Had tried other dealers I had experience with in the area and they could not locate the specific vehicle I wanted. I used their website Chat feature, told them what I wanted, and they found it, dealer traded it in, and I bought it that day.When I arrived, they had it all ready. I literally walked in and signed paper work and left. Good price, great buying experience. I'll use them again and again.

No pressure and my needs were strongly considered when I couldn't get the first vehicle I initially came to test drive. I came out even better. I bought a 2016 Chevy Trax and it had all the bells and whistles for its brand. Now no worries for oil changes or maintenance in the near future. Brian and Aziz was awesome in helping me!

I recently purchased 2016 Kia Sedona after shopping for a car a while already. I had visited couple other dealers, but with all of them the sales process felt forced and I did not like it. With Kathy at Lee Johnson Kia, I felt like the process was professional and not forced at all. She provided me with the details and numbers for all aspects (trade in, financing, their pricing, their costs, etc.). The other dealers had given me just simple lines like "if I can make your down payment X and you monthly costs Y, do we have a deal?". Kathy never expressed herself in this way and treated this with the kind of care I would expect when I purchasing something with a high price tag.

I made a quick decision to buy the car because the car itself looks pretty new. (But later when I did a comprehensive inspection the technician suggested me to change the whole rear suspension because it's not balanced anymore which is about $1,000..)But I spent the whole day there to finish the buying process. (I planed to go watching Ti that day..) Once they figured out that I want the car they don't provide any room to negotiate at all..If everything went well afterwards I would still give them a five-star. However, one month later they called me and said the credit union they applied for me refuse to fund them because I'm not a Seattle resident. It's obvious that they should have known the policy before applying any loan for me. It took another month to refinance with another bank. And I visited DMV 3 times for registration due to the inaccurate instructions they gave me. It really WASTED my time.Still I think my situation might not be a normal case. Maybe they have ability to provide better services. It's just my buying process is unsatisfactory.

Scheduling accommodated my needs (open on Saturday) and the repair complete with the car ready at closing time. I got into my car and noticed 2 of the gauges no longer working so I went back for a fix and was able to reschedule for the following Saturday with the same mechanic who might be able to find the cause. I'll report later if the fix was for no cost since it's my word against theirs.

I dropped my car off just before 8 am. Just before my scheduled appt at 8. When I called at 12 to see what was found out and to see if it would be ready at 2 pm for child pickup time, I was informed that they hadn't even looked at my car and it would be next up after the tech took a lunch break. I did inform them of my time crunch and they were able to accommodate me. However, when I schedule an appt, I expect my car to be looked at at the appt time. I was not expecting my car to be ignored all morning and finally looked at 4 hours later after I complained and told them of my need for the car at 2pm. I was all day without a car even though they were able to completely do everything and wash the car in less than 2 hrs.

75 minutes for an oil change is too long. Service manager was not very friendly (He gave me keys without paperwork when car was finished, and when I asked for paperwork, he just said that I had to wait then....I'm not sure what to make of that.

Would be nice to have the option to pay extra and upgrade the oil type, even on free service that is part of a maintenance program. That synthetic blend they put in by default is really not good, compared to Mobil1 or Amsoil..

I noticed when I arrived home from my oil change service there was a burnt oil smell. I would imagine it was residual oil that seeped onto the exhaust from the oil change operation. I didn't notice any leaks so, that is my assumption.

Had my car fully detailed. Overall it was a great price and they did a great job detailing the inside and outside! The only thing that dissatisfied me was that they didn't clean inside any compartments (which were completely emptied - glove box, center console, storage above dashboard).

I had no problem with the sales staff. Mitch was great to work with. I had purchased the Vette over the phone a week earlier. I flew to Kirkland to pick up the car and drive it back to Idaho. I had time restrictions, and needed to get on the road. They were not ready to process the paperwork. It took me 1.5 hours with the finance guy who was unprepared to get the paperwork completed, so I could get on the road. The guy did not know where to find the forms and had nothing prepared. All he wanted to do was to sell me more extras. Needless to say I was delayed. Not to say the finance guy was not nice, just unprepared.

Lee J's tech found the problem was that the +battery cable terminal was slightly loose--an easy fix for him. Much thanks to Tom Mulhollen, Lyle (service writer) and Bruce (van driver). Jim Mercier worked with me for over 2 months back and forth, trying to get a vehicle that fit our needs and within my budget parameters. I shopped SEVERAL other dealerships/manufacturers in our search for just the right vehicle. All the while, Jim supplied input, and information at the risk of letting the deal go to someone else. When we finally landed on a Tahoe deal in Puyallup, I gave Jim the last look because of his efforts. To be honest, he could not do much better on the deal, but we decided to go with him because he was straightforward and honest and never got impatient with us. We realize we are the "pain in the butt" type of purchasers but this guy kept his professionalism throughout the whole 2 month duration. And to top it all off, this guy, late in the afternoon, went to another dealership to get the exact Tahoe that we wanted and did not try to talk us into one that was on your lot. That is above and beyond! This morning, one day after this deal, I sent my daughter his way to see if he can get her into a Chevrolet. One more item, we live in Bonney Lake and drove way out of the way to do business with this guy and dealership because of the trust we built with Jim. We'll be back.

Mike Jameson (Kia Service Manager), Josh Baxter (Kia Asst Service Consultant), Gary Campbell (Kia Parts Consultant) as well as Kenny Jakel (Kia Sales Manager) made my appointment a great experience. When I get the type of great service at Lee Johnson Kia that I do, I don't mind taking the time or spending the money knowing that these professionals are taking care of my vehicle. I always have Frank James work on my Kia Sorentos (2014 and 2015) because he is an accomplished, professional auto mechanic expert who always personnally interacts with me on the state of my vehicle, works on my vehicle exclusively and does a superb job everytime (e.g. Tuesday morning he took me for a test drive to make sure the work he performed on my vehicle was to my satisfaction). This is a testament to the type of employees Lee Johnson has working at Kia. I always tell my friends about the great service I get and recommend Lee Johnson Kia any chance I get.

Steve Dill was outstanding, and the car had the work done sooner than expected. Kudos to GM for coming up in quality of their vehicles, too! More than once when I bring my car in for recall fix. and repairs. Many times feel being over charged. Recently, for a recall fix. Made appointment a few days ahead. But after spending time waiting about 40 minutes, I was told could not find parts for the fix (computer shows there is, as they say). Ask me to come back when they have the parts. BTW as they say: you need new tires, alignment, and brake repair. I brought the car to a tire/brake/ alignment shop. The shop says you may need alignment but brake pads (50% and 70%). Tires are still ok! If you go to Lee Johnson, just be on guard!

Here's the thing. I DID NOT want to deal with searching for a new car. However, I did my research and decided to test drive my choices. I went to Ford and Toyota (mistakes)... and then I went to Lee Johnson Kia. Alfredo was my Sales Rep and was super attentive and accommodating regarding my questions, my random choices of test drive and was genuinely interested in what I wanted to have in a vehicle and a price. Kenny (Sales Manager) was also in communication with his sales staff and went a step further to assist on his end as I attempted to navigate the inventory and pricing. Alfredo and Kenny noticed what was holding my interest, what I wanted number-wise and had great questions to ask without judgement or frustration about the answer "I don't know" that escaped my mouth several times. The last new car I purchased was in 1999. Today, I signed a lease for a car that was above my expectations, perfectly suited to what I needed AND was not on my scope of vision. How did that happen? The fantastic service and actions of the entire team (Kenny, Alfredo, and the finance guy---sorry, forgot his name!!!). I will sleep soundly tonight. There is complete confidence on my part that I made the right choices and received a fantastic deal on a superb vehicle. Hand down, no worries. I went to Lee Johnson in Kirkland WA looking to buy a new Mazda 3. The overall buying experience was very unpleasant. The negotiation process was very long because the man on the other side of the desk kept insisting to explain to me why am I an idiot for thinking I can get the car for the price I was aiming for instead of attempting to meet me somewhere in the middle. I ended up buying the car. but I don't have the feeling that I got a good deal. We were surprised with the fact that car had around 400 miles on it already (after we finished negotiating). The financial guy also took forever to finish the papers.

Well, what can I say, this was the easiest way of buying a car ever. I hate dealing with buying a car and we put it off for a looong time. We went to other car dealerships last year in fall and were fed up really quickly. There was no chance in just looking and driving a car to get a feel if you like it, it always came attached with getting lured in and us trying to get out of there as fast as we could. (we are bad in saying no, so it was always a major pain). We started looking again and found some nice certified used once on their lot. They let us come in, look a the cars, drive it and we were able to walk out the door without any hassle at all since we wanted to sleep over it and talk about the options. Conor was great, there was no pushing us. He and the nice guy from financing were funny, helpful and answered all our questions before we left. We came back 2 days later, the car we decided on was still there and had a second test drive. We went in and the negotiations were sort of like all car dealership, BUT without the trying to upsell, upgrade or working the financing sheet spiel some do. We had clear and easy negotiations (as easy as they can be I guess) and were able to come up with a price that worked for both sides. We also got decent value on our trade in and were happy overall. The only thing for deducting a star is the time we spent there from after the test drive to finally getting the keys and papers. It took 5h from sitting down to leaving again, which seems ridiculously long. To be honest tough, if that is the time it takes to avoid sneaky car sales man and finance department. Well so be it. We plan on buying a second car in 2 years and they sure will be on our top list to visit. It shows that treating people the right way, will make them come back. I will never set foot in those again that tried to push us around. Thumbs up for Lee Johnson!

I dont have any problem recommending Josh and the Lee Johnson dealership to family or friends. You cant give higher praise than that, period. So far the CX-5 is all that was advertised plus even a little bit more.

Love my car, got an amazing deal on a Sky Redline edition, overall service was really good. Only one major complaint, key fob doesn't work at all, they said it wasn't the battery and that there is a program instruction they would do or tell me how to do but I've gotten no call and after review to program it I'd have to take it to a dealer and pay possibly 60+ dollars that I would rather not. I could go back but its quite a drive. Other than that it was a pretty straight forward process.

The buying process and Facilities were excellent...No buying pressure at all, not even on the test drive. One small problem is the follow up on small Items that were promised. One E-mail and one call and I'm still waiting for results. We will see.

I was looking for a new truck and used cars.com to help me out. Lee Johnson got back to me with what I was looking for in my new truck. They gave me all the information about the truck and told me to contact them if I would like to come in and check the truck out. They didn't pressure me to come in right now like some other dealers did. Once I was able to make it in, I found out how easy it was to buy from them.

Was greeted when I arrived and didn't feel like I was awaiting the vultures. Was shown exactly what I had asked about and I didn't feel any heavy pressure to walk away with a vehicle at that moment. When I returned I felt like a valued customer and was welcomed warmly. The buying process went fine and Brian stayed with us to the very end. I am pleased with the way our purchase went from start to finish and would recommend Lee Johnson Chevrolet to any of my friends who are looking to make a vehicle purchase. I have not been able to make that claim in the past with other dealers.

Bought a used Nissan PU truck. Salesman was very responsive, sent follow-up notes and inquirys, Although no warranty (Over 100k miles) still offered advice, and even diagnostics should anything go wrong within a few months. Negotiations were straight forward and fair, truly professional dealer. As with any used car purchase, the negotiation process is not always fun, but they were fiar, and when when the deal was agreed upon, everything progressed quickly and without any surprises.

Purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento SX with 7000 miles on the clock from Lee Johnson. Virtually identical to the 2013 model, the car was in excellent shape and saved me several thousand dollars. Sales staff was excellent, cooperative, and well-informed about their product. Finance experience was relatively painless with little resistance when I opted not to go for the various options for additional goods and services.
