotive. Including the test drive, I was in & out of the dealership with my new car in 1h 15min. Now, THAT, my friends, is what I call service.

Sold me a car knowing it needed an alternator

After putting 1,000.00 into the car for a timing belt and spark plugs, the car ends up not starting on several occasions - after a new battery installed, with me and my three kids. Come to find out its a bad alternator.

Tahoe buy

I recently bought a 2005 chevy Tahoe from leeder auto. I was pleased when the guys had stayed a little late to help me complete a deal. I think they may have had some more wiggle room on price but was happy with the deal I got. The only main thing that I didn't like was when the finance manager told me he would fill up the truck upon sale and only left me with a half tank. Not a huge deal, just the principle that matters. I thought they were friendly and helpful and when I noticed the dim headlights didn't work they agreed to fix at their cost which was a very cheap fix. I would recommend working with them but look everything over as their staff missed my headlight bulbs being out when it was inspected.

Good Experience !

I live 250 miles away near Wichita KS, and have always purchased our vehicles locally, but we could not find what we were looking for near home. Leeder Auto had the exact match we wanted. Having never purchased a "non-local" car- not to mention one "out of state", I was a little nervous. Due to our work and our kids activity schedules, we could not find the time to make the 5 hr. trip to see the vehicle, therefore, after many many e-mails, phone calls, pictures, videos etc..we made the deal work.I told them up front that I was very picky about the condition of the vehichles so don't try to hide anything, but to just represent it to me honestly and accurately.They agreed to meet us halfway with the vehicle (on a SUNDAY).. We were VERY pleased with the condition and how they represented themselves and the vehicle. It even met my picky inspection !! after test driving the vehicle, we notice a minor issue with the brakes. I agreed to have that issue fixed as long as they covered the cost. I did just that and had a check in the mail from Leeder 3 days later to cover that cost! Leeder seems to be a good-family owned business who specializes in Quality vehicles and no hassle transactions. Happy In Kansas !

Disappointing

The buying process and customer service was very good, but the quality of the vehicle was poor. We had to spend $3000 to rebuild the front end of the vehicle and will need to spend another $1500-$2000 to fix a bent axle. Be very careful buying a vehicle from this dealer.

Truck purchase

I was a little skeptical about driving out side of Omaha to look a vehicle, but the guys their assured me the vehicle was as nice as it looked online. They also assured my if I liked it and wanted to purchase, I would be driving my new truck how in about an hour. And you know what they were RIGHT!! Loved the truck, and was out the door in an hour driving my new truck home. I've bought several cars from the big franchise stores in the Omaha area, and I'm telling you, a minimum 4 hours, usually longer to drive off in your new vehicle. I don't have that time to waste. Buying from these guys at Leeder, is the only way to go, VERY professional!! Save yourself time and brain damage, go see them.
